5. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Air Weapons Licensing (Exemptions) (Scotland) Regulations 2016 [draft]; Crofting Commission (Elections) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2016 [draft].

6. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
