We
walked
on
the
beach
and
all
the
way
on

logs

over
rocks,

went
to
this
beautiful
waterfall
and
we
ate
soup,
and
it
was
just
so
nice
because
I
haven't
had
much
time

people

intrinsic
motivation
comes
a
lot
from
care.

feel
like
when

care
for
people.
It
doesn't
matter

busy
you

it

matter
what
else
you
have
on
your
plate.
You
want
to
help
them,
so
I
think
you
know
when
we
develop
personal
relationships
and
we
develop,
you
know
care
and
love
for
each
other
as
humans,
then
we
are
naturally
wanting
to
help
those
people
that
we
love.

think
like
doing
this
in
kind
of
a
project.
Environment
is
exactly
what
we're
like
exploring
into
and
virtually
how
to
develop
like
this
level
of
care
and
personal
relationships,
despite
never
having
met
each
other

well
so
far,

we
see
so
many
people
contributing,

second

intrinsic

willing

give

that
process

contributors
joining
and

an
interesting
flow

how

punishment
mechanism

be
more
driven

intrinsic
motivation,

a

everyone
shared

they
think

the

fuel
for
intrinsic
motivation,

that
mean?

intrinsic
motivator,

for
myself,

it
seems
like

folks

community

a
sedentary
observer
with

ability
to
affect

and

motivating

giving

when

feel

people
don't
take

issues

want

let

don't

successful

people

want

we
support
this
process

making
people
feel
like
it's?

something

you
