Thanks levi, um yes, true um great work um on the on that proposal, I have also been studying it. It's it looks uh great and it would be great also to have like a sink about it, maybe with the other stewards but yeah for sure. There's other moments to talk about this, and also my intention is to um show and to prom, um like promote the reading of two of uh forum posts that I made today.

One uh was updating the 75 governance give back um because yesterday in the common swarm call um like there was some advance that unblocked um the the this proposal and um also that I posted the second graviton training in the forum, so um yeah everyone can see them and um in songs. I have been listening to to um this girl called nate peluso. It's really good and I will share it in the in the comments um a channel and um I will pass to manu.

um Intentions just uh sitting back with chewie haven't talked with him, um see what things are cooking up in the comms channel and see how I can help uh no distractions and uh on my playlist I guess I listen to the donned album and the the new kanye and the new drake albums. Yeah on my playlist is like uh just mostly the music I was listening to with lauren in denver, so there's like a whole, the green light playlist, that's pretty much all I listen to these days and then, as far as intentions for the call just to hang out on and answer any be useful. If I'm useful, I'm going to be extremely distracted, I think I'm gonna actually walk during most of this call and also there's another call, always during this call the gardens call that occasionally that I may have to leave.

Yeah thanks rif yeah uh yeah, my intention, I don't know if we should do some contract. I have the intention to do a debate right after soft gov about what we were discussing yesterday on the agave channel, uh I'm going to announce it also on the community goal, but yeah I don't know if I I was thinking after soft golf, it's nice, because there would be some engagement and I feel like it's the right place and also was thinking with that with me.

So we can also have some meets the two forum posts that are that all the information is there. So we can have first have some discussion in the forum and past things some days. We can also do it on a debate and I think that would be fun and interesting for everyone and as far as music, uh I do not change so much. I guess if that can be both uh and for playlists, I'm really liking like the ambient music on youtube, the uh soundscapes and like yoga music. You can just there's these three hour loops. You can put those on and dive right into some uh focused work, so yeah I'm liking the the yoga tunes yeah, it's nice and relaxing, and with that I'll pass it on to um how about allocias alluisius.

um I guess I could answer the music thing. I've been obsessed with this album fred again, like almost the whole entire thing uh for about a month. It's holding me.

uh Distractions is my regular day job um as always, and um yeah I'd like to recommend a song called goliath by a band named carnival. If you like, progressive rock or metal, it's uh one of the cooler songs for those music geeks out there, it has a meter of 27 four.

So it's a little bit weird um rick bietto is a nice breakdown of it. If you're interested- and uh I guess I'm the end- so thank you.

Perfect, thank you so much durga. um For me, um my intentions for today's call is to sync with everybody, with uh what we've been uh doing, what we're still doing around the campaign uh and also uh as we brought it up, uh gather like some new information about um uh the t comes down and how this ideas have been like settling down in everybody's minds uh and as for distractions. I I have like really loud top music like next to me.

I'm really glad that, apparently you can't hear it uh but yeah, I'm in a public speak today, because my new isp so uh well, I get that fixed. I'm gonna be working here and that's for playlists. I I just started like this morning like I, I listened to a like an album that never really gets old uh thanks from the picture, but here for fear. So it was a really nice morning just like walking around with, like everybody wants to rule the world and stuff like that. uh So, let's start with uh with today's agenda.

uh So param september, ram september is still uh going on.

David is gonna uh present this, like some like basic form of twitter, analytics that we're gonna start uh putting together like bi-weekly to present to the community, uh and- and uh we would like to just like to to raise like more awareness among the community of who are we to talking to uh who's listening, and how can we use these uh this information to uh improve our strategies, our our campaigns and also like strengthen more bonds with uh specific communities that we might be reaching and we're just like clueless about it.

So we're very excited about implementing uh analytics around the uh september, and this is gonna keep going on until next week. So, uh if you have any suggestions or uh would like to contribute in some form, please uh reach out to us, uh we will be really glad uh to listen to some of your feedback. So, let's um for those of you that are more familiar with the tea comp dao uh proposal.

uh Let me actually uh I'm gonna, add uh the link to the presentation for those of you that would like to catch up with him. uh I would like to uh listen to maybe like some feedback or ideas that you've been having either if it's something uh like it, doesn't necessarily come to be good or it doesn't have to be like a like criticism, but just anything that you uh might come across like even if it's like something that you don't understand.

This is actually how we've been uh in reaching this proposal a lot uh with stuff that we uh just assume that everybody like knows and is more like more familiar with, especially around like uh like public funds in in project funding. So let's, let's do like a quick uh round of recap with the t come down and and see what comes up I'll. Let's start with leaving.

um Should I share my screen because I left a lot of comments there. I can go over them I'll. Do it quickly.

So yeah first is a really great proposal. I love to see how structured it is, and I think this will help a lot, the other working groups.

uh This is just something basic like among the comments I didn't understand. I think keeps training the tc, as the shelling point for t is like short and powerful and and then here uh yeah.

I think this is a really great role to have like relations with other token engineer, related projects and join forces in the communication, and then uh here just added that something to be mindful of could be to continue developing the tc voice and style according to the mission, vision and values so to have like an alive voice and style, but always like aligned and and then just added that another possible role that this cons could and that this dao could support as artists, and maybe we could explore more into an nft arm to raise funds to the dao or things like that, or even educational nfts and artsy about, like everything, we're doing and then in the I see you address that later.

But in the funding part, um I think we should think a little bit more on how to integrate like the funding that is being requested and the amount that is going to come from reward systems. I think we'll have a better idea when we decide uh how much tokens are going to be given through praise and source credit and etc, and then I just thought two hours for writers might be like very optimistic.

I don't know if that's enough time per week, but um I think you have a better view on that too, but it could be good to like talk to the people that are writing and then or to all of the people that have been working on those areas and ask how many hours they they are currently working to have a more accurate perspective there. And then I just didn't understand why there is like one group that receives 19 die per hour and another one that gets 12 die per hour.

I'm a fan of um horizontal contributions, and maybe everyone could receive the same, but also just suggestions. And then here I really like that. You added uh the community audit. In the end, because it's a great idea for us to keep accountability in the flow with those other arms that might be like hard to keep them all coordinated.

But I think this is a great point uh and then just a little bit of thoughts on like sub the word sub dow sounds a little weird, but I don't know if we have something better for it, but it would be good to have explicit that the commons has a relationship with um with the tc and then just the names like t. Comms might sound confusing with t comments for people that are arriving and don't know that they are two different things and uh yeah for the dial platform.

I suggest we have. We use multi-sigs for the working groups and I think nate is starting this work with boardroom to understand how we could integrate them all in some type of like same platform that we can have a view of them all, even though they're all different and and are independent on its own.

uh But it might be easier to start with a multi-sig, because it's not like so many people and and then source crowd has a bounty feature.

A luis is going to speak more about that, but I saw that it was implemented recently and we could experiment with that and then I do think that we should have the same terms and conditions uh from the tc and I would go further even with agreements most agreements called of conduct and this type of stuff- and this was unclear to me- the off-boarding process of the tc's, cable or not, and how this is related to this.

uh Thank you. Thank you. So much uh for sharing these um I'm gonna. I'm gonna look into your nose to turn something like ready for for tomorrow's stewards, call and see how we can keep uh improving this uh and yeah, especially like the the naming issue, as you say, like, let's find like a creative way to uh keep the this like comes down like associated with uh with the cc, uh because yeah like one of like the first uh uh clarification that I wanted to make is that we are not divorcing.

The tec, like we're, probably like more part of the pc than ever uh since the pc like provides uh for us and uh oh and and the only doubt that I wanted to also like uh clear, was about um uh if you uh like, if, if the like, the basic uh roads like the essentials roads uh that that comes going for the cec is gonna, be let's say like uh not a basic thing. I'm sorry, sorry!

I apologize because for over a month they haven't come up with a better uh concept, uh but it's like a base like race, and it's not uh like the purpose of it is that it is not like time. So I mean, of course, like writers could be like working 10 hours right per week, uh maybe maybe if they can only like contribute for two hours per week, that's good. The idea is that these essential roles that serve the tc comp can be complemented with a bigger project.

So uh I I also agree, as you say that, uh like the rate should be like all the same, there shouldn't be like differences or like vertical structures around that, uh but what my goal with that was that contributors are free to uh like work more if they want or get involved with other kinds of projects, uh so that, in addition of of uh what they are uh serving as a like, a basic or essential role in the tec could be complemented with another form of income with projects that are going to be more uh like isolated or are gonna are gonna have like specific roadmaps, so uh the video for example.

If we come up with a video production, this video production is probably going to take from four to six weeks, uh but during those four to six weeks, we will be able like to to do this, like as compliant a reward to what we are doing already to the pc, and these projects are going like specific objectives and and goals. So this is why, like we want to like intensify people to like contribute with bigger things or with bigger projects that are gonna.

That is gonna involve a bigger responsibility, uh and this is why there's like a difference in the risk, because uh the the essential rules are just going to cover like uh like time, let's say, but uh the complementary project could be uh are only going to be like for a limited time. So this is why there is this difference, but I would love to like explore alternatives or or just like more options around it like. How could we handle it in a way? That's like fair and also like accessible to anyone that wants to contribute.

uh I feel that this is also gonna help a lot with uh just funneling like people and intentions when they come up with when they come to the tv. uh Has this like uh tweet breaks it up like it looks like we all have like like a phd or something, and we want to uh make this like more accessible and and for people to uh to be like more perceptive about about how we can all contribute to token engineering, even though we're not like open engineers ourselves.

So this is kind of like the intention on like having these kinds of balance or like roadblock specific projects um so yeah. I I I wanted to uh clear this uh this out, but I'm also gonna. Take you account, like all of the notes that you gave so I can present like some updates in tomorrow's stewards meeting.

Does anybody else have some input on on on the comp now or how the idea has evolved, or maybe something that I have kind of like ring the bell and, and you don't think it's right and that we could address um just anybody is welcome to recommend it.

I pretty much agree with the levy feedback, but there's one thing I I have my touch like why it's better to have a multisig instead of a dao like I imagine like working groups like maybe like people will come and go like you know. The storage that is today, maybe not be here like 10 years from now.

So if these people still held a multisig uh yeah, I don't know it feels weird. Maybe it would be better just to I mean not better but yeah. I feel I don't know uh yeah how it would benefit in the long run, to have a multisig instead of being about.

So I just wanted to put my thoughts in here. I I do think this is the right direction and I like the idea of having these types of service downs, especially for the field of te. There are two things that I think need to remain consistent.

uh You know being independent that you're going to have your own roles in your own environment, your own, you know commons, basically with your own people, is that you maintain the mission vision, values of the tec and the decision making processes remain the same as in uh you use the same platforms use the same. You know, procedures that that soft advises on and you you maintain those two aspects of it throughout the entire process.

Having cohesion in the mission and having cohesion and the decision making is, is the two important things in my opinion. uh As far as like the funding and stuff, I I sent you my thoughts on like uh funding proposal type stuff system, but uh you know it's it's just whatever the the commons decides. In my opinion, I think you should have autonomy to decide that as a group so um but yeah I'll pass it back to you.

Hey, did you mean that? Can I just ask for clarification nate, did you mean that the comms now should continue to use.

Like the production processes, I didn't quite understand what you meant by the comms. Dao should continue to use the tech, dao uh processes.

Yeah, so uh things like um you know, using snapshot for signaling uh using similar, like the decisions that you make in comp style should be transparent. The entire thing should be transparent to the rest of the tec community, uh so you're not making isolated decisions all the time, but like things that impact the community, they should be discussed and make sure it's visible at minimum, and so that that's why you're, just following the same processes is what I would.

um Sounds like two distinctly different things: there: transparency and having parallel processes.

Well, I I think that, if you, you know, if you're making decisions on snapshot and instead of you know within your own version of maybe you're using token log rather than snapshot, I think that's not as visible as it can be.

I think if, if you follow the same processes of the other working groups, if they become dals, that you have more information sharing with uh common platforms,.

Okay, thank you, david and, and thank you nate uh does anybody else have some uh input about the countdown.

I was just going to say that um I think somewhere in here, we need to just talk about how we're promoting the culture of token engineering, as well as the sort of technical and individual processes, and I kind of looked- and I just didn't, really see much of an emphasis on that. I have to say the the big appealing thing for for me in this space is, I I don't participate much in the technical side of it, but because of the culture.

I have a lot more of a trust that those things are being done according to a certain kind of way- and I remember at the beginning, griff talking about how the kind of idea behind this was to be sort of an ieee sort of idea for token engineering, and that requires a certain level of trust and the culture is the thing that creates that trust, and so um it would be.

It would be nice to see that sort of specifically called out and mentioned as uh as a culture as strategic advantage, is really what I'm thinking of here. In terms of that.

Thank you so much for that. uh Actually, I'm thinking of like restructuring uh like part of of of this presentation, so that we can start answering.

uh How is the comes now gonna help the ped like reach uh its goals. How are we gonna keep working on what we've been working and probably like this whole section of like the public works can be, can be probably like restructured so that we can like evolve to that, but from our cultural build. uh I feel that this clarification is going to be very just for the company yeah.

Like a lot of confusion about what are we doing and what are we doing it for right, yeah, just so yeah.

Well- and I just want to sort of echo the thing that I said, you know a little quite quite a bit earlier about the deliberately developmental organization in some ways breaking up into individual dows is exactly that. Do you know what I mean in in the sense that we're like okay, now we're gonna sort of intentionally take comms and gravity, and whatever else and sort of you know develop that you know along a certain kind of line, so it might be interesting to find out.

um You know what are the common principles underneath all of those things so that we can, you know, share that not only tech but also you know, cultural development.

Yeah, uh I I I think that the I think the level of detail might be a little too much for the proposal, especially around like wages and stuff. You know, I don't know if you want to commit to uh everything I I really hope that in many ways the problem, the whatever we well, okay, first thing. I totally agree sorry for the background noise. I totally agree with livia on uh change, maybe changing the name. So it's not also the acronym of tec.

I think that's really astute uh point that maybe it's te marketing now or something I don't know whatever you want to call it and then um just with like committing to wages uh across the board.

Like I I do like, of course like I like the idea of it being fair and uh the same for everyone, but at the same time, I also think that it's up to the working group to figure out how to best get the job done, and maybe you need a designer who's, really good or something and you pay them more and maybe there's like someone who's willing to volunteer um and just be an intern. You know these things. These things are kind of up to individuals, so I don't.

I don't know about the level of detail I feel like it could be a little bit more macro uh and also the I just was I'm in vienna and with a bunch of token engineers, there's a token engineering, uh school kind of in vienna or a division, and I was talking with chris parook and he was and explaining the calm style concept to him and how it could you know- and he was very, very amenable to like how great it would be to have this as a shared service.

You know and be able to like use, uh use it to amplify some of the things that they're working on you know like they. They have a whole token engineering course in a college here, no one knows about you know, and it would be cool if they had some twitter presence if they had some of these things and they just don't, have the overhead for it or the bandwidth for it they're doing token, engineering, research and education uh also, like maybe a note taker or some other things so um yeah.

I just want to say that at least there's starting there's already a little bit of market fit or for this concept.

So that's that's, really cool um yeah and I I would also say I think, uh multi-sig it it's just. uh It just depends on how you want to do your governance. If you want one person, one vote or if you want to somehow tokenize voting weight based off reputation, um you know it's there's a wide design space, but sometimes making it simple is really nice and the gnosis multisig you sign transactions.

You can have a gnosis multisig on mainnet and xdi. There's some benefits there. You know, I I think it's uh it's really about figuring out how you want to structure your governance and then just doing it but yeah. I I think, that's, I think. That's all my feedback david. You had something to add.

I do you have um thanks very much for putting all this together griff, I think sorry chewie and uh I just wanted to add. um I posted a link. The the tulip swarm over at one hive is also trying to figure out compensation administration, and so I posted a link in the comms work group channel to um to a chat forum. That's been, or I guess it's a discourse form I believe and they've been discussing it.

Some interesting information there, including a pay scale from dx dow and um our I just wanted to to put out there, that our suggested base rates are 30 of dx dow's, suggested base rate. So uh to me that suggests that they might be a bit on the low side. um As for granularity, I have no idea, what's appropriate for a tech proposal deferred to you guys- and uh I agree with livy- that um I like horizontal alignment of pay scales as well after many many years.

That's what succeeded in my marriage and it works great um every you know, and yet, and yet we can't deny some hardcore. You know. People that have committed to their education for decades are not worth more when they, when they contribute their know-how, expertise and special projects, and so um I appreciate the work been done on this. I just wanted to direct people's attention to that tulip, swarm compensation forum post for extra thought, provoking and um yeah. That's it thanks.

Yeah, I I saw the link you posted, and I thought there was something interesting about a scaling model they had. That was like if you're just starting like, I don't know someone that never heard about crypto and or dao's and then entered into space, and they want to contribute.

They are in like one scale, and then there was up to five scales and that changed the compensation.

um I think that could be problematic in some ways, but it sounded like an interesting choice, mostly because even the first scale had a really good payout. So it's not that anyone was being um like burned in any way for just being starting. There was like that level off and I think that takes some pressure off of people's shoulders. Also when they're starting of like oh everybody, knows that I'm starting I'm starting.

There is a process to gay knowledge, and maybe there are some educational uh pathways that can happen and but yeah that was just something interesting from there.

Yeah, I think tv, it's it's, uh and thanks david for for uh reminding uh this about. The philippe dial discussion is definitely a great great case study for uh the stage that we're in right now, and I feel that for all of the students, it's a it's just uh some great uh input on how we can uh organize like some of uh some of the future and uh uh oh, in addition to this uh lily.

uh uh I would really like to to think on on sourcefed to see kind of like the direction that it's taking.

I'm also, uh I'm also a little bit behind on a feedback that that nate requested, but for like everything around uvi in the pc and how that can be uh arranged and like, in addition to the trollip dao, uh poland is still a thing so that that's something that maybe I would also do to clarify because, uh like you, could really like be part of any swarm like you could be in in or or you can be like hunting bounties and in the boss, dao or you can be looking for tulip or agave, but like it doesn't matter like as long as you have like some kind of like interactions with the community uh source.

Credit is gonna, recognize that, and this is probably like, not something that can be uh like a full-time compensation. Let's say uh like for some people, it works uh really good. uh Obviously, these people are more involved like in full time, but even like for graphic designers. I've always found uh found uh uh poland really uh convenient, because uh even though, like it's not like providing uh them with like a lot of uh income uh like in a way it it.

uh It's how you said like uh it's really good for for for newcomers, and even even in my my own personal case, like I remember the first day that I got uh poland, it was like wow like I I like, I could have talked about source credit like for hours, and people explained it to me, but I would have never gotten it as quick as like.

First time I got, uh I got this uh uh like compensation, so I uh I also feel that that uh sources can sometimes be like a complementary tool for newcomers uh and also like us, as uh also uh like more veteran people in the community. Let's say uh so.

uh I I'm gonna, I'm gonna move on to the uh to the next agenda so that we have uh enough time, but thank you very, very much uh to everyone for all of this uh come down feedback uh I'll work in the naming, also so that it can be like more associated with uh the cc cultural build and our values as well, so rabbiton training, calendar, we're gonna, be also promoting, like a google calendar with all of the dates uh and time so that it's easier for people to get.

Yeah um that yesterday, in the common swarm call, um they were discussing that they found um like a technical solution that was feasible and that um um that was one of the things that was maybe like slowing the boat. So I think, like now that that part is being cleared out like the boat can uh like proceed, and I still want advice process on this. But I am proposing to have it on the weekend of the 17 to the 20th of september and use quadratic voting just with the options yes or no.

Okay, so uh would a good next step be to engage in the forum discussion or is? Is it uh um like? Is it? Is it gonna like go to another stage of the advice process.

Yeah, first, if you think that the question is well written and if you think that the question uh like represents the proposed uh of the boat, the intention of the boat and also, if you think, like uh quadratic boating, like the type of boating, is the the right one and also on the date. I I think those would be the three three main topics to have advice, process on.

Funka, okay, and in going to our next uh agenda topic, I wanted to talk about the pc token listing um it's a it's a great thing that uh libby and griff are here, because I feel that you also have more experience with this. uh I don't know if you saw about this week, there was like a glitch in coin gekko and both honey and agave show that they got like a fee of like dollars or something like that and that stays like in the graph.

But it was just like a like a glitch, and it reminded me also like about uh how uh the tv listing is gonna interact with uh with different uh different uh listing sites.

H

So we want to touch this to this topic in the working group, so that sorry about the member and maybe uh bring this up in the comments forum, so that we can start asking ourselves how uh the bonding curve is gonna uh interact with these uh different sites, and we can get a little bit ahead of that, and I also found that jessica uh had brought this up up like back in november december. I think- and she suggested both uh like these out and positive blockchain.

So uh well in case you're not familiar with uh coin deco.

uh This is it it's pretty much like the most popular, but I was also seeing that uh deep down is very uh interesting and it also has like different platforms that I feel that, uh for example, one hive is like listed under uh like aragon, but probably it could be a good idea to work with uh with deep down so that we can, uh I add, like gardens as a new platform in in the in the next few weeks, uh and also positive blockchain is like really great like if, if you don't know this, uh this site, like I, I checked it out before- it's really interesting, just uh how the the listing pretty much uh just been around uh just a blockchain of budgeting for goods, mainly so, yes, I wanted to touch this uh subject uh since it's in our our uh probably like around november.

I think that that right now we are going to go through the comments upgrade, um but I also feel that uh part of like a good fun strategy once we get close to that, it's also to be promoted in like listings and that people can find uh the tc token and a link to the augmented bonding curve with no issues. So uh I'm gonna pass it to whoever wants to uh comment on on this. um I know that right now, it's not a priority, but uh but it it will.

uh It will be at some point in it. It's uh I mean a regular listing in units what could be better, but I know that there might be some issues between the augmented bonding curve and just the apis in this site. So if anybody has some input in this or experience in the matter feel free to come in.

I I would say that it's uh very critical that we are in communications with the coin gecko team and asking them what they need and then making in advance and then making sure the common storm can provide it. uh It's actually really powerful to have the token listed at launch uh in advance, and it's something that takes time so uh the the dab node token, for instance, it took three weeks I think, to get it listed and uh yeah there's it's it's.

uh When people go to see what the price of the token is, where do they go? They they won't go to our website. You know they they'll go to coingecko, because that's just what they're trained to do uh in coin market cap. So um it's very actually, I would say it's pretty critical and they're. I don't think it will be hard for them to um receive.

We might just have to build an api for them to pull from and that's that's all it is, and the api probably already exists, and we just have to tell them what it is for the price. The token supply is the more complicated piece uh that I think will be a challenge for them, but uh but we can see what they need by.

uh It would be amazing if, if you have someone who wants to be the point person on this um but yeah and and it's a valuable skill, if you uh take the point on this, uh you know you can do this for anybody afterwards.

Agave got listed like very fast compared to honey, so yeah yeah.

We can see tweets up by 45 and tweet impressions up by 66 profile visits are down slightly mentions and followers. The followers is up. uh I love seeing that the way that trend line is climbing and we're really starting to uh pull people into conversation and- and that's been my more or less my my primary goal is to is to create an ongoing conversation and keep it focused on uh token engineering and collaborative economics, and let me tell you it's like herding cats, I mean it wants to go conspiracy.

Theory in the blink of an eye or uh video games and covid, and so it's a it's a fun challenge and I enjoy it. And um of course, when we reached our minimum raise our top tweet, uh it became our top tweet.

29 19829 impressions, I would have to google a tweet impression to tell you exactly what that is token engineering commons. What an epic month for the family surpassed the minimum goal. This is the second top tweet of the month.

And our third top tweet keep getting involved, be part of the first collaborative economics that will fund advancing the field of token engineering. Our tweets often have to cram very complex, subject matter into very limited space, and we try not to split tweets up into multiple tweets like two or three tweets, to cover the same subject where possible, but it's not always doable. I think my screen's frozen here standing.

Is there some sort of mechanism uh through tweet or twitter analytics or some other third-party uh plug-in, or that can either that excludes or just separates the like a given list of participants or where those impressions came from or uh to break down engagement with people who are already involved versus who are well.

So um I understand chewie has made some inroads with hubspot already. I know he's talked to me about it and asked me to sign up for an account. um I'm not sure what the latest on on hubspot is, but it sounds like it's. It's progressing towards integration, which is great.
