A
This
is
a
very
important
report,
in
fact,
is
the
first
committee
report
in
20
years
of
the
Parliament,
the
looks
are
the
overall
funding
package
for
arts
and
culture.
It
recommends
that
we
put
artists
at
the
center
of
our
funding
system
and
that
we
make
funding.
Sustainable
is
really
important.
The
artists
have
a
fair
wage
and
clearly
that's
not
happening
for
everyone
at
the
moment,
and
the
wave
funding
is
allocated
needs
to
be
revised.
There
needs
to
be
peer
review,
for
example,
and
more
attention
needs
to
be
paid
artists
at
different
stages
of
their
careers.
