I would love to start. I even came prepared this time, so um I feel like I'm not so much into music as everyone else, but I just finished a podcast that I listen to when I want some like mind. Expansion, uh lex friedman he's excellent and he had a really good. You know long form long talk with uh a professor named um sean kelly, I think, was his name and I really enjoyed it. You know they covered existentialism. Nihilism was really just broad and far-reaching and far out.

So I really really really love that podcast and I'm going to recommend that podcast to anyone who sort of likes just to take a change from something that they're used to listening to and like venturing out into something else, um intentions distractions. So you know I want to know what's going on in comms, uh I'm mostly gonna, probably be quiet and listen in um this is my other favorite podcast, the comms working group uh and distractions.

I guess I really. There was so much great energy in the community last night, so I feel like I'm a little high from that and my brain is spinning. So I feel like I'm a little distracted by like all of these ideas, for um how we can make communitas really strong. I haven't stopped thinking about it since the meeting yesterday and I'll pass to nate.

Thanks tam um yeah, my intentions are just to catch up on the comms and see what what needs to be done and see where I can help out. My distractions are: I'm currently working on slides for the graviton training, I'm not a slides person. I I'm a slides minimalist. If you will, I prefer to talk more than to show, but I feel like they needed some work.

So I'm just touching that up right now, um my playlist I've been listening to a lot of different podcasts, the disruptors I I really enjoy for just kind of general science uh interviews around just different topics, all over the place um and yeah. I it's just a lot of fun, so I will pass it to anchor.

Hey good morning, folks, um the first cup of coffee is going down very smoothly and um I'm in a good mood. Today I was at the first two-thirds of the communitas meeting yesterday and I I sensed the energy building kind of like a wave uh breaks, and it was, it was great. I had to shut it off for the last 12 minutes or so, and intentions are to sync up with my comms fam uh distractions.

um No, not really, uh I'm I'm thinking a bit about next week. I have to reschedule, I have to go to the city, uh vancouver for a medical appointment and so it'll take me away most of the day, um but we can manage that I'm sure and distractions yeah. That's it I'll pass it to acid laser.

Don't worry thanks david uh thanks, everyone for for sharing uh my intentions, for the call um are like we're really really trying to focus on on uh postman's upgraded world. uh So uh so I wanted to uh bounce some some ideas uh that will help uh also like uh our new manifesto, that is gonna.

Like more shaped for for working at the uh as an individual working group- and uh I have no distractions uh today and on my weekly playlist, um I've been listening a lot to the latest album by negro morpho uh mexican band. However, this is not a recommendation. It's gross so uh but yeah that's been on my weekly playlist as it laser knows what I'm talking about. He has made some art for them, uh it's a very like peculiar band, but but yeah I'm I'm very careful to not recommend it all the time.

So that's that's my weekly playlist and okay. um So, starting with uh our first agenda topic today, uh I would like to start uh taking some steps towards uh formalizing uh social fridays. uh What is this about?

A

A while ago, we uh noticed and started uh talking about the possibility of especially around out to dao uh communications um put together uh along with metagame one hive. This thing called uh social fridays because uh we noticed that uh on fridays we have uh the different events for for uh the different like community calls are, are being held in on on friday, and uh what we find really positive about this is that uh most of these goals are always like.

Non-Work are related metagame and one have used to uh have it in in. uh In the case of tc, we needed to relax right. Like someone someone started saying like okay, we need a space for uh talking about non-uh work related stuff, so we notice that this happens on friday.

A

We have the tc lounge uh here and then, after that we have a community gathering for metagame and uh two hours later we have the hive cafe, so uh we were thinking about putting together this campaign, maybe for uh three or four weeks uh that starts uh promoting, uh especially for for new members and for people that want to approach uh different doubts and and get a general sense of different communities.

um We were thinking about uh coordinating this, like small dial, to dao campaign um that that promotes uh social fridays as uh like a non-work related space where people can uh feel, let's say a little bit like more uh like socially like compatible. um This is one of the things that uh sometimes we forget right like we. We forget what it was initially to get in here and then start like seeing like all of these people that talk about weird stuff and seeing like unfamiliar faces. So this is the intention behind uh social pride.

It's for it to be a coordinated company without their doubt. In this way I don't know like. Maybe there is some people in metagame that really like aren't finding like their way in, but they could find their way into the tec right because of the culture, because it's more compatible.

A

So I wanted to ask uh around like for some uh opinions and maybe ideas on how we could uh optimize this campaign so that we can have um more uh more people and and yeah keep uh keep up with this.

A

uh um This rhythm of new people uh coming in our community and wanting to understand and and yeah like this is of course, like first of the limitations that we're gonna talk about uh after this, uh but I wanted to see like regarding social fridays like uh what's the general feel of the community, um do you think this could be good? Do you think this could uh uh yeah just like any any outcomes that uh that this uh coordinated campaign could bring?

Does anybody have some input or opinions on this, especially people that are more aware of all of the development around community.

um And I just wanted to say that yeah. I think this is a good idea. I think that I could definitely bring a couple of people in for metagame to come and hang out if that's necessary.

And um I also want to say that um yeah, the the these social fridays are um can be a really good um idea, um and you know that I have been fostering the lounges here in the dc and I think they're really cool spaces, so yeah. um I I for sure encourage to have this like a a bigger scope for these spaces.

I attended the lounge last friday, I loved it I'm going to attend tomorrow. I agree. Social friday is an excellent idea and in a way it's it's happening uh separately already I mean one hive: has the trivia going on tomorrow, following their community call, I could see a limitation immediately bumping up against too many people in a single call, but that's not always the case and much much better um to to attempt it yeah. I like the idea.

Yes, personally, uh I I I've been doing an effort to attend uh uh the tc lounge, because I I thought it's also like important. Regarding uh culture, um I even like tattoo like run some errands in the street last uh last friday.

um I actually can't forget about like how possible it is like because of the tc, we're very used to be like okay, like in our desk and like completely like into it, um but I I like having this space where you could be like anywhere and and uh conversation is completely free and open, um and we actually remember like some months ago when I was still like more involved in one hike uh that uh I used to attend.

The cafe call like this and it's something that it's not as difficult to follow as our usual calls. So so, yes, I'm I'm uh I'm gonna start. uh uh I'm gonna start like getting in touch with uh with people from bus in in one high in uh apparent.

I don't know if you could uh help me uh if I can send you a dm later and you could help me uh get in touch with uh with the people uh behind like some metagame social media or something that uh where we can coordinate to uh start promoting it.

Okay, uh okay, so let's uh let's go to our uh our next topic, uh which is like a typical one and it's something that has been causing like some anxiety in in the case. So, as you know, we've been uh talking about uh uh having like some some kind of orientation or some kind of uh uh just a uh just like a welcoming part for for for creative people.

A

uh This is uh again like trying to um trying to like establish like different uh uh dynamics, let's say for for uh for people that first approach us especially creative, uh just so that it doesn't look like like real php and all of this right.

A

So uh what uh the intention uh behind this is to start affording people that later can be uh coordinating in separate teams uh so that we can provide uh communication services rather uh for token engineering related projects right so right now, the biggest limitation that we've had is that we have like one or two gigs, right or or bounties. Let's call them that that sometimes are are brought up, but uh it's just like I've been talking also to manu a lot in in in.

We noticed that these kinds of projects, like small projects or productions, are no longer like viable. Like we are so close to the comments upgrades that um funding for this kind of stuff uh has been uh a challenge, and right now like we have like some creative people, some people that have experience in uh ad agencies and different stuff like this. But the thing is that the like having their output uh in in our community.

uh We just haven't really like reached that point right where, where uh we can get people's hands on, so they can start so that they can start getting what we do and and how we work, uh but just like without compensating them. It just feels weird right. um I uh it's not that everyone has to like have a likeness and like an allocated income or anything like this. You know like at least a reward system uh which makes contributing with metagame and one hive uh super cool like it.

It is its own path right, but with uh reward system like they start getting, rewards for this, the small interaction and after this they can get involved in in uh bounties or more specific, uh more specific duties right, so that they can uh all just like whether to like expand their contributions, or maybe they decide like they're. A little bit more busy and they can contribute in any other way and compensation always uh cast like it's its way, but we are not there yet.

So I wanted to bring this up and see uh maybe explore some options right about what uh about what we can do and about uh how we could uh start assigning some some uh creatives to different projects and and uh to get a sense of of the community, but also for them to feel uh rewarded right and uh even if it's through, brace and eventually uh and eventually have like uh some some tech tokens for them. um We like we're still not there like.

I don't know if, uh if, if you get me in in in that sense, but it's like a very like awkward point uh for us, so these were like some of the options that uh uh that I that I kept in mind uh from like my least favorite, to mainly to uh to what I find like more viable with our current circumstances.

A

So uh should we request additional funding for bounties like should we have uh like a small amount uh where we can assign different uh different bounties, or should we just like stick with phrase or maybe should we just like you know like keeping a key um orientation in a way, maybe having like a space uh similar to the t uh to the tt, lounge or or somewhere, where we can gather all of these creatives without uh making like serious commitments and without like having like to necessarily curry, uh uh keep keeps close to the communities that we can like keep explaining everything.

However, I don't feel like this at this stage could be like very productive. So I wanted also to open the stage to listen to some.

A

What I see also that uh if two words are here uh and they wanted to see if you could share like your own experiences, uh while planning uh funding for working groups, and uh how do you, how do you uh feel that contribution should be uh rewarded or if it's a matter of having like a a a common pool with with some allocations, um yeah just a general perspective, so that we can uh so that we can include some of his ideas on our manifesto and, at the same time, take some steps towards thinking the different working groups funding proposals?

Because um if some of you have been like the the the tulip uh the tulip battle case, uh that's like something going on. In one side where uh one of the swarms is compensating.

But twice as as other storms, so yeah just like a general talk about uh contributors.

What can we do while we reach the comments upgrades and uh if there are many, if there are some ideas, uh so maybe we can start assigning bounties? Should we wait all of this? I'm sorry I'll. Just start I'll, stop talking and uh I'll pass it uh to you, since uh I've seen that you made some progress in in the in the funding proposal,.

Oh man, I haven't got to figure it out. I mean I feel like. Essentially, the stewards working group is a little different because all of the stewards are also participating in other working groups. um So there's something like what makes sense to I mean I can tell you where my thinking is. My thinking is to be a steward in the tec.

There is some time commitment um and then there's a working working group coordination leads who have even more commitment time commitment than stewards, but the idea is to maintain a certain level of knowledge and know how what's going on in the tec and what's changing and what's new, there's a certain amount of time, commitment required and then the same thing and then even more for for for the the person in the working group.

That's doing that with the coordination for that working group with the other working groups and sort of the transversal coordination, and so it seems to me that it makes sense for there to be some sort of base stipend and I'm still playing with numbers. I I I in the working proposal that draft uh funding that I shared it. um You know I don't feel like I have this. This unlock at all. I feel like I'm still working through ideas.

um I think fundamentally, the question that come that that there's two things that I'm buying up against one is not knowing how rewards will perform for just not knowing what the results will be. So we don't know what the outcome of the reward system will be yet so it's really kind of like taking a chance to assume that it would compensate people's efforts to a degree that would be considered.

You know sufficient, so there's that that uncertainty and then the second thing I'm bumping up against is this idea of downing to dao and being extremely cognizant that we have a core mission and all of like, we definitely have things that the dow will need to support just to run the dao, but just being cognizant of um making sure there's some right balance between how much the dow needs to like to burn every month just to exist and how much will actually go to projects, research and education.

So those are the two things I'm bumping again up against. I'm sorry, I don't have any better answers. I just have questions like everyone else, um and should I pass it to somebody I'll I'll pass it to ivy then, with the transparency group.

Thank you sam. I actually have the same thoughts as you um when every time I think about the fun, uh especially also with the transparency working group, I know how limited we, how limited our fund is.

I I like the idea of having uh bounties but yeah. I'm also hesitating because of the uh because you have limited fund and um tam said that um it's critical to find the balance between um funding the operations and funding the uh project so yeah, and also the reward system uh yeah. We don't know how it's gonna be uh executed, or you know how it's gonna be uh how it's gonna happen in the uh rehearsal.

It's hard to make like uh to give up like make false promises or, like uh I think, what's the best thing to do is now is to manage the expectations of the contributors and be uh transparent on um on the current situation of the reward system. If we can promise them, I mean if we can compensate them with um right now, but uh yeah. If we choose the, uh uh if we choose to praise, I think we should be transparent about the uh yeah about the reward system and yeah. I pass it to um nate.

Thanks anxiety, yeah, um so what I said has a lot of power and that setting expectations is really important at this point in time, especially when our reward system is kind of up in the air, um I did send you a while back. I think, a kind of this ubi model idea where everybody gets a little bit and you grow slowly over time based on the services that you provide for other projects and dials and stuff. um I still believe in that model.

um I I think, that's if you stratify the amount of pay people get based on time.

It will lead to problems in the future uh based on you know, who's got what role and why and you know, justifying different aspects of the reward system that don't need to be justified. I would almost rather see a base pay for all participants and limit the participation and access to contributions based on the working group need, and I I think I take a very different approach in my idea towards that than other people, but I do think that it kind of has to be a closed system for a little bit, especially at the beginning.

Before you can really have something you know steady and long term and sustainable so yeah, those are just my thoughts on it. um I will pass it on to acid laser.

Next night: well, I really don't know a lot about poundings and that stuff on tc. But if I was a new member I will prefer to first know the the flow of the community before having a reward of something like that.

But maybe I think the the keep orientation idea first is good after we know, I'm all about foundation the bounties, but I really don't have more information about it. So I will prefer that and I think a good opinion be form septimus.

Thanks, I said laser yeah. I pretty much agree with what ivy and time was saying, but even even that I feel like it would be. It wouldn't be harmful for working groups to have some money for panties. Imagine like a big project is happening and you really need to get a very good designer or or whatever.

Or whatever, like you know, or maybe a team, you know, maybe you need five designers or you know whatever, and if you you know have this already, I mean as a working group and knowing the state of the like. You know we only have 1.5 million, we really need and we want to fund education and projects. So we need to be careful, but at the same time, having these funds to you know bootstrap the you know, if you communicate better, then more people is going to buy tc.

So more entry and exit tribute some more income so and yeah. Having this, uh you know at some money for uh bantis. I feel it would be beneficial and if the working group is you know being careful with how they are using these funds, it should be more beneficial than harmful I'll pass it to grief.

Completely agree for comms that bounties make a lot of sense, and it's like just nice to say: hey, I mean we use bounties in the common swarm right and I think the bounty system on is like for for small. One-Off tasks makes a lot of sense, so um yeah. I would keep budget for it and dergados.

Oh, it's uh about uh ideas, uh they're gonna ask for for uh how to handle uh contributors uh right now. um So it's uh it's about like well, we get to the comments upgrades uh just like different ways in which we can uh uh reward uh contributors and uh or or maybe, if we should uh just like stand by until we reach a point in which we get like our own working group funding, yeah.

Yeah, I'm not sure about you, know what you just said in terms of like when it should be done, but I also think it it should depend uh also upon what the person is doing. So, for example, you know when I think about somebody who's like maintaining infrastructure, or you know somebody who has to care a lot about the hubspot.

Or something like that, that takes time commitment recurring, um you know daily involvement. Therefore ubi would make more sense in terms of that. But if you're talking about something where oh geez, we need this graphic made, you know, then we have like a group of people who are, you know good at creating those things and then we, you know sort of bounty that out you know.

So uh perhaps uh you know, and there may be more layers, but I'm just uh you know going based on what I think whatever the role uh might be, and I actually do think that there is a role uh for some people who you know, do cis admin stuff and need to be consistent and persistent in their uh approach to things which is quite different than um now.

If, if you wanted to do that on a bounty, I don't know what that I don't know anything about bounty, so I mean you might as well be talking about you know complete, but I think I understand the basic idea is that you just pay somebody to do an individual task.

That's fine, but maybe there's some. You know other way to do that, and I think it's um for the reason that I was making suggestion that we, you know.

Certain people on staff to take care of certain administrative things where.

It to I didn't understand the question, so I just I want to jump in and say another thing, um sorry to kick the format, but uh I think it's really important to kind of see what the individuals need. uh Each working group should be led by you know, should have an entrepreneurial attitude by at least one person who is, in my opinion, who is orchestrating the situation and like it's nice to have some like nice, easy, on-boarding and off-boarding.

But there are certain critical roles that need to be filled and there are people who can do it, and so it's kind of like having one-on-one negotiations with each individual and figuring out what they need and then make in what format they need for it to work for their their requirements. Some people have a mortgage, some people are crypto rich, some people have like kids, and you know everyone has different needs and they need to uh and and care about, different and payment structures need to fit those needs for those people.

So um I think, there's kind of like two approaches: there's the: what do the individuals who are critical for the working group need and then what? How do you want to? You know have easy on-boarding for others to join.

um Thanks chewie, yes, um I think that um we should give value also to the services that we're providing, because um we are identifying a need, but also we are providing a solution and like. I think that all of our of our um working groups should find um different funding streams to have like a minor box um for this kind of bounties and and also um to make more valuable. The the tc economy. I think, like um yeah.

The funding pool is the starting point, uh but um we should try to to um promote um the best management so that um we can make more value. um Like I think, of what um sometimes grief says of like we are exploiting the altruist, and um I think that um we should also give value to the work that we are doing and and that's why we are like pushing the nascent field of token engineering like um we are identifying the need and- and we are also proposing different solutions, so um yeah.

I think that we should try to to to give a lot of of value, not only um the intrinsic value of what we're doing, but also try to somehow make it like um a value of exchange within within um the the ecosystem.

So yeah, I think that we should try to provide services and and and yeah and and sell what we're doing to to to to the space.

Hey aman, uh just to put you in in context uh we're talking about uh uh like different uh kinds of funding for uh uh comps contributors like if creatives uh come to uh to the comms working group, uh find ways in which we can uh reward uh their contribution and yeah, just like uh aswanka was saying identifying the forms of value. So um for you, as a newcomer and a a new member of the community recently, uh we would love to listen to some of your uh feedback.

And how do you send this um contributions when you approach a community.

uh What do you mean by uh contributions and which community like? Are you talking about what people do inside tec or what tc might do for other house.

A

Yes, it's uh uh it's uh regardless, if it's like for the tec or for other uh community, just any uh contributions, you know. So if someone is a social media manager or a graphic designer, uh these are people that can provide uh value right to uh to our working group. So I would.

uh I would like to listen to some of your experience uh like approaching communities and and just making any kind of contributions, any anything that could be considered of uh of value in the in in in in a working group or a dao and uh yeah. Mostly, how do you perceive this part.

uh Yeah sorry to take up so much time but uh yeah like so uh we are talking about.

How do we give back to the people who provide value to communities right yeah yeah, um I mean uh I don't have a lot of experience, but uh when I I wasn't when I was in bx tower, I was not a paid contributor there, but you know they had these sort of levels of you know how many hours people put in and the kind of skills that they had and uh there was a fixed uh amount that people get according to their cars and uh and ski level, and they could even request for it beforehand.

And if the community agrees, then she would get the payment so yeah. That is one way I don't know if there are other ways of financial in incentivization of contributors, because, ultimately, if somebody provides your value and their time and their skill level, uh we have to financially give back somehow, okay yeah.

Or maybe, uh if I listen to you guys for some more time, I might be able to come up with a better answer, because I have been here for only like five minutes, I'm a little out of context. Sorry for that yeah.

Yeah no worries, uh please feel free to uh also like approach us if you have any ideas around this because uh after a while, we tend to lose perspective of what it means to be a new camera in this kind of community, so yeah. No thanks jury. I haven't gone and um I mostly I'm echoing the statements that have been made already. I think the ubi has a place to be a partial component of an income and I also think bounties have a place.

I also agree with the principle that um a bit uh started to each according to their need and if, if a person ends up um with the big mortgage to pay versus someone, that's crypto rich that should be considered. I I believe hard to consider but should be considered um it's a very difficult discussion.

Many daos are facing this issue right now and.

Yeah, what about location does the location of residents have an impact on how much a person should be paid?

I'm not sure uh thanks for bringing up this difficult discussion, chewie, and uh I wish I had more insight to offer, but.

I was going to speak up about a similar thing about the fact that there's lots of these online communities that go for it.

Sorry um but yeah, um I was just going to say that a lot of these communities have an excess of value that they want to get rid of or they're trying to utilize, um because the grind and the churn is actually what makes all these communities money and gives us extra stickiness. So I think, there's just a social issue with the idea of of money and how much we make or how much we spend or this that another.

So I think david definitely has a serious point to put there that you know some people do this, because they don't need money. They they're hanging out, because you know this is the thing to do now um and there's other people who are in this space, who are definitely here, um because this offers a much greater opportunity to make money and create opportunities than anything in their own um own native space, um as opposed to a digital native space.

um So with that in mind, definitely people speak up. If you need money right, hey david, hey, I agree for sure. Thank you, but yeah. That's my app.

No, I just wanted to add, I feel like sometimes when we have that type of mindset, though um I feel like we go back to the same concept of you know uh we're taking advantage of the altruist.

You know like it's like, um even if they don't need money, um you kind of we I feel like the goal, should be to reward people and create a system that rewards people regardless be of what they're doing, because they are doing it for this purpose, and um I understand putting into context and allowing the individuals to make those decisions for themselves and to allow the organization to engage in that type of negotiation.

But I I do feel like that can be a very dangerous game to play. um Yeah I just yeah. There are a lot of pitfalls that come to mind.

I totally agree with nate. It's very important like like people get what they you know the value they provide and it doesn't matter if the rich of the poor, like we don't you know it's it's not our business like the value created is what has to be rewarded, and I yeah. I totally agree with you.

Do people make money doing this? I haven't made a single dollar really from it. Do you know what I'm saying like I I mean it's an interesting question like like I'm just participating because it's fun and you guys listen to all my stuff, but can I make money? Is somebody gonna just suddenly come and say yeah, I'm gonna hear some money. You know like I just don't get it like. It doesn't nobody's done that at all, except for maybe the coins will have value at some point, but I don't fully understand how that works either.

So yeah, that's a that's a funny question to me. We always talk about how do we uh hear this a lot, but so far you know I mean I. I got some impact hours, but I don't have a clue so how if and when those will ever bear any fruit of any kind. So I hear people in metagame like hey, I participated metagame so that I can make money really. How do you do that? I just don't have any idea.

Yeah regarding this uh specific point, it takes me back to the uh to the the research about dao that bitcoin and bank list uh put together. If uh some of you haven't checked it out, I recommend it uh a lot because uh it touches this subject like like how how many people from from the people that we interviewed are actually uh uh making a living like kind of uh contributing to a doubt, and uh there is there's like some, some really uh uh some really uh cool uh information.

um I've talked about this before, but like from my personal and professional experience uh it. It really really sucks to be a creative in uh like ad agencies or to be like into film for a production house because, like they, they take.

That's like a broken system for creatives right like all of these, like intermediaries like uh take all of it, and they they take a lot of of uh of time to pay you and uh it's just like really like, not not fair and uh and it's one of those things that uh you are like constantly told that you can't fit, um and I really feel that uh regardless, if it's like for for uh for, like making a living, I I see that there are a lot of solutions for for creatives in this space uh because of the way proposals, work and- and all of this like this.

This is the way it should work, but uh it it always like uh uh you, you, like it love somewhere like between, like the client and the agency, and then the production house, and then there's like you as a creative and- and you always have like. uh Not a lot of uh uh you know like there's, not a lot of fairness like uh in this, so I feel that uh maybe like making a living out of it.

It's like a more uh complicated subject, especially uh as david says like uh depending on where they are like they may be in switzerland or they've, been maybe in latin america and in uh living, is very, very different in these two places. uh However, I I feel that this is like part of a solution for creatives and uh yeah.

This is this is like something that really like motivates me for for uh also getting like some creatives on board and get them to try out uh what it is like to like make a proposal into uh uh getting to like a community that will vote for funding on this and how it just like takes all of the uh all of the middlemen uh out of the way right.

uh But this is like my perspective with uh with this part in this experience in in agencies, um I said laser has also like worked for for, uh like some political campaigns and they usually like take a lot to like pay, and I mean political parties like it's not like. They are like uh missing the money right, so so it's uh this is. This is a very interesting subject uh and yeah thanks for thanks for bringing this up uh david and jurgen, I think you wanted to say something honka.

Yeah that um I I can um answer durgas and I think it's it. It shouldn't be a taboo and it's that um um the tc is the first iteration of the common stack framework and um on like until the commons upgrade that we will have our own economy and we will be able to to to manage our our own funds. um Yeah. The common stock um have been like um um giving compensation um to to a lot of people and that those people um yeah who who were compensated monetarily.

They also got um their governance deducted on the on the impact hour, distribution, so yeah. Those are the same people that will be also um affected by the 75 percent governance. If that proposal um passes well, um it already passed the signaling but like through the commons, upgrade and yeah the technical solution, and all that.

How would this be uh uh like self-explanatory in yeah, especially like I, I really want to get rid of the tea comes out thing like it's like yeah, too complicated. So um how do you feel about these? Sure I can start really quick. I I just like amplify: uh it goes with gravity in a way of being like physics, and then it also uh you know, is very clear and what your job is, which is just amplify the token engineering voice uh I'll pass. Turning.
