A
And
welcome
everyone
to
the
19th
meeting
in
2019
of
the
delegated
powers
and
Law
Reform
Committee.
We've
got
apologies
from
Mary
fee
today,
so
the
first
item
of
business
is
to
propose
that
committee
takes
items
four
five
and
six
on
consideration
of
the
delegated
powers.
Provisions
in
three
bills:
census
amendment,
human
tissue
authorization
and
fuel
poverty
bills
in
private.
Does
the
committee
agree
to
that
agreed?
A
A
A
They
would
have
had
to
being
considered
by
September.
What
this
does
is
gives
licensing
boards
until
the
end
of
February
to
deal
with
what
could
be
quite
a
lot
of
these
renewals.
So
that's
what
this
does
so
I.
Just
thought
it
was
worth
explaining
that,
but
no
points
have
been
raised
on
any
of
those.
