A
Thank
you
juan
well,
hey,
let's.
C
A
Yeah,
it's
one
way
to
sing
phrases.
You
know,
which
is
where
we're
starting.
So
let's
get
this
party
off
the
ground.
Okay,
so
new
way
to
start
the
show
first
off
as
optimus
is
here.
As
you
all
know,
we
are
recording
this.
So
if
you
don't
want
your
face
to
be
on
the
interwebs,
you
should
really
turn
off
that
turn
off
that
screen.
Whatever
you
call,
it
other
also
we're
implementing
some
gravity.
Work
here.
A
A
Do
I
miss
something?
Okay,
I'll
take
this
I'll,
take
the
thumbs
up.
So,
let's
start
with
praise,
I
have
two
really
big
praises.
I
want
to
give
major
praise
to
wonka
for
helping
us
set
up
better
call.
Hygiene
and
a
safer
environment
really
appreciate
it,
and
he
created
this
huge
awesome
document
for
the
plan
for
gravity
group,
and
it's
pretty
incredible.
A
So
if
you
have
a
chance
to
check
it
out
like
really
well
outlined
and
major
praise
for
all
that
work,
and
I
also
want
to
praise
jake
who
is
like
the
go-to
finisher
for
anything
but
and
like
this
last
week
we
had
a
lot
of
bitcoin
grant
cat
hurting
to
do,
and
he
made
all
these
awesome,
memes
and
and
went
around
and
told
people
hey.
You
don't
need
to
get
going
grants
and
it
was
a
huge
effort
at
the
right
moment.
So
major
praise
and
I'll
pass
it
to
you.
Jake.
D
Okay,
thank
you.
I
want
to
praise
sam
and
the
garden
swarm
for
really
working
hard
and
getting
us
so
much
closer.
That's
a
big
deal.
I
really
appreciate
that.
I'd
also
like
to
thank
I'd
like
to
thank
livia
for
all
her
work
with
softgov
and
ostrom's
principles.
I'd
also
like
to
thank
oh.
D
I
want
to
thank
craig
for
finding
out
that,
besides
everything
he
does
here
that
he
on
his
own
time,
he
helps
contribute
to
endangered
species
and
environmental
impacts,
and
I
really
just
learning
that
this
morning
that's
really
really
cool.
So
I
appreciate
that
you're
you're
not
just
hard
work
here,
you're
really
showing
it
in
so
many
other
places.
D
Thank
you.
I'm
going
to
pass
it
off
to
santi.
B
I
want
to
thank
you,
libya,
because
she
does
such
an
incredible
work,
helping
on
top
of
living,
this
self-governance
group,
helping
many
other
groups
and
and
dealing
with
all
these
documents
that
we
generate
and
and
putting
them
putting
and
putting
them
together
and
ready
to
discuss
and
follow
up
a
bunch
of
work
that
it's
hardly
seen
unless
you're
joining
some
of
the
groups
that
she
leads
and
she
is
involved
in.
B
E
Hey
everyone.
I
I'd
like
to
praise
to
people
especially
juankov,
because
he's
making
an
amazing
job
over
the
gravity,
group
and
santi,
because
I
know
that
he
does
a
lot
of
work
over
the
law
group
and
many
others.
I
know
he's
working
in
many
groups,
so
yeah
I'll
pass
it
to
to
libya.
F
Thanks
today,
I
want
to
praise
sam
because
I
think
beyond
the
technical
work
he
puts
in
so
much
humanness
into
everything
that
is
like
it
makes
me
want
to
cry
really,
it's
so
special,
it's
it's
very
wholesome
and
all
of
the
calls
that
he
participates
and
all
of
the
contributions
to
the
forum
and
always
giving
this
very
warm
hug
into
the
cold
tech
that
that
we
are
building.
G
Thanks
libby,
I
also
want
to
praise
like
matteo,
santiago
and
juanka.
Juanka
did
an
amazing
job
on
the
conflict
resolution
and
he
built
my
mind
to
work
on
a
forum
post
for
the
the
calls
and
recording
and
all
those
agreements
we
should
have,
and
I
also
want
to
play
santi
for
the
same
reason
like
mateo
said
he's
everywhere
and
he's
always
with
a
lot
of
energy.
You're,
amazing,
something
and
I'll
pass
it
to.
F
I
J
I
Lot-
and
he
is
helping
me
a
lot
on
and
we're
coordinating
a
lot
on
the
legal
side,
setting
things
up
and
making
sure
things
all
the
eyes
are
dotted
and
the
t's
are
crossed
and
yeah
just
been
really
appreciative
of
his
work
on
that
and
yeah.
With
that,
I
will
pass
to
I'll
pass
to
wesley.
I
don't
think
wesley's
gone
yet.
K
I
think
this
is
the
first
time
I'm
joining
the
call
or
the
second
time
I
was
here
last
week,
but
my
connection
got
interrupted
like
10
minutes
in
or
something
yes
still
sort
of
my
first
time
here.
But
let
me
start
by
giving
all
of
you
praise.
I
really
love
this
formula.
K
K
She's
been
helping
me
a
lot
to
get
more
involved
here
with
the
community,
explain
more
about
what
you
guys
are
doing,
how
everything
works.
The
processes
so
really
helpful
and
thank
you
for
that.
I've
really
paid
much
attention
now.
Who's
been
giving
praise
already,
maybe
I'll
just
pass
the
tamara,
because
I
see
a
familiar
face.
L
Cool,
thank
you
leslie.
So
I'd
like
to
first
praise
ivy,
who
is
joining
common
stacks
as
a
project
coordinator.
So
thank
you
for
joining
us
ivy
and
I
would
really
like
to
praise
every
token
engineering,
commons,
working
group
project
manager,
so
olivia
juan
carlos
eduardo,
sem
jessica
santi
and
you
jake
septimus,
as
well
as
you're.
Now
one
of
the
stewards.
So
thank
you
all
so
much
for
for
all
of
the
work
that
you're
doing
to
make
this
happen,
and
I
will
pass
you
santi
did
you
go.
A
H
Hello,
I'd
like
to
dish
praise
to
jessica
for
bringing
her
guitar.
J
I
want
to
praise
the
apple
and
eating
no,
no,
I
want
to
praise
actually
great.
We
had
a
nice
thing
on
things
that
overlapped
between
the
commons
stack
and
and
the
scene,
and
that
that
was
that
was
helpful.
That
was
a
while
ago,
but
I
haven't.
I
have
a
bracing
on
that
and
I
actually
I
was.
I
was
looking
forward
to
see
some
people
that
applied
to
the
drafted
seat
recently,
victor
and
zach-
that
I
understand
jessica,
broughton
here.
Well,
they
recently
applied,
and
I
wanted
to
praise
that.
J
But
I
guess
I'll
do
it.
I
think-
and
I
wanted
to
praise
jessica
for
for
bringing
these
people
in
and
everybody
that's
bringing
people
in
like
with
it's
basically
everyone,
so
that
is
beautiful,
I'll
pass
it
to
grief
to
pass
it
because
I
got
here
late.
M
Hey
everyone,
oh
well,
this
time
I
would
like
to
praise
fiore.
I
don't
know
if
she's
here
but
she's,
doing
a
great
job,
reviewing
all
the
ui
stuff
that
we
are
building
and
giving
me
a
really
cool
input.
So
yeah,
that's
my
press
and,
on
the
other
hand,
I
I
would
like
to
praise
paolo
ansem.
I
know
that
they
are
having
a.
They
are
doing
a
hard
work
on
this
final
step,
so
yeah
my
praise
for
them
too.
C
I
want
to
dish
praise
to
jake,
I'm
just
loving
like
every
time
I
open
my
telegram,
there's
some
new
meme
that
cracks
me
up
right
at
a
moment
when
I
really
need
a
laugh.
So
thanks
for
bringing
that
creative
like
humor
and
also
it's
really
productive
and
it
gets
people
to
like
engage
and
to
take
action.
So
that's
great
and
also
I
wanted
to
dispraise
olivier.
I
ditched
a
lot
of
praise
in
the
actual
appraisal
channel
the
other
day
yeah.
C
I
wanted
to
praise
lily
because
I
feel
like
she
always
supports
me
with
anything
that
I
need-
and
you
know
not
just
like
with
projects
but
she's
been
so
wonderful
to
like
have
like
our
little
sidekick
thing
going
on
to
take
care
of
everybody
in
the
community
and
the
teamwork,
and
then
man
there's
so
many
people
who
are
crazy.
It's
really
hard
chris,
I
feel
like.
I
really
really
want
to
praise
chris.
He
just
from
the
minute
he
stepped
into
this
community.
C
He's
just
been
like
doing
such
hard
work
and,
like
you,
don't
see
him
for
a
bit.
He
kind
of
like
does
this
thing
and
then
he
just
jumps
out,
and
I
was
like
look.
I
built
this
whole
huge
giant
thing
and
you're
like
what.
How
did
you
do
that
so
fast,
so
praise
chris
and
I
will
pass
to
mateo
because
I
don't
think
mateo.
N
Well,
I
would
really
like
to
praise
a
lot
of
people
here
in
the
community.
I've
had
a
lot
of
interaction
with
a
lot
of
and
each
of
you.
So
I
would
like
to
praise
sam
for
his
talk
to
the
edgar
river
community
last
week.
I
would
like
to
press
jessica
for
the
blog
post.
That
is
really
amazing,
grief
and
levy,
because
their
leadership
is
really
good.
N
It's
really
nice
and
mateo,
because
they
are
like
also
like
friends
to
me,
jake
because
he's
a
a
new
steward
and
tamara,
because
she
also
helps
us
with
all
the
project,
management
and
well
to
santi
as
well,
because
he's
in
in
every
group
and
the
legal
is
going
great,
so
yeah.
N
I
praise
everyone
and
also
look
at
us
that
he's
not
in
this
call,
but
he
also
has
helped
me
a
lot
to
profile
the
gravity,
training
that
we
are
going
to
like
have
in
some
months,
and
I
think
I
don't
know
if
jake
has
gone.
A
He
did
I
picked
him.
Second,
that
was
that's
a
tough
one,
but
paulo
hasn't
gone.
A
Follow,
oh
apollo,
you're,
muted,.
H
Awesome
well,
I
would
like
to
show
the
latest
update
on
the
dec
hatch
that
I've
been
working
on
this
couple
of
this
past
week.
H
O
Hello,
well,
I
would
like
to
press
them
because
she's
doing
a
great
job
with
them,
coordinating
everything
in
in
very
nice
middle
things,
and
it
is
very
clear
how
hold
everything
is
tangling,
and
I
really
appreciate
that
that
work,
because
it
will
not.
It
is
one
the
kind
of
word
that
it's
very
difficult
for
me.
So
thank
you
damn
for
for
thinking
that
and
I
have
much
more
praise
to
to
give,
but
maybe
in
the
in
the
subsequent
weeks
I
I
guess
we
can
pass
it
to
somebody.
Somebody
else.
A
You're
right,
I
do
have
you
on
the
list,
my
bad,
my
bad.
So
then
we're
good
wow.
That
was
great.
That
was
a
really
fun
praise
round.
So
then,
this
week
is
the
same
as
every
week
go
check
the
agenda,
that's
posted
in
the
general
channel.
I
believe
olivia
posted
it,
someone
some
hero
posted
it,
whoever
that
hero
is.
Thank
you
so
much
thanks.
A
There's
lots
of
really
good
links.
This
is
kind
of
the
reminder
that,
like
we
have
this
te
praise
channel
where
we're
doing
praise.
So
if
you
join
that
it
makes
it
really
easy
to
dish
you
that
praise
in
the
old-fashioned
text
telegram
way.
We
also
have
this
air
table
that
we're
gathering
lots
of
data
on
people
to
see
like.
A
Oh,
what's
your
favorite
language
to
speak,
or
what's
your
you
know,
other
things
that
we
can
connect
the
community
together
on
so
feel
free
to
fill
that
air
table
out
and
if
you
haven't
signed
up
for
the
calendar,
the
te
calendar
we
have
events
like
every
day
and
it's
hard
to
just
it's
hard
to
announce
them
and
keep
up.
So
if
you
have
that
te
community
calendar
to
your
to
your
google
calendar,
you'll
see
all
the
stuff
that's
happening
so,
but
to
get
this
mean
started
as.
A
Revolution,
and
even
more
than
that
now
we
have
the
now
we
have
the
miro
revolution.
We
have
kind
of
the
global
road
map
outlined
on
our
mirror
board,
it's
a
little
blurry
but
because
I
just
took
a
screenshot
of
it,
but
I
highly
recommend
checking
this
out.
What
we've
discovered
through
a
lot
of
sense
making
of
the
working
groups
is
that
we
believe
that
we
can
launch
six
in
march
now,
don't
hold
us
to
that
date.
A
Please,
problems
do
arise,
there's
a
lot
of
if
hands
and
butts
that
will
prevent
us
from
launching
or
at
that
date,
but
at
least
we
have
an
understanding
what
needs
to
get
done
so
that
we
can
feel
good
about
launching-
and
it's
all
right
here
and
we'll
go
through
each
working
group
to
talk
about
this
in
further
details.
But
it's
cool
to
have
and
thank
you,
tamra
praise
praise
for
making
this
amazing
little
making
a
road
map.
A
If
you
want
to
see
the
real
road
map,
though
it's
on
zen
hub,
we
have
lots
of
things
to
do
and
it's
all
most
of
it
is
detailed
out
there.
So
if
you
feel
like
you
want
to
help
us
move
forward
on
this
on
this
path
and
get
this
tec
launched,
jump
in
and
grab
grab
an
issue
and
just
a
reminder.
The
purpose
of
this
call
is
not
to
have
a
back
and
forth
sense.
A
Making
debate
is
all
about
showing
off
the
awesome
work
that
has
been
done
and
talking
about
some
of
the
work
that
may
be
happening
this
week.
So
this
is,
and
this
time
we're
going
to
start
with
the
legal
working
group.
So
legal,
do
you
want
to
take
take
the
floor.
B
Sure
thank
you
grief
and
just
to
remind
you
march.
The
second
is
the
day
we
got
a
lounge,
because
that's
my
birthday
and
I'd
love
to
have
a
birthday
present
as
a
launching
all
right.
Now,
the
legal
working
group.
Okay,
you
can
see
the
links
we
you
can
check.
The
manifesto
we've
been
working
on
the
mainly
lately
on
the
on
several
tasks,
but
especially
on
the
on
the
application.
B
That's
been
developed
to
join
the
swiss
common
stack
association
that
everyone
will
have
to
join,
to
become
a
hatcher
all
of
us
and
anyone
that's
not
involved
in
the
project.
Right
now
and
just
we
wanna,
we
wanna,
join
us
as
a
hatcher
and
to
tomorrow
we
meet
fridays,
4
p.m.
Central
european
time
tomorrow,
we're
gonna
start
diving
into
the
terms
to
become
a
hatchery
okay.
B
So
so
far
we've
been
discussing
the
terms
to
be
a
member
of
the
association,
and
now
we're
gonna
deal
into
discussions
for
the
terms
to
be
a
hatch
or
those
that
will
be
getting
token
engineering,
commons
tokens
and
we're
gonna,
probably
start
using
the
argon
jury
as
a
document
as
a
baseline
and
start
discussing
from
there.
B
So
I
love
any
of
you
that
won
just
to
see
you
there
tomorrow,
and
this
is
probably
gonna,
be
our
last
meeting
before
the
break,
because
next
week
is
christmas
next
friday
and
I
don't
think
people
want
to
talk
about
legal
on
christmas
day
and
the
other
one
is
january
1st.
So
it's
going
to
be
your
last
chance
to
meet
us
to
meet
with
us,
so
just
come,
join
us
all
right.
So
that's
all
I
wanted
to
say
on
this
call.
Thank
you.
N
Yes,
well,
we
are
also-
and
our
idea
is-
to
focus
on
making
a
training
program
for
building
a
group
of
mediators
in
station.
Also,
we
have
a
type
if
there's
something
that
you
don't
like,
or
you
saw
that
improved
or
can
be
managed.
Please
it's
open.
We
are
going
to
make
some
forum
posts.
N
And
that's
it.
Please
join
the
calls
and
it
will
be
really
nice
for
all
of
you
to
to
or
for
the
interest
people
to
to
join
this
mediator
training
because
it
will,
it
will
leave
us
leave
us
to
lead
us
to
be
more
and
that's
it
too.
Onboarding.
A
Just
just
before
craig
takes
it
away.
I
just
want
to
say
I
totally
forgot
to
at
the
beginning
of
the
call,
so
this
form
this
this
type
form
right
here.
If
you
guys
have
any
small
problems,
help
us
test
it
out,
and
you
know
if
there's
anything
that
you
think
that
could
be
better
an
opportunity
to
improve,
especially
when
it's
related
to
the
relationships
within
our
community.
A
Please
fill
out
this
form
and
and
alert
alert
the
gravity
team,
so
they
can
bring
us
all
closer
together,
it's
a
good
opportunity
and
did
we
lose
craig?
A
We
did
lose
craig
well
and
we
don't
have
eduardo
so
I
can
take
it
away.
A
The
onboarding
group
there
is
the
onboarding
manifesto
is
being
updated
and
it's
super
cool
right
now
we're
focusing
in
the
onboarding
group
on
proposals
so
bringing
in
as
many
proposals
as
we
can
and
there's
this
really
cool
list
of
groups
that
have
been
curated
to
be
like
some
of
the
first
people
to
propose
token
engineering,
public,
good
work
for
the
community
that
we
can
fund,
and
it's
really
important
that
we
understand
what
we're
trying
to
do
and
bringing
in
the
proposals
first
really
makes
that
clear.
A
A
So
they
we
have
meetings
on
wednesday
at
6,
00
pm
barcelona
time
every
week,
so
come
join
us
and
they're,
really
fun
and
very
productive
calls.
You
can
join
check
the
action
on
discord
or
github
and
if
you
know
of
anybody
who
part
of
this
community
feel
free
to
bring
them
in
jess,
do
you
have
anything
that
we
should
add
on
onboarding.
C
Just
that
I
guess
we
could
use
a
little
more
help
in
taking
some
of
the
projects
by
the
hand
and
having
more
people
understand
how
to
submit
a
proposal
in
case
anyone
needs
help.
So,
if
you're
looking
for
an
area
to
contribute,
this
might
be
a
good
place
and
if
you
love
like
bridge,
building
and
working
with
other
communities,
it's
really
cool
because
you
get
to
learn
a
lot
along
the
way
and
then
yeah.
C
We,
if
there's
any
project
that
you
know
that's
working
on
te
public
goods,
anybody
that's
submitted
a
git
coin
grants
or
even
like
we
have
some
in
our
community,
even
like
the
guys
working
in
colombia,
mateo
and
wonka,
and
you
guys,
if
you,
if
you
know
anybody,
that's
got
a
really
cool
project.
Even
there's
some
project
in
our
community
that
we
haven't
reached
out
to
yet
there's
some
tv
in
mexico
at
the
cub
I
really
want
to
reach
out
to
so
I
don't
know.
C
Maybe
we
need
somebody
to
do
it
in
spanish,
for
some
of
our
latin
american
crew
would
be
really
cool
actually,
and
maybe
we
should
offer
a
proposal
template
in
spanish.
I'm
just
just
an
idea
now,
anyhow
yeah
come
to
the
onboarding
group.
We
could
use
help
in
identifying
projects
to
bring
in
that
are
looking
for
funding.
We
want
to
make
sure
it's
like
people
working
on
really
great
stuff
that
can
be
templated
to
other
communities.
So
I'm
just
off
the
top
of
my
head.
A
Thank
you.
Man,
thanks
for
jumping
okay,
sofka
olivia,.
F
Hey
yeah
this
week
in
softcup
we
talked
about
mutual
accountability,
so
we're
still
researching
that
part
understanding
what
our
best
practices
for
mutual
accountability
we
can
have
and
doing
that
together
with
gravity.
F
So
if
you
have
any
ideas,
if
you've
seen
that
happening
in
other
communities
reach
out,
let's
discuss
more
about
it
I'll
make
a
post
on
this
soon,
so
we
can
have
a
place
in
the
forum
to
discuss
and
and
also
the
source.
Cred
implementation,
santi
and
mateo
are
working
really
hard
on
it
and
they
gave
us
an
update
on
on
our
last
call
that
they
took
discord
out
of
the
parameters.
F
So
now
we're
only
feeding
from
github
and
the
forum,
because
contributions
are
more
substantial
there,
so
is
it
makes
it
more
safe,
the
the
source
credit
system
and
soon
that
will
be
that
will
be
implemented
and
more
open
to
the
community.
I
mean
it's
already
kind
of
running
as
a
test,
but
as
santi
was
saying,
it's
important
that
we
go
slow
to
make
sure
that
the
process
is
happening
in
the
safest
way
possible
and
then
ygg
is
not
here,
and
I
think
this
should
have
its
own
session.
F
But
for
now
I
can
give
a
quick
update
on
the
lab
sessions
that
they're
happening
every
friday
at
5,
00
pm
cst,
and
it's
really
cool
what
ygg
is
doing,
taking
people
into
a
journey
into
the
basics
of
cad
cad
and
they've
been
really
hacking
into
the
models
of
impact
hours
and
many
other
projects.
So
it's
it's
really
cool.
If
you're
interested
in
working
with
your
hands-on
to
check
it
out
and
yeah,
we
have
the
book
club
happening
every
tuesday.
F
It's
been
awesome.
We
have
a
lot
of
people
coming
and
reading
the
book
and
every
week
a
new
person
facilitates
the
facilitates
the
session
and
we've
been
feeding
a
lot
from
this
information
off
the
book
into
the
work
that
we're
doing
here.
So
that's
really
cool
and
there
was
something
else
I
was
gonna
talk
about.
Oh
tomorrow,
we're
gonna
have
a
hack
session
around
agreement,
so
this
is
kind
of
in
together
with
legal
and
in
gravity
to
understand
when
you're
joining
the
community.
What.
J
F
All
of
those
agreements
that
you're
making
how
how
this
informs
us
about
about
our
rules
and
boundaries
and
makes
us
it
makes
everything
very
clear
for
us
how
to
participate
in
here
so
yeah.
F
That's
it
for
softcove
and
I'll
jump
over
into
the
community
stewards
working
group
that,
just
yesterday
we
had
a
call
to
structure
our
our
community
stewards
group
into
a
working
group,
and
I
think
that
is
important
just
because
we
are
having
a
a
constant
stream
of
contributors
and
of
working
groups
being
formed,
and
it's
really
important
that
they
have
a
point
of
coordination.
F
C
I,
like
the
tornado,
olivia,
I'm
not
sure,
tornadoes.
That's
very
funny.
Emoji
choice
there
I'll
have
to
ask
you
about
that
later.
Okay,
I'm
gonna
share
a
screen
and
try
to
keep
it
quick
because
still
have
tech
and
they
have
a
big
reveal
and
paula's
so
excited,
but
yeah.
Just
a
couple
of
things:
git
coin
grants
still
going
for
four
and
a
half
hours.
I
had
to
look
it
up
myself
last
night,
four
and
a
half
more
hours.
C
If
you
hadn't
had
a
chance
and
you've
got
one
guy,
a
couple
of
die.
Zk
sink
was
a
little
funky
last
night.
So
if
you
have
any
issues.
C
C
Almost
can
you
see?
Okay,
oh
okay,
yeah!
That's
so
weird!
I
was
seeing
bitcoin
grants
page
the
whole
time.
I'm
glad
you
guys
had
a
weird
okay,
get
coin
grants
four
and
a
half
more
hours
and
the
news
new
news
blog.
If
you
haven't
had
a
chance
to
check
it
out.
I
think
my
holiday
is
showing
with
a
few
jokes
in
here
so
yeah.
The
main
thing
here
was,
I
kind
of
did
a
bit
of
a
template
for
how
to
submit
a
proposal.
So
if
anybody
asks
you,
then
it's
drawn
out
clearly
here.
C
If
you
know
anybody,
that's
going
to
submit
a
proposal
for
funding
and
then
yeah,
highlighting
some
of
olivia's
awesome
posts
and
the
decision-making
vote
so
check
it
out.
If
you
haven't
and
then
oh
that's
christmas
music,
what
else
was
I
gonna
show?
Let
me
go
back
to
the
agenda.
C
Oh
the
other
big
announcement
was.
We
are
now
opening
up
the
tec,
medium
for
guest
blogs,
so
we
thought
this
would
be
a
really
cool
way
to
highlight
the
work
in
the
community.
So
anyone
can
write
a
blog.
C
Ideally,
it's
related
to
te
or
a
project
that
they're
working
on
or
if
you
have
some
idea,
just
dm
me,
you
can
submit
a
blog,
or
that
includes
some
of
the
feature,
projects
and
projects
in
our
community
and
then
yeah
for
the
rest
of
my
time.
I
just
wanted
to
see
if
jake
has
been
working
really
hard
on
params.
If
you
wanted
to
share
for
one
or
two
minutes
about
that,
I
know
you've
kicked
ass
so
much
so
your
work's
almost
done
actually.
D
Thank
you.
Work
is
never
done,
never
done,
it's
never
done.
Anyways
tech
programs,
garden
working
group,
yeah
we've
been
busy.
Actually,
you
know,
I'm
gonna
take
this
little
bit
of
time,
because
I'm
sure
we
can
do
some
other
stuff
we're
getting
really
close
to
having
more
work
needing
to
be
done.
I
mean
we've
gone
a
lot
with
parameters,
at
least
it's
definitely
for
the
first
part
of
the
hatch.
So
we
would
like
to
work
at
getting
on
the
actual
full
spec
working.
D
We
got
a
lot
to
contribute
to
that
and
you
know
we
definitely
would
like
that
to
be
open
for
more
people
to
be
involved
in
instead
of
just.
I
would
then
again
too,
as
we
go
on
further
there's
going
to
be
other
things.
We
write
up
and
do,
and
I
would
continue
to
like
to
have
more
people
a
part
of
that,
because
one
thing
is,
we
don't
want
just
a
limited
number
of
people,
writing
all
these
posts
and
learning
these
things
and
not
enough
other
people
participating
or
having
an
idea.
D
I
mean
the
forum
is
to
educate,
but
I
would
really
like
more
participation
in
writing
these
posts
and
then
also
with
the
deep
dives
and
then
in
responses.
So
we
don't
end
up
with
just
one
group
of
people
that
know
how
this
works
and
then
there's
like
especially
with
onboarding.
You
know
I
want
to
direct
people
to
the
forum.
I
mean
if
you
show
up,
and
you
just
see
the
same
four
people
writing
everything.
D
What's
that
going
to
tell
you
about
our
community,
you
know
if
we
don't
want
to
be
a
technocracy.
You
know
it's
just
psychological
stuff,
so
I
do
like
seeing
lots
of
different
things
on
the
forum.
I,
like
other
people,
just
throwing
different
stuff
up
there,
but
as
far
as
like
tech
parameters
and
even
communication
and
other
things
about
a
stewardship
onboarding,
all
of
them,
we
do
need
a
lot
more
contribution
from
the
whole
community.
So
I
would
appreciate
it.
D
You
know
if
you
got
some
time,
you
want
to
read
some
stuff
and
like
get
involved,
please
don't
hesitate
on
top
of
that.
We're
going
to
have
a
call
tuesday
morning
on
the
22nd
about
starting
the
tech.
Spec
me
and
ygg
are
going
to
be
there
and
griff's
going
to
come
too.
So
that
is
the.
D
Kind
of,
but
if
you
got
time,
we're
it's
going
to
be
a
session,
so
I'm
not
putting
a
time
limit
on.
We
got
a
lot
to
do
with
that
and
we're
just
going
to
try
and
hack
it
out
garden
swarm.
Actually,
you
know
what
is
sims
here.
Sam,
do
you
want
to
talk
about
garden,
swim.
A
A
little
bit
I
I
just
I
want
to
add
a
couple
things
on
the
prams.
So,
okay,
first
off,
oh
they're
impact
dollars.
Yeah
we
had
some
amazing
calls
last
and
a
lot
of
things
were
like
discovered
as
as,
and
opinions
were
given
and
and
they're
having
an
issues
on
how
we
built
this
thing.
So
hatch
tribute
was
discussed
in
depth
about
whether
or
not
and
lots
of
little
pieces
were
discovered.
So
this
is,
these
are
really
foundational
what
our
economy
becomes.
A
So,
as
jake
said,
please
come
and
if
you
can't
make
it
that's!
Okay,
because
zephymus
has
been
recording
all
these
things
and
it's
really
incredible:
they're,
incredible
resources
for
review
and
if
you
just
just
won't
wanna,
get
them
we're,
keeping
all
the
notes
in
so
and
we
might
wanna
try
to
get
those
on
the
phone.
The
other
thing,
sort
of
programs
related
and
a
good
transition
to
garden
swamp
is
the
new
dow
js,
where
all
of
our
params
are
listed,
just
got
updated
by
the
garden
swarm.
A
So
if
you
want
to
see
all
the
stuff
gone
in
the
next
call
on
tuesday,
you
could
check
out
the
new
dow
js
early
and
see
all
the
little
tweaks
that
got
added.
The
main
thing
here
is
that
we're
going
to
launch
in
two
parts,
so
we're
going
to
need
to
come
as
a
community
to
a
decision
around
the
new
dow
js
parameters
for
our
the
tec,
hatch,
dial
and
then,
and
then
that
dial
will
up
to
include
a
bonding
curve
and
conviction
vote
so
so
yeah.
A
The
next
call
we're
hoping
to
just
dive
into
the
new
dow
js,
add
a
lot
of
comments
and
and
discover
which
forum
posts
we
still
need
to
create
for
that
hashtag
and
maybe
I'll
pass
it
to
sam.
If
you
have
anything
to
add
talk
about
current
form,.
O
I
H
Yep,
yes
great,
so
I'm
gonna
show
you
guys
the
the
latest
update
on
the
on
the
hatch
web
app
that
we
are
developing
using
aragon,
connect
and
the
graph.
H
On
this
new
version,
we
we
had
so
an
in
a
video
that
right
now
is
showing
a
nature
scenery,
but
in
the
future,
maybe
we
we
can
add
here
a
tc
video,
and
we
have
here
this
information
regarding
the
vision
mission
or
explaining
what
the
project
is
about.
H
We
we
basically
reassign
it
to
be
more
to
display
them
on
a
more
summarized
fashion.
As
you
can
see
here,
we
have
different
racing
goal,
the
fundraising
period
period
and
the
top
contribute
contributors.
So
let
me
do
a
quick
demo.
H
Right
now,
the
the
hatches
I'm
displaying
the
web
app
on
from
my
computer,
but
we're
going
to
deploy,
deploy
it
to
so
you
can
guide,
so
you
guys
can
play
with
it.
Okay
give
me
a
second
here.
F
H
H
H
H
A
I
would,
I
would
love
to
time
box
this
to
two
more
minutes
and
then
see
if
we
can
have
a
token
log
for
10
minutes
and
maybe
a
extra
bonus
checkout
round.
O
F
H
H
H
Okay,
so
I
just
had
to
wrap
x
type
to
the
hatch,
as
you
can
see
here
and
just
update
it,
so
the
the
next
steps
will
be
to
integrate
the
impact,
hours,
conversion
feature
and
other
small
changes
that
we
did
to
the
hatch
contract
and
the
other
thing
will
be
to
as
same
explaining
integrates
the
latest
designs
and
the
tac
ui
component
library
to
the
hatch.
So
we
have,
we
have
our
own,
this
style
or
design
and
and
yeah
that
will
be.
That
will
be
all.
H
It's
really
simple,
but
but
yeah.
A
Now
it's
amazing
you
just
bought
into
the
hatch.
Thank
you,
paulo,
that's
awesome,
and
I
this
is
really
cool
with
the
video
and
putting
the
mission
and
vision
right
there.
This
will
be
really
sweet.
How
do
people
if
people
want
to
support
this
content
or
make
issues
that
they
might
see?
How
would
people.
H
Contribute
well
right
now
we
only
have.
H
Like
a
prototype
or
like
a
basic
version
of
the
intro
introductory
text
here,
but
I
think
the
the
idea
is
to
set
other
links
on
the
on
the
on
this
paragraph,
but
we
need.
We
still
need
to
talk
about
that.
A
Well,
thank
you
yeah
and
is
is
tam
still
here,
yeah
tim.
Do
you
want
to
introduce
us.
L
Sure
fantastic,
our
spotlight
tonight
is
wesley,
who
is
going
to
present
token
log
and
I'm
going
to
leave
it
to
him
to
explain
it
and
introduce
it
so
wesley.
Take
it
away.
L
Screen,
I
guess
I'll
just
also
add
that
we
were
looking
at
using
this
in
order
for
us
to
have
governance
on
the
issues
in
our
own
zen
hub,
so
that
people
in
the
community
can
vote
on
the
issues
that
they
think
is.
That
should
be
the
priority
for
the
community
and
now
I'll,
let
I'll
let
wesley
take
it.
K
Sure,
thank
you
so
short
presentation
and
I
can
do
a
quick
demo
as
well,
because
I
have
configured
something
for
the
common
stack
as
well.
But
let's
start
with
that
with
an
introduction
first,
so
talking
lock
is
a
new
governance
tool
to
create
a
token
weighted
backlogs
and
well,
if
it's
a
new,
better
way
for
projects
to
collaborate
with
their
biggest
supporters,
who
are
obviously
the
token
holders.
K
I
got
inspired
by
a
few
tweets
and
ids.
The
first
one
was
dan
finley
from
metamask,
who
was
basically
just
asking
what
I
created
with
with
tokenlog,
but
the
compound
community
kind
of
set
things
really
in
motion,
because
they
set
this
as
a
challenge
for
the
recent
eat
online
hackathon,
which
I
decided
to
join
back,
then
my
project
actually
won
for
sponsor
prices.
I
think
I
should
have
this
praise
to
chris
as
well
for
the
introduction
for
the
keep
network.
K
So
thanks
for
that
as
well
and
then
bellagi
actually
gave
a
pretty
decent
overview
of
how
that
could
look
like
in
the
future
and
logan
log
specifically
helps
then
with
the
second
last
item
to
prioritize
boxing
features,
but
I
think
in
general
the
entire
te
community
would
basically
cover
this
entire
stack
that
he's
sketching
here.
K
Why
else
am
I
doing
this?
I
right
now
I
see
a
few
problems
in
some
of
the
governance
systems
that
are
being
used,
and
that
is
that
for
a
lot
of
the
at
least
for
the
d5
product
protocols
out
there,
they
require
a
really
high
threshold
to
even
allow
to
create
a
proposal
which
I
think
is
a
little
bit
contradicting
to
to
the
innovative
innovative
space
that
we're
in.
K
That
also
means
that
minor
stakeholders
are
delegating
their
stake
to
a
small
group
of
concentrated
power,
and
they
have
a
lot
of
power
to
influence
those
networks,
but
are
often
not
that
engaged
in
the
daily
operations
and
development
of
the
product.
I
think
all
of
that
results
in
overall
low
participation
rates
in
a
lot
of
these
governance
systems
with
token
log
is
that
you
can
integrate
this
seamlessly
within
your
existing
github
workflow.
K
K
I
have
implemented
the
one
token
one
vote
mechanism,
but
also
played
around
with
quadratic
folding,
which
I
assume
most
of
you
are
familiar
with,
but
making
the
cost
of
each
vote
exponentially
more
more
costly.
K
Last
thing,
everything
is
obviously
open
source
and
you
can
do
a
quick
demo
as
well.
So
this
is
the
website.
Everything
is
live
already,
do
keep
in
mind
that
this
is
still
sort
of
in
the
hackathon
face.
So
it's
a
little
bit
clunky
here
and
there
and
rough
around
the
edges,
but
it
should
work
and,
as
I
mentioned,
I
did
prepare
a
backlog
for
the
common
stack
so
right
here,
it's
configured
for
the
hikdy
network
csdk
token,
and
these
are
the
issues
or
the
open
items
on
github
with
the
label
for
contributors.
K
K
So
as
an
example,
let
me
take
my
own
one:
here's
the
token
log
backlog
and
I've
set
it
up
to
use
with
die
for
now,
so
anyone
with
well,
basically,
almost
everyone
within
the
ecosystem,
can
use
their
die
to
vote
on
proposals
that
would
like
to
see
there's
a
few
ones
on
the
top
here:
six
votes
on
releasing
own
token,
to
dark
vote
this
system.
K
K
No
one
really
has
participated
that
much
in
it
yet,
but
that's
where
we
are
right
now,
so
looking
at
some
next
steps,
none
of
this
is
set
in
stone
yet,
but
there's
a
few
directions
that
I
could
see
this
going
first,
one
to
have
more
native
github
integration.
K
I
think
it
makes
sense
to
try
to
integrate
this
within
github
as
much
as
possible.
So
you
don't
have
to
visit
another
system
to
participate
in
this.
I
can
also
imagine
you
want
to
have
different
kind
of
voting
rounds
on
different
types
of
issues
and
work.
That's
coming
in
within
the
github
context.
Issues
are
typically
used
for
bugs,
but
also
for
feature
requests,
or
you
can
structure
it
any
way.
K
You
like
and
filtering
that
with
labels,
but
an
alternative
here
could
also
be
to
allow
voting
on
pr's
and
that
could
also
add
sort
of
a
round
of
quality
insurance,
maybe
not
for
people
to
upvote
what
should
be
merged
into
the
product.
Although
it's
an
option,
I
think
it
makes
more
sense
to
downvote
here
to
flag
that
something
is
wrong,
for
example,
with
an
upcoming
pr,
which
you
just
want
to
block
as
soon
as
possible.
K
I
can
definitely
imagine
that
the
top
items
could
be
bounded,
for
example,
or
even
to
allow
to
create
small
budgets
for
entire
sprints,
maybe
even
with
stuff
like
money
stream
for
saplier
and
where
you
can
provide
a
sort
of
reliable
source
of
income
for
your
contributors
and
people
who
are
actively
involved
with
your
project
is
again.
Instead
of
going
for
a
single
proposal
or
single
grant
requests,
you
can
have
a
more
fluent
way
of
prioritizing
your
work
and
then
also
afterwards
paying
out
what
was
done.
K
The
third
one,
as
I
received
some
feedback,
is
to
import
and
integrate
with
more
and
other
product
management
products.
This
course
is
often
used
for
governance
talks
and
discussion
as
well
could
be
used
in
a
similar
way
as
github
just
to
prioritize
forum
posts,
but
it
basically
could
work
for
any
other
software
development
pool.
I
guess
these
are
some
directions
that
I
could
see
this
go,
but
I'd
say
the
first
step
still
is
to
get
some
more
feedback
from
people
working
in
the
space.
K
So
my
request
here
today,
I
guess,
would
be
towards
product
and
community
managers.
I'd
love
to
follow
up
and
have
a
chat
about
how
this
could
fit
in
into
your
development
and
governance
processes.
How
does
it
fit
in?
How
could
it
add
more
value
and
any
feedback
that
you
might
have
I'd
be
happy
to
talk
and
the
same?
For
the
other
end
of
the
for
the
users
active
community
members
and
token
holders
who
are
engaged
in
these
kind
of
governance
processes?
K
How
do
they
usually
participate?
What
tools
they
use?
Where
are
they?
Does
it
make
sense
to
move
to
github,
or
should
we
look
at
other
integrations
again?
If,
if
you
would
have
30
minutes
or
something
I'd,
be
happy
to
talk
with
you
and
then
in
general,
there's
a
few
ideas
and
proposals
on
my
own
backlog
right
now,
as
you
notice,
you
can
vote
with
die,
but
I'm
planning
to
launch
a
token
non-transferable
governance
token,
hopefully
in
the
short
term.
K
So
if
any
ids,
I
heard
a
lot
of
talk
about
setting
up
parameters
and
everything.
I
think
these
are
the
kind
of
things
that
I'm
currently
exploring
as
well.
What
makes
sense,
how
much
should
be
contributed
to
different
people,
not
just
for
me
as
a
developer
or
the
originator
of
this
project,
but
also
for
product
managers,
other
people
who
are
more
engaged
in
the
issue
tracking
and
product
management
side.
K
A
I
think
that's
awesome,
dude
wes
man.
This
is
incredible.
This
is
so
cool.
I'm
playing
been
playing
with
it
while
you
presenting
it
and
it
works
fantastically.
Thank
you
for
implementing
quadratic
voting
to
the
common
stack
thing.
I'm
a
sea
stack
whale
myself,
but
I
can't
just
make
everything
happen.
It
costs
it's
very
expensive.
For
me,
it's
nice.
A
I
think
it's
a
good
approach
and
if
anyone
else
wants
to
try
out
token
log,
sorry
wes,
I
have
to
cut
you
off
because
we're
at
the
top
of
the
hour
but
yeah
yeah,
but
if
anyone
else
wants
to
try
out
token
log,
all
of
you
have
c-stack
tokens.
If
you
want
to
tell
us
what
issues
you
want
us
to
use
to
look
at
and
make
sure
they
get
done,
you
can
vote
now
with
c-stack
tokens
on
on
that,
and
we
will
definitely
look
at
it
for
our
sprints
and
take
it.
A
Take
it
under
strong
advisement.
Of
course,
there
are
certain
issues
that
are
blocking
other
issues,
so
we
might
not
get
them
all
done
in
time
right
away,
but
tell
us
what
you
think
right
tamara.
We
can
just
start
taking
c-stack
token
the
token
log
into
consideration.
L
As
a
beta
phase,
I
think
we
can
we
can
start.
I
think
we
need
to
do
some
grooming
on
the
issues
that
are
available
on
there
right
now,
so
that
they
make
sense
for
people
to
come
in
and
grab
but
yeah.
That's
beta.
