order
happy
Valentine's

just
before
we
get
started
like
to
remind
members.
We
have
an
eating
session
tonight.
Is
everybody
okay
for
the
evening
session?
I,
don't
think
it's
going
to
be
long.
What
difference?
Good,
yep,
okay,
beautiful
and
just
before
we
go
through
I'd
like
to
make
an
announcement
of
the
reorg.
We
have
Lorne
as
a
pony
joining
us
this
morning.

Okay,

two
three

all

Ok,
we
have
two
items
to
add
three
point:
two
five
and
two
six
motion
to
add
them
to
the
agenda:
moved
by
Councillor
Ford,
all
in
favor
opposed
carry
first,
one
request
for
attendance
at
the
I
will:

it's
fine
request,
attempts
at
Toronto
local
appeal
body,
hearing
460
540
Street
councillor.
How
did
you
mind
moving
that?
For
me,
you
probably
don't
want
to
so
counselor
for
can
move
this
for
me
all
in
favor
I'm,
going
to
opposed
carried.

Mr.
chairman,
just
just
I
don't
know
this
is
this
is
a
very
welcome
application.
4700,
kill,
sweet
I,
know
that
you
folks
aren't
familiar
with
this.
This
is
York
University
and
it's
coming
into
Etobicoke
for
the
first
time,
but
this
is
the
second
phase
of
a
student
development
up
there.
That's
very
welcome
the
the
first
phase.
B
B
B
D
C
You,
mr.
chair,
yes,
so
that's
why
you
see
the
difference
in
the
two
reports
and
councillor
Pru
to
the
board
three
point:
four
was
written
last
year
in
2018
at
the
end
of
the
year
and
was
previously
before
the
comedian
was
deferred.
So
it
has
the
older
recommendation,
their
report
for
4700,
keel
and
councillor
prutas
Ward
has
the
new
recommendations
that
we've
written
in
and
then
we're
creating
new
templates
to
make
them
äôd
compatible
as
well
as
to
meet
the
requirements
of
bill
139.
So
we've
changed.
C
D
D
C
B
D
B
B
Nothing
was
moved
in
a
session.
What
we're
gonna
do
with
3.22
is
we're.
Gonna
move
the
Western
village
portion
of
the
BIA,
just
the
western
portion
village
we're
going
to
approve
that
the
average
Billy
a
village
BIA
we're
going
to
defer
to
the
next
day.
So
a
number
one
we're
gonna
defer
the
Emory
village
two
next
day
and
we're
gonna
move
the
Western
village,
all
in
favor
opposed
carried
okay.
B
E
A
fence
exemption
because,
like
I,
had
problems
recently
when,
first
of
all,
a
property
didn't
have
no
fence
when
we
purchased
the
house
and
there
was
a
swimming
pool
already
on
the
property.
And
then
we
put
up
a
fence
because
I
have
four
kids,
so
I
put
up
a
fence
and
we
want
to
enclose
the
and
close
the
pool.
But
once
we
put
up
the
fence,
we
put
up
the
fence
wooden
fence,
but
it
lasted
about
six
to
seven
months.
Then
it
started
warping
and,
like
all
the
fences.
E
A
A
E
A
Lot,
how
long
do
you
need
because
you're
in
a
tight
spot
in
terms
of
time,
it's
also
really
cold?
So
you
know
the
the
bylaw
folks
are
here
watching
and
they're
gonna
be
on
the
hook
to
get
make
sure
that
they
get
sorted
out.
But
how
long
would
you
advise
the
council
that
you
need
to
sort
this
out
to
get
the
fence
replaced
and
fixed
I
can.
E
A
E
E
A
E
E
E
A
A
You
through
you,
mr.
chair
to
the
colleagues
on
council
here,
I'm
gonna
refuse
the
application.
It's
been
a
very
difficult
scenario
and
thank
the
applicant
and
thank
staff.
I
think
there's
been
a
lot
of
work
in
the
last
little
while
to
get
the
pool
into
compliance
and
I.
Think
really.
The
only
thing
holding
this
back
right
now
is
the
weather.
So
I
wish
everyone
good
luck
on
that,
but
unfortunately
we
need
to
refuse
the
vinyl
fence
any.
B
B
C
C
C
B
Those
are
my
questions
speak
seeing
none
I
had
a
chance
to
be
briefed
on
this.
In
my
council
briefing,
it's
a
the
neighbors
are
going
back
and
forth
to
me.
This
is
not
outrageous.
With
the
foliage
over
top
kinda
looks
attractive
to
me,
so
I'm
going
to
be
moving
the
exemption,
any
other
speakers,
so
I'm
moving
central
all
in
favor
posed
carried.
D
B
D
You
move
the
motion
to
set
it
down
to
have
a
preliminary
hearing,
but
for
some
reason,
because
because
I
don't
think
the
councillor
the
den
councillor
and
the
staff
could
agree
to
up
to
a
date
to
set
down
for
that
meeting,
the
meeting
was
never
held,
so
the
application
has
been
sort
of
here
and
in
limbo
for
I.
Don't
know
I
think
over
a
year,
if
planning
staff
can
help
you
how
long
a
year
okay,
so
it's
been
sitting
around
for
a
year,
but
you've
never
had
a
preliminary
hearing
on
it.
