A
Okay,
so
really
the
question
the
the
way
we
start.
Every
stewards
meeting
is
just
doing
a
temperature
check
on
the
community.
So
have
you
noticed
anything
new
anything
that
you
want
to
share,
with
the
other
stewards,
bring
to
our
attention
anything
that
we
might
want
to
discuss
together?
A
So
maybe
I'll
just
start
this
time
and
I'll
say
I
think
I've
been
really
out
of
a
lot
of
stuff
like
really
stretched
thin
this
last
week-
and
maybe
this
week
too,
so
I
haven't
noticed
a
lot
of
things
in
terms
of
the
community,
so
I'm
probably
not
going
to
be
the
best
person
to
ask,
I
would
say
yeah,
so
I
guess
I'm
going
to
pass
on
doing
a
temperature
check
today
I
would
say,
though
I
did
a
lot
of
hatch
outreach.
A
I
did
10
sessions,
so
I'm
I'm
a
little
bit
more
on.
I
have
a
little
bit
more
intuition
on
what
external
people
see
to
the
tec
than
I
do,
as
you
know
how
we're
burgeoning
as
a
community
now
and
I'd
say
overall,
just
amazing,
enthusiasm
and
respect
for
what
we're
doing
people
that
know
us
tangentially.
You
know
people
that
are
outside
the
concentric
circle
of
the
core
people
in
the
tec.
So
it's
really.
A
It's
really
heartening
I'd
say
to
know
that
the
tc
has
such
a
strong
reputation
inside
token
engineering
community,
everyone
that
we've
spoken
with
and
with
that
I'll
pass
to
marco
the
temperature
check.
Just
have
you
noticed
anything
in
our
community.
Anything
you
want
to
bring
up
with
the
other
stewards.
C
Thanks
tom
yeah,
my
I
was
I'm
feeling
like
on
transparency
like
like
we
reached
a
point
where,
like
the
workflow
is
going
like
yeah,
we
know
what
we
have
to
do,
but
I
feel
like
yeah.
I
have
no.
D
E
Hello,
everyone,
let's
check,
yeah
a
similar
feedback
than
the
one
mentioned
before.
I
felt
that
having
this
I
reached
two
projects
and
to
potential
hunchers.
I
had
this
comment
of
someone
who
basically
mentioned.
Oh
yeah,
that's
that's
that's
a
project
that
is
having
this
and
this
person
there.
E
It's
a
I
hear
about
it
and
it's
it's
so
nice
to
see
all
these
people
together,
and
that
was
a
nice
like
feeling
of
you
know,
knowing
that
the
the
the
word
hats
has
widespread,
but
in
a
good
way
in
a
positive
way.
E
So,
besides
that
I
don't
know,
I
feel
like
every
time
we
have
the
chance
to
outreach
someone
a
potential
hunter
or
proposal.
I
always
feel
like.
There
is
always
someone
there
to
help,
and
I
very
much
appreciate
that,
so
I
will
pass
it
on
to
santi.
F
Thank
you.
Well,
I
I
have
the
sense
that
if
you
don't
keep
your
ears
and
your
eyes
every
single
day,
you're
already
starting
to
miss
something,
because
this
community
is
growing
so
much
and
there's
new
people
joining
you.
You
used
to
be
able
to
catch
on
everything,
but
that
it's
starting
to
get
hard,
which
means
people
getting
involved
in
new
role
and.
H
I've
been
pretty
busy
too
so,
like
I'm,
not
I
don't
really
like
how
is
the
community?
I'm
I'm
not
really
sure
I
hope
they're
well,
I
I
don't
see
how
you
couldn't
be.
I
mean
you
know.
I
mean
big
bitcoins
over
sixty
thousand
dollars
like
this
is
crazy.
It's
so
much
fun.
Anyways,
I'm
great!
I
as
as
well
as
I
can
be,
so
I
hope
you
are
too
yeah.
I
don't
I'm
sorry.
I
don't
have
a
lot
else.
H
I've
just
been
too
busy
with
prams
and
stuff
and
trying
to
make
sure
people
can
use
it.
How
to
scare
with
token
log
me
olivia.
We
got
scared,
we
got
scared,
but
it's
okay.
You
know,
I'm
gonna,
oh
hey
jess
is
here
jess.
What
is
what
is
the
feeling
of
the
community
and
how
are
you
doing
and
how
have
you
been.
I
I
Well,
I've
been
a
little
bit
on
the
fringes
as
of
late,
although
doing
lots
of
ecosystem
discussions,
and
it
feels
exciting
to
me
and
that
the
community
is
well
and
flourishing
because
of
all
the
cross-pollination
happening
so
just
to
share.
For
example,
there's
going
to
be
a
cv
and
now
a
conviction
voting
is
going
to
become
portable,
so
it
doesn't
just
have
to
be
on
aragon.
So
that's
pretty
exciting
and
also
I
just
got
off
of
an
amazing
call
with
natalya
who's,
taking
on
work
at
the
te
academy.
I
So
the
tea
academy
is
going
to
be
submitting
a
proposal.
Finally,
which
is
great
and
they're,
going
to
be
expanding,
their
programs
and
olivia,
and
I
have
been
supporting
angela
with
a
lot
of
things.
But
now
natalia
is
like
coming
in
full
of
energy,
and
so
that's
really
beautiful
and
will
provide
a
lot
of
opportunities
for
us
to
work
closely.
Since
we
have
a
great
relationship
already
so
yeah,
I'm
pretty
good
about
the
ecosystem.
I
A
Ivy
you're
in
mute.
If,
if
you're
trying
to
talk-
or
maybe
you
stepped
away
for
a
moment,
should
we
pass
to
griff
and
come
back
to
ivy.
K
Sure,
yeah,
honestly,
I
think
we're
doing
pretty
well.
I
am
a
little
disappointed
with
the
mvv
I
feel
like
we
could
have
done
better,
getting
engagement
on
that
and
it's
it
is
a
lot
to
chew
off
and
maybe
when
we
do
round
two,
it
could
be
good,
but
it's
I
feel
like
it's
a
good
engagement
opportunity
and-
and
we
haven't
been
able
to
capitalize
on
it
enough
and
I'm
just
a
little
disappointed.
K
There
aren't
more
discussions
in
the
forum
about
it
or
or
you
know,
in
the
github
comments
and
stuff
like
that,
so
but
other
than
that
you
know.
I
think
it's
one
of
these
things
where
we
have
a
really
good
reputation
and
people
are
really
looking
up
to
us
already
and
we
don't
have.
We
haven't
even
come
close
to
launching
yet
so
I
think
I
think
it's
feeling
pretty
good
I'll
pass
it
to
well
ivy,
if
you're,
that
oh
no
I'll
pass
it
to
a
suga
kitty.
K
Or
kitty
you're
still
muted,
how
about
wonka.
G
Hello,
everyone!
Well,
I
think
that
the
temporary
community
is
really
great.
G
I
am
surprised
because
I
have
seen
a
lot
of
contributions
from
new
people
in
in
gravity
and
also
I
feel
that
the
that
the
whole
environment
of
the
project
is
going
great.
G
I
was
also
a
little
bit
distracted,
working
with
mateo
and
my
brother
like
preparing
the
next
event
for
the
ethereum
colombia
community,
and
we
are
very
excited
and
happy
because
we
confirmed
santi
city
to
present
proof
of
humanity
to
the
ethereum
columbia
community,
and
I
think
that's
that's
great,
so
we're
very
happy
about
that
and
yeah
and
I
will
pass
to
to.
G
L
L
Everyone
is
so
busy
and
everything
they're
doing
and
a
little
like
meltdown
to
to
be,
grounded
again
and
and
think
that
that's
how
processes
happen
that
some
things
they
need
a
little
longer
to
sink
in
and
that
the
importance
of
of
some
features
like
like
the
mvv
might
only
be
clear
for
people
after
this
mission
is
decided
and
propelled.
L
And
then
there
is
a
point
that,
like
oh
wow,
we
actually
had
a
choice
to
decide
that
I
don't
agree
with
this
now
that
it's
everywhere,
but
I
didn't
participate
back
then.
So
I
think
sometimes
it
needs
like
a
first
iteration
for
the
results
to
speak
for
themselves
and
for
the
engagement
to
start
building.
L
Naturally,
although
I
want
to
be
grateful
to
everyone
that
participated,
and
it's
not
that
we
had
just
like
three
or
four
submissions,
there
is
like
around
10
or
something
so
that
is,
that
is
good,
and
I'm
really
happy
about
everyone
who
engaged
with
it
and
and
in
general
I
think
I
think
things
are
are
flowing
in
a
yeah.
I
was
I
was
absent
for
a
few
days,
but
then
coming
back,
it
feels
like
everything
is
on
track.
L
M
Hello,
I
missed
the
question,
but
that's
nothing
new.
A
M
N
Yeah,
don't
have
much
to
add
outside
of
that.
A
temperature
check
is
pretty
good
in
the
community,
so
yeah
outside
of
that
I
don't
have
much
to
to
contribute
in
that
sense.
So
I'll
pass
it
back
to
you
too.
A
Cool,
okay
and
katie:
I
know
you
had
a
little
emergency.
Are
you
back
or
otherwise
we'll
go
to
the
next
agenda
item.
A
A
A
Are
you
do
you
want
to
give
a
quick
30
second
temperature
check
on
community
or.
A
A
Okay,
so
I
don't
know
jess
what
you're
trying
to
write
here.
I
was
gonna
talk
about
working
group
funding
proposals,
but
I
suggest
you
have
inserted
something.
A
I
A
A
little
lower,
okay
cool
got
it
all
right.
So
this
is
something
that
we
we
need
to
think
about.
How
to
think
about.
I'm
gonna
say
like
I'm
saying
it
like
that
intentionally
and
it's
the
working
group
funding
proposals-
and
there
are
some
like
think,
work
to
that-
should
go
into
with
like
what
our
proposal
should
be
or
how
the
proposal
should
be
structured.
But
I
wanted
to
put
it
on
everyone's
radar
in
so
much
as
that.
A
There
will
be
a
time
where
each
of
the
working
groups
will
need
to
or
us
together,
as
a
group,
we'll
need
to
figure
out
what
our
proposing
model
will
be
for
each
working
group,
whether
it's
a
some
sort
of
like
fixed
compensation
model
or
it's
a
phrase
and
source
cred
exclusive
model
or
a
hybrid
of
the
two
models.
A
So
olivia-
and
I
were
talking
about
starting
basically
like
a
kickoff
session
to
to
discuss
how
we,
how
like
the
pros
and
the
different
options.
So
these
three
different
options.
Maybe
there
are
more
options
and
the
pros
and
cons
of
each
option,
because
it's
something
that
we'll
need
to
do
in
the
may
june
time
frame
or
have
already
in
the
mid-june
time
frame.
So
it
bears
us
starting
to
think
and
plan
how
that
should
be
take
shape
now.
A
Okay,
cool
excellent
and
then
for
the
community,
call
agenda,
grooming
and
call
to
actions.
I
will
pass
olivia
actually
to
talk
about
the
how
we
can
have
some
more
how
we
can
engage
the
community
with
calls
to
actions
in
our
working
groups.
It's
something
that
came
out
came
out
of
our
soft
gov
meeting
yesterday.
L
Yeah
and
also
this
was
a
feedback
from
katie
and,
and
it
made
me
think
how
we
haven't
really
thought
out.
The
agenda
of
the
working
group
call
in
a
very
long
time,
so
it
might
be
a
good
opportunity
to
look
into
that
agenda
clean
all
the
links
that
don't
need
to
be
there
anymore,
to
have
some
type
of
of
process
that
we
all
go
through
each
each
working
group
with
their
own
individuality
and
voice
and
tone.
L
But
perhaps
if
there
is
a
call
to
action
to
focus
on
that
on
like
communicating
to
people
that
are
in
the
call
on
how
they
can
participate
or
have
like
a
very
important
point
of
the
working
group
that
was
discussed
during
that
week.
That
is,
is
really
cool
to
communicate.
L
But
to
be
mindful
of
the
time
that
each
one
of
us
talk
and
share
to
make
sure
there
is
time
for
for
the
spotlight
and
also
last
time.
For
example,
there
was
not
enough
time
for
params
and
common
swarm
and
it's
really
cool
that
everyone
would
have
the
space
so
yeah.
Maybe
we
can
just
organize
in
a
certain
way
that
it
works
for
everyone.
A
Yeah,
I'd
like
to
hear
feedback
from
others,
my
own
personal
feedback
is
it's
something
that's
probably
worth
looking
at,
and
you
know
I
don't
know,
I
don't
think
we're
ever
going
to
get
it
perfect,
but
some-
and
I
also
think
it's
really
tricky.
You
know
this
community
call
was
designed
with
maybe
six
or
seven
working
group
updates
and
now
we're
you
know
ten
and
so,
like
we've
we've
scaled,
but
the
hour
the
the
time
allocated
has
not
scaled.
A
In
fact,
the
time
allocated
has
shrunk,
because
now
the
praise
takes
longer,
as
our
community
is
growing.
So
as
our
community
is
growing,
the
praise
takes
longer,
as
our
working
groups
are
growing,
are
expanding.
That
part
takes
longer
and
we're
still
in
the
same
time,
we're
still
in
the
same
time
slot
and
yeah.
I
don't
know
what
the
right
answer
is,
but
it'd
be
interesting.
If
we
could
figure
out
like
how
do
we
best
represent
ourselves
to
the
community
and
make
the
most
value
of
their
time
that
they're
spending
for
that
hour.
K
I
just
want
to
say
last
call:
I
was
very
distracted
trying
to
get
paul
into
the
call
while
at
the
beginning-
and
I
I
knew
we
were
short
on
time,
but
I
couldn't
really
engage
and
rush
all
the
earlier
groups
and
that's
so
I
feel
like
I
can
do
better
at
doing
time
management,
but
maybe
also
I
could
just
have
more
support
like
I
should
have
leaned
on
wonka.
My
moderator
to,
like
you
know,
interface
with
paul,
or
something
like
that.
So
I'm
trying
to
lead
the
call-
and
you
know
shepherd
that.
K
But
then
you
know
it's
like
okay,
paul
dude.
This
is,
let
me
explain,
there's
a
25
limit
and
da
da
da
da.
You
know
it
and
all
these
things
so
my
bad,
but
I
don't
think
it's.
I
don't
think
it's
something
that
will
always.
B
Yeah
I
was
thinking
like.
Can
we
maybe,
if
that,
will
help
move
the
the
whole
agenda
from
the
google
doc
to
google
slides
and
then
like
have
each
working
group?
One
slide
like
just
quick,
interrupt
the
working
group
to
remind
everybody
what
the
working
group
is
about
and
then
the
next
slide
is
just
quick.
A
few
bullet
points.
You
know
quick
updates
for
that
from
that
week,
each
a
working
group
has
a
time
limit
of
let's
say
three
minutes
and
that
like
timer
is
running.
B
Basically,
we
do
have
one
person
who
is
moderating
or
who's
facilitating
that
and
then
like
either
after
each
working
group
like
one
minute
or
five
minutes
q,
a
if
someone
has
something
or
at
the
end
of
like
when
all
working
groups
have
presented,
do
a
a
quick
q,
a
maybe
that
will
be
kind
of
maybe
streamlined,
better
going
slide
by
slide
and
having
a
facilitator
to
just
monitor
the
time.
K
A
A
Cool
excellent
yeah.
I
think
that
can
I
think,
that's
a
really
nice
idea,
marco,
because
I
share
it
with
you,
but
I,
but
I
also,
I
think
it
can
keep
like
uniformity
across
each
of
the
each
of
the
working
groups
so
sort
of
the
manifesto
in
the
same
place
and
that
calls
out
you
know
the
the
scheduling,
the
timing
for
the
working
group
sessions
in
each
place.
So
we
could
make
something
nice.
There
sounds
like
a
really
nice
something
to
pull
into
the
next
sprint.
A
K
A
Okay,
awesome
and
I
guess
the
other
idea
is
like
I.
I
don't
think
I
think
you
do
a
great
job
actually
facilitating
the
call
every
week.
I
think
it's
just
a
more
amount
of
like
there's
so
much
that
we
have,
but
I
think
yeah
yeah
cool,
okay
next
thing
spotlight
for
tomorrow.
How
are
we
doing?
We
have?
A
K
Believe
we
have
jay
I'll
confirm
with
him.
A
Okay,
sorry,
it's
taking
so
long,
yeah
jay
for
true
blocks
and
then
next
week
and
the
week
after
I
don't
know
if
anyone
has
suggestions
for
projects,
but
please
do
suggest
them
drop
them
in
here.
Let
me
know
I'll
drop
them
in
here
and
then
maybe
this
week
we
will
ship.
We
will
skip
the
working
group
news
for
the
blog
post.
The
blog
post
hasn't
been
reviewed
yet,
and
I
apologize
for
that
too
to
you
craig,
but
it
will
be
published
this
week.
A
M
M
I
Thank
you,
tim
okay,
so
I
wanted
to
share
just
a
little
bit
and
I
I'm
guessing.
We
don't
have
time
to
go
into
full
conversation.
So
sorry
libby,
you
were
on
vacation.
I
was
going
to
bring
this
up
with
you
first,
but
I
just
I
thought
this
was
important,
it's
more
of
a
soft
of
working
group
discussion,
but
I
wanted
to
bring
it
to
the
stewards
just
to
present
and
share
some
ideas.
So
I
had
a
chat
with
z
about
governance
as
I'm
working
on
this
polycedric
governance
piece,
which
is
pretty
much
done.
I
I
just
need
to
integrate
some
feedback
and
I've
been
thinking
a
lot
after
this
whole
twitter
and
mvv,
going
on
and
hearing
griff
and
livia's
kind
of
disappointment.
I
think
it's
a
good
time
to
address,
as
we
scale
as
a
community,
to
really
look
at
what
governance
mechanisms
we're
using
where-
and
this
is
part
of
the
research
that
I've
been
doing
in
examination
and
writing
this
article
as
well
and
really
thinking
about
it.
So
I
kind
of
came
up
with
this
idea
that
I
shared
with
tamara.
I
I
dropped
the
document
in
here
and
it's
it's
kind
of
like
and
I
think
olivia
you
did
have
something
similar
in
like
last
august,
when
we
first
started
the
community
of
looking
at
questions
to
consider
before
proposing
a
vote
so,
for
example,
before
anyone's
proposing
a
vote
just
having
this
moment
of
like
consciousness
and
pause
to
think
about
what
is
the
actual
decision
that
needs
to
be
made?
Who
does
this
decision
affect?
Could
it
fall
under
a
working
group?
Could
it
be
improved
by
having
subject
matter
experts
what's
the
best
tool
or
voting
type?
I
What's
the
process
is
the
tool
or
process
easy
to
interact
with
so
the
time
and
overhead
it
takes
to
vote?
And
then
probably
one
of
the
more
important
questions
is
like
what
is
the
goal
for
engagement
and
in
talking
with
z?
He
brought
up
this
concept
of
subsidiarity,
which
I
had
never
heard
this
term
before,
but
it's
basically
pushing
decision
making
as
most
localized
as
possible.
I
So
who
are
the
people
that
are
really
affected
by
this
decision
should
probably
be
the
most
involved
in
the
vote.
So,
if
we're
looking
at
mvv-
and
why
did
it
not
get
so
much?
Engagement
is
probably
because
the
overhead
that
it
took
to
engage
with
the
process,
so
it's
understandable.
But
if
we
really
want
busy
token
engineers
to
engage
in
any
governance
processes,
we
should
look
at
what
it
really
involves
for
them.
I
And
how
can
we
kind
of
lower
the
overhead
for
participation,
so
I'm
not
suggesting
there
is
a
right
way
or
a
wrong
way,
just
suggesting
that
maybe
we
could
all
add
some
ideas
in
this
document
that
I
created
and
then
olivia.
I
was
going
to
propose
to
you
that
maybe
we
could
have
like
some
discussion
around
this
and
I
would
love
to
be
involved
and
I
can
pull
in.
I
Even
you
know,
jeff
said
he
would
be
interested
to
come
and
participate,
and
maybe
even
z
as
well
to
get
some
feedback
from
these
busy
token
engineers
and
what
what
is
helpful
for
them
so
yeah,
it's
a
big
discussion
doesn't
need
to
happen
here.
I'm
just
presenting
this
document
as
like
a
jumping
off
point
to
get
collective
feedback
and
maybe
have
some
discussion
where
it's
appropriate
jess.
Can
you
open
the
permissions
on
that
doc?
I
L
L
I've
been
messaging
all
of
the
people
that
did
participate
in
the
first
type
form
of
the
mvv,
so
it
was
all
of
the
busy
token
engineers,
but
as
I
I
think
there
is
a
thought
of
I'm
sorry,
I'm
not
going
to
go
into
this
discussion.
I
know
it's
not
the
time,
but
I
I
think
there
is
a
thought
of
attention
and
in
the
hatch
on
reach
calls
we've
been
having
truth.
L
This
has
been
a
big
point
of
like
how
much
time
and
hours
I
need
to
commit
with
something,
and
then,
if
I
look
at
the
mvv
there's
no
way,
someone
would
spend
like
less
than
40
minutes,
at
least
to
look
at
it
with
with
quality.
So
I
think
it's
something
we
should
think
more
broadly
to
when
asking
people
to
engage
on
something.
K
Yeah
and
then
the
next
level
for
the
mvp
mvv,
it's
pretty
it's
pretty
obvious
that
there's
going
to
be
a
runoff.
So
there
is
this
next
level
of
engagement
where
it'll
be
much
easier.
There's
no
proposing
there's
no
opportunity
to
propose
really
here's
your
three
to
five
choices,
read
all
of
them
vote
on
the
ones
you
like,
but
that
will
still
take
15-20
minutes,
but
I
think
we'll
be
able
to
get
more
engagement.
A
And
I
think
importantly,
we
learned
a
lot
about
how
this
works
for
us
to
use
for
the
params
and
perhaps
to
tweak
some
of
the
the
process
that
we
used
for
this
one
so
that
we
can
get
better
or
more
desired
results
with
the
perhaps
more
engagement.
So
I
think
it
was
a
excellent
excellent
that
we
did
this.
G
I
I
have
one
suggestion
for
improvement
and
maybe
I
would
suggest
to
add
the
the
the
proposed
that,
like
the
proposals
on
token,
look
not
with
a
name
but
rather
like
a
with
a
number
because
yeah,
maybe
people
will
vote
because
of
of
the
trust
that
they
have
in
the
people
that
write
the
proposal.
G
But
it
would
be
also
good
to
to
have
this
kind
of
of
like
anonymousy,
that
don't
affect
the
voting.
A
Behavior
cool
in
the
interest
of
moving
forward.
Maybe
we
do
move
this
to
softcup,
but
it's
a
great
discussion
to
continue
to
have,
and
I
think
we
learned
a
lot
too.
I
Cool-
and
one
last
point
was
just
about
as
well
like
general
engagement
and
looking
at
how
to
increase
that,
so
maybe
there's
some
communications
things
as
well,
like
a
voting
specific
like
notification
that
goes
out
or
something
like
that,
it's
for
people
that
are
is
like
just
these
are
the
important
votes
you
need
to
know
about
like
tldr
or
something
thank
you.
Cool.
A
Excellent
thanks,
jess,
okay.
Next
one
mvv
deadline,
griff,
I'm
assuming
we're
gonna
ask
for
volunteers
here
to
gather
and
debate
the
top
choices
is
that
right.
K
Yeah
so
there's
certain
forks,
we
gotta
look
at
the
top
votes
and
we
have
to
decide
like
three,
four
or
five
pr
things
to
be
in
the
runoff
and
and
also
the
people
who
are
in
those
runoffs.
K
We
should
probably
talk
to
them
and
be
like
hey:
are
there
any
improvements
you
want
to
make
or
hey
there's
some
capitalization
errors
or
whatever
you
know,
get
them
to
be
just
the
ones
that
make
the
runoff
to
be
a
little
bit
higher
quality,
and
then
we
need
to
also
have
a
very
clear
like
okay
voting.
You
know
we
need
to
once
we
decide.
We
need
to
get
together
as
a
group
this
weekend
to
decide
which
ones
make
the
top
tough
votes.
K
E
K
A
Olivia
griff
is
that
I
volunteer
too.
J
K
No,
no
you
can
come
in
all
are
welcome.
I
I
mean.
Maybe
we
won't
go
as
hard
around
our
scheduling
to
figure
out
that
yeah,
but
that
because
this
is
the
first,
the
first
step
is
who
wants
to
come.
The
next
step
is,
let's
put
something
on
the
calendar.
You
know,
but
yeah,
let's
get
you
in
there.
Of
course
you
know
all
of
our.
A
Okay,
getting
closer
okay
is
it.
I
think
it's
worth
taking
the
two
minutes
to
get
something
in
the
calendar.
Right
now
see
so
maybe
sunday
so
pst
to
cet
right
so
evening,
cet
morning,
pst.
F
A
A
A
K
G
For
me
also
there's
no
problem
if
it's
early.
K
A
4
00
p.m;
7
a.m;
okay,
I'm
throwing
it
in
my
calendar
and
I'll
invite
everyone.
Oh
thanks!
Since
yeah
okay,
shall
we
go
back
so
sunday,
7
p.m.
Cet,
okay,.
L
A
So
really
4
to
6
p.m.
Right
is
the
the
block
yeah,
okay,
okay,.
A
Okay,
so
awesome
moving
on
sprint
retrospective
project,
swat
team,
excellent
work,
getting
the
the
squad
together,
but
focused
effort
on
glossary,
so
our
framing
of
products,
ideas
and
concepts.
Do
you
want
to
get
a
check
on
how
we
think
we
did
with
that
retrospective
action
and
olivia
I'll?
Look
to
you,
since
it's
really
like
good
book
and
glossary
and.
L
Yeah,
I
think
the
I
think
the
glossary
is
looking
good
and
and
the
get
book
is
evolving
yeah.
I'm.
C
L
To
focus
more
on
feedback
that
people
have
been
giving
on
what
are
the
things
that
should
be
there,
like
the
processes,
the
roles,
the
working
groups
and
and
all
that,
okay.
But
I'm
open
to.
A
Okay,
yeah,
I
I
think
the
gift
book
is
looking
greater
and
greater
every
week,
yeah
I'm
looking
at
it
now
as
like
the
single
truth,
and
want
to
update
the
community
stewards
manifesto
to
link
back
to
the
get
book
to
certain
sections
of
the
get
book
so
that
if
we
change
something
it's
it's
only
like
that
is,
that
is
the
single
source
of
truth
for
everything.
Now:
okay,
cool,
okay,
so
sprints,
hey
the
retrospective
is
tomorrow,
so
we're
closing
the
sprint
board
tomorrow.
A
Please
make
sure
you
update
all
of
your
issues
and
close
them.
You
could
do
it
now.
Actually
we
have.
We
have
20
minutes
left
to
this
call
and
the
like.
A
The
review
part
of
the
the
scrum
events
is
the
community
sink,
where
we
present
all
of
the
things
that
we've
done
in
the
last
a
week
for
for
this
community
sinks,
and
then
sprint
planning
starts
friday,
so
think
about
what
your
working
group
will
be
working
on
and
go
ahead
and
start
throwing
issues
into
zenhub
and
tag
them
next
sprint,
so
that
we
look
at
them
when
we're
doing
our
sprint
planning.
A
I
really
want
to
start
the
check
in
with
the
common
swarm,
because
I'm
very
eager
for
updates
on
common
swarm.
So
griff,
can
you
kick
us
off.
K
Yeah
so
we're
I
mean
at
this
point
we're
just
debating
like
oh
the
circle
on
the
hatch
front
end,
you
know:
how
do
we
make
the
target
goal
like
I
had
this
whole
call
with
sam
about
how
much
confetti
we're
gonna,
throw
on
the
board
like
we're,
we're
doing
really
well
we're
doing
really
well,
the
the
commons
upgrade
vote
failed
for
some
reason.
K
I
can't
remember
exactly
what
at
this
moment,
but
we
are
fixing
that,
but
but
yeah,
so
we're
still
stuck
on
that
one,
but
hopefully
it'll
be
up
it
should
it
might
be
up
already
like
I
said
we
were
talking
about
stupid
stuff
at
this
point
and
the
dashboard
will
be
validated
once
I
I
think
the
dashboard
is
validated.
We
can
close
that
one
and,
I
would
say,
we're
in
progress
on
the
commons
config
dashboard
on
the
open
price.
They
had
a
bunch
of
conversations
this
week.
K
I
don't
know
actually
jake
do
you
know
did
and
the
pram's
called
did
they
say:
hey
we're
going
to
use
open
price
instead
of
reserve
ratio
and
that's
down
we're
we're
down
for
that.
H
Yes
and
no
yeah
yeah,
we
yeah
we're
gonna
we're
today's
call
we're
we're
finishing
that.
But
yes
and
then,
as
far
as
the
name
for
expected
growth,
we
didn't
that's
still
that's
still
in
the
works.
But
yes,
we
are
moving
forward
with
open
price.
K
K
H
A
A
So
should
we
be
going
and
voting
or
sorry
co-vesting
into
this
second
demo.
K
Or
the
third
demo,
so
this
this
first,
the
first
demo
was
completed
with
the
hatch,
and
that
was
a
success,
and
then
we
tried
to
do
a
vote
where
you
would
upgrade,
but
the
challenge.
I
remember
why
I
failed.
We
chose
a
quorum
of
10
percent
and
we
didn't.
We
didn't
rock
the
vote
hard
enough,
so
we
need
to
which
is
a
good
lesson
for
us.
Don't
have
quorums
of
10
that's
stupid,
so
we
need
to
we're
going
to
do
it.
K
I
believe
that
the
vote
is
probably
up
already
I'll
check
with
sam
right
now
and
we
will
need
to
vote
on
this.
We'll
need
to
get
especially
whales
like
santi
and
septimus
jess.
You
guys,
you
guys
are
all
whales
and
we
need
your
vote.
A
H
Yeah
sure
I
also
want
to
quickly
say
that
I
think
we're
being
pretty
hurt
ourselves
about
the
mvv.
I
mean
it's
not
like
anybody's
ever
done
that
before
and
you
know
how
long
was
it
up.
Like
I
mean,
maybe
we
could
all
done
something
more,
but
I
mean
it
was
pretty
cool.
Still
I
mean
honestly,
I
think
we're
being
pretty
hard
on
ourselves.
H
H
H
Okay,
all
my
stuff's
still
gonna
be
backlogged
like
it's
gonna,
be
next
sprint
we're
gonna
have,
I
might
be
able
to
get
a
few
things
done
after
today
and
then
sunday,
but
most
of
my
stuff's
still
gonna
be
next
sprint
just
the
way
it
is,
but
I
hopefully
too,
like
after
today,
we
might
actually
done
about
some
general
stuff
for
the
abc,
and
hopefully
this
open
price
expected
growth
thing,
but
we
got
to
change
the
name
of
expected
growth,
but
there's
a
lot.
A
And
2
and
284
is
where
we
can
use
the
knowledge
from
the
the
first
and
movie,
the
first
round:
yeah
cool,
yeah
cool,
all
right
sweet!
Why
don't
we
jump
to
livia
softcup.
L
Yeah
I
had
a
light,
a
light
sprint
because
I
was
gonna
be
off
for
some
days.
I
I
think
I
closed
all
my
issues
and
and
working
on
some
of
the
future
ones
for
the
next
sprint,
like
the
phrase
overview
that
we
started
to
touch
on
again
today,
time
of
having
a
a
plan
for
funding
for
the
working
groups
and.
L
Now
we
can
close
that
there
was
just
one
last
thing
that
vibrate
was
looking
into
to
put
the
temporary
to
make
the
the
newcomer
is
a
temporary
tag,
but
that's
not
like
needed
for
what
we
have
now.
It
would
just
be
a
nice
bonus.
L
A
Right,
can
I
ask
you
to
actually
update
it
and
then
close
this
issue
and
just
say,
and
just
to
communicate,
that
to
vi
and
then
close
the
issue?
Yes
and
any
other
updates.
You
want
to
share
that
aren't
on.
L
Maybe
another
just
for
omega
that
we
also
have
that
type
form
running
now.
It
also
has
been
like
very
low
engagement,
even
with
tweets,
and
I
don't
know
and
sharing
in
multiple
places.
So
if
you
know
a
token
engineer
that
you
think
would
be
available
for
like
a
15
minutes
type
form
that
would
be
cool
to
forward
it
to
them.
L
Yeah
I
thought
chevnon
was
shabnen
said
she
was
doing
that,
but
maybe
we
need
a
backup
in
there.
A
Cool
septimus,
we'll
jump
to
transparency
iv
is
on
the
call
to
iv
or
zeptimus.
C
Yeah,
I
can
take
it
yeah.
We
actually
created
the
form
section
for
the
audits
and
it's
going
pretty
well
and
regarding
the
issue
open,
updating
the
soft
gob
such
as
rich
and
gravity,
software
and
gravity
are
done
and
caches,
which
is
going
to
be
done
tomorrow.
So
yeah,
it's
going
good,
yeah
and
the
rest
are
like
a
weekly
task
and
we
are
also
doing
them.
D
Cool
sanji.
Okay,
sorry,
I
just
wanna
give
an
update
on
issue
six
to
two,
so
I
have
discussed
in
our
last
call
that
we
want
to
us
to
assign
this
a
role
to
the
moderator
of
every
meeting.
D
We
want
to
give
this
responsibility
to
really
moderate
in
every
meeting,
so
I
think
in
in
the
call
propose.
Every
meeting
should
have
a
facilitator
and
the
moderator.
So
yes,
one
thing
talk
more
about
it
because.
A
So
I
I
think
for
a
lot
of
the
calls
that's
juan
carlos.
Is
that
you,
the
moderator
on
a
lot.
G
There
are
some
calls
where
I'm
the
moderator
but
like
in
last
gravity
working
group.
We
decided
to
have
a
moderator
in
gravity,
and
I
also
think
that,
like
each
working
group
is,
is
free
to
ch
to
choose
the
moderator.
It
doesn't
have
to
be
me,
but
it's
just
like
to
to
get
into
an
agreement
with
someone
to
to
take
that
that
role.
G
A
Maybe
then
we
just
bounce
it
back
to
its
stewards.
Responsibility
to
praise
after
each
after
each
working
group
call.
C
Yeah
and
I
normally
like
I'm
normally
present
and
if
someone
doesn't
remember,
I
can
just
do
it
like
like
you,
we
discuss
on
the
maybe
it
was
last.
I
don't
know,
what's
her
planning,
what's
his
twitch
meeting
that
time
you
told
like
yeah,
maybe
we
sometimes
we
don't
do
it
and
I'll
just
check
it
and
do
it.
A
Yeah,
okay,
yeah,
I'm
not,
maybe
maybe
we
can
start,
but
we.
I
don't
know
that
there's
a
conclusion,
but
maybe
we
could
just
say
what
like
ivy,
you
can
share
what
what
you
just
shared
in
the
in
the
comment
section
so
that
we
can
reply
to
it
and
sort
of
reach
a
conclusion
there.
I
don't
know
like.
I
don't
know
if
it
should
be
the
stewards
or
I
don't
know
zeptimus.
I
think
it's
a
lot
of
burden
for
you
to
be
recording
the
calls
and
then
also
send
the
praise
afterwards.
A
It's
it's
cool
of
you
to
volunteer
that
okay,
but
I
do
wanna.
I
wanna
move
on
because
we
have
as
well
is
that
is
that
it
for
transparency,
then
other
than
that,
and
we
can
work
on
that
one
through
the
through
communication
on
github
yeah,
okay,
cool
eduardo!
Are
you
on?
Shall
we
talk
hatch
outrh
all
right?
Well,
I
guess
maybe
I'll
give
the
update
for
the
hatchery
side.
So
I
noticed
I
put
in
these
hatch
outreach
for
everyone
so
that
you
could
track
that
you're
doing
hack.
A
But
I
don't
know
that
everyone
is
updating
them
so
for
jake,
eduardo
myself,
olivia
and
griff.
I
think
we're
the
only
ones
who
have
these,
maybe
one
carlos
does
as
well,
but
if
you
could
update
what
I
have
been
doing
is
just
like
the
like:
I'm
getting
simpler
and
simpler,
just
a
list
of
the
people
that
you
know
the
sprint
update
and
the
list
of
people,
maybe
once
a
week
or
at
the
end
of
the
sprint
that
I've
been
hatched
and
that
that
would
be
a
great
update.
A
If,
if
we
could
do
that,
everyone
who's
on
the
hatch
team,
I'll
say
it's
still
going
very
well.
There's
we've
over
80
people
and
close
to
400
000
in
soft,
commits
now
and
I'll
pass
to
you
eduardo
for
the
projects.
Part.
E
Yes,
for
the
projects
and
proposal
sections
we
basically,
we
will
start
this
week
and
on.
We
have
cert
like
define
certain
paths
like
metaverde
dedicated
to
one
hive
as
well
as
jake,
and
then
I
dedicate
myself
to
the
git
point
grants
and
bring
into
the
appointments
to
to
the
squad
shot.
So
basically,
that's
that's
the
update
on
that.
We
have
a
document
that
serves
as
a
guidance
for
reaching
out
to
people
and
we
are
trying
to.
E
A
B
Yep
well
I
completed
all
my
issues
so
they're
in
review.
I
don't
know
for
about
others.
I
don't
know
what
they're
doing.
B
Well,
yeah,
there's
stuff
in
progress
and
obviously
some
of
those
will
be
done
by
tomorrow.
I
guess
the
minor
issues
and
I
also
tagged
label
next
print
for
for
the
obvious,
the
next
print,
so
so
yeah.
That's
that's
all.
I
have
to
say
for
now.
No.
A
B
A
Okay,
you
know
nate,
I
see
you
here,
maybe
you
wanna,
I
see
that
you
have
the
seo
one.
I
was
wondering
where
we
are
with
this.
Is
this
finished.
N
It
is
not
just
trying.
E
N
Try
to
figure
out
what
to
do
with
the
medium
pages
and
yeah
I
mean
I
can
update
each
article
with
the
keywords,
but
it
doesn't
really
give
us
a
comprehensive
seo
approach
so.
A
N
A
G
Yes,
well,
I
think
I
might
continue
with
some
of
the
issues
of
this
sprint
for
next
sprint
because,
like
we
have
been
working
the
in
the
survey-
and
it's
like,
we
have
a
draft,
but
it
needs
to
be
polished
and
also
the
thing
with
one
hive
is
that
I
have
been
told
to
join
some
calls,
but
I
haven't
been
able
to
to
access
the
calendar
of
one
hype.
So
if
anyone
can
just
like
send
that
link
to
me,
it
would
be
really
appreciated.
F
A
Oh
excellent
and
that's
everyone.
D
K
On
legal,
I
got
to
meet
sean
in
person
this
weekend,
so
that
was
cool.
He
and
my
mom
had
had
lunch.
A
All
right,
cool,
just
a
reminder:
sprint
planning
friday,
so
think
about
the
work
that
you
want
to
bring
print
out,
open
issues,
create
issues
create
epics,
have
fun
and
tag
it
next
sprint
and
we're
at
the
top
of
the
hour.
So,
oh,
we
have
two
minutes,
but
you
get
two
minutes
until
your
next
meeting.
Yes,
katie
yeah.
J
A
I
I
didn't
we
skipped
it
and
maybe
we
could
post
the
document
on
the
on
the
stewart's
channel
and
you
can
present
it
next
week.
A
A
I
would
say,
and
maybe
yeah
do,
cool
things
like
set
up
channels
on
discord
based
on
your
iht
scores
or
whatever
those
those
other
like
bells
and
whistles
that
we
could
put
on
top
okay
cool
top
of
the
hour
thanks
everyone
looking
forward
to
see
you
tomorrow,.
