David Page, Director, and David Paton, Head of Design Review, Page\Park Architects.
3. Pre-budget scrutiny: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Cabinet Secretary.
4. Transient Visitor Levy: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Cabinet Secretary.
