A
Just
a
you
know,
a
reminder
that
I
do
at
the
end
of
every
sprint.
You
know
the
retrospective
is
not
to
it's
just
really
to
ensure
that
we're
doing
things
in
the
way
in
the
best
possible
way
as
our
context
around
us
changes.
So
what
we
did
you
know
four
sprints
ago
might
be
relevant,
might
have
worked.
A
In
terms
of
like
how
we
operate
together
as
a
team,
I
encourage
everyone
to
take
a
look
at
the
sprint
board
and
just
check
in
with
yourself
on
what
you've
been
able
to
achieve
and
what
you
haven't
been
able
to
achieve
and
or
like
what
the
things
that
didn't
get
through
the
sprint.
A
So
there's
quite
a
lot
of
issues
actually,
so
maybe
I
will
leave
this
board
for
us
to
to
spend
some
time
looking
at
tomorrow
during
our
sprint
planning,
instead
of
closing
it
like.
I
normally
would
today.
A
Yeah
a
lot
of
these,
probably
this
one
should
just
be
closed
right.
So
maybe,
if
everyone
can
take
some
time
today
too,
to
close
the
issues
that
are
closed,
we'll
have
a
more
accurate
view
of
what
was
done
this
sprint.
So
I'll
start
with
myself
and
close
these
two
right
now:
okay,
cool!
So
just
a
reminder.
Our
last
sprint
actions
were
focusing
on
the
glossary
and
framing
and
terminology
and
project
swat
team,
and
just
another
reminder
is
that
tomorrow
is
sprint
planning
yay
and
for
anyone
who's
joining.
A
Who
didn't
hear
this
already?
I
just
want
to
highlight
that
tomorrow
we
start
the
very
last
sprint
before
hatch,
so
it
is.
Let
me
just
let
that
sink
in
it
sort
of
makes
me
a
little
short
of
breath
and
it's
very
exciting,
but
yeah.
It's
it's
we're
we're
there
guys.
A
So
everyone
knows
how
this
works.
The
goal
is
to
be
sort
of
transparent,
honest
and
have
open
reflection
to
inspect
our
own
processes,
to
see
how
we
can
collaborate
and
perform
better
and
adapt
based
on
empirical,
you
know
evidence
what
what
worked
and
what
didn't
work.
So
we
can
improve
each
sprint.
So
I'll
set
a
timer
for
four
minutes
and
we
jump
in
and
start
brainstorming
on
what
went
well,
this
sprint.
What
did
we
do
really
well
and
what
should
we
continue
to
do.
A
A
Okay,
cool
we're
at
four
minutes.
If
anyone
wants
to
add
more
just
add
some
down
at
the
bottom,
please-
and
I
will
ask-
maybe
craig,
do
you
have
your?
Are
you
on
your
desktop
or
laptop?
Can
you
see
the
board.
A
Cool
then
maybe
ask
optimus,
can
you
read
what
went
well
for
everyone.
C
Yeah
I
complete.
I
completed
all
my
issues.
Testing
process
mvv
requires
some
time,
so
it
was
great
to
have
10
submissions.
Hatches
on
boarding
is
really
great,
so
much
progress.
In
little
time
mean
parties
are
so
crowded
every
week,
fun,
fun,
fun,
better
and
better
coordination
between
working
groups,
questions
from
new
members
are
helping
us
to
improve.
The
quality
of
the
info
we
share.
Onboarding
is
improving,
so
much
kt
is
great
work.
Workflow
tweets
are
rocking
a
lot
of
new
contributors,
great
work
from
hatching
or
reach
group
testing.
C
C
C
A
D
Yeah
it
was
made
yesterday,
I
don't
know
who
put
that
there,
but
it's
mediocre
at
best,
and
it's
fury
done
so.
I
don't
know,
but
it's
just
the
video
that
will
go
on
the
that
on
the
hash,
config
dashboard
page.
A
Let's
see
we
have
some
time
shall
we
do
maybe
one
minute.
Everyone
just
share
your
feelings
about
the
about
this
last
sprint
and
anything
you
want
to
say
that
resonates
specifically
and
I'll
pass.
This
optimus.
B
Thanks
app,
well,
not
nothing
in
particular
to
share
for
this
point
other
than
that
I
completed
all
my
issues.
We
I
passed
it
over
to
them.
A
I'll
say,
I
think
I
think
we
did
really
nice
to
sprint
first
of
all,
olivia
back.
Can
we
all
celebrate
that
it's
so
nice
to
have
you
back,
even
though
I
think
you
swinging
on
a
swing
in
the
jungle.
It
was
probably
like
my
favorite
of
all
of
all
the
backdrops
that
we've
ever
had
in
the
tec
ever
that
is
like
the
best
one.
A
Marco
had
a
run
for
his
money
with
those
big
windows
of
blue
skies
behind
him
yesterday.
So
I
think
we're
there's
a
little
competition
for
best
backdrop,
and
I
also
wanted
to
say
mitch,
yeah
really
he's
been
producing
so
much
good
content.
I
saw
the
the
new
the
new
piece
for
giveth,
so
I
also
wanted
to
say
that
was
really
really
great,
too
and
I'll
pass
olivia.
E
Thanks
tim,
I
think,
there's
a
refund
like
a
very
good
refinement
happening,
there's
a
lot
of
feedback
from
new
members
on
things
that
we
were
like
taking
for
granted
of
how
easy
or
difficult
they
were
so
katie,
especially
pointing
a
lot
of
like.
Oh,
let's
improve
this.
Let's
improve
this.
I
don't
understand
this,
bringing
a
lot
of
questions
that
is
yeah
very
good
for
refinement,
so
it
feels
like
we're
getting
more
and
more
rich
and
ready
for
for
the
hatch
and
I
passed
to
griff.
D
Yeah
I
mean
just
hatcher:
onboarding
has
exceeded
expectations,
it's
been
huge.
I
I
think
the
mvv
was
a
really
powerful
moment
for
us,
like
it
found
the
bargain
token
log
and
really
has
been
helping
us
beta
test
this,
and
it's
like
brought
so
much
legitimacy
to
our
approach
and
authenticity
to
our
dedication,
to
like
being
to
everything
that
we're
doing
so,
and
also
the
memes
like
there's
so
many
memes.
I
don't
even
know
we.
We
barely
use
them,
but
just
they're
there.
D
You
know
they're
there
when
we
want
them.
So
it's
it's
such
a
nice
like
it's
almost
like
money
in
the
bank.
You
know
kind
of
a
thing:
it's
like
oh
yeah.
Having
this
huge
backdrop
of
memes
is
pretty
cool
and
amazing
work
by
the
dashboard
team
and
the
the
common
swarm
team,
like
major
progress
that
finally
tipped
us
over
the
edge
so
very
excited,
okay,
pass
it
to
nate,
who
I
hope
to
see
someday
today
tomorrow.
I
don't
know.
F
Yeah,
it
sounds
great,
I
didn't
know
you're
in
town.
That's
awesome.
I
will
say
that
I
was
really
proud
of
the
mvv
process
and
everybody
being
able
to
pivot
and
really
kind
of
adjust
to
the
challenge
of
having
a
bug
within
token
log
and
also
you
know
restarting
the
voting
and
say
hey.
This
is
what
we're
going
to
do
and
sticking
to
it
and
and
having
people
participate
in
that,
because
I
do
think
it's
extremely
important
outside
of
that.
F
The
memes
and
the
hatchery
outreach
groups
are
doing
really
well
and
coms
keep
keep
it
up.
It's
really
awesome.
I
will
pass
it
to
five
iv.
G
G
So
I
was
able,
thanks
to
time
time
explained
a
lot
of
stuff
to
me
and
I
like
how
the
new
dashboard
has
turned
out
and
like
I
really
like
how
I
am
able
to
understand
what
the
sprint
is,
because
last
week
I
didn't
know
what
print
was
and
what
we
were
doing.
But
now
I
have
a
better
idea.
So
it's
nice.
H
Thank
you,
tim
yeah.
I
actually
agree
with
ivy
that,
just
in
general,
how
how
things
are
moving
forward.
I
think
it's
it's
something
that
has
improved
a
lot
and
yeah
the
also
the
memes
I
was.
I
was
just
checking
the
main
channel
yesterday
and-
and
there
is
like
a
lot
of
like
really
really
good
content
that
we
can
use
so
yeah.
I.
H
I
also
think
that
mission
vision,
values
like
it
was
like,
even
though
it
got
a
little
bit
like
delayed.
I
feel
that,
like
I,
I
could
understand
like
more
stuff
that
extra
time
and
yeah
we're,
I
think,
we're
getting
there.
It's
it's
getting
exciting
I'll
pass
it
to
craig.
B
B
Yeah,
I
think
it's
really.
I
like
everybody
that
I'll
just
say
and
all
that,
but
also
it's
great,
to
see
the
flexibility
that
we
continue
to
have
and
we're
gonna
need
to
continue
to
have
as
things
break
and
we
have
to
fix
them
on
the
fly
and
we
have
to
flip
schedules.
And
so
it's
really
cool
to
see
how
everybody's
just
willing
to
go
with
the
flow.
A
Okay,
pass
to
jake.
B
I'm
so
glad
everybody
else
is
like
stoked,
because
I
needed
to
hear
that
because
I
haven't
been
ahead
against
the
wall.
I
read
more
code
about
bancor
than
I
should
I'm
like
trying
to
absorb
more
than
I
can
and
I'm
beating
my
head
against
the
wall.
But
last
sunday
me
sean
and
sam
spent
seven
hours
going
through
it
and
we
made
two
models
and
it
was
awesome
now
they
were
backwards,
but
we
made
two
bottles.
It
was
awesome
and
it
was
like.
B
Oh
my
god,
this
is
gonna,
be
daunting,
but
we're
doing
it
we're
doing
it,
and
that
was
really
cool
but
yeah,
I'm
like,
oh
god,
this
thing's
big
anyways.
I
wish
I
wish
I
I
wish
I
had
a
vancouver
guy,
but
that's
okay.
Things
are
good,
I'm
glad
everybody
else
is
really
good.
That
helps
me
because
I'm
like
I'm
really
stuck
in
this
thing
other
than
that
yeah
mitch
is
a
godsend.
B
Mitch
is
a
godsend
so
really
stoked
on
him
really
really
stoked
on
him
other
than
that,
I'm
just
going
to
keep
beating
my
head
against
the
wall
sandy.
How
are
you
doing.
I
Hey
jake,
thanks
for
passing,
I
have
the
same
sense
than
most
of
you
guys.
I
feel
that
we've
been
growing
the
walls
of
the
house
and
now
we're
starting
to
see
the
roof
getting
there
and
it's
it's
amazing.
It's
amazing
because
it's
not
just
seeing
the
roof
is
seeing
the
people
wanting
to
come
in
and
coming
in
every
week.
So
it's
really
cool.
I
just
can't
wait
till
we
launch
the
hajj.
J
Yes,
I'm
the
last
one.
I
think,
because
edu
like
jumped
out
of
the
call
if
he
returns,
then
he
we
can
pass
to
him.
Thank
you.
Well
this.
This
has
been
a
great
a
great
month
for
me
and
personally
I
have
been
working
a
lot
and
I
have
been
like
multitasking
in
several
projects
so
like
for
me,
I'm
very
happy
and
excited
about
all
what
is
happening.
B
A
Okay,
craig,
I
think
you're
back,
but
maybe
we
just
keep
going
thanks
for
for
the
beginning
of
that
share.
So
everyone
knows
what
comes
next
now
we
take
a
introspective
look
at
what
we
can
do
better
and
I
didn't
I
wanted
to
add
it
on
the
board.
It's
a
last
ad,
but
craig
you
killed
it
with
the
blog
post
again.
So
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
for
that.
It's
such
a
fun
read
you!
You
really
make
it
really
fun!
A
A
A
E
A
E
E
Keeping
the
github
board
up
to
date
could
be
better.
There
could
be
more
transparency
in
gravity
in
the
processes
that
are
being
used.
Implementation
of
cnd
processes,
engagement
on
the
proposals
that
we
have
already
get
ready
for
the
last
print
before
hatch,
ready
for
tomorrow's
sprint
planning
having
memes
before
promoting
an
event
I
need
to
use.
E
I
need
to
use
the
board
better.
Chewy
getbook
was
slowed
down.
Q,
a
needs
to
be
prioritized
and
planned.
In
for
timing,
I
need
to
get
better
on
coordinating
with
comms
seo
can
be
improved.
The
search
results
for
token
engineering
commons
don't
help
people
to
better
know
about
us
token.
Log
q,
a
payments
on
the
cs
side
have
been
delayed.
E
Hatch
demo
could
be
a
higher
priority.
Community
call
time
for
project
presentations.
Glossary
could
start
to
include
more
phrases
and
framing
community
call
timing.
Some
contributors
want
to
contribute,
and
even
if
they
have
a
huge
skill,
ivy
a
huge
skill,
a
huge
skill
level.
They
don't
find
their
place.
E
Hatch
team
hosting
larger
group
sessions
a
pivot
from
how
we
have
been
doing
it,
but
with
one
sprint
left.
The
time
is
now
more.
More
updates
in
zenhub,
I
need
to
update
the
issues
on
github.
I'm
so
sorry
push
our
memes
more
more
engagement
with
omega
survey,
dashboard,
dashboard,
dashboard,
finding
proposals
more
more,
more
updates
in
zenhub,
meme,
twitter,
meme,
twitter
means
numbers
of
letters
for
proposals
and
token
log
to
foster.
A
Neutrality,
interesting
cool,
and
do
you
want
to
start?
Oh
and
maybe
we'll
come
back
to
you
because
you
read
them.
I
will
take
one
minute
each
just
to
talk
about
our
reflections
on
one
or
more
of
these
and
chewie.
Would
you
like
to
start
us
off.
H
Yes,
I
yeah
in
general.
I
feel
that
just
that
the
the
board
is
a
a
great
tool,
but
I
I
feel
that
I
I
can't
like
take
the
most
out
of
it
yet
so
this
like
I,
I
see
that
it's
an
issue
for
for
someone
else
also
just
like
keeping
the
board
updated
so
yeah,
it's
it's
definitely
something
that
I
could
improve
because
it's
like
I'm,
I
I
get
the
sense
of
it.
H
It's
a
great
organization
too,
but
but
yeah
like
it
depends
on
having
like
updated
information,
also
seo
like
we,
we
talked
about
that
time.
Yeah.
I
think
it's
something
that
that
we
should
have
for
for
this
print
and
yeah.
I
I
also
see
the
the
the
timing
in
in
the
community
call
and
and
just
calls
in
general.
I
see
that
it's
it's
like
a
growing
issue,
so
so
yeah.
H
Maybe
we
could
do
something
to
keep
everything
in
time
and
and
just
have
enough
time
to
go
through
all
of
the
points
I'll
pass
it
to.
A
Jake,
oh
maybe
jake
stepped
away.
Is
that
do
you
want
to
go
and
we'll
come
back
to.
C
Yeah
yeah,
I
think,
like
the
omega
survey
like.
C
B
C
Pass
it
to
jake
if
you're
back,
if
not
marco,.
B
Thanks
yeah,
okay,
start!
Oh,
oh
jake,
sorry
yeah
things!
I
can
do
better.
I
don't
know
I
just
I
just
I've
just
been
beating
my
head,
so
I
just
feel
like
I
could
be
doing
a
lot
more,
I'm
just
being
hard
on
myself,
maybe
yeah.
I
want
the
dashboard
done
and
it's
bothering
the
hell
out.
B
Other
than
that,
that's
that's
that's
about
it!
I
want
I
want,
because
I
yeah
we
have
one
more
sprint,
it's
time,
let's,
let's
time
to
go
and
I'm
just
like,
I
want
this
stuff
done,
so
I'm
just
like
beating
myself.
I
was
just
like.
Why
isn't
it
done
and
but
no
everybody's
great?
So
that's
it
all
right,
marco
you're,
on
you're
awesome
thanks.
K
This
print,
for
me,
everything.
I
Thank
you,
marco.
I
I
agree
with
the
ones
that
mentioned
the.
I
think
it
was
chewy
the
meetings,
especially
the
the
weekly
sync.
I
think
we
have
to
try
to
improve
that,
because
in
one
site
it's
great
that
there's
a
lot
of
people
and
we
give
a
lot
of
praise.
That's
awesome,
but
on
the
other
side,
there's
almost
no
time
to
just
go
over
over,
basically
not
that
much
about
the
working
groups.
I
I
feel
bad
when
we
don't
have
time
for
the
group
presenting
first
of
all,
because
they've
been
waiting
for
for
the
whole
hour
and
the
whole
time
to
be
here,
and
they
have
five
minutes
and
second,
because
if
they
don't
have
time
to
present,
we
don't
have
time
to
really
get
the
point
of
what
they're
doing
and
you
know
and
start
a
conversation
from
there,
and
I
think
that's
that's
that's
you
know,
that's
something
we
should
improve
back
to
you.
Tim.
E
Yeah
yeah,
I
want
to
address
the
the
gravity,
one
that
I
wrote,
because
I
felt
surprised
that
there
was
six
six
cases
closed
from
gravity
and
I
feel
like
it
would
be
interesting
to
know
more
about
them
or
like
what
is
the
process
that
is
being
used
and
maybe
how
to
communicate
them.
With
with
the
gravitons
and
like
I
consider
myself
a
graviton
and
then
I
feel
like
how
how
to
know
more.
What
is
the
like
is
yeah,
just
maybe
a
little
bit
more
information.
E
There
could
be
cool
and
we
can
talk
about
it
one
later
and
then
I
agree
with
the
with
the
time
of
the
thursday
call.
We
we
raised
that
yesterday
too,
that
we
could
improve
on
that,
and
there
was
something
else.
K
Eduardo
everyone,
sorry
for
the
bug,
noise,
if
there
is
any,
in
my
case,
my
feedback
for
for
this,
I
think
the
hatch
outreach
group
I
sometimes
get
overwhelmed
by
reaching
out
proposals
and
so
on.
So
I
will
probably
will
ask
eventually
help
from
clums
or
or
from
anyone
from
hot
hours.
Besides
a
project
swat
team,
because
the
break
start
team,
I
think
everyone
has
also
their
own
share
of
things
to
do
so.
I
feel
that
sometimes
pushing
out
which
takes
a
lot
of
time
to
schedule
and
so
on.
J
Yes,
well,
I'm
glad
that
libby
wants
to
collaborate
in
this
task
of
making
the
gravity
process
more
transparent,
because,
yes,
I've
been
working
with
with
santiago
and
with
burgers
to
try
to
make
like
an
easy,
step-by-step
process,
and
your
help
will
be
so
great
for
for
for
us
and
the
other
issue
that
I
wanted
to
to
talk.
J
Something
about
is
that
maybe,
if
we
put
names
on
the
proposals
that
could
influence
some
people
to
vote
because
of
the
names
of
of
the
proposer,
and
I
think
for
more
neutrality,
we
can
use
like
numbers
or
letters
for
the
proposals.
G
Is
something
that
we
should
maybe
look
into,
because
the
twitter
doesn't
look
very
marketed
at
times?
So
I
think
then
it's
not
getting
as
much
reach
as
it
can
and
also
the
youtube
as
well.
I
think
maybe
we
could
look
at
that
and
the
github
is
so
somewhat
out
of
date.
We
could
maybe
do
a
picture
by
keeping
everything
up
to
date
there
and
that's
all
for
me.
E
B
No,
I'm
here
actually
yeah
I'll,
see
you
soon.
Okay,.
D
Cool,
oh
you're,
oh
okay,
anyway,
yeah.
I
think
the
a
few
things
I
want
to
say
is
like
anyone
who
is
expecting
payments
from
common
stack.
I'm
really
sorry.
We
finally
fixed
the
bugs
on
the
givea
side,
and
I
was
able
to
load
it
with
money,
just
slowing
us
down
and
also
yeah,
I
think
qa.
D
I
like
quality
assurance,
we're
starting
to
have
such
a
name,
and
we
need
to
like
forum,
is
like
a
nice
easy
scapegoat
or
like
a
place
where
we
can
post
things
that
don't
need
a
lot
of
qa,
but
having
like
a
quality
assurance
plan
for
content
pieces
like
the
mv
like
we
didn't
really
ever
toast
a
test
token
log,
we
just
kind
of
went
with
it
and
and
these
across
the
board
I
mean
we're
doing
now.
We
did
we.
D
We
were
like
surprised
at
how
much
quality
assurance
we
had
to
do
with
the
dashboard
and
that
slowed
down
the
deployment
of
the
dashboard.
So
I
just
think
we
need
to
like
protect
our
brand
and
remember
how
much
time
it
takes
to
like
okay,
it's
done.
Oh
guess
what
you
need
another
two
weeks
to
make
sure
it's
done
well,
you
know,
and
just
having
that
be
planned
in
yeah
other
than
that.
I
think
we're
doing
a
good
job
with
the
call
timing
that
was
my
bad
last
week.
D
I
was
scrambling
and
distracted,
and
so
I
think
I
can
do
a
better
job
at
pushing
the
calls
forward,
and
I
think
all
of
us
can
just
try
to
do
a
better
job.
At
being
short
with
our
audition
praise,
you
do
not
have
to
dish
praise
everyone
who
deserves
praise,
so
just
praise
to
fewer
people
and
I'll
pass
it
to
nate.
I
believe,
still
has
to
go
right.
F
Yes,
so,
retrospective
on
this
sprint
things
that
we
could
prove
on,
I
really
think
as
a
group,
we
can
really
improve
with
engaging
with
the
omega
and
the
omega
survey.
I
do
think
what
they're
doing
is
really
important.
F
I
haven't
heard
much
from
that
group.
However,
you
know
we
got
to
keep
with
it.
On
a
personal
note,
I
want
to
improve
my
own
personal
communication
skills
with
everybody.
I
know
that
a
lot
of
people
work
on
things
in
the
background
and
don't
necessarily
communicate
things,
and
I
need
to
be
better
with
that
as
far
as
other
things
that
need
to
be
improved.
F
In
my
opinion,
the
implementation
of
the
c
d
process
and
the
glossary
of
terms,
I
think,
contributing
to
more
phrases
and
commonly
used
terms
and
kind
of
narrowing
down
on
those
terms
is
really
important.
That
way,
we're
all
using
the
same
language.
I
will
pass
it
to
10.
A
Okay,
I
just
really
want
to
say
two
things
gravity
I
didn't
know
either
I
mean
congratulations,
but
I
wonder
how
we
can
have
some
more
visibility
into
and
I
don't
know
I
wonder
what
the
level
of
visibility
and
if
we
can,
I
don't
know,
yeah
I'd
love
to
find
out
what
you
and
olivia
brainstorm
to
figure
out
how
to
communicate
that.
It's
working,
you
know-
or
maybe
it's
not
like
just
to
communicate
the
some
sort
of
results
from
the
gravity
group.
So
very.
A
J
For
sharing
something-
and
maybe
like
the
there
has
been
cases
where
I
have
been
trying
to
apply
gravity
but
outside
from
the
community,
like
we
had
a
case
in
the
8th
columbia
community,
and
I
am
counting
that
like
because
we
are
using
the
same
process
for
gravity.
So
it's
like
yeah.
There
has
been
some
cases
and
also
the
one
from
metagame
so
yeah.
I
am
counting
those
ones
that
are
external
also
in
the
in
the
registry.
A
Okay,
cool
well,
my
time
is
up
so
I'll
just
say:
one
more
thing
uses
a
board,
it's
time
to
vote,
so
two
votes.
Please
just
make
your
selections
and
then
we'll
jump
very
quickly
into
action
items.
But
two
votes
choose
wisely
and
thank
you
for
sharing
that
juan
carlos.
It's
good
to
know
actually
too
that
it
wasn't
all
in
our
community
because
yeah
because
I
was
like
oh
six.
A
F
A
A
By
the
way,
isn't
this
great
look
at
all
these
retrospectives
we've
done
together
so
far,
it's
nice
that
we
can
sort
of
zoom
out
and
go
back
and
sort
of
like
the
archive
of
the
sprints
before
us
before
this
one,
all
right.
So
it
looks
like
we
have
some.
A
That
warms
my
heart
great
and
also
get
ready
for
the
sprint
before
hatch,
whether
we
want
to
or
not
that's
what
we're
going
to
do
in
our
sprint
planning
tomorrow,
so
that
one's
definitely
in
coming
into
this
sprint.
So
I
would
say
if
I
look
back,
look
out
again.
Okay,
so
we
will
say
certainly
more
updates
in
zenhub
and
we'll
also
hear
more
qa.
I
feel
like
these.
A
Are
I
mean
I
put
this
one
here,
but
it's
really
the
same
thing
really
just
qa,
like
so
I'll
put
token
log
qa,
but
I
actually
mean
q
a
actually
I'm
actually
in
qa
for
everything
right.
All
that
we
do
is,
as
griff
just
mentioned,
and
then
more
transparency
and
gravity.
So
let's
take
our
four
minutes
and
start
to
put
in
action
items
that
we
can
do
to
address
these,
these
primarily
and
any
others
that
you
think
you
feel
are
really
important
and
need
to
have
a
purple
sticky.
G
A
So
actions
to
improve
and
nate
would
you
like
to
share
the
actions
to
improve
with
everyone.
F
Yeah,
sorry
about
that,
so
we
have
add
a
qa
column
to
the
sprint
board.
Praise
people
for
zenhub
updates,
have
a
published,
step-by-step
conflict
management
process
connected
with
the
graduated
sanctions,
create
a
closed
group
just
for
gravitons
and
have
a
report
to
the
community
every
time
they
are
called
into
action,
be
mindful
that
gravity
carries
the
tec
branding,
while
still
communicating
with
other
organizations.
F
Regular
check-ins
about
zenhub
issues
and
updates
on
discord,
have
a
hack
session
on
glossary
terms,
place
to
read
all
about
gravity
stuff
happening,
articulate
the
goals
and
objectives
of
this
for
the
swat
team
goal
to
update
the
zenhub
once
a
day
too.
Much
is
not
enough.
Also
source
grade
bonus,
more
transparency
on
gravity's
processes,
signal
or
key
based
chat
for
gravitons.
F
We
should
have
some
qa
hack
sessions
seo
one
minute
for
praise
per
person
during
sync
calls
creating
a
basic
qa
guideline:
template
to
use
for
all
dev
projects,
get
minutes,
get
minim
number
of
days
for
quality
or
qa.
F
A
Days,
cool,
excellent,
all
right,
let's
just
group
them
up
and
then
two
well,
let's
just
group
them
before
we
start
voting
on
them.
So
we
have
definitely
the
zen
hub.
We
have
the
gravity
and
then
we
have,
I
guess,
seo's
in
the
middle.
The
other
thing
we
have
is
qa.
So
let's
see
there's
a
okay.
Let
me
just
get
rid
of
these
empty
ones.
A
So
we
have
a
gravity
cluster,
we
have
a
qa
cluster
and
we
have
a
zen
hub
cluster
over
here,
so
articulate
the
goals
and
objectives.
So
these
are
sort
of
out
in
the
middle
okay,
cool
more
time
on
proposals,
big
believer
in
hack
sessions,
okay,
awesome,
two
two
stars:
two
votes
and
on
one
just
one
issue:
so
not
the
cluster,
but
the
particular
one
in
the.
B
A
Okay,
I
am
sort
of
gonna
zoom
in
I
don't
know
if
anyone
needs
but
feel
free
to
drop.
Your
last
stars,
okay,
so
super
interesting,
juan
carlos,
is
that
a
star
that
you're
trying
to
drag
somewhere
is
that
your
last
vote?
Okay,.
A
Like
the
the
magnetic
attraction
of
the
other
stars,
so
have
a
published,
step-by-step
conflict
management
process
connected
with
graduated
sanctions.
This
is
so
the
clear
winner
so
excellent.
I
think
I
think
this
is
really
just
what
the
team
has
oopsie
the
team
has
spoken.
We
need
to
do
so,
the
other
one
that
had
some
create
a
basic
qa
guideline
template
for
for
us
to
use
for
every
dev
project,
so
that
was
mine
and
it
was
essentially
just
to
have.
A
You
know
how
we
qa
in
the
tec,
and
we
can
use
that
for
every
every
project
that
every
dev
thing
that
we
need
to
qa
have
some
qa
hack
sessions
more
time
for
proposals,
one
minute
for
person,
praise
during
our
sinkhole
okay.
So
all
excellent
suggestions.
A
Yeah,
I
totally
agree
with
that.
Actually,
it's
like
just
the
the
second
pair
of
eyes.
You
know
to
be
able
to
to
just
quality
check
something
before
it
goes
out,
whether
it's
a
software
project
or
you
know
a
published
content
piece,
awesome,
okay,
cool!
So
I'm
saying
we
take
this
one
in
anything
else
taken
some
of
these
other
ideas
as
well,
and
we
are
four
minutes
before
the
top
of
the
hour.
So
I
want
to
say
thank
you,
everyone.
A
This
is
very
exciting
every
time
I'm
super
interested
in
somebody
else
leading
this
retrospective
next
time.
So,
if
there's
anyone
that
would
like
to
volunteer
to
run
this
retrospective,
please
let
me
know
let
everyone
know
it'd,
be
it'd,
be
really
fun
for
someone
else
to
run
this
next
time.
D
Also,
I
I
could
use
some
support
in
the
next
call
in
the
community
call.
If
someone
wants
to
try
to
do
the
one
minute
timer
thing,
I
love
how
tam's
like
beeper
goes
off.
Does
anyone
want
to
volunteer
to
like
support
me
in
that,
because
I
I
can't
manage
all
the
things.
J
Okay,
I
am
the
moderator-
and
maybe
I
can
also
help
with
that,
but
it's
just
to
have
a
timer
and
like
the.
D
D
Yeah,
okay,
so
I'll
I'll.
Take
this
up.
