about
burnout
and
what

elements
contribute
to
burnout
so
that
that
has
been
on
our
mind
at

stewards
council
this
week.

we
had
a
really
good
exercise
where
we
got
to
draw
exactly
the
emotions
we
feel
when
we
feel
burnt
out
or
what
what
things
that
contribute
to
burnout,
and
we
had
a
vast,
interesting
drawings
that
we
interpreted.

it's
really
cool

exercise
and
we've
found
some
elements
that
we
can
work
on
within
the
community
to
do
that.
Also
on
our
minds
this
week
during
our
students
weekly,
is
developing
the
tec
roadmap.
This
is
kind
of
the
bigger
picture
roadmap
of
of
where
we're
heading
each
each
individual
working
group
will
start
developing
their
own
roadmap
and
we'll
try
to
fit
that
into
a
larger
narrative
for
the
tec,
and
then
we
also
have
communitas
transition
edu.

recruit
somebody

courses
from
the
academy.

the

is

series

focus
groups

a
better
idea
of
how

we're
serving

this
field,
and
also
how
token
engineering
commons
is
faring.
So
the
next
focus
group
is
private
profit
versus
common
benefit,
and
these
focus
groups
are
conducted
at
participatory
action,
research

tea
ethics,

next
one
is
scheduled.
