Environmental Protection (Microbeads) (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/162); Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004 (Heating Services) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/163); Edinburgh Napier University Amendment Order of Council 2018 (SSI 2018/170); Education (Fees and Student Support) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/171); Marketing of Fruit Plant and Propagating Material (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/175); Animal By-Products and Pet Passport Fees (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/176); Animal Health (Miscellaneous Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/177).

3. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Tuberculosis (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2018 (SSI 2018/164); Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (Appointment of Chief Inspector) Order 2018 (SSI 2018/172).

4. Prescription (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider responses from a number of parliamentary committees on themes that have arisen following evidence gathering on the Bill.
