A
So
since
we
only
have
an
hour
for
this,
I
think
we
just
jump
right
into
it.
I'll
share
my
screen.
B
Yeah,
I
can't
take
credit
for
that
note,
so
thank
you
for
whoever
did
put
that
there.
A
Hello,
all
right,
so
I
think
we'll
just
get
started
right
away,
so
I'll
set
a
timer
for
about
five
minutes.
Maybe
if
we
get
started
soon
like
this,
we
could
even
have
a
little
extra
time
for
reflection,
and
I
am
going
to
yeah.
The
timer
started
so
feel
free
to
jump
in
and
start
sharing
the
things
that
went
well
for
you
personally
or
in
your
working
group,
or
went
well
in
our
community.
A
The
things
that
we
want
to
take
some
time
today
to
look
back
on
and
celebrate.
Okay
timer
has
started.
A
And
I
forget:
do
we
have
a
music
bot?
Do
we
have
something
that
can
play
looks
like
somebody
used
it
yesterday?
Maybe
it
works.
A
C
A
A
Mostly
stopped
writing,
if
you
want
to
add,
please
add
to
the
bottom
and
graphically.
Would
you
like
to
read
the
what
went
well
this
time
for
everyone.
E
I
would
love
to
I'm
not
even
muted.
How
easy
is
that
okay
cool
so
way
to
go
everyone
at
eat,
denver,
great
progress
with
tc
publishing,
mad
props
to
gideon
tam's
talk
on
stewardship,
was
so
informative
and
inspiring
for
other
communities.
Tc
has
name
recognition.
I
hear
it
come
up
a
lot.
Tc
had
high
rep
at
youth
denver.
I
really
enjoyed
presenting
to
tct
academy
cohort
so
much
about
eat
denver,
but
especially
meeting
folks
in
real
life
and
the
talks
and
panels.
Tam
stewardship
talk
was
full
of
so
much
insight.
E
Transparency
payments
are
done.
Reward
system
is
going
to
launch
each
denver
great
opportunities
to
connect
meaningfully
connection
between
te
academy
and
token
engineering.
Commons
are
stronger
and
stronger.
Remember
when
this
was
in
the
actions
to
improve
the
side
of
the
retro
board.
Governorate's
research
group
is
finished
and
the
insights
to
the
tc
reward
system
were
great
bradley
said
yes
to
play
the
dow
game-
nice.
E
That's
that's
epic.
There
was
such
a
team
effort
to
pick
up
soft
gov.
I
feel
so
grateful
tributes,
reduced
praise
mitch,
much
praise
everyone
working
on
the
reward
system.
Praise
quantification,
the
orientation
call
is
such
a
highlight
of
my
week.
E
The
people
that
are
coming
in
to
learn
about
the
tec
is
very
high
people
that
seem
very
well
aligned
with
our
mission
and
have
lots
of
experience
in
ways
they
can
contribute
talks
with
other
dows
for
swaps
happening

and
team
praise
source,
cred
setup
is
complete
and
it
looks
like
it
might
be
good
to
go.
E
Well,
that's
a
year
in
the
making,
that's
epic,
I
can't
wait
to
start
quantifying
on
monday
eragon
reaching
out
gravity
mood
third
gravity
training
plan
to
start
in
late
april,
bianca,
making
a
presentation
about
implementing
psychology
in
web
3..
Several
communities
asking
for
gravity
praise
bot
in
our
discord
and
first
quantification,
soon
great,
covering
and
teamwork.
When
half
the
stewards
were
representing
us
at
denver,
also
looking
forward
to
the
first
distribution
for
stewards
and
communitas,
bravo,
transparency,
unbreakable,
vows
proposal
passed
in
one
hive.
E
That
means
we'll
be
able
to
have
encrypted
agreements
for
mediations
ooh
zepty
is
a
rock
of
cons.
Consistency

two
weeks
of

tam,
griff
and
libya.
For
two
weeks,
no
prob
new
proposals
in
the
forum,
d-work,
is
really
helpful.
To
coordinate,
coordinate
inside
working
groups
excited
about
discord

with
ygg

five
iv
that
has
a
nice
ring
to
it.
Stewards
from
denver
are
back.
A
Wow,
yes,
okay,
let's,
let's
pass
it
around
for
maybe
a
minute
each!
Since
there's
a
few
of
us
here
and
just
share.
You
know
your
thoughts
or
reflections
and
anything
you
want
to
say
about
the
things
that
went
well,
this
sprint
olivia.
Can
I
ask
you
to
kick
us
off.
F
F
I
thought
it
was
really
the
the
groups
and
the
liberating
structures
and
that
yeah
just
many
folks
taking
taking
ownership
and
the
the
effort
that
nate
was
doing.
What's
so
found
very
important
and
yeah.
It
was
amazing
to
hear
about
tc
and
eat
denver.
Everyone
is
so
so
excited
about
us
and
I'll
pass
to
honka.
D
Thanks
levi
well,
I
think
this
was
a
really
good
sprint
for
for
gravity,
because,
like
a
month
ago,
I
was
very
anxious
about
the
structure
we
were
proposing
and
the
coordination.
But
now
I
think
that
things
are
flowing
and
like
jeremy
and
lynn
are
rocking
on
tuesdays
and
on
wednesdays.
We
are
having
coordination.
Call
and
bianca
will
also
be
leading
a
research
on
psychology,
and
we
will
start
the
book
club
for
two
thursdays.
D
So
I
think,
like
we
are
getting
on
the
move
and
also
I
am
excited
that
these
last
weeks
I
have
been
reached
out
by
by
several
communities.
D
So
I
think
that
the
idea
of
gravity
of
offering
services
to
other
dows
is
is
taking
a
little
bit
of
shape
and
also
we
are
working
with
unbreakable
bows.
That
is
a
tool
for
one
height,
but
it
will
be
implemented
also
for
gravity
and
other
communities
and
yeah.
That's
it
for
me
I'll
pass
it
to
nate.
B
Yeah,
I
think
that's
I
just
want
to
say
edu
wonka
zepty,
you
guys
were
awesome
this
past
sprint.
I
I
you
guys
were
just
amazing.
I
also
just
think
that
the
reward
system
group
is
doing
an
amazing
work
and
I
really
happy
to
see
all
the
progress
on
that
front
and
can't
wait
for
the
first
praise
quant
and
seeing
how
it
works
in
action
and
and
yeah.
B
G
Thanks
nate
yeah,
so
I
mean
most
of
my
head-
was
in
east
denver
this
past
sprint,
and
I
I
really
really
liked
the
experience
at
youth
denver
a
lot.
G
So
it
was
like
there
were
just
so
many
great
opportunities
to
talk
about
the
tec
and
yeah
and-
and
it
was
also
just
really
really
nice-
to
connect
with
everybody.
Here.
I'm
really
happy
to
be
in
the
sprint
retrospective
to
catch
up
on,
like
to
see
this
board
and
see
some
of
the
stuff
that's
happening.
It
makes
me
also
really
want
to
go
to
an
orientation
call.
G
It
sounds
like
they're,
a
lot
of
fun
and
yeah,
that's
kind
of
like
my
main
feelings
for
this
past
sprint,
and
I'm
just
excited
to
be
in
this
call
and
be
back
in
the
loop
and
be
connected
with
everybody
and
I'll
pass
it
to
oh
wow.
I
just
zoomed
out
now
everyone,
I
think,
oh
bye.
Oh
sorry,
griff
pass
it
divide.
C
Yeah,
I'm
really
excited,
and
you
know
a
lot
of
these
things
are
happening.
It's
starting
to
feel
like
it's
slowly
becoming
a
shelling
point.
As
stated
on
mvp
and
I'd
like
to
see,
if
I
record
this
and
that's
pretty
much
it,
I'm
actually
occupied
with
something
else
right
now,
so
pause
it
to
chris.
E
Thanks
bye,
I
I
couldn't
agree
more.
I
really
do
feel
like
we're
achieving
the
mission
and
becoming
a
shelling
point
for
token
engineering
and
the
community
here,
and
also
changing
the
narrative
of
token
engineering
to
be
more
focused
on
the
holistic
view
that
flower
of
token
engineering
and
gravity
showing
the
way
with
with
conflict
res,
which
has
been
so
present
in
the
the
recent
recent
days
with
ens
and
all
this
drama.
E
But
yeah
denver
was
just
a
magical
moment
for
me
because
I
you
know
to
see
all
these
to
see
the
tc
come
to
you
know,
being
I
overhear
conversations
that
I'm
not
involved
with
with
people
talking
about
talking
about
it,
even
in
like,
like
I,
in
a
twitter
space
today,
someone
someone
was
mentioning
token
engineering
and
and
the
work
you
know
how
so
the
token
engineering
commons
is,
is
working
on
these
things
and
yeah.
So
that's
epic.
E
Obviously,
the
reward
system
is
exciting,
but
I'll
I'll
praise
that
when
it
launches
and
and
all
the
talks
that
talks,
tam
and
olivia
gave
were
fantastic
and-
and
I
guess
the
biggest
thing
is
like
we
doubt
you
know
like
with
I
mean.
Obviously
there
are
a
lot
of
people
missing.
Lauren
mitch
me
tam
and
olivia,
but
especially
me,
tim
and
olivia
are
really
like
an
organizing
force.
E
You
know
you
could
we're
we're
kind
of
a
a
leadership
group
within
this
and
and
to
see
three
like
the
three
main
leaders
of
of
an
organization
as
well
as
chewy.
You
know
and
like
and
like
I
mean
half
the
stewards
were
gone
and
the
and
the
dow
kept
on
ticking
without
any
issues.
E
Amazing,
you
know
and
major
props
to
to
everyone
for
seven
up,
especially
nate
seemed
like
you
were
covering
everyone.
So
so
major
props,
of
course,
and
am
I
I'll
pass
it
back
to
you
tam
I
don't
know,
did
chewie?
Did
you
go.
H
No
not
yet
grief.
Thank
you.
I
also
echo
lauren
with
it's.
It's
really
nice
to
be
in
this
retrospective
because
it's
also
very
motivating
to
see
things
that
kept
going
on
and
that
also
had
like
great
results.
H
I'm
really
happy
about
that,
because
it's
something
that
maybe
a
couple
of
months
ago,
we
wouldn't
have
like
achieved,
at
least
in
in
comms
and
right
now,
to
see
things
and
people
taking
initiative
to
take
care
of
the
whole
thing.
While
some
of
these
two
words
are
gone,
I
I
think
it's
very
motivating
and
it's
a
a
great
reflection
of
the
success
of
our
culture.
So
yeah
it's
it's!
H
It's
really
nice
to
see
all
of
this
happening,
and
also
just
denver,
was
unbelievable
and-
and
I
also
feel
that
there
was
a
huge
difference
between
hcc,
which
was
our
last
gathering
in
denver
with
how
much
people
have
heard
about
us
and
about
sometimes
they
don't
understand
what
they're
we're
doing,
but
they
that
they
all
have.
This
idea
that
we're
doing
something
cool-
and
I
remember
when
we
were
struggling
so
much
to
make
the
tc
look
cool.
H
So
it's
it's,
it's
very
motivating
and
it
makes
me
very
happy
to
to
see
us
succeed
as
a
community
driven
by
our
own
culture,
so
yeah.
I
feel
it's
a
it's
a
great
example
and
yeah
I'm
also,
I
have
to
say,
I'm
just
beyond
happy
to
have
everyone
here
for
the
taoist
and
for
all
of
the
communities
that
got
together
around
this,
and
it's
just
gonna
make
such
a
big
difference.
It's
gonna
be
a
before
in
in
our
country.
H
I
Thank
you
yeah
for
me
what
I'm
sorry
there's
a
endless
sound
passing
next
to.
B
I
On
the
street
there
you
go,
I
think
one
went
well,
it's
a
little
bit
of
what
grief
mentioned
about
how
we
keep
the
float,
the
the
the
boat
afloat.
I
think
that
that's
interesting
as
a
coordination
exercise
that
we
succeeded
at
doing
what
is
also
interesting
for
me
and
what
I
thought
went
well,
it's
the
ether,
major
props,
to
everyone
who
took
the
time
because,
after
going
to
hcc,
I
feel
like
it's
not
easy.
It's
it's
such
a.
You
know
demanding
energy,
demanding
kind
of
spaces.
I
You
have
to
be
all
the
time,
paying
attention
to
everyone
and
sort
of
being
there
and
being
really
present
to
talk
to
all
the
people
and
repeating
yourself
over
and
over.
So
I
feel
it's
it's
like
it's
also
as
demanding
as
being
stay
as
having
meetings
all
day
long.
So
it
takes
out.
It
takes
a
toll
on
people
and
I
and
I
could,
of
the
people
who
went
there
and
managed
to
repair
that
back
to
you,
tim.
J
Thank
you,
yeah
I'll,
be
sure,
because
we're
showing
time
like
are
you
gonna
say
like
I
agree
with
what
everything
was
saying
and
yeah.
I
really
love
the
idea
of
the
conviction.
Voting
like
the
dashboard
was
great
and
the
first
time
I
touched
the
conviction
voting.
It
was
feeling
a
little
bit
too
easy
to
password,
but
as
soon
as
people
start
to
understand
proposal-
and
you
know
more
engagement
on
the
community,
like
it's
beautiful
conviction,
voting
is
beautiful
parameters
and
yeah.
A
Cool
and
also
try
to
go
short.
I
guess
I
want
to
say.
One
thing
that
really
stood
out
is
that
I
was
really
looking
forward
to
tec
meetings
and
all
of
the
one-on-ones
that
I
have
and
that's
just
a
huge
testament
to
our
culture
and
the
group
of
people
that
we've
attracted
and
the
group
of
people
that
we're
working
with,
because
I,
like
two
weeks
without
you
guys,
maybe
really
miss
you
and
I
was
like
really
excited
to
get
started
on
monday
morning
and
see
people
again
and
reconnect
with
everyone.
A
So
I
I
just
I
just
have
to
say
that
actually
it's
you
know
taking
the
time
away,
you
realize
how
much
you
miss
the
people
that
are
in
the
tc
and
then
I
want
to
say
another
point.
You
know
that
it's
what
vi
said
about
the
tc
is
really
becoming
the
shelling
point.
That
was.
That
was
our
mission
right.
A
I
want
to
just
say
I
I
agree
with
that.
You
know
we
are
seeing
it
happen
and
I
I
started
to
think
today.
You
know
the
way
sort
of
bitcoin
started
with
like
public
goods
and
bitcoin
grants,
and
now
it's
a
conference
shelling
point
and
it's
kernel,
block
5
and
which
is
like
a
core
series.
It
just
feels
like
tec
is
building
that
same
kind
of
thing
for
token
engineering.
A
You
know
it
starts
with
just
the
tec
and
now
there's
the
te
academy
and
te
fundamentals
course
and
there's
gravity
and
there's
a
calms
down
like
we're.
Building
this
huge
thing
actually
little
by
little
and
yeah,
it's
just
a
real
privilege
to
be
able
to
do
that
with
everyone
here.
A
Okay
with
that
said
now,
what
didn't
go
so
well
last
week,
last
two
weeks
last
sprint
for
yourself
personally
for
your
the
working
group
that
you're
participating
in
another
working
group,
the
community
I'll
set
a
timer
for
five
minutes,
and
it's
starting
now.
A
So
if
you
want
to
keep
adding,
please
feel
free
to
keep
adding
to
the
bottom
and
wonka.
Would
you
be
willing
to
read
the
could
do
better
for
us
all.
D
Sorry,
making
praise
parties
again
regain
momentum
in
praise,
low
participation
in
conviction,
voting
need
more
delegation.
Boofikrun
almost
got
almost
all
of
us.
D
We
should
start
talking
how
we
want
to
do
the
dow
swaps,
so
we
can
give
clear
deals
to
other
dows
voter
outreach
versus
butter.
Pressuring
is
a
hard
line
to
walk.
D
Checking
of
mental
health
attendance
to
both
sprint
planning
retrospective
is
minimal
would
like
to
see
both
of
these
meetings
as
accessible
to
contributors
and
newcomers.
I
didn't
attend
some
of
the
steward
meetings.
Voter
apathy
seems
to
be
setting
in.
Let's
remember
tea.
More
often,
let's
not
assume
everyone
knows
our
cultural
build
getting
super
sick
hard
to
catch
up
with
the
work
after
denver
feeling
overwhelmed
and
stressed
hard
to
pass
large
proposals
without
large
token
holders.
D
We
need
to
create
certain
traditions
and
rhythms
to
our
bottom
processes,
so
much
to
catch
up
to
something
they're,
gonna
shared
with
me
really
stuck
many
most
contributors
need
to
learn
to
let
go
of
all
mental
models
around
work
and
learn
how
to
create
agency
in
a
democracy.
I
think
we
can
focus
more
on
helping
out
community
make
this
transition
workers
depth
starting
starts
to
be
a
thing,
especially
incomes
funds
in
coming
into
dc.
D
Nothing.
Yet
we
need
to
find
better
solution
for
boats,
maybe
boating
around
boating
grounds.
For
conviction.
Voting
is
not
a
bad
idea.
I
underestimated
the
work
it
goes
into.
Preparing
plus
presentation
attack
talk.
I
hope
I
can
get
a
practice
of
organizing
ideas
in
the
everyday
routine.
D
D
Try
with
proposal
pass
one
week
late,
we
have
the
first
step
for
contributors,
but
how
is
our
retention
of
those
new
community
members
gravity
proposals,
not
passing
what
could
be
the
causes,
encourage
those
who
disagree
with
passing
a
proposal
to
engage
in
some
way
either
in
person
or
the
forum.
The
diplomat
game
sounded
weird
to
me.
D
This
happened
a
while
back,
but
we
found
out
now
praise
test.
One
server
had
security
issues
and
our
database
data
was
hacked
with
a
demand
from
a
ransom
not
related
to
dc,
but
to
the
world
build
peace
after
dm,
otherwise
people
to
otherwise
people
do
not
vote
also
not
related
to
dc
metamask.
Do
not
work
on
venezuela.
A
Thanks
for
that,
juan
carlos
and
maybe
I'll
pass
to
lauren
to
get
us
kicked
off
with
feedback
and
thoughts.
I'm
gonna
set
the
timer
for
a
minute
and
try
to
do
better
this
round
of
keeping
time.
G
Sure
yeah,
so
I
you
know,
everybody
got
sick
and
then
from
being
second
eat,
denver
got
overwhelmed.
At
least
this
is
this
is
kind
of
like
the
thing
that
it's
like
loudest
for
me,
I
was
like
I
was
really
sick
and
then
now
trying
to
come
back
to
things.
I
feel
like
just
really
overwhelmed
and
there's
just
like
so
much
to
do,
and
I
feel
like
so
much
pressure,
yeah
and
then
and
then
other
than
that.
G
It's
like
the
obvious
thing
of
like
the
the
votes
in
conviction,
voting
being
very
slow,
and
I
think
there's
like
I.
I
don't
know
like
how
much
delegation
we
have
but
like
people
are
talking
about
having
to
dm
or
like
maybe
there's
another
reason
that
these
votes
aren't
passing,
and
I
think
that,
like
this
issue
of
conviction,
that's
not
passing
is
kind
of
like
a
pretty
big
issue,
I
mean.
G
If
we
can't
fund
our
working
groups,
then
it's
going
to
be
really
challenging
for
us
to
move
forward,
but
yeah
I'll
pass
it
to
libya.
F
I
I
feel
the
same
with
the
sickness
trying
to
recover
and
feeling
overwhelmed
and
with
the
conviction,
voting.
I'm
thinking
this
for
a
while,
but
maybe
it's
time
to
start
talking
about
it
like
maybe
implementing
voting
rounds
where
people
can
submit
proposals
only
during
a
certain
time
like
a
window
of
time,
and
then
we
can
gather
voters
more
in
like
a
public
campaign
instead
of
pinging
people.
F
Every
time
I
see
griff
saying
no
but
yeah,
it
feels
like
it
feels
a
little
unsustainable
that
we
would
have
to
like
keep
reaching
out
to
people
every
time.
There
is
a
proposal
where
like
constantly,
but
maybe
we
just
need
to
brainstorm
something
around
this
and
yeah,
and
that
diploma
game
sounded
a
little
weird.
Maybe
we
can
also
talk
about
that
and
I'll
I'll
pass
to
griff.
E
E
We,
if
everyone
proposes
their
proposals
at
the
same
time,
it
actually
is
harder
to
pass,
but
I
I
actually
think
that
the
challenge
is
not
like
how
do
people
propose
or
when
they
propose,
but
it's
more
about
like
each
each
group
who
wants
to
pass
a
proposal
needs
to
brigade
for
their
proposal.
I
I
I
think,
the
the
walking
this
line
of
like
hey
everyone,
go
vote,
there's
no,
no
votes.
So
it's
a
very
scary
thing
to
do
it's
really
about
reaching
out
to
people
who
you
know
are
supporting
this
vote
and
asking
them
this.
E
These
proposals
who
participate
in
your
working
group
and
and
have
that
to
either
to
go
and
and
positively
support
and
be
willing
to
hold
their
tokens
down
on
it,
but
and
also
yeah.
I
guess
it's
more
for
solutioning,
but
the
yeah,
the
other
big
thing
that
came
up
was
yeah.
I
don't
know,
that's
good
I'll,
pass
it
to
chewie.
H
Thanks
griff
yeah,
like
the
the
workers
debt,
has
made
me
nervous
ever
since
ever
since
we
had
the
first
delays
for
for
the
comments
upgrade,
and
it
is
still
a
thing
so
maybe,
like
I
mean
my
suggestion
would
be.
Maybe
it
could
be
a
stewards
council
topic
and
we
could
specifically
talk
about
maybe
changing
some
of
the
parameters
try
to
make
it
easier
and
at
the
same
time
like,
for
example,
with
the
gravity
proposal.
H
I
feel
that
the
amount
has
a
lot
to
do
with
that,
so
just
being
optimistic
about
it
like
that,
might
change
because
of
the
ratio
of
the
total
amount
in
the
common
pool.
So
hopefully
this
can
work
out
in
the
next
months
and
just
make
our
common
pool
grow.
But
I
do
believe
that
in
the
short
term,
we
should
do
something
about
it,
because
I
feel
that
kind
of,
like
commitment
with
the
contributors
can
also
like
harm
us
in
a
more
cultural
way.
H
So
yeah,
there's
that
and
buffy
crown
didn't
get
me
so
hopefully
everyone
that
got
it
is
immune.
I
don't
mind
getting
sick
this
weekend,
like
I
already
got
away
with
verso.
B
Thanks
julie,
yeah,
so
there
are
three
three
things
that
I
think
we
can
do
better.
The
first
is
trying
to
make
the
sprint
planning
and
sprint
retrospective
more
attractive.
I
think
that
having
stewards
in
here
is
really
great,
but
it'd
be
really
nice
to
have
contributors
and
people
who
are
doing
a
lot
of
the
work.
The
the
minutiae
work
to
be
a
part
of
the
sprint
planning
process
and
to
be
part
of
the
sprint
retrospective
process
and
get
that
get
them
more
involved.
B
B
I
think
that's
a
really
difficult
part
because
we're
all
on
our
own
schedules
and
if
we
had
some
dedicated
time
or
dedicated
place
to
actually
have
a
moment
to
get
people
aggregated
around
the
voting
in
conviction
voting
would
be
make
things
a
lot
easier
and
the
other
thing
is
just
making
sure
that
we're
welcoming
every
newcomer
that
comes
into
a
call.
There
should
never
be
a
moment
where
a
newcomer
comes
in,
sits
there
for
10
minutes
and
then
leaves
because
they
just
feel
they're
not
being
recognized
or
don't
have
an
opportunity
to
participate.
J
C
J
The
thing
is
like
I,
don't
know
what
the
tc
wants
to
do
with
with
those
you
know
those
suggestions,
so
it'd
be
nice
like
we
know
what
we
want
to
do
and
then
we
can,
you
know,
tell
them
what
we
want
to
do
and
then
make
an
agreement.
If
that's
what
we
want
to
do,
but
yeah
start
talking
about
those
things
and
yeah
reach,
reach
a
point
and
then
yeah.
I
also
think,
like
the
voters
thing
is
you
know
it's
like
if
you
don't
dm
people,
it's
not
happening
like.
J
I
also
made
a
boat
for
the
for
the
the
transparency
thing,
the
multisig
transparency
and
then
I
had
you
know,
ibm
the
storage.
I
started
getting
paul
and
the
people
I
know
is
and
yeah
then
the
things
passed
and
I'll
pass
it
to
juan.
D
Yeah
I
I
echo
on
the
mental
health
issue,
because
I
feel
that
we
are
in
stressing
times
because
of
of
war
and
because
of
certain
things
that
are
happening
in
the
whole
world
and
not
only
the
tc.
So
I
think
that
the
dc
is
not
the
only
source
of
stress
and
yeah.
D
It
would
be
really
cool
to
work
on
on
that
mental
health,
and
also
I
go
on
this
on
the
thing
of
getting
sick
of
present
events
like
I
will
be
attending
some
events
like
I
will
be
traveling
it
to
amsterdam
and
I
don't
want
to
get
sick,
but
we
are
seeing
that
it's
a
pattern
that
it's
repeating
so
so
yeah.
I
don't
know
what
to
do
about
it,
but
it's
it's
it's
something
that
it's
hitting
us
and
yeah.
I
will
pass
to
living.
I
Yeah
two
things:
the
mental
health
I
put
it
there
because
I
felt
we
just
have
assumed
that
the
people
who
went
to
eat
denver
or
people
who
stay
here
on
the
dc,
like
example,
nay,
like
I
assume
this
happens
in
the
one-on-ones,
but
it
would
be
nice
to
just
stop.
For
a
moment.
I
was
like
hey
tom,
hey
griff,
hey
nate,
you
need
you
were
overloaded
for
a
week.
Do
you
need
time?
Do
you
need
something?
You
need
a
date?
I
You
don't
need
a
day
like
this,
this
internal
checking
of
people
that
we
know
have
been
under
a
lot
of
pressure
in
the
past
weeks.
I
think
it's
healthy
and
then
my
second
point
I
mean-
and
I
will
take
more
than
a
minute
sorry,
but
the
governance
aspect
and
the
decision
making
aspect.
I
We
just
started
it's
impossible
for
people
to
get
used
to
vote
when
the
this
method
and
gardens
all
just
started.
People
needs
time
to
build
up
this
process
and
at
the
same
time,
we
are
not
educating
people
about
decision
making.
We
focus
so
many
months.
Educating
people
about
parameters.
I
We
need
to
do
the
same
for
governance
and
decision
making
and
we
are
not
doing
it,
so
I
feel
that's
also
a
reason
why
people
are
not
voting.
It's
not
because
we
need
to
hunt
them
down.
It
should
be
something
that
people
acknowledge
and
are
willing
to
do
it,
and
we
need
to
sort
of
create
these
spaces
to
educate
about
governance
and
decision
making.
Otherwise
it
will
be.
You
know
we
can
only
focus
on
the
technical
part
of
getting
people
parameters
when
we're
looking
about
governance
and
pass
it
on
to
my
baby.
C
So
the
main
thing
I'll
talk
about
is
the
press
server
hack.
That
happened
a
while
ago.
We
are
done
like
a
test
code
and
all
the
data
had
disappeared
and
we
were
wondering:
where
did
it
go
so
apparently
now
we
have
confirmation
that
it
was
hacked
and
they
wanted
like
a
ransom
or
something
for
like
point
zero
bitcoin
for
that.
But
we
didn't
notice
that
until
now,
so
we
could
have
done
better
on
that.
C
We
could
probably
investigate
it
so
that
we
don't
notice
it
after
like
two
weeks
or
something
and
yeah
that's
pretty
much.
A
Just
just
me
left-
and
I
guess
I
would
say
you
know
the
one
that
really
struck
me
was:
let's
not
assume
everyone
knows
our
cultural
build.
I
feel
like
it's
very
easy
for
us
to
get
complacent
and
assume
that
you
know
things
like
making
space
for
everyone
to
speak
on
a
call
and
acknowledging
the
new
people
on
the
call,
and
then
this
is
the
one
that
I
wrote
about
something
durgados
shared
with
me.
A
He
phrased
it
differently,
I'm
paraphrasing,
but
essentially
most
people
that
are
joining
our
community,
don't
know
how
to
operate
in
a
democracy.
It's
not
clear
that
you
don't
have
to
ask
for
permission
or
like
it's
not
it's
just.
I
think
we
should
also
maybe
focus
on
helping
new
community
members
transition
from
permissioned
work
to
permissionless
work.
A
I
thought
that
was
interesting
and
then
for
the
voting,
I'm
I
I
don't
have
such
a
strong
opinion
about
any
of
the
conviction.
Voting.
Now,
I'm
still
it's
the
first
time,
I'm
really
using
it.
So
I'm
watching
and
observing
how
things
work,
and
I
feel,
like
probably
I'll,
continue
to
sort
of
observe
the
next
few
weeks
and
proposals
and
see
what
yeah
see
see
how
conviction
voting
works.
A
I
think
that
some
proposals
taking
a
long
time
to
pass,
is
just
the
the
feature
of
conviction
voting
in
some
ways
and
then
I
think
we're
also
realizing
you
have
to
individually
advocate
for
your
proposal
to
all
the
token
holders,
and
that
happened
with
like
you
know,
the
hatcher
outreach
group
was
the
one
who
was
doing
that
for
all
the
other
votes,
but
now
it's
sort
of
all
the
burden
of
each
individual
proposal.
Writer
to
go.
Do
that
that
you
know
token
holder
outreach
work.
A
Okay,
so
we
have
15
minutes
left
12
minutes
left
actions
to
improve
I'll
set
a
timer
for
five
minutes
feel
free
to
address
one
or
more
of
the
could
do
better
or
something
new
entirely
and
the
timer
has
started.
How
can
we
do
better?
What
can
we
change?
What
can
we
take
into
this
new
sprint
that
can
fix
some
of
the
issues
that
have
surfaced
on
what
we
can
do
better.
J
Sure,
let
me
scroll
up
nate
is
already
pushing
to
educate
new
members
about
democracy
with
unstarted
for
every
working
group
goal
create
a
gardens
party
where
members
can
discuss
and
debate
our
current
proposals
within
the
gardens.
J
I've
seen
other
discord
servers
have
a
daily
check-in
channel
where
people
can
express
their
well-being,
smiley,
face
sad
face,
worries,
etc.
Maybe
bring
this
another
way
for
community
to
express
how
they
are
feeling
could
address
mental
health
check.
They
take
education
as
an
engagement
and
community
exercise.
J
We
can
categorize
proposals
with
the
tea
flower
plus
working
groups
to
help
reach
out
to
people
really
no
supporters
to
vote
everyone
who
is
feeling
everyone
please
take
time
off.
If
you
are
struggling
with
something
and
need
support,
I'm
open
to
talk.
Send
me
a
dm
leave
me
a
heart
dm
your
supporters,
especially
race
token
holders
to
get
them
to
vote
for
your
proposal
flock
to
smaller
proposals.
J
Smaller,
if
you
are
sick,
take
time
to
lie
in
bed
and
fight
the
disease,
it
can
shave
ties
off
your
pain,
educate
about
democracy,
with
step
by
step
frame,
praise
as
a
narrative
for
the
tc
outside
or
internal
comps,
identify
key
points
of
the
cultural
build
that
need
to
be
communicated
to
every
new
comer
take
agency
of
our
mental
health.
We
don't
need
people
give
us
days
off.
We
can
do
it
ourselves,
that's
the
best
part
of
the
game.
J
A
Cool
okay,
that
was
super
quick.
We
got
four
minutes.
Please
take
two
votes
and
vote
for
the
two
that
you
think
are
the
most
important.
A
Just
to
say
I
I
did
have
the
vaccine
and
the
booster
and
I
was
still
covered
positive,
but
not
sick
and
yeah.
I
think
that
probably
the
solution
is
just
get
covered
and
then
you
have
it
and
you
get
less
sick
each
time
you
have
it.
I
guess,
but
I
think
it's
unavoidable,
like
any
any
conference
that
we
go
to.
We
should
probably
just
expect
that
it'll
spread
through
the
conference.
A
A
Cool,
can
I
just
ask
that
if
anyone
puts
their
stars
on
just
one
issue,
so
that
it's
sort
of
very
clear
which
one
we've
taken.
A
A
Well,
I
think
that
we
have
this
create
a
gardens
party
where
members
can
discuss
and
debate.
Current
proposals
has
a
lot
of
has
a
lot
identify
key
points
of
the
cultural
bill
that
need
to
be
communicated
to
every
comer
and
this
sort
of
like
democracy,
like
helping
people
understand
that
you
don't
have
to
ask
for
work.
There's
nobody
that's
going
to
approve
it
and
you
you
know
we
can
create
a
culture
of
agency.
A
I
think
that's
probably
great
as
well.
I'm
gonna
say
that
this
one
is
disqualified,
even
though
we
know
it's
something
we
have
to
do,
and
it's
sort
of
between
these
two
creating
a
gardens
where
members
can
discuss
in
debate.
So
why
don't
we
bring
them
both
into
our
discussion
for
tomorrow
for
our
sprint
planning
tomorrow
and
we
can
see
which
one
we
can
pull
into
the
sprint,
possibly
even
both
of
them,
and
we
have
two
minutes
left.
I
want
to
say
everyone
thanks
for
coming
today.
