exciting

got
off
of

amazing
call

on
work
at
the
te
academy.

the
tea
academy
is
going
to
be
submitting
a
proposal.
Finally,
which
is
great
and
they're,
going
to
be
expanding,
their
programs
and
olivia,
and
I
have
been
supporting
angela
with
a
lot
of
things.
But
now
natalia
is
like
coming
in
full
of
energy,
and
so
that's
really
beautiful
and
will
provide
a
lot
of
opportunities
for
us
to
work
closely.

great
relationship

piece,
which
is
pretty

just

feedback

been
thinking
a
lot
after
this
whole
twitter

mvv,
going
on
and
hearing
griff
and
livia's
kind
of
disappointment.
I
think
it's
a
good
time
to
address,
as
we
scale
as
a
community,
to
really
look
at
what
governance
mechanisms
we're
using
where-
and
this
is
part
of
the
research
that
I've
been
doing
in
examination
and
writing
this
article
as
well
and
really
thinking
about
it.
So
I
kind
of
came
up
with
this
idea
that
I
shared
with
tamara.
I
I
dropped
the
document
in
here
and
it's
it's
kind
of
like
and
I
think
olivia
you
did
have
something
similar
in
like
last
august,
when
we
first
started
the
community
of
looking
at
questions
to
consider
before
proposing
a
vote
so,
for
example,
before
anyone's
proposing
a
vote
just
having
this
moment
of
like
consciousness
and
pause
to
think
about
what
is
the
actual
decision
that
needs
to
be
made?
Who
does
this
decision
affect?
Could
it
fall
under
a
working
group?
Could
it
be
improved
by
having
subject
matter
experts
what's
the
best
tool
or
voting
type?
I
What's
the
process
is
the
tool
or
process
easy
to
interact
with
so
the
time
and
overhead
it
takes
to
vote?
And
then
probably
one
of
the
more
important
questions
is
like
what
is
the
goal
for
engagement
and
in
talking
with
z?
He
brought
up
this
concept
of
subsidiarity,
which
I
had
never
heard
this
term
before,
but
it's
basically
pushing
decision
making
as
most
localized
as
possible.

So
who
are
the
people
that
are
really
affected
by
this
decision
should
probably
be
the
most
involved
in
the
vote.
So,
if
we're
looking
at
mvv-
and
why
did
it
not
get
so
much?
Engagement
is
probably
because
the
overhead
that
it
took
to
engage
with
the
process,
so
it's
understandable.
But
if
we
really
want
busy
token
engineers
to
engage
in
any
governance
processes,
we
should
look
at
what
it
really
involves
for
them.

how
can
we
kind
of
lower
the
overhead
for
participation,
so
I'm
not
suggesting
there
is
a
right
way
or
a
wrong
way,
just
suggesting
that
maybe
we
could
all
add
some
ideas
in
this
document
that
