Description
00:00 Intro
01:31 TL;DR, what's new in the project this week?
03:45 Request for RFC: resource status
A
A
Thank
you.
All
right
new
faces
well
montessori
you're
joining
the
team
and
I
believe
it's
the
first
time.
I
see
you
in
the
community
meeting
so
welcome
and
thanks.
B
A
Taylor
as
well,
and
then
yeah
taylor,
welcome
here
great
great
great,
to
have
you
here.
A
Okay,
all
right
well
tldr
is
a
bit
of
a
section
where
we
share
real,
quick,
what's
new
in
the
project
this
week
and
what
he
is
working
on.
It
basically
comes
basically
comes
from
the
development
board
right
there
in
the
on
the
ripple.
Let
me
share
that.
A
Right:
okay,
yeah:
the
board
should
give
you
a
fair
idea.
What
the
team
is
doing
right.
B
A
And
what
happened
in
the
last
meeting
a
little
bit
summary
of
what
we,
what
team
is
working
on
has
to
do
with
tutorials
and
documentation
work
and
then
others,
but
besides
the
the
code
itself,
I
just
wanted
to
say
thank
you
to
everyone
who
joined
yesterday
to
the
cncf
webinar
recording
is
already
up,
and
this
is
all
part
of
the
efforts
of
keeping
you
know
spreading
the
word
about
the
project
and
refining
the
message
we
find
in
our
demos
refining
the
way
we
tell
the
story.
A
So
thanks
thanks,
everyone
joined
and
also
will
be
well.
I
will
be
in
the
devil's
toronto
meetup
on
april.
The
5th
this
is
going
to
be
virtual
registration
is
open,
so
yeah
feel
free
to
to
hang
out
there
to
come
and
and
share
with
this
awesome
community.
This
is
a
meetup
with
more
than
7
000
members,
it's
a
huge
community
and
well
that's
that's
great.
So
it's
great
space
to
keep
spreading
the
love
for
for
the
project,
great
okay.
A
A
Okay,
yeah.
Thank
you
once
it's
live,
the
the
goal
is
for
everyone
to
provide
their
comments,
observations,
etc
and
and
to
yeah
completely
established
rsv
process.
Discussing
a
a
new
idea
is
great:
okay,
any
comments
around
the
request
for
rfc.
We
usually
introduce
this
in
the
office
hours
meeting,
but
if
someone
wants
to
drop
something
about
this,
otherwise
we
can
move
on.
A
All
right,
great,
okay,
anything
else
regarding
updates
on
the
project,
what
team
is
working
on
besides,
during
a
new
release,.
A
A
B
A
Yeah,
thank
you
cool
all
right.
Next,
up,
breaking
change.
B
So
I
don't
actually
know,
let
me
pull
up
who,
who
or
who
opened
this
issue,
there's
an
issue
attached
to
it,
but
essentially.
B
They
had
in
the
workload
name
had
a
period
and
the
workload
name
gets
translated
into
many
different
resources,
and
I
think
it
was
in
a
service
or
something
that
the
workload
name
was
used
and
it
failed
because
the
period
is
not
a
dns
label,
1035
some
very
specific
character
that
some
subset
of
characters
that
is
allowed,
and
so
there
is
a
proposal
to
limit
the.
What
characters
can
be
used
on
the
workload
name,
and
this
would
be
a
breaking
change
because
we
would
be
limiting
the
character
set.
C
Yeah
so,
while
I
agree,
this
is
definitely
a
potential
breaking
change
for
some
class
of
users,
I
wonder
how
many
actual
cases
in
the
wild
this
will
affect
like,
because
currently,
if
you
use
these
special
characters,
certainly
it
depends
on
the
particulars
of
your
supply
chain,
but,
like
you're,
probably
already
broken.
So
this
is
really
just
a
matter
of
validating
sooner
or
providing
a
better
error
message.
B
C
Just
because,
like
the
the
current
behavior
wasn't
functional
in
many
in
almost
all
cases
but
like
it
is
possible
that
someone
had
a
supply
chain
where
all
the
resources
they
were
stamping
out,
didn't
have
that
restriction.
C
B
A
A
Okay,
okay,
anything
else
you
like
to
discuss
to
share
the
media
here.
