Yeah well, um I have two punctual intentions for this call and one is to share that. I posted a forum post for the 75 governance. Give back.

The idea is to read the proposal comment if you have something to comment and engage in this process that should end in a boat to decide this governance, um retroactive, and the other thing is that um I already have like finished the the the medium blog post um for the graviton training to promote the graviton training so yeah I I would like um if we can have like one final review, just to um send it um to publication, and um I don't have any distraction and my song of the week is- is called nosfuemos pa madrid.

So oh there's this awesome idea that um iv had about having uh did you know the format we'll go over all the parameters and we started a google doc uh to work on that and um the link is on the comms channel and um yeah, uh starting in september, informed um yeah. I don't know if, uh regarding.

This campaign iv, since you had the idea, would you like to give some general overview of uh what we worked at yesterday and where we will be going this next week.

uh Yeah sure uh so we had this idea of like um because we think that the parameters are like of critical information during the ecommerce upgrades. So we thought of um sending out like a series of meets uh highlighting each parameter.

So it's just gonna be like uh one or two parameters a day and it's gonna be like in a did. You know, format um yeah so just to uh and it can, it might take like two weeks like yeah for this week.

We're gonna talk about the ccd parameters and then, in the coming week um we're gonna talk about the advanced, uh advanced, ccd parameters, so yeah, but um it might be too late to start this week because we haven't finished the uh the draft yet so probably uh next week and uh truly also had this idea to make like um an announcement like uh like make it nothing like in a like an event, not really an event that uh that's like something like um hey.

This is prams me so uh watch out for the uh series of tweets coming out in the next day. So um the goal here is to help uh people uh better, understand the parameters and yeah and to get their attention to those uh parameters. So uh yeah. Actually well yeah.

We will review this one, but we might also ask uh people who posted this uh parameters in the form like mitch, lauren and um nate, and man to just have a quick look before we uh public before we post them just to make sure that we get the description accurately so yeah so like just I like to make it uh in a fun like a fun fact uh format. So it's not that it's it doesn't like uh too technical and it can. uh We can have the interest of the audience yeah.

We have um our parents, chewie was just in the brand's call, and he mentioned this as well. We have our parents hack session on sunday um from 12 mountain time until 4., it's like a four-hour hack session. It would be an awesome time to work on this collaboratively ivy. If you wanted to join her, I think chewie was maybe gonna join as well, and I would be happy to contribute to this as well um yeah.

It's basically just like a four hack session, so we could just like mitch, will be there I'll, be there, um maybe we'll be there. Griff will be there. I don't know all these cool people are there. So we can all kind of like put some um feedback into the tweets.

Yes, this is a great idea to sing on on sunday, uh so I feel that uh that, uh as you were saying, ivy uh this, this can be like a good opportunity to just like uh bounce uh what we're planning uh around and also on the last call uh maria was there uh so so like in between manus experience with uh with uh like user feedback, and uh she mentioned that she uh uh didn't really like get a hold of rams like she's in that stage.

So maybe we could even uh bringer like on board to just like uh test like how well the explainers are, are working and and how uh how these can uh can be like as clear as possible for for newcoming members, uh so yeah. There are like some some uh resources that we can uh put together and maybe for the uh next uh for next week's programs. I think on on next tuesday.

We can make like uh concrete specific decisions for uh starting this on the first week of september, so uh we we also have the the uh the the proposals, uh the proposals that we need to promote.

So uh this week uh I feel is gonna be great for trying to just like not like over uh overflood the uh like the the this kind of content you know like, uh uh so that it's it like people, don't uh get uh mixed up with this, but I feel that I I have a really really good feeling around the the params uh uh the params campaign. uh Also, like uh I don't think that's.

This has been uh having like a lot of uh follow-up, but in the in the months of the of the hatch, uh we got like really really good uh growth in in our twitter account. So I'm excited to take the most out of this to spread this information and and try to organize it as as clear as possible and use uh our experience from the last month to like optimize this and for it to be as clear as possible for for everyone.

Luckily, the hurricane hasn't really hit where I am so good. uh Okay, so so our next agenda topic are the tea scouts is something that uh we've been like really excited about, but we, we haven't had like a proper uh way of like organizing or laying it down because of everything that was going on around the.

Hatch, so I I feel that now is a great uh opportunity to pick it up. So uh the first thing that I would uh ask you edu is: uh do you still wanna uh have this meeting on on wednesdays uh instead of the hatch outreach uh working group, or would you like to suggest another uh another time because of the volunteers that we've had so far? I feel that uh pst mornings could be a great idea, but uh but yeah uh what? What are your thoughts on on this.

Yeah, so this is scouts, um so basically what I, what I think is that average has closed. So that's time spot it's free, so it could be this scout or it could be changed to any other time. It should be fine, we stay, we keep it at a hatch outreach in order to combine it to calls so time could like underst, where we were going. uh She didn't express any intentions to or any need to keep attending these calls. So we can change to any other time that you suggest that fits you for me.

It's perfectly fine any time you suggest, uh besides that, what we have with nate is to a small meeting to recognize how we, how we are gonna, the the the strategy for sort of which communities we will target later on, and there is a post on um on the forum that I.

Awesome so basically, it's a proposed framework to understand how these scout school processes could like relate to the other working groups.

If it's needed uh yeah is that in in the envision of the ac, scout is kind of a dynamizer and spreading the word out about the tc, and the idea would be to since we are sort of um getting into the commons upgrade, is to outreach or go to communities that we that has gone through life to the spotlight, so we can reconnect with them and see if they want or if we just want to outreach our community to them.

So, ideally, I think this week um we could have a meeting at any time that is possible and then prepare for next week to sort of start doing this outreach to other communities. uh The frame post morphe can construct a more organized uh these scouts working group or justice scout as part of comms. I don't, I really don't mind but yeah. So that's the update on my site.

uh So we are. uh uh We will go to the next uh agenda topic, which is the gravidant training promotion. So oh wait! This was the this was the wrong link, uh yeah, okay, so so about the gravity and training as as you know, we have uh well ifanka funka just uh stepped out, but uh we started a new graveland training on uh september 21st.

So uh the dates might be like a little bit difficult because of the commons upgrade, which is gonna happen like around this uh around the same time, but uh I'm pretty sure we can find like uh uh different ways like to to promote it. Also, uh co-ops are a great, uh oh funka. Just came back uh we're talking about the the the graviton training promotion, uh so co-ops are also like a great tool. We could. uh We could be uh promoting this uh as well, and uh yes is there?

Is there like a uh uh like a proper uh call to action, uh funka that you'd like to suggest, or should people be directed to the uh to our tc discord? uh Just any like insight that you can have on this can help us a lot plan ahead.

Maybe uh I would also like to suggest uh juanka, maybe like a a google form. I don't know if you you uh work with those, but uh pretty much this. uh This spreadsheet can be like filled out like automatically and and it can be more uh user friendly.

But you know I don't know if we have contingencies for like a really large group of people, are we going to be able to do that like hold that many people, if it does become very popular in the sign up sheet.

I'm sorry because my my internet connection is really bad, but um I think that one of the the limits um is um the discord limit that we have in in voice calls. That is 2025, but I would really like if we can um have um the dog, the the videos uploaded, so that people can like make the training like asynchronously and still get the pop um if they see the videos on youtube, at least for for a couple of of days and um the number of pops that we are making are 50. so yeah.

I think that we're we can have 25 people uh in the live session and and um 25 other pops that can be given to people that uh watch the the videos.

Okay, so so you, uh you wouldn't say that uh uh like to promote or or communicate like in in any way that there's like a limit to the attendees, or should we just like put it out and see how many people sign up.

I I would say that we we get. I think we should just for this one test to just get really aggressive about it. I think that you know if we I don't want.

I think that if too many people sign up, we can adjust and have like multiple sessions, maybe even like uh twice a week with the same session, um but I don't know uh that would be up to juan and and what he thinks is best for for the actual curriculum.

If, if you feel uh please write to me and and I can try to to um understand better but um yeah, the the other thing is that we're going to have the the the sessions on tuesdays of the graviton training and we are going to try to have like an nbc um boob club on thursdays on the gravity on the normal gravity calls so yeah.

I think, um and- and um I think it it would be better if we only have like one session per week and maybe just upload the video, so so people like follow it can follow it asynchronously and um yeah to pass to the other topic that I wanted to discuss is um that I made this um forum post where yeah we are proposing a retroactive governance, gift back to people that were that receiving pay um during the the um cultural build and that because of the pay, were reduced, also governance.

uh So, if you know like someone wants to do some suggestions that might apply to the proposal, correct me if I say something wrong, one all the time and then like we. When we have like the advice process, this is going to go on a snapchat boat, so we avoid the target fee in case like communities.

Do not want that to happen, and if the community is so interested in that to happen, then we're going to propose it on the hatch tower, uh with, of course, like the the guy who asked for the proposal is going to ask for a pack on the target fee, which is one south and uh rapid tax lie.

I do have a question I don't know if lauren you can answer this or um but is does, is this stakes? These stake tokens can only be used in conviction, voting and not disputable. Is that correct from the current setup.

I think they can be used in in both yeah, like you just get it's like it's like, as if these people had the equivalent amount of like tec-h tokens, but they're only ever going to be used for governance power, and they don't have any monetary value.

I'm sorry, sorry, I have um the proposal. It says um that um there are um three possible ways um to have a technical solution um to solve this issue, but um that the vote is to to to take the decision to to make the return of governance, but that the technical solution would be decided um on by the common swarm in an open process, because we still need um further research for each option and that also there are pros and cons for each each option.

One is more simple and it's and and could be done uh for the commons upgrade, and the other would be like better for the long term, but it also has its um cons as it would need um some funding and some um like devoted crew of developers to to be able to design an aragon app that um builds the solution for this. For this, for this situation,.

Yeah, my question is um because I believe that there are like four proposals that will be voted on um snapshot, so I wanted to know if um these four proposals will be voted simultaneously or like uh one proposal happens after the other like like, so we can make a plan how we will uh promoting that on twitter. Yeah, that was me sorry, it's all good, um so I've been talking with angela and she was curious, we're going to have a meeting tomorrow about it, but she was really interested in um this idea of collaborating with the te academy in terms of uh coms projects and possibly integrating type of te academy rewards into coms, especially if, if you're going to the approach of a dao, but uh this is all still up in the air, I just wanted to bring it to everybody's attention, especially uh chewy and mono, and all you guys that could be an opportunity.

So I'm gonna have more information about that tomorrow. When I talk with angela, but um the the thing that needs to be uh considered is that that you know we want to make sure that any type of work that is being done with the te academy doesn't take away from what we're trying to accomplish here at the te commons. So I just wanted to bring that up and we'll have more to talk about on that subject later. So, if anybody has any comments or dissenting voices about something like that, let me know now.

It's basically like, like the idea, is to provide um like backers to see tc with a little bit more information on like what to expect like, what's the framing of the tc hatched out and like what are the next steps, so the way we broke it up is kind of like in the two phases and um it's it's sort of a long post, we're thinking of putting it on medium um yeah.
