For being here in our comes weekly working group, um let's start with uh some intentions, uh distractions, uh some of what has been on your uh playlist this week. I really like that part and uh yeah any any uh like agenda topics that that you have. I know that we're right now, like uh uh finishing up like with with uh like our our hatch content.

So if we're leaving anything out, please uh feel free to drop any like agenda topics and well I'll start myself. uh My intentions is to sync to show you some of the advances on the on the whole uh uh content and distribution process and and uh no distractions. Today, uh some of what has been in my playlist, I actually like made a playlist for the params debate and I'll be posting a link to that in the in the comms channel. If anybody wants to uh listen to that and uh I'll pass it to tam.

Cool uh you know, my intentions are the same as every week like see how I can support comms and uh give updates where I can too, um and I haven't- I don't I'm listening to. Okay, it's a podcast, but it's like the greatest podcast. I've listened to in a long time. It's called um hardcore history by dan carlin and the series is a three-part series of king of kings and I'm on the third part.

It's basically 12 hours of really intense history of ancient fighting and kings and wars, and it's like, I can't recommend this anymore. I want to tell everyone about it, so I'm glad I got to tell you guys about it today uh and I will pass to uh nate.

Yeah, uh since just trying to get caught up on everything with the hatch communications that are upcoming um and all the the comm strategy stuff that we're building on so it's really exciting, um no distractions and my playlist is currently filled with various different podcasts. So uh not only I have too many to to speak of, but I will pass it to.

Awesome, this is issue number four, uh which I I just closed and our final front-end uh text is here, so I think we're still like some days away from uh actually like implementing it to the front end with with the common swarm team. So we still have like if you have like any feedback or anything like just uh feel free to dm me and and we can see what we can work out. uh This is how it's actually gonna uh look in the in the in in in the final uh website. uh We're still go.

We're gonna have the video uh up here, we're still uh figuring out if we're you're, gonna use the animated video or the interview video.

uh But the idea is to have this like brief content and to have the faq here with uh collapsible windows, and I mean I don't know why the I I guess it's marked down, but the the links aren't really uh working here, but we're, including uh this really nice uh infographic- that that joe and tim made it's yeah this one so yeah. This is this city this.

This will be included in the in the hatch front end, uh but it's going to be collapsible in the in in the faq, so it doesn't like take a lot of uh space in initially and so yeah. That's uh that's uh issue number four which is done by now. So we're almost done with the with the hatch content.

Also, uh we do have the uh oh. I had an issue I ran uh uh into so I don't know if someone here can can help me. The thing is that uh on github I uh I started. Oh wait. I got lost again.

In github, I I added a new uh template for for issues. I don't know if this is like a pull request that that somebody needs to uh accept, but this uh this template. The idea is to have uh this format in our uh content and distribution repo. uh This way we can like going back to uh the the the whole uh infographic that we were working on. uh This is how we would like categorize uh our the content that comes in in in the repo.

So if people, uh if people have either content that needs to be finished or worked on or if people have uh just like uh ideas, this is what they would uh fill in, and this is how we uh are going to have a clearer idea of where this content is aimed.

But the thing is that I haven't been able to see it here like oh there. It is, oh god, thank thank whoever uh fix that thanks, so we can start using this uh immediately for for uh any kind of content, and um after this call, I'm gonna. uh I'm gonna work this with uh uh with the uh the the the frontend text that we just uh completed uh so so everyone can have like an example.

Also, we're gonna be uh passing like our interview, video through this, and so everyone will have like a general idea of how to like classify our content and and how this is gonna help us to be more agile towards uh distributing it.

So yeah thanks for uh fixing this uh template issue, uh our interview, video, uh I think uh I have already like shown this to some of you, uh but just in case uh for those who haven't been able to uh to see it, we have like seven notes, like seven feedback notes, and it's just like yeah. It's it's.

The it's like the most uh uh like irrelevant stuff like uh like some names, are misspelled and stuff like this, but you can get an idea of of the content and also the balance between uh technical, uh technical information more about the cultural build. So let me change this window.

Token engineering is simply validating the science, it's not so wild right, but when it comes to economics right now, there's very little. The tc is advancing token engineering. It's trying to make it so that we can have many people understand why we need uh token engineering and also become a shelling point for the token engineering community to share ideas and really advance their field of study.

The tec is a proof of concept, there's a stack of ideas and technologies that have been pioneered by the common stack for creating all the right incentive alignments to produce organizations that can protect and sustain public goods.

The community so vibrant is, is the best part I love it is it's very grateful. I.

Love the people- um I I think I learned so much from everyone.

We have like a family kando and we are splitted having different working groups, and then we have this scene calls where the.

Storage meetings, where we sing all the work uh and yeah and we will together that's that's how we see it, we praise each other. So uh the way we distribute.

Our impact towers is directly based in like the way the community recognizes its own achievements and contributions. It.

Feels like a family of um of gates who are who wants to change the economy.

Let me go through uh some of the notes, just so that you uh uh don't uh okay, so so that we don't have any like duplicate feedback. uh Well, uh we're we're still cutting out like a part of of of griff's interviews, uh just like that. The end part to make it more uh like agile and in general, give it like better rhythm, um uh sean's. uh Ygg's name is misspelled.

It's sean not not sean, uh and uh we still need to cut uh jess out from septic's interview, uh we're uh adding like a brief uh part of of chef names and santee's uh interviews. uh We are taking founder out of uh griff's title. I don't know why that is.

um We are uh uh oh yeah, we're also like uh uh uh just publishing uh around uh levy's uh interview uh and uh uh we're balancing the volume of the music, because at some point it's just like too high and and also like some, some people like, uh like ygt, have like uh still some peaks in in in their their audio tracks. So all of this is just like, uh like small details that we're going to be working on, but does anybody have some feedback that we should take in account.

Quick question: um is there any um possibility of subtitles or that won't be included, or that will be added to youtube directly.

uh We, like I, I had uh out of it like subtitles in in at least like three different languages, but that's something that we can add on on youtube. That way like it's, uh because if we like burn them in in the video uh yeah, it might be like not as good as like people having the option to like customize it in in in youtube, uh but yeah.

It's uh it's a very simple, like a process and- and uh we use the same time code, we just changed like the the language in each one and yeah. Let's, let's have a conversation next week about, like once, we publish it like which uh uh subtitles would be a good idea. Just on the top of my mind, I think uh english is spanish and german, but no someone might have like a another. Another idea for this.

We can be like uh uh there in case like something something comes up in the next in the next days. uh Okay, uh our our last uh topics, uh one is uh web access like I, I actually attacked some of you that had like uh doubts like about like how to change the medium link and everything I talked to christopher.

uh I know that there's the the rosa issue with uh the access to the website so far like christopher, actually like talked uh talked to me about like getting in sync and like him, get like getting more involved in incomes, and I think that's going to be very, very helpful because we can actually like once we we publish these like access uh uh the the access information for the different platforms.

uh I think christopher will do a a great job, but if it's details like the medium link and stuff like this, it can be through a pulled request. According to him, so I tagged some of you in the comms channel and uh there's there's a website repo and in case you want to like modify small things like this, like what thing links to links to uh what uh the it it should be, something like relatively easy and also like.

If you could, let me know if, if you do like any of these pull requests during the week, while christopher gets like more uh involved in this process, uh I'll yeah I'll be very, very thankful to you, so we can be more uh efficient. With these kind of changes like I know, there's been like months trying to change the medium link so uh yeah. Hopefully this will be uh uh the answer to like a more uh integrated thing uh with with the website and and the whole uh working group.

um Anybody has like some some special needs in in the website that we need to consider, rather than the like the medium issue that we had uh just so that we can keep ahead, and I can talk to christopher about this.

Yeah, I uh I just think there should be. You know we need to have better communication between those who are designing the website, and especially in terms of comms, um just just to have an open.

You know, dialogue, just coordinating what the goals are for the website and and how we can utilize that the website for our communication goals and in a long term perspective and making sure that you know when it comes to uh design and when it comes to um what we use the website, for, I think, is really important, um and you know it's not asking for much. It's just understand like.

I know that we need to have restrictive access to who has access to the website and who's able to edit it, but we do need to have an open line of communication. Whether that means christopher, you know, is updated on comms strategies or comms updates or is attending some of these things. So we can engage with him about, like his challenges, are in terms of the website. Design is, I think that would be really beneficial.

Okay, uh yeah, hopefully he'll he uh uh can be- uh I mean if, if he can like uh start attending the the working group and all of these things, I I don't think that I mean I don't see like like super like major changes uh happening to the to the website. I mean we can definitely like integrate some of the other stuff that is going on, but I uh I don't think it's gonna be an issue like from a design uh point of view.

So if there are any, uh if there's any, like other uh input that anybody has in the website, uh so we can consider it.

Okay and okay, this uh uh oh too bad uh too bad there goddess isn't here anymore, but uh the workings like anybody here has some experience in cubspot because we are considering well actually, durgadus is proposing just to uh start using more hubspot instead of having like platforms everywhere and like credentials and like issues with everything.

uh So I wanted to uh uh talk about this uh with everyone to see if anybody has like some experience in hubspot and if you think that it's something that can actually help us to to be uh more efficient or in the end, it's just like gonna like complicate things. So uh what what are some of the of the thoughts about like using a platform to con to control more stuff like uh septi? Do you have some uh input on that on on how we can work uh access to two platforms?

Yeah, I really don't know how hubspot is used, but uh actually tomorrow also on the storage course I we are going to to say what durga was just saying yesterday about this platform to manage the credentials but yeah. I I feel like. I really don't know how hubspot work, but I don't know if both apps could co-exist or if hotspot do what we need. That'd be awesome and yeah.

Yeah and just to clarify what durgados was proposing was that we utilize hubspot as the kind of central uh platform that we we integrate our twitter schedules.

We integrate all of our kind of communications throughout this this one platform, rather than having all this, these disparate platforms that we we manage our communications through, and so, if we can utilize uh hubspot as the kind of the central platform and integrate all these other platforms within it, which is possible, then it would be much easier to delegate tasks to actually manage your communications in a in a much more efficient way.

Was also proposing to use tesla for the credentials management.

Yeah and and so accompanying with, that was like the idea that we we have a credentials manager that password manager type of uh platform that we we, you know uh organize our access rights around, um and so that I mean these are kind of topics that do need to be addressed by the larger community and, I think, tam. I also wanted to address to you about the stewards. Maybe you can bring it up in the stewards call about um you know make it if we wanted to make uh durgados a subject matter expert.

What is the process by which we do that, and and and how do we communicate those types of roles and boundaries.

Yeah thanks thanks. We could. We could talk about that. Septimus also suggested. We add this up uh to talk about since it's a paid application and how would we secure funding for these kinds of dow operations, which is probably something we could talk about as the stewards as well and for a subject matter expert um I mean I don't know that there's any formal process around when people are subject matter experts. So if he is a subject matter expert, then that's that's just what he is yeah.

We had a just a little process for onboarding, but he has been onboarded already. So I think it's just like a self-proclaimed role or another person giving that role. I usually tag people with the yeah with the roll tag on on discord, and then it's just a signal for whenever you need an opinion from that person like an advice process, for example, if you want to have a decision that you need input from experts, you kind of know where to find them.

I'm gonna, I'm gonna add that to the like, as a note in the in the editing part uh subject, better.

And what we can do is give you a comprehensive proposal for what uh durgados was suggesting in terms of uh utilizing hubspot as the central platform, and we can present it to like- maybe next week's community, to call for communications and just see how everybody feels about it and and move from there, because there are a lot of moving pieces. I know ivy's got her her typical. You know, uh process for for scheduling, tweets and and everybody's gotten used to this this system um and so yeah. It's just something to think about.

Yeah and now that uh is starting to uh work with twitter, also like he has his own platform so yeah it was like hey. What are you going to use? Oh I'm going to use like this thing, and I was like: uh would you consider hubspot? It's like I'm not familiar with it, so it's like like the only thing I don't want, is just like another platform that we need like credentials for and and it's just like yeah what what we should avoid.

So I guess that, even even if it draws us back like and and we need to like, learn and and and and know how hubspot works, let's just like stick with something that is like in in the long run. That is just like a better solution for uh yeah, like one one platform to rule them all uh okay. So anybody else has some input in this uh whole house, but thing and like credentials and.

Is a really robust tool and it probably saved us lots of spreadsheets and manual processes if we actually just learn it and use it, I'm not familiar with it myself, so I'd love for whoever does know how to use it to help everyone else learn. But I think that it will save us um a lot of time and headache if we just put a little input into learning how to use it.

Yeah, um I'm gonna see if we actually like go through with this.

uh If we actually go go through with this, uh maybe for next week, our content workshops can be like hubspot workshops like where we all like to learn how to use it and and go through it, but yeah. I think that's going to be necessary just like as a last time. It's happening kind of thing, so yeah.

Yeah yeah so I'll I'll sync with him to see if, if the content workshops uh work for him, I know that next week we're gonna have the the hatch content already like starting to be in in in distribution in circulation. So I think that can give us like some of the time that we assigned to uh work on dust on that stuff uh to yeah, just like get a hold of of of hubspot and how it works and yeah. Let's like end with all of this.

About um I know, I think, we're also using it for email campaigns. Is that true do do we? um How far? How, where are we with the email campaigns, are we are we going to be able to send a campaign about the hatch? I think we.

Will send a test one this week and then an official one by next week? Probably um so, it just depends on the templates, and I know that chewie is is going to be like kind of like in charge of like you know what we're sending out the content and like what the messages we're trying to get across so uh but but durgados has has really helped with set up the templates for these emails. So.

Craig has access to our hubspot, the one that we're using now uh tomorrow is acid lasers. Last uh uh uh day of his day, job so yeah I mean starting.

uh I I think, like in between tomorrow and thursday, he's gonna be like full, like uh uh like more full-time with us, and uh the intention is uh for him to sync with with jergettas and craig, so that they can come up with like uh some of the design around uh what we're gonna be sending first, and this is gonna, be included in the in in in the schedule, also like uh what we're sending when are we sending it and yeah?

It's just gonna be something uh uh well, I I I think that weekly might be just like really good for for our uh mailing list and yeah. The idea is to control these mailing lists from the same uh from the same side, we're also controlling like twitter and yeah, as as far as us, hubspot allows us to okay, so unless anybody else has some stuff like I, I apologize like I've been with a bunch of stuff and like the debate before this, and I'm finishing the audit.
