A
Well,
let's
get
this
party
started
like
we
always
do
it's
it's
pr,
it's
time
for
the
praise
train
so
think
of
somebody
that
you
want
to
dish
praise
to,
and
ideally
you
say
their
name
clearly
and
so
that
ivy
can
turn
it
into
real
praise
that
equate
turns
into
impact
hours.
It
turns
into
tec
tokens,
so
I
want
to
start
with
major
praise
to
tamra
this
one
because
she
really
behind
the
scenes,
she's
working
really
hard
to
help
us
assess.
A
When
can
we
actually
launch
this
thing,
she's
taking
it
upon
herself
to
bring
us
home
and
give
us
a
really
good
road
map?
So
I
can't
praise
her
enough
for
all
the
work
that
she's
doing
both
with
individual
working
group
leads
and
as
the
collective
community
stewards
just
taking
control.
So
thank
you.
Thank
you.
So
much
tama
made
your
praise
and
I'll
pass
it
to.
Let's
go
olivia.
B
Thanks,
I
want
this
praise
to
shabnen
today
for
her
putting
so
much
work
in
the
working
group,
zero
proposal
that
has
been
going
for
a
long
time
and
for
it
to
still
be
like
there
it
with
so
many
improvements
and
yeah,
and
for
so
much
of
her
presence
and
all
the
channels.
That's
been
happening
a
lot
this
week
last
week.
It's
really
good
to
see
you
around
and
I
hope
we
can
collaborate.
D
E
Hey
guys,
how
are
you
I
want
to
this
prize
time
to
drugadas,
especially
because
the
knowledge
that
he
has
provided
to
the
gravity
group
has
been
really
amazing.
If
you
want
to
check
what
he
mentioned
in
the
previous
call,
it's
in
the
channel.
It's
really
really
good
and
I
think
it's
going
to
have
a
great
impact
in
the
world
that
we
are
doing,
and
I
also
want
to
give
surprise
to
juan
candida,
because
those
are
the
two
teams
that
I
am
working
more
in
the
gravity
and
the.
E
F
Matteo
today
I
want
to
praise
septimus
grief
and
libya,
because
all
of
them
are
really
well
amazing
people
that
you
can
talk
to
them
about
everything,
and
then
they
will
turn
whatever
idea
you
have,
and
they
will
give
you
excellent
feedback
and
they
will
help
you
to
develop
yeah
as
all
as
a
as
a
professional
and
as
a
human
being.
So
I
want
to
pass
to
durgadez.
G
Yeah
I'd
like
to
displace
to,
as
always
sean
anderson,
ygg
anderson
for
continuing
to
contribute,
as
he
does
not
only
to
the
community
but
me
personally,
and
to
be
involved
in
all
the
other
spiral
dynamics,
groups
and
all
the
hours
of
online
talks
that
we
have
also
juan
for
proxying.
All
the
information
and.
H
G
So
open
and
the
gravity
group,
and
then
griff
and
jessica,
for
their
amazing
sort
of
coordination
and
overall
sort
of
community
awesomeness.
I
Hello
wishing
praise,
I
suspect,
and
I
will
push
praise
to
gosh
so
many
people
tanner
yeah,
for
putting
forth
the
proposal
on
the
forum
awesome
and
I'll
pass
to
josh.
J
Hi
sorry,
this
is
my
first
time
on
the
call,
so
I'm
not
super
familiar
with
the
the
customs
here.
This
is
a
fascinating
custom.
I
guess.
J
Thank
you
for
having
me,
so
I
guess
I'll
send
praise
to
jessica
and
santi
who
invited
me
here
and
thank
you
for
getting
me
involved
in
this
project.
I
appreciate
it.
C
Yes,
so
this
morning
I
just
praise
so
yeah
the
ones
who
know
fascinated
me
this
morning
already.
But
I
this
additional
praise
to
jess.
C
You
know
who
does
this
wonderful
work
on
actually
having
an
overview
on
all
the
things
that
are
going
on
with
respect
to
communication,
getting
proposals
ready,
helping
people
to
put
gitcoin
grants
and
what
have
you
so
that
that's
amazing
and
I
dispraised
two-
it's
been
a
while
but
santi
and
to
matteo,
who
have
apparently
figured
out
source,
cred
and
yeah.
That
would
will
be
super
useful,
and
I
just
want
to
thank
you
and
look
forward
to
sing
soon
about
that
as
well
and
I'll
pass
it
to.
K
L
Thanks
tonga,
I
want
to
give
a
lot
of
cast
a
lot
of
praise
today,
and
so
I'm
going
to
give
praise
to
durgados
and
soul
sister
for
pulling
me
into
the
philosophy
discussions
and
taking
me
deeper
in
that
and
allowing
me
to
have
some
deeper
thoughts
on
what's
unfolding
here,
and
I
want
to
praise
freedom,
zero,
zero,
jake
for
being
really
present.
L
In
the
background,
he's
always
kind
of,
I
notice
he's
always
poking
people
where
they
need
to
go,
and
I
think
that
that
makes
brings
a
lot
of
progress
to
the
community.
I
also
want
to
praise
zeptimus
for
having
this
streaming
live.
I
think
that's
really
cool,
so
yeah
lots
of
praise
today,
thanks
everyone
and
I'll
pass
it
over
to
tam.
M
Hey,
I
have
a
few
praise
today
too.
I
won
to
second
the
praise
for
jake
for
his
singular
focus
on
tec
params
on
the
forum
for
organizing
all
of
us
to
make
it
happen
and
recording
the
deep
dive
sessions
really
huge,
huge
accomplishment.
I
really
think
for
jess,
for
leading
by
example
for
constantly
the
warm
and
welcoming
feeling
that
I
get
you
know,
I
feel
like
every
interaction
with
her
feels
like
you're
going
home
for
christmas,
and
I
really
appreciate
that
and
septimus
videos.
M
I
mean
excellent
thanks
thanks
for
doing
this,
it's
really
cool
so
with
that
I'll
pass
to
merlin
egalite.
N
Yeah
yeah
yeah:
do
you
hear
me
yeah
we
hear
ya.
Sorry,
I
it's
the
first
time
I'm
I
attend
to
to
this
meeting.
So
I
praise
everyone
here,
I'm
just
here
to
discover
the
token
engineering
team
and
yeah
I'm
just
here
to
to
to
look
at
your
work
and
stuff
like
that.
So
thank
you.
A
Thank
you
and
I'll
I'll
pass
it
for
you,
but
I
also
want
to
say
hey
if
anyone
here
has
already
just
praised
and
they
are
totally
and
they're
cool
watching
the
stream
on
twitch.
That's
optimistic.
We
hit
our
limit,
so
there
might
be
people
here
with
praise
to
dish.
I
would
recommend
if
you
have
your
video
on
you're
good,
because
those
are
that's
always
fun.
That's
like
the
key
to
stay
in
and
then
otherwise
you'd
be
a
hero.
A
If
you,
if
you
watch
us
on
twitch,
so
other
people
can
dish
some
praise
and
let's
see
I
will
pass
it
to.
A
O
Hey:
what's
up
everybody
sis,
the
soul,
sister,
my
soul,
sister
honey,
you
are
so
kind!
I
want
to
dis
praise
to
you.
You
say
the
nicest
things
and
I
love
that
you're
getting
so
much
more
active
in
everything.
We're
doing
I'm
glad
to
have
you
here.
I
love
te
philosophy.
I
love
taking
some
time
to
try
and
read
through
it
same
with
durga
das.
Your
contributions
in
there
are
awesome,
I'm
glad
to
have
you
in
the
community
as
well
just
praise
god.
O
I'd,
go
down
this
whole
list
and
tell
all
of
you
how
awesome
you
are,
but
I
probably
have
time
constraints
and
again
discord
and
their
their
whole.
We
can't
have
too
many
people
in
the
chat,
so
I'd
also
like
to
dish
praise
to
livia.
I'd
like
to
that
was
really
cool
about
learning
about
ostrom's
principles.
I
still
have
a
lot
of
ways
to
go
on
that,
but
thank
you.
That
was
cool.
I
god!
Oh
santy.
O
I
just
praise
the
santee
dude,
I'm
so
happy
about
that
diagram
like
you
and
sam,
oh,
and
this
praise
descent
too,
because
all
your
hard
work
plus
the
ccs
dev
thing,
dude
you
getting
the
common
stack
up
and
going
that
was
live
dude.
That
was
really
really
really
cool,
big
big
appreciation.
For
that.
That's
a
lot
of
hard
work,
and
I
I
really
am
happy
about
that.
O
O
We
are
freaking
hunting
jungle,
cats
with
lasers,
all
right,
I'm
out.
I
want
to
pass
it
to
another:
oh
jessica,
you're,
fantastic,
so
I'm
passing
it
to
you.
P
P
I
want
to
welcome
josh
and
just
mention
that
he's
from
gov
base
a
super
awesome
project
working
with
z,
to
look
at
dow
to
dao
tracking
like
and
look
starting
to
get
some
of
that
horizontal
piece
built,
and
he
has
a
git
coin,
grand
up
so
I'll
present
that
once
I
talk
about
the
comms
working
group,
thank
you
so
much
josh
for
just
jumping
in
and
also
I
want
to
welcome
wesley,
who
is
new
and
working
on
this
crazy
cool
token
log
project
and
merlin
as
well.
Thanks.
P
So
much
for
coming
super
appreciate
you
being
here.
I
wanted
to
also
dish
praise
to
se,
to
shebnem
and
to
livia
for
educating
us
all
with
ostrom's
principles
and
making
that
a
focus
and
sam
for
all
the
chats
that
we
have
and
and
holding
this
kind
of
meta-narrative
for
everything
I
want
to
praise
so
many
people
and
tanner
tanner
is
going
to
present
for
us
today
and
submitted
a
proposal
is
one
of
our
first
so
he's
going
to
present
later
on
in
the
meeting
and
meantime
I
will
pass
to.
S
All
right,
I've
got
a
little
bit
of
praise
to
dish.
I
will
I'd
like
to
praise
griff
for
keeping
me
on
track
almost
all
the
time
checking
in
if
there's
things
that
he
needs
or,
if
yeah
all
kinds
of
legal
stuff
going
on.
S
I'd,
also
like
to
praise
durgados
for
going
over
a
lot
of
hubspot
stuff
for
me
with
me
and
kind
of
going
over
a
lot
of
the
capabilities
and
things
that
we
could
expand
our
uses
with
it
for,
and
I
should
also
praise
santi
for
his
work
for
running
the
legal
working
group
as
well
and
keeping
things
on
track
there,
as
well
as
not
a
specific
praise,
but
also
praise
to
all
the
c-stack
developers
working
hard
to
get
that
token.
Dap
shipped
as
well.
S
So
yeah
lots
of
praise
this
this
week
from
me
and
I
will
pass
I'll
pass.
The
q
in
q
and
let
us
know,
what's
going
on.
R
A
A
A
A
Okay,
we'll
keep
we'll
keep
this
party
train
rolling
dan.
If
you
come
back
just
like
mute
unmute
a
few
times
and
then
I'll
know,
you're
good
did
let's
see
tanner.
Are
you
back
well
we're
playing
with
technical
difficulties.
T
U
U
She
is
not
feeling
well
and
she
is
working
so
hard
that
makes
me
want
to
keep
working.
Thank
you
so
much.
I
also
went
to
this
place
to
grieve
because
you
encourage
people
to
do
a
lot
of
things
and
not
only
me,
but
everyone
and
yeah
you're,
amazing
and
also
jake
for
his
energy,
on
on
the
calls,
you're,
amazing
and
also
tamara,
because
all
the
hard
work
you're
doing
devices
in
the
mirror
board.
U
You
show
us
yesterday,
wow
it
was
so
great
and
really
organized
and
yeah,
but
major
place
to
live
here
and
I'll
pass
it
to
sam.
I
think
you
didn't
go
yet.
V
A
No
juan
already
went.
I
I
got
you
max
max
k.
I
go
down
the
list,
it's
easier
for
me
max.
Are
you
there.
W
Yes,
I'm
there
yeah
hi,
guys,
I'm
also
a
newcomer,
so
excited
to
be
here.
Nice
meeting
you
all,
I'm
gonna
praise
jess,
zika
and
jeff
because
they
invited
me
here
and
for
giving
me
all
the
insights
about
the
complexity
of
conviction,
voting
and
all
this
stuff.
So
huge
praise
there
and
yeah
griff.
I
think
you
can
you
can
you
can
pass
it
to
the
next
one.
X
Hi
everyone
this
week,
I
would
like
to
ditch
praise
to
tonga
for
helping
me
to
record
the
sessions
that
we
are
doing
where
we
are
developing
the
market
maker
connector.
I
think
it
will
be
a
great
series
to
upload
to
the
tc
youtube
channel,
where
we
are
basically
doing
a
step-by-step
project
and
for
people
that
want
to
know
about
the
graph
or
argument
connect.
I
think
it
will
be
really
great,
so
yeah,
I'm
not
sure
who
who's
left
victor.
A
Hey
victor,
you
want
to
dish
some
praise.
H
H
A
Okay,
well,
cool,
we'll
just
keep
this
show
on
the
road.
If
you
guys
haven't
seen
them,
we
got
these
awesome
notes.
I
highly
recommend
you
check
them
out.
I
assume
olivia
as
usual,
posted
them
in
the
general
channel.
So
it's
not
that
one!
That's
where
I
track
everybody
who
displays
this
one!
So
as
usual,
I
just
want
to
say
it's
really
cool.
If
you
add
your
handle
in
here,
although
ivy
or
someone
will
figure
it
out,
I
think
craig
also
dishes.
This
praise
helps
us
a
lot.
A
If
you
can
go
into
the
t
e
praise
channel,
that's
the
best,
because
then
it's
really
easy
to
diss.
You
praise.
It's
t
dot
me
slash
praise
on
telegram.
Although
chris
is
working
on
moving
to
discord,
so
heads
up
on
that
one,
it
will
be
fun.
There's
also
an
air
table
here
where
we
track,
like
some
more
community-based
knowledge
like
what
your
favorite
language
to
speak
is
and
these
sorts
of
things
it's
really
cool
to
get
some
deets
on
people.
A
So
we
can
do
a
better
job
at
connecting
everybody
together,
and
the
most
important
thing
on
this
list
is
the
link
to
the
te
community
calendar.
There
is
so
much
action
going
on
in
the
te
community,
and
this
is
the
best
way
to
follow
it
and
and
show
up
to
these
awesome
discord
calls.
We
also
have
a
lot
of
work,
all
the
stuff
that
we're
working
on
is
basically
in
github.
A
So
if
you
want
to
contribute,
you
can
join
the
get
the
zen
hub
revolution
and
you
can
see
all
the
work
that
we're
doing
on
this
link,
and
just
so
you
know
we
have
some
major
updates
to
the
roadmap
as
in
we're
not
launching
in
december
shocking
news.
Probably
so
many
of
you,
no
I'm
just
kidding
we're
we're
still
working
on
our
test.
Hatch,
there's
a
few
other
there's
a
few
legal
slowdowns.
H
A
A
So,
maybe
kewan
could
you
mute
for
it
for
a
little
bit?
Sorry
buddy
thanks
man,
so
yeah.
This
is
where
we've
been.
We've
been
working
on
this
project
since
july,
and
we
spend
a
lot
of
time
like
giving
initial
vision
mission
values
that
we're
going
to
revisit
once
we
grow
this
community
a
little
bit
more
and
eventually
we
broke
into
working
groups
and
have
started
to
divide
and
conquer,
and
it's
been
really
good
and
powerful,
and
now
we're
in
now
it's
it's
gone.
A
We
have
so
many
divisions
that
all
I
can
keep
track
of.
Myself
is
the
tech
road
map,
so
we
we
spent
the
last
couple
weeks
actually
going
through.
What
do
we
need
to
do
to
get
this
thing
launched
and
we
I
we
almost
have
it
pretty?
A
We
have
it
pretty
well
nailed
down
so
the
big
next
step
for
us
on
the
tech
side,
though
this
this
roadmap
is
still
a
work
in
progress
that
will
evolve
in
the
next
coming
week,
but
this
week,
hopefully
we
will
do
the
big
test
hatch,
so
everyone
can
actually
see
what
we're
building
and
play
with
it.
A
A
We're
very
excited
to
get
you
all
in
and
become
members
of
a
swiss
association.
This
should
be
pretty
fun
and
the
the
real
statements
will
be
when
we
all
get
to
vote
on
what
the
hatch
parameters
will
be.
Just
something
jake
is
helping
out
a
lot
with
to
make
all
that
stuff
possible.
So
our
our
target
launch
date
is
sometime
in
february
and
march,
hopefully
february.
A
We
will
keep
you
up
to
date
as
we
progress
and
since
I
have
the
mic
I'll
just
keep
ranting
with
the
tech
spec
working
group,
which
will
soon
be
two
different
working
groups.
We
already
are
practically
two
working
groups,
but
we
really
need
to
get
our
manifestos
together.
So
that's
gonna
happen
soon.
We
have
a
few.
We
had
a
bunch
of
hatch
parameter
calls
this
week.
Well,
we
did
a.
A
We
did
the
hatch
parameters
on
friday,
which
septimus
recorded
and
we'll
get
videos
put
in
the
forum
around
each
patch
parameter.
We
also
did
the
dandelion
voting
parameters
overview
and
tomorrow
is
the
big
one
at
3
p.m.
Barcelona
time,
like
central
europe
time
we
have,
we
have
an
impact
hours
call
which
will
be
really
cool,
because
this
is
where
we
get
to
talk
about.
How
do
impact
hours
turn
into
turn
into
tokens
for
everybody?
And
so
how
does
praise
turn
into
impact
hours
turn
into
tokens?
Well,
guess
what
you
decide.
A
So
that's,
that's
the
your
economy,
your
call,
that's
so
that's
the
tech
pram
side
of
things,
the
garden
swarm.
I
don't
know
sam.
If
you
want
to
make
any
comments
on
the
garden
swarm
and
and
the
hatch
the
effort
to
launch
the
hatch.
A
Yeah,
their
heads
down
working,
it
was
hard
to
even
get
them
to
come
to
this
call,
thank
you
some
for
for
jumping
in
because
I
know
that
you're
deep,
diving
into
it
so,
but
we
do
have
demos
of
every
individual
piece
and
it's
super
cool.
If
you
guys
are
curious
about
what
we're
playing
with
there's
links
to
it
here,
you
can
actually
I
go
into
the
dandelion
voting
app
and
change
parameters
on
the
fly
to
our
conviction.
Voting.
It
might
take
a
little
bit
of
a
contingent,
but
it's
pretty
cool.
A
So
you
can
test
out
a
god
mode
of
the
tec,
which
is
our
dandelion
voting
app.
Also,
we
have
the
convert.tecommons.org.
You
can
actually
interact
with
our
bonding
curve
and
play
with
the
interface
that
we're
working
on,
and
you
can
actually
vote
on
with
conviction,
voting
and
and
send
a
couple
dollars
to
real
projects.
So
you
can
go
to
gov.techons.org
and
play
with
it
there.
A
P
Thanks
chris
and
I'm
just
gonna
share
screen
here
so
yeah
and
I
wanted
to
say
again
a
warm
welcome
as
well
to
max
and
victor
they're,
with
leap
dao,
and
we
had
a
nice
chat
last
week,
all
about
conviction,
voting
so
I'll
be
reaching
out
to
you
guys
actually
funny
you
picked.
This
call
I
was
just
going
to
reach
out
and
invite
you
to
submit
a
proposal
for
funding
to
build
out
some
of
the
conviction,
voting
pieces
that
we
were
discussing
and
then
also
yeah.
P
So
with
that
the
we're
doing
a
lot
of
work
with
communications
in
supporting
the
onboarding
working
group,
which
is
helping
projects
to
come
and
submit
proposals.
So
our
forum
is
here
if
you
haven't,
had
a
chance,
we're
working
on
the
onboarding
section
to
be
wrapped
up
by
a
next
monday.
It's
kind
of
like
a
one-stop
everything
you
need
to
know
about
the
token
engineering
commons.
So
I
know
we
have
a
lot
of
new
folks
today,
so
this
should
be
out
next
week
just
how?
P
What
is
the
tec,
how
to
start
earning
tokens
now
which
actually,
if
you're
new
to
the
meeting
today,
if
you
join
our
te,
praised
channel,
which
I'll
be
following
up
with
all
of
you
to
send
that.
H
P
You
say
hi
or
put
an
emoji
in
the
te
praise
channel,
then
we're
starting
to
log
impact
hours
for
you,
which
will
turn
into
hoax
tokens
when
we
hatch
our
commons.
So
this
will
be
up
soon,
which
I'll
be
sharing
with
all
of
you
to
kind
of
get
caught
up,
because
there
is
so
much
happening
and
it's
hard
to
keep
track
so
we're
trying
to
make
like
a
tldr.
So
it's
easier
to
understand
and
then
on
the
forum.
P
We
are
accepting
proposals
so
the
process
is
you
submit
a
proposal
here
when
you
click
new
topic,
this
template
pops
up
and
you
fill
out
about
your
project
and
how
much
money
you
would
be
asking
for,
and
that
is
actually
going
to
help
us
determine
how
much?
What
is
our
target
for
the
raise
to
see
what
projects
in
our
community
would
like
to
fund.
P
So
we
have
some
proposals
already
up
from
sean
to
work
on
some
django
framework
improvements
with
his
team
and
then
pictosis
tanner,
we'll
hear
from
him
at
the
end
of
the
call
today
to
present
his
project
so
I'll
be
reaching
out
to
you
guys,
wesley
and
max
and
victor
and
also
josh
santi
will
be
reaching
out
to
you
about
this
process.
That
way,
we'll
have
some,
you
know,
be
ready
to
give
out
money
once
we
do
the
hatch,
the
other
things
to
mention
big
mention
is
get
coin
grants.
P
So
I
believe
this
round
is
going
for
one
more
week.
Sometimes
the
extend,
but
we
know
for
sure
we've
got
one
more
week
so
I'll
be
sending
in
the
te
general
chat
channel
the
cart
once
again
and
the
the
common
stack
actually
has
been
collecting
different
community
grants,
and
so,
if
you,
if
you
would
like
to
submit
your
projects,
grant
please
reach
out
to
me.
P
So
if
you
go
onto
uniswap
and
get
pan
and
we
actually
get
double
the
double
matching,
so
bitcoin
already
does
matching
and
then
panvala
does
another
match
on
top
of
that.
So
it
really
helps
our
different
community
members
and
projects
to
get
more
funding
for
their
work
and
then
we're
working
on
the
discord.
In
the
background.
We're
gonna
have
a
new
discord.
I
know
too,
for
for
you
guys
who
are
new.
This
discord
with
token
engineering.
P
Is
it's
a
big
wormhole
with
lots
of
awesome
information,
but
we're
going
to
be
creating
a
discord
just
for
tec,
because
there
is
so
much
so
that's
going
to
be
coming
up
soon
and
then
I
thought
I
would
give
the
mic
to
jake
for
two
minutes.
If
you
wanted
to
just
chat
a
bit,
he's
been
working
really
hard
on
the
tec
params,
which
basically
is
deciding-
and
I
know
probably
you
guys
max
and
victor
know
a
lot
about
this.
P
You
know
there's
so
many
different
choices
we
can
make
around
what
we
want
our
reserve
ratio
to
be.
How
much
do
we
want
to
give
back
to
the
funding
pool
from
our
token
economy?
So
all
these
discussions
are
happening
on
the
forum
and
jake
has
been
holding
some
calls
as
well.
So
if
you
want
to
go
deep,
jake
will
bring
you
up
to
speed
in
in
a
couple
of
minutes,
and
then
we
can
pass
olivia
with
soft,
so
jake
you
want
to.
O
Yeah,
go
to
the
forum,
go
to
the
forum
and
read
and
do
not
hesitate
to
reply.
The
this.
The
whole
point
of
a
forum
is
to
engage
the
community.
It's
your
it's
your
economy,
it's
your
choice!
You
know
you.
If
you
have
questions
to
reach
out
and
ask
you,
can
message
in
the
forum
ask
questions.
Everybody
is
here
to
help,
so
you
know
take
part
as
far
as
anything
else
join
the
calls.
O
Just
just
sit
and
listen
you
don't
you
know,
I
mean
you
can
learn
a
lot,
there's
plenty
of
people
in
there.
That
know,
far
more
than
I
do
and
everybody's
willing
to
help
you,
everybody.
So
there's
really
no
reason
to
sit
on
the
sidelines.
You
know
you
want
to
be
a
part
of
this
then
join
the
discussion
we
and
plus.
We
need
your
help.
We
we
need
the
further
the
discussion.
We
need
to
really
talk
about
these
parameters.
O
We
need
to
really
dish
out
the
technicals
because
we
got
to
have
that
down
before
we
can
even
get
into
the
other
stuff.
You
know
the
philosophy,
the
ideologies,
everything
moving
forward
after
that
we
got
to
have
something
concrete
in
order
for
us
to
build
something
you
know
and
that's
what
we're
doing
the
forum
is
the
foundation,
so
we
can
move
forward
in
actually
progressing
this
in
the
way
we
all
know
it
can
be
so
take
part,
take
part
other
than
that.
Yeah
ask
questions.
You
want.
O
O
Hey
jake,
no,
nothing
nice
about
that's
pretty
good
use
the
forum
and
ask
questions
and
join
the
calls
and
other
than
that,
I'm
going
to
turn
it
over
to
our
soft
gov
expert
livia.
I
hope
you're
feeling
better.
You
look.
You
look
like
you're
you're,
feeling
better
good,
all
right!
Take
it
over.
B
Thanks
jake
all
right,
so
soft
gob
for
for
everyone-
that's
new
in
this
call
is
doing
an
effort
to
implement
the
eight
austrian
principles
into
our
culture
and
to
create
a
more
resilient
culture
with
that
for
for
now
that
is
this
process.
We
call
cultural,
build
and
also
for
post
hatch.
When
the
commons
is
actually
launched
and
happening,
hey
kevin.
Can
you
mute
our
microphone?
Please
thank
you.
B
Talk
mostly
about
participatory
decision
making
today
and
now
that
there
is
so
many
people
in
this
call,
so
it's
very
valuable
that
everyone
is
aware
of
the
new
decision
making
process
that
we
are
implementing.
So
we
had
one
that
was
active
in
the
beginning
of
of
the
cultural
build
and
we
were
mostly
using
discord
and
emoji
votes
to
vote
on
proposals
and
to
pass
most
of
the
processes
that
we
have
happening
right
now.
B
B
So,
in
this
post
there
is
a
bit
of
the
a
bit
of
the
theoretical
philosophical
part
of
why
decision
making
is
so
important
in
the
eyes
of
ostram,
and
also
in
the
experience
we've
been
having
here
and
a
little
bit
more
details
of
the
process
we
are
moving
into
and
what
are
the
things
we
are
maintaining
and
what
are
the
things
we
are
changing?
B
So
I
would
love
if,
if
everyone
wants
to
give
some
feedback
in
here
and
if
you
have
any
proposals
that
you
want
to
submit,
I
would
ask
you
to
reach
out
to
me
in
this
first
week
just
so,
we
make
sure
that
we
are
implementing
this
new
process
and
that
becomes
very
easy
and
part
of
our
culture.
So
everyone
is
aware
of
it
and
we
have
a
sink
on
how
to
do
this.
B
And
then
then
yeah
just
the
book
club,
so
we
have
a
book
club
every
tuesday
at
8pm
cet,
where
we're
reading
governing
the
commons-
and
it's
been
amazing-
we
are
in
the
third
chapter
right
now.
Everyone
is
welcome
and
we
raffle
a
thousand
pen
in
the
end
of
each
session.
B
So
you
can
even
like
make
make
some
pen
why
you're
reading
an
awesome
book
and
then
there's
also
the
onboarding
lab
sessions
happening.
I
mean
they
are
not
on
boarding
anymore.
They
are
just
the
lab
sessions
with
sean
ygg
he's
doing
an
amazing
work
to
share
a
lot
about
cad
cad
and
make
everyone
like
put
their
hands,
get
their
hands
dirty.
B
There's
a
lot
happening
there,
so
every
friday
at
5
p.m,
cet
the
labs
are
happening
and-
and
we
also
have
some
improvements
on
the
the
source-
crowd-
implementation
that
you
can
check
out
in
this
forum.
Post
call
contribution
reward,
but
I
won't
get
too
much
into
it
right
now,
because
I
know
we're
tight
on
time
so
I'll
pass
to
santi
with
lego.
D
D
Last
week
we
went
through
the
chart
describing
all
the
process
that
we're
going
to
be
running
into,
and
this
week
we're
going
to
have
a
big
overview
over
the
becoming
a
hatching
process,
a
hatchery
process.
So
every
one
of
you
who've
been
with
us
for
a
while
or
who
are
quite
new
if
you're
interested
to
figure
out
how
you,
how
we're
going
to
be
what
are
going
to
be
the
steps
to
become
a
hatchery
and
some
of
the
legal
implications
that
we're
going
to
have
in
in
that
process.
D
You're
invited
to
join
us
tomorrow,
we'll
go
step
by
step
through
all
of
them,
and
on
top
of
that,
we'll
be
discussing
any
other
legal
issues
that
come
into
the
table
every
every
weekend
every
week
on
the
meeting,
so
just
hope
you
guys
can
join.
I
know
legal
is
not
probably
the
most
exciting
group
to
to
join,
but
there
is
some
nice
discussions
every
every
week.
So
I
encourage
you
to
come
and
join
us
and
I'll
pass
it
to
juan
carlos.
F
Gracias,
santi,
hello,
everyone
well
in
conflict
management,
working
group
that
is
called
gravity.
We
are
trying
to
decide
as
what
jake
was
saying,
that
it
was
your
choice
to
manage
some
parameters.
It
is
also
your
choice
to
manage.
How
are
we
going
to
solve
our
conflict,
so
everyone
is
invited
and
we
are.
We
have
an
initial
proposal
that
is
based
on
the
study
of
ostrom
principles
and
we
are
proposing
mutual
monitoring
that
is
based
on
on
the
capability
of
everyone
to
perform
on
on
issues
that
they
find.
F
F
But
the
idea
of
this
is
to
have
a
preventive
approach
and
to
have
a
very
human
touch
and
to
to
to
keep
the
high
vibes
of
organization,
and
today
it
was
very
nice
that
durga
durgadas
explained
us
and
shared
with
us
a
diagram
of
spiral,
dynamics
and
also
we
are
trying
to
complement
our
initial
proposal
and
to
learn
from
different
point
of
view
and
from
different
theories.
F
How
can
we
like
make
the
best
and
tailor
our
best
system
to
to
to
yeah,
to
to
be
resilient
and
to
be
able
to
adapt
and
to
everything
that
happens
in
between
our
our
community
so
yeah?
That's
it
and
I
will
pass
it.
A
Oh
wait:
do
I
not
see
craig?
I
don't
think
I
see
craig
I
can
take
on
the
hong
kong.
I
I
can
take
onboarding.
Oh.
A
Y
Yes,
I'm
here
hello,
everyone,
hello,
my
name
is
eduardo
along
craig.
I
lead
the
all
morning,
working
group,
so
basically
the
onboarding
working
group
which
sessions
on
wednesday
6
pm
cet.
Y
We
basically
try
to
tackle
the
project
of
onboarding
right
now,
the
main
priority
to
onboard
projects
and
proposals
that,
as
jake
mentions,
goes
to
the
forum.
So
if
everyone
can
take
a
look
to
the
forum,
it
will
be
really
helpful
and
engaged
there,
because
it's
also
part
of
the
dynamics.
Y
Of
the
proposal,
so
basically
we
are
now
on
facing
the
section
of
onboarding
proposals
and
projects.
We
are
working
on
a
two-week
schedule.
Roughly.
We
basically
expect
to
once
we
onboard
the
first
people
for
proposals
to
eventually
or
more
hatcheries
and
then
to
do
an
outreach,
mainly
the
documentation.
We
are
finishing
the
documentation
as
we
speak
on
the
forum.
There
is
a
tab
called
welcome
to
the
dec
everyone
here
in.
The
call
is
welcome
to
take
a
look
at
it.
I
think
the
documentation
that
is
that
will
be.
Y
There
will
be
helpful
for
everyone
in
this
call
to
have
sync
information
and
to
have
the
same.
So
we
are
on
the
same
page
so
and
also
welcome
to
anyone
who
is
interested
in
submitting
a
proposal
or
a
project.
You
can
dm
me
or
jessica
or
craig
privately.
If
you
have
more
information,
if
you
want
more
information,
if
you
have
any
doubts
about
anything
you're
more
than
welcome
and
we
are
open
to
anyone
who
wants
to
work
with
us
also,
I
will
pass.
A
I
can
take
it
actually.
I
want
to
give
zeb
to
my
son.
He
probably
wasn't
prepared
for
this
at
all,
but
I
wanted
to
see
if
septimus
wanted
to
present
just
a
quick
update
on
a
working
group
he's
thinking
about.
U
U
I
have
like
we
have
all
the
videos
and
stuff,
but
it
would
be
so
nice
if
we
could
have
something
like,
for
example,
like
libby
did
with
the
tech
resources
like
something
we
we
could
have
like
summarize
videos
on,
for
example,
when
we
are
talking
about
parameters
like
half,
very,
very
good,
structured
and
yeah
stuff,
like
that
yeah
and
I
well
I
I.
U
Yeah
yeah.
Basically
it
would
be
that,
like
we
work
all
together
and,
for
example
like
if
you
see
a
cool
timestamp,
you
see
you
can
just
write
on
a
document
and
then
it
will
be
on
the
video
stuff
like
we
can
do
it
all
as
a
community,
and
that
would
be
so
great.
H
A
All
of
our
videos,
up
with
with
a
lot
of
help
from
sean
and
ivy,
of
course,
and
it's
time
to
build
a
team
and
expand
the
transparency
effort
and
so
septimus
is,
is
starting
to
work
on
that.
I
also
wanted
to
take
an
opportunity.
To
reiterate
something
said:
is
that
we
have
a
few
grants
up
there.
A
We
have
a
token
engineering
commons
grant,
but
the
craziest
thing
is
that
we
actually
get
more
funding
from
this
grant,
which
is
the
common
stack
community
fund,
grant
it's
likely
to
get
more
funding,
because
everyone
here
has
sea
stacks
and
last
round
this
grant
raised
50
000,
including
2
600,
for
the
token
engineering
commons.
I
bet
we
can
do
even
better
this
round,
and
the
crazy
thing
with
this
grant
is
that
when
you
donate
pan
to
it
we're
getting
83
x
matching.
A
That
means,
if
you
donate
a
hundred
pan,
we
end
up
getting
8
300..
Now
this
matching
probably
won't
stay,
just
throwing
it
out
there.
You
know
it's
probably
going
to
be
like
20,
which
is
still
crazy.
Okay,
you
send
us
a
hundred
pan
and
we
end
up
getting
two
thousand
pan
delivered
into
a
a
a
a
wallet
and
then
that
that
the
funds
that
we
receive
here
we'll
end
up
going
to
15
different
grants
and
all
of
these
15
grants
you
guys
get
to
vote
on.
This
is
something
sem
deployed.
A
It
was
also
already
we
have
this
conviction
voting
at
cv.comstack.org,
and
here
you
can
use
the
c
stack
token.
Most
of
you
have
to
vote
on
which
of
these
projects
should
receive
the
most
funding.
A
So
if
you
guys
have
a
chance
to
do
this
this
weekend,
the
way
conviction
voting
works
is
that
the
earlier
you
vote
the
more
voting
power
you
have
and
voting
ends
on
sunday.
So
right
now
the
common
stack
is
number
one,
but
look
how
the
oh
token
engineering
academy
is
doing
well,
but
man,
token
engineering
commons,
why
is
it
so
low
yeah?
A
Is
it
so
low
you
gotta,
kick
that
thing
to
the
top
and
so
help
us
get
that
thing
a
little
bit
higher,
and
this
is
this
is
where
these
were
the
results
from
last.
A
If
we
get
number
one
here
we
and
what
we
do
with
those
funds,
we
don't
we'll
have
to
vote
on
it,
but
you
know
it's
still.
It's
also
good
advertising
and
it's
really
fun.
So,
thanks
for
listening
to
that
and
sorry
to
take
up
the
extra
time
and
now
it's
time
for
the
spotlight,
do
you
have
a
sec
to
if
you're
around
you
can
introduce
our
trusted
seed
spotlight?
A
Oh,
I
mean
token
engineering
common
spot
like
there's
so
many
phones.
P
Did
you
say
mine
is
your
mic
out,
or
maybe
it
was
mine,
but
yeah
I'll,
introduce
tanner.
So
thanks
to
shove
them
we
got
introduced
to
tanner,
who
is
running
a
really
wild
project?
That's
really
important
in
looking
at
basically
commons
I'll.
Let
him
explain
comments
around
digital
creations
and
there's
so
many.
I
guess
the
number
one
thing
to
know
is:
nfts
are
mind-blowing.
It
is
a
huge
wormhole.
P
I
feel
like
tanner
will
be
our
guide
and
there's
a
lot
of
value
that
can
be
returned
to
token
engineering
community
for
a
lot
of
the
work
and
experimentation
and
building
that
he's
doing
so
tanner.
Can
we
hear
from
you
be
there
and
make
sure
your
mic
is
working
and
he's
got
a
presentation
for
us
as
well.
Thank
you
so
much
for
joining
us
today.
AA
Hey
thanks.
Okay,
so
you
guys
can
hear
me.
Then
it
seems
yep.
Okay,
discord
is
telling
me
there's
no
input
being
received
from
my
mic,
but
I
see
that
that's.
AA
Okay,
so
I
do
have
a
brief
presentation
to
discuss
the
proposal.
I
feel
so
I
feel
like
I
have
to
talk
faster
than
I
planned,
but
I'm
gonna
try
to
skip
through
some
things.
That
may
not
be
necessary.
Okay.
A
AA
Alright
cool
so
yeah.
The
project
I
submitted
to
the
tea
commons
proposal
is
apoctosis
which
we're
building
nfps
for
the
common
good.
AA
AA
A
strict
dichotomy,
but
there's
a
dichotomy
that
emerges
about
various
ownership
and
distribution
models.
On
one
end,
we
have
fully
open
free
digital
distribution,
the
most
liberal
licensing
possible
or
lack
of
licensing
which
has
benefits.
Of
course.
However,
there
is
there's
also
the
fact
that
there's
there's
less
forms
of
feedback
and
those
signals
are
are
not
as
high
quality,
because
there's
there's
no
cost
to
providing
the
wrong
signals
and
because
there's
less
there's
less
capital
and
resources
in
time
able
to
be
dedicated
towards
towards
improving
these
types
of
projects.
AA
There's
there's
less,
there's
less
quality
assurance
as
well,
it's
harder
to
monetize
for
reasons
that
I'll
get
into
later.
But,
of
course,
you
know,
there's
the
there's
the
issue
of
basically.
How
much
can
you
rely
on,
altruism
and
with
with
digital
content?
AA
Specifically,
there's
this
there's
this
fact
that
a
very
tight
coupling
between
access
and
possession,
where
it's
very
difficult
to
give
access
to
digital
content
without
implicitly
also
duplicating
it
and
basically
in
in
one
sense,
you
can
see
digital
content
as
hyper
inflationary
and
when,
when
that
content
is
reproduced
and
shared
amongst
amongst
people
who
who
are
getting
getting
some
sort
of
benefit
from
the
the
creator's
work
that
that
act
of
sharing
does
not
necessarily
cause
circulate
any
value
back
to
the
creator
or
give
the
creator
any
sort
of
direct
value.
AA
So
there's
that
active
reproduction
without
the
value
capture,
which
introduces
somewhat
of
a
tragedy
of
the
comments
due
to
the
fact
that,
where
the
commons
resource
would
be
some
sort
of,
I
guess,
collective
idea
of
creators,
energy
skill
and
time-
and
this
makes
creators
go
hungry
and
unpaid
when
they're
building
a
lot
of
valuable
things,
which
is
unfortunate.
AA
On
the
other
side,
we
have
intellectual
property
protection
in
both
the
legal
sense
and
the
digital
rights
management
software
sense.
Unfortunately,
intellectual
property
protection,
the
laws
are-
are-
are
enacted
at
one
level
enforced
at
another
level
by
the
creators.
The
creators
themselves
have
to
enforce
it.
So
there's
this
there's
this
unwanted
dynamic,
where
we
get
see
the
rich
get
richer
phenomenon
in
some
senses,
because
there's
the
cost
barrier
to
enforcement.
AA
It
stifles
knowledge.
Sharing,
of
course,
encourages
rent
seeking
behavior
the
drm
world
is,
is
essentially
an
arms
race
where
the
producers
are
going
against
the
consumers
and
have
to
continuously
upgrade
their
methods
and
tooling,
and
this
creates
somewhat
of
a
gridlock
and
a
tragedy
of
the
anti-commons.
So
we
choose
we're
basically
forced
to
choose
from
one
tragedy
or
another
there's
also
attribution
problems
that
we
see.
Once
again,
I
I
wouldn't
say
a
false
dichotomy,
but
a
soft
dichotomy
right,
it's
it.
AA
These
things
are
more
spectrums,
but
in
the
private
sector
or
private
attribution
where
we
have
non-transparent
organizational
structures,
com
comprised
of
many
individuals
acting
towards
this
common
goal.
The
credit
that's
attributed
to
individuals
exist
within
the
organization,
but
external
consumers
and
actors
do
not
see
and
do
not.
M
AA
AA
The
external
attribution
from
from
anyone
who's
using
the
project
is
is
at
the
individual
level,
so
it's
more
granular
it's
verifiable,
and
that
also
means
that
it's
more
portable
when
you
leave
an
organization,
you
sacrifice
the
ability
to
make
the
ability
to
make
as
strong
claims
about
your
impact
on
it.
However,
private
sector
tends
to
offer
better,
not
better,
but
more
well-defined
relationships,
employer,
employee,
more
predictable
and
stable
incomes,
where
open
source
has
many
different,
monetization
models,
but
tends
to,
but
a
lot
of
them
can
be
reduced
to
some
form
of
donation.
AA
Oh
really,
okay,
so
I'm
gonna
skip
through
a
lot
of
stuff.
Pictosis
is
you
know
we
have
web
2
capable
nfts
nft
policies
that
can
be
installed:
extensions,
a
graphical
interface
where
extensions
can
be
drag
and
drop
installed
in
automatic
revenue
generation
based
on
impact,
and
it
can
be
distributed
across
the
web
in
emails
and
tweets
that
type
of
thing.
The
pictosis
mvp
we're
doing
the
publishing
the
book,
the
web
3
publishing
house
and
integrations
the
book.
AA
Can
this
will
include
short
form
texts,
courses,
smart
books,
websites,
these
types
of
things
for
token
engineering
comments:
you
can
people
can
curate
signal
content,
ste
comments,
create
and
distribute
this,
however,
they
want,
and
the
revenue
generation
created
by
by
the
content
being
distributed
across
the
web
can
be
circulated
back
into
a
tec
treasury.
So
that's
why
that
works.
This
is
our
team.
This
is
our
roadmap
and
it's
four
months
to
get
there
and
we
were
asking
for
a
140
000
support.
Any
questions.
C
Amazing,
so
that
was
cool.
So
actually
we
have
a
lot
of
questions
and
I
think
that
goes
back
to
you
know.
How
do
we
structure
proposals
and
I
don't
know
if
you
got
got
the
gist
of
it,
but
this
could
be
basically
our
knowledge
publishing
house,
you
know
in
the
token
entering
commons
and
the
book
might
be
just
one
example,
so
the
whole
value
of
a
proposal
will
definitely
determine
hedge
parameters
and
jack.
I
think
we're
going
to
work
together
so
these
are.
C
These
are
super
interesting
questions
and
I
think
the
question
is
how,
where
do
we
discuss
those
right?
The
proposals
add
value
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
A
That's
actually
a
great
point
and
pictosis
is
one
of
is
the
first
proposal
to
the
forum
and.
A
Perfect
place
to
actually
discuss
it.
So
if
you
guys
had
any
questions
we
don't
have
to,
but
so
definitely
engage
with
them
on
the
forum.
And
what
do
you
know?
They
also
ketosis
also
has
a
get
coin,
grant
don't
be
shy
already
20
contributors
and
I'm
sure
a
few
more
and
you
could
even
vote
for
pictosis
on
conviction,
voting
right
here,
pictosis
the
open
web.
A
So
if
you
like
the
presentation
you
want
nfts
for
the
common
good
and
for
the
te
commons
definitely
feel
free
to
support
them,
and
thank
you
guys
for
coming
to
the
call
and
major
props
go
to
all
hung
up
and
watched
us
on
twitch.
Thank
you
zepp
for
setting
that
up,
so
that
we
could
keep
some
open
spots.
It
was
really
cool.
We
had
open
spots,
the
entire
call
up
until
the
very
last
moment.
So
thank
you
guys
for
coming
and
we'll
see
you
next
week.
