A
A
A
A
A
So
just
in
terms
of
background
guessing
you're,
mostly
familiar
with
this
already,
we've
done
some
early
work
on
the
activity
list.
There
was
a
version
that
was
originally
put
out,
based
on
bringing
together
several
existing
lists
from
Sport,
England,
AMD
and
elsewhere.
That
has
since
been
updated
with
some
great
contributions
from
AMD,
and
that
list
has
been
published
still
a
draft,
but
I
know
that
a
number
of
people
have
started
to
incorporate
that
into
their
systems.
So
the
thing
that
we're
really
missing
at
the
moment
is
a
ongoing
process
for
managing
that
list.
A
So
what
we'd
like
to
do
is
to
end
up
with
a
nice
open
process
that
everybody
in
the
sector
understands
and
is
brought
into
so
that
we
can
continue
to
collaborate
around
developing
the
list
in
a
way
that
will
be
suitable
for
everyone.
So
it's
a
slightly
different
piece
of
work
to
the
other
standards
work,
because
the
the
actual
technical
standardization
is
done.
It's
more
about
agreeing
the
content
for
the
list,
how
it's
structured,
etc.
A
A
A
Collaborative
maintenance
of
the
list
is
called
a
cubic.
It's
an
open
source.
Taxonomy
editor,
it's
been
deployed
in
a
number
of
projects
already
it's.
If
you
want
to
take
a
look
at
it,
it's
an
IQ
VOC
net
and
you
can
see
the
slides
okay
there
is.
They
have
a
test
server
that
you
can.
You
can
play
around
with
the
data
in
there
is
kind
of
reset
I
think
overnight,
so
you
can
go
in
and
play
with
it.
A
That's
that
is
linked
from
their
website
and
what
I've
done
is
I've
gone
ahead
and
created
a
separate
copy
set
of
separate
deployment
of
the
software
and
configured
it
with
the
latest
version
of
our
activity
list,
and
that's
what
I'm
going
to
show
you
today,
the
the
link
to
it
is
on
the
slide
there
and
I'm
just
going
to
also
put
a
link
into
the
chat
for
the
call.
So
you
can
have
a
look
at
it
on
your
own
screens
as
well.
A
If
you
want
to
log
in
then
the
the
email
address
for
the
log
in
for
a
test
account
is
a
editor
open,
active
do
and
the
password
is
open.
Active
I
can
details
afterwards,
but
if
you
just
want
to
play
around
that's
how
you
can
look
at
their
demo
instance
and
hours,
and
so
in
terms
of
what
it
does,
I'm
gonna
go
through
and
show
you,
but
as
a
high-level,
it
allows
you
to
search
and
browse
through
the
controlled
vocabulary
so
that
you
can
take
stock
of.
A
What's
there
find
terms
check
definitions,
etcetera,
it's
not
something
that
is
a
user
interface
that
you
would
incorporate
into
an
activity.
Finder,
it's
more
just
there
to
provide
a
way
for
people
to
explore
the
list.
You
provides
an
editing
environment
for
managing
concepts,
so
individual
activities
and
entries
in
the
list
with
all
the
metadata
about
them
and
you
can
also
manage
collections.
So
we
can
create
subsets
of
the
list
for
different
purposes.
A
A
The
device
is
designed
more
for
a
kind
of
editor
view
rather
than
for
an
user
looking
for
an
activity,
but
it
provide
for
each
concept.
We
can
catch
some
useful
information,
so
we
can
have
preferred
labels.
We
can
have
alternative
labels.
It
indicates
whether
it's
in
Connexions,
you
can
see
the
bits
of
the
hierarchy
irrelevant
can
see
the
narrower
terms,
definitions
and
some
of
the
other
tabs.
You
can
attach
editorial
notes,
examples,
etc
to
help
people
understand
how
where
they
should
use
that
that
activity,
as
well
as
the
search
interface.
There
is
a
Browse
view.
A
So
by
default,
you
get
this
hierarchical
view
of
the
activity
list
which
you
can
drill
into,
so
we
can
expand
out
dance,
ballroom
and
latin
latin
and
then
jump
into
the
individual
example
here.
So
as
well
as
that
hierarchical
view,
you
can
also
just
get
a
simple
alphabetical
view
as
well.
There's
another
way
to
to
look
through
it.
A
So
that's
the
kind
of
basic
end-user
functionality
for
people
who
just
wanted
to
check
whether
things
were
in
the
list
or
look
up
definitions,
because
it's
primarily
an
editing
tool.
Then
most
of
the
functionalities.
When
you
log
in
so
I'm
just
going
to
log
in
as
the
tests
editor
here
and
what
it
gives
user
is
some
extra
functionality
on
each
page,
so
I'm
just
going
to
talk
through
how
it
helps
you
to
manage
an
activity
list.
So
the
first
thing
I'm
going
to
do
is.
A
So
it
what
the
way
it
works
is
it
keeps
a
version
of
every
concept.
So
this
is
a
kind
of
published
version
of
the
list.
If
I
wanted
to
start
revising
their
definition
of
football,
then
I
have
to
click
this
button
at
the
top
of
the
page,
where
it
says
create
new
version.
So
if
we
start
that,
then
I
then
get
an
editing
interface.
So
I
can
start
to
change
some
of
the
details
I'm
on
here,
so
maybe
I
want
to
put
in
just
football
as
an
alternative
name.
I
can
add
narrower
terms
as
well.
A
So
if
there
were
other
types
of
football
I
could
list
them,
I
can
have
broader
terms.
I
can
also
change
the
definition.
So
if
there's
a
typo
in
here,
then
I
can
just
revise
that
I
will
go
through
all
of
the
the
fields,
but
I
can
just
I
can
make
changes.
I
can
put
a
change
note
in
as
a
fixed
typo
in
description
and
it
records
here
who
who
made
that
change.
So
it's
all
versions,
and
then
click
Save.
You
know
what's
happened
here.
A
Is
it's
created
a
new
version
of
that
term,
but
it's
not
yet
published.
So
this
is
where
the
editorial
workflow
kicks
in
so
there's
just
a
new
version
of
that
concept
within
the
system
and
I
can
do
several
things
and
I
can
choose.
I
can
decide
that
my
edits
were
incorrect,
so
I
can
just
delete
it,
and
so
it
disappears.
I
can
click
continue
editing
and
go
in
and
make
further
revisions
or
I?
Can
click
send
to
review?
So
in
the
system?
A
There
are
two
different
types
of
editor:
there's
a
basic
editor
role,
which
is
I'm
using
here
and
there's
also
a
publisher
and
the
publisher
role
is
intended
for
somebody
who
is
basically
got
the
kind
of
oversight
of
what
actually
gets
published
when
so.
The
idea
is
that
when
you
click
Center
review,
it
will
be
flagged
up
to
publisher
and
then
they
can
go
in
and
just
check
the
changes.
A
And
then
it's
only
the
people
with
the
publisher
role
that
can
hit
the
publish
button
that
will
update
the
public
version
of
the
activity
list,
and
it's
at
that
point
that
we
would
then
make
the
available
data
in
you
know
the
format's
for
people
at
the
top
of
the
screen
there's
a
link
to
a
dashboard.
If
I
click
through
to
the
moment,
you
can
see
that
on
the
dashboard,
it's
now
listing
football.
So
it's
saying
that
there
is
own
basic
there's,
a
new
version,
the
property
here,
and
you
can
see
that
it's
currently
checked
out.
A
So
nobody
else
can
edit
that
version.
Then
it
says
who's
who's
checked
it
out.
So
if
we
have
editor's
working
on
the
system,
then
making
each
work
independently,
they
can't
they
can't
kind
of
edit
or
mess
up
each
other's
work,
because
they're
all
working
on
separate,
checked
out
versions
of
the
individual
activities.
A
B
A
A
So
that's
that's
just
making
a
religion
if
I
was
looking
as
a
publisher.
I
could
accept
that
change
and
then
update
the
published
version
and
we
can
also
add
new
concepts.
So
if
you
wanted
to
add
a
new
entry
to
the
activity
list,
we
can
do
that.
I
was
trying
to
find
an
activity
to
add
to
use
a
real
example.
I
was
struggling
to
find
a
an
activity
that
might
not
be
in
the
list.
E
A
Put
in
hobby
horse
I'll
be
hosting
a
hobby
horses.
Maybe
hobby
horsing
is
the
alternative
spelling.
Now
we
need
to
put
put
it
into
the
hierarchy,
so
we
can
decide
where
it
fits.
They
look
like
doing
in
the
gym.
I'm
gonna
say
it's.
Let's
say
it's
an
athletic
sport
there's
probably
better
things
but
like
we
can
tie
what
the
broader
terms
are.
We
can
set
multiple
there.
We
can
also
set
some
related
terms,
so
maybe
it's
related
to
horse-racing,
for
example.
A
A
Through
each
of
these,
for
each
of
these
definitions
we
cannot,
we
can
actually
add
multiple
languages
and
it's
systems
only
configured
for
English
at
the
moment.
But
if
we
need
you
to
manage
Welsh
for
example,
then
we
can
put
all
the
languages.
Then
we
could
put
those
in
so
I
click
Save,
so
I've
now
got
a
new
vocabulary:
entry
in
the
vocabulary,
but
if
the
dashboard
you
can
see
it's
it's
listed
and
I
can
get
as
before.
I
can
just
send
that
to
a
review.
A
I
can
see
how
that
fits
into
the
overall
scheme,
because,
if
I
go
into
so,
if
I
go
into
the
hierarchical
view,
when
you're
signed
in
as
an
editor
as
well
as
their
hierarchical
and
alphabetical
views,
there's
also
a
draft
view.
So
if
I
switch
to
draft
view,
what
it
should
be
showing
me
is
the
the
kind
of
the
pen
all
of
the
pending
terms,
so
I
can
see
where
things
fit
and
see
whether
something
makes
sense
in
terms
of
where
it
sits
in
the
hierarchy
when
you're
looking
at
when
you're.
A
Looking
at
the
draft
view,
the
other
thing
that
you
can
do
is
move
things
around.
So
if
I,
just
if
we
decided
that
let's
say
baton-twirling
was
going
to
fit
into
athletics,
sorry,
then
we
could
just
drop
that
in
and
I
can
just
click
move
and
it
will
reorder
the
the
Cadbury,
so
I
can
just
drag
and
drop.
So
if
we
just
you,
don't
have
to
go
in
and
edit
any
interface,
but
everything
if
we
just
want
to
rearrange
things
and
that's
easy
enough
to
do.
A
A
So
that's
that's
the
basics
of
managing
the
individual
concepts.
The
other
thing
we
can
do
is
create
collections.
So
the
separate
dashboard
for
those
and
over
here
on
the
right
there's
a
new
collection
view.
So
we
can
create
different
types
of
collection
and
any
number
of
collections
that
we
want.
So
we
could
say
we're
going
to
have
Sport
England
recognized
sports
as
a
collection.
So
you
want
to
build
that
up,
so
we
might
go
with
football.
D
A
I
can
build,
I
can
build
those
up
there,
I'll
just
add
three
and
so
I
just
built
up
the
collection
based
on
the
existing
concerts
in
the
scheme
in
the
dashboard.
You
can
see,
then
there's
a
new
collection.
It's
got
three
items
in
it,
and
so
we
can
decide
when
that,
where
we're
going
to
publish
that
publish
those
and.
E
A
A
A
You
know
a
number
of
extra
fields
on
the
form,
but
I
don't
think
we
need
less
so
need
to
use
all
of
them,
but
we
can
you
know
we
can
manage
related
terms.
It's
got
everything
we
need
in
terms
of
managing
kind
of
editorial
workflow,
so
you
can
see
here
for
football.
My
change
note
is
in
there
we
can
add
editorial
notes
to
capture
discussions,
that
communities
having
record
kind
of
historical
changes,
etc,
and
so
yeah.
So
that's
that's
the
basics.
The
only
bit
I
haven't
showed
is
just
going
ahead
and
publishing
an
updated
list.
E
A
Published
rights,
so
you
can
see
when
I'm
a
publisher
when
I
go.
Look
at
the
dashboard.
I've
got
this
full
review,
so
I
can
see
that
something
has
been
flagged.
So
I
can
go
in
and
decide.
You
know
review
that
to
see
whether
I'm
happy
with
it.
If
I
am
then
I
can
click
publish
and
that's
done
so
that
update,
updated
change
and
Ares
part
of
the
the
public
view.
D
A
This
this
would
be
purely
for
the
people
managing
the
activity
list,
but
be
the
browse
and
search
might
be
useful
for
people
just
kind
of
checking,
but
I
think
that
we
would
publish
separate
downloadable
versions
that
people
could
use
in
their
application
so
as
as
Jason
LD
that
conforms
to
the
standards,
so
the
model
inspects
standard
which
we're
doing
already.
We
can
also
provide
it
in
other
formats
if
it
was
helpful
if
it
was
useful
to
have
it
as
a
CSV
file.
D
A
A
A
A
D
D
A
A
Those
are
the
key
bits
that
everyone
seems
to
want
to
have,
but
what
I'm
trying
to
do
here
is
see
if
we
can
pretty
much
take
an
off-the-shelf
tool
and
work
within
it
rather
than
having
to
create
something
for
spoke
because
doing
that
will,
you
know,
add
more
delay
in
terms
of
actually
getting
to
what
people
want,
which
is
a
shared,
regularly
updated
list.
Yeah.
A
Great
okay
I
was
hoping
you
would
say
that
yeah
I
mean
it.
We
do
like
with
all
these
things.
We
need
to
try
it
out
so
that
that
that
could
be
something
that
we
can
think
about
as
next
steps.
Whether
we
just
want
to
do
some
testing
before
we
fully
commit
to
it
exactly.
That's
definitely
definitely
an
option.
Okay.
A
A
Is
actually
who
would
be
doing
this,
so
we
will
need
to
identify
people
from
the
community.
You
are
happy
to
take
on
the
editor
and
publisher
role.
So
that's
one
question
and
then
there's:
how
will
they?
How
will
that
team
a
group
of
people
collaborate?
So
you
can
see
there's
a
certain
amount
which
is
in
the
tool
already,
because
you
can
see
what
other
people
are
working
on.
You
can
leave
notes
and
change
notes,
but
they
might
just
need
to
be
a
bit
of
collaboration
work.
A
You
know
if
there
are
a
number
of
suggested
changes,
who's
going
to
who's,
going
to
coordinate
people
doing
that
work.
How
will
those
changes
be
been
flagged
up?
It
may
be
that
we're
happy
to
use
github.
Maybe
that
there's
other
approaches
that
were
people
prefer
to
do
that.
You
know
you,
maybe
just
a
email
list,
forum
monthly
calls
like
this
to
just
kind
of
work
through
changes.
It's
really
it's
kind
of
odd
to
I'm.
Looking
for
the
guests,
looking
for
guidance
and
suggestions
from
other
people,
it's
way
I
prefer
to
do.
A
It
is
not
necessarily
references,
he's
got
how
you
would
prefer
to
do
it,
and
the
other
thing
that
we
had
some
discussion
about
in
the
past
is
when
is
having
some
editorial
guidelines
to
be
clear
about
what
Judas
shouldn't
be
in
the
list
when
the
slides
over
linked
to
a
draft
document
that
shared
a
couple
of
times
has
been
floating
around
for
a
while
that
just
lists
some
suggestions
around
how
we,
you
know
how
we
was
the
scope
labeling
how
the
list
is
put
together.
A
That
almost
only
needs
to
then
update,
no
because
the
tool
kind
of
answers,
a
number
of
those
questions
for
us,
but
things
like
you
know
making
a
decision
about
when
something
should
go
in
the
list
and
consistency
around
you
know,
spelling
labeling
is
something
that
will
need
to
be
in
place,
I
think,
but
so
I'm
going
to
open
it
up.
Does
anyone
have
any
thoughts
about
about
process
or
about
people
that
we
should
be
getting
involved
into
in
moving
this
forward?.
B
And
say:
I
guess,
like
my
I,
had
a
couple
of
initial
thoughts
and
fastly
in
terms
of
like
how
we
do
it
and
the
process,
and
we
need
to
consider
that
people
are
going
to
be
involved
and
might
just
people
have
knowledge
about
the
activities
rather
than
the
text.
Then
we
need
to
make
sure
of
it,
and
the
person
like
people
like
me,
for
example,
and
the
process
is,
is
easy
to
engage
with
like
be
like.
You
think.
B
B
Presentative
group,
that's
gonna,
be
able
to
cover
and
cover
stuff
off,
like
will
happily
pick
up
the
group
exercise
stuff
and
then
what
could
a
representative
group
there
may
be
like
if
you--you'll
be
able
to
comment
on
this,
like
maybe
sporting,
they
need
to
approach
the
right
people
to
represent
their
part.
I.
D
Think
I
definitely
think
some
other
ng
B's
will
be
the
right
people,
but
in
some
places
I
would
want
to
go
and
kind
of
talk
to
my
core
market
colleagues
a
bit
more
about
them
because
they
they
can
move
ng
B's
better
than
I.
Do
you
know
someone
will
certainly
be
the
right
people?
You
know
they'll
be
there.
You
know
m0c
doing
that
for
their
part,
the
sector,
but
some
some
are
probably
not
ready
to
take
on
this
capacity.
D
We
asked
them
to
do
or
we'll
have
to
kind
of
deal
identify
those
gaps
if
you
like,
where
we
won't
have
coverage
from
Social,
Forum
and
ng
research
and
then
then
kind
of
see
who
else
might
be
able
to
support
us
in
this
and
kind
of
bring
them
on
onboard,
so
yeah
I
think
definitely
like.
We
can
start
tough.
I
can
take
an
action
to
kind
of
talk
to
talk
to
the
ng
B
team,
about.
D
B
But
you
can
have
someone
like
and
to
team
people
that
are
forward
thinking
in
terms
of
this
B's
different
sports,
like
for
sweet
people,
some
of
the
ODI
champions
have
been
involved
and
someone
like
that
they
could
pick
up
lots
of
different
bits.
Rather
than
I
was
you've
got
50
people
in
a
group
yeah.
A
That's
what
I
was
thinking
that
there's
probably
two
different
types
of
feedback
and
contribution
that
having
a
smaller
group
who
would
have
logins
to
the
tool
and
would
be
you
know,
making
changes
and
making
sure
that
things
were
maintained
there
like
one
piece
and
then
the
other
piece
of
getting
that
wider
buy-in?
Does
he
write
I,
don't
think
we
would
necessarily
have
expect
to
get
you
know
40
or
50
people
logging
in
and
maintaining
their
bits
of
the
list,
but
being
able
to
point
them
at
the
tool
and
say:
can
you
check
you
know
this?
A
You
know
everything
below
this
term.
Does
it
look
right
to
you
feels
like
a
way
that
we
could
just
collect
feedback
that
could
just
be
done
through
a
forum
or
something
so
you
know
the
first
step.
I
guess
will
be
different.
You
know
identifying
just
that
smaller
representative
group
and
we
could
just
start
with
a
couple
of
people
and
then
widen
it
out.
Cause
I
think
having
a
process
where
people
can
get
involved
is
important
as
well.
B
B
F
Lee
as
one
of
the
operators
I
see
myself
as
being
and
Jo
ping,
a
consumer
of
this
list,
not
necessarily
a
contributor
when
I
haven't,
had
a
chance
to
send
the
list
in
detail
and
I'll.
Do
that
with
some
colleagues
opt-ins
but
I
I,
think
I
think
he
shouldn't
be
a
burden
or
no
head
for
anybody.
I
think
it's
I
think
collectively
they
need
to
be
a
small
group
of
people
who
would
perhaps
update
the
list
and
I
saw
not.
F
That's
just
just
my
view,
but
I
don't
know
whether
some
like
Fran
would
have
a
similar
view
on
that
for
a
surco
perspective.
But
but
so
certainly
we
you
know
we
will
review.
It
will
look
at
the
categorization
of
the
lists
and
try,
where
possible,
to
adopt
the
terminology
that
that's
agreed
here
and
the
categorization,
because
I
think
I.
C
Agree
completely
Steve
and
I.
Think
like
say
if
we
were
to
contribute,
we
probably
wouldn't
the
actual
percentage
of
his
contributes,
and
it
would
be
very,
very
small,
so
we
obviously
operate
50
odd
size,
but
we
don't
run
every
activity.
So
I
would
like
to
say
I
think
we
would
more
be
looking
at
the
list
and
trying
to
take
the
terminology
from
the
list
rather
than
updating
it.
Yeah.
F
C
B
F
Don't
have
much
more
to
sailing
identity
because
I
haven't
we
looked
at
the
list
and
haven't
really
given
it
a
great
deal
of
thought,
and
there
are
quite
a
few
people.
Gina
I
would
like
to
share
this
with
and
get
their
views.
We
have
a
vio
manager.
We
have
a
health
and
fitness
department.
We
have
other
stakeholder
groups
in
jail
if
you
have
an
opinion,
I
think
I
think
from
my
perspective,
I
probably
had
much
more
but
like
to
absorb
it
first
and
then
maybe
come
back
to
answer.
Questions
in
the
news.
A
C
From
up
from
a
Scirocco
perspective,
we
have
gone
through
an
exercise
to
try
and
consolidate
our
activity
list.
The
problem
we've
had
is
that
sites
have
been
going
off
and
literally
creating
their
own
version
of
body
pump
as
an
example,
so
ask
our
list
of
actual
activities
was
huge
and
it's
taken
as
ages
to
try
and
streamline
them
and
I.
Think
most,
if
you
were
to
ask
operators,
would
also
probably
be
in
the
same
boat
with
that.
So
I
like
Steven,
said
I.
A
It's
just
running
on
pretty
small
SPECT
machines
at
the
moment,
so
a
bit
of
technical
with
the
open,
active
team
but
I'm
thinking
that
if
we
initially
give
Jade,
but
you
your
members
of
your
team
editorial
access
and
identify
how
other
people
can
request
that
get
involved
is
a
one
piece,
I
think
making
sure
that
there's
a
contact
point
for
the
editorial
team,
so
we're
Francis
Steven
have
feedback
that
they
have
a
place
that
you
can
go
to.
That
could
just
be
a
mailing
list.
A
A
A
A
B
I
I
think
I
suggested
before
I
didn't
know.
Anyone
was
up
their
spraycan
and
like
Alex
at
London's,
four
or
P,
and
because
then
that
would
be
like
because
I
think
like.
If
we
get
some
representative
people,
because
if
we
just
like
we'll
cut
a
group
exercise
and
then
we
have
like
three
and
GBC
still
have
to
adapt,
take
a
view.
B
D
A
A
Okay,
it
sounds
like
we've
got
a
plan.
The
feedback
on
the
initial
feedback
that
were
tool
is
good.
What
we
could
do
is
if
we
can,
if
we
can
get
a
couple
of
the
people
signed
up,
then
we
can
have
another
session
just
to
do
a
walk
through
JD.
If
you've
got
some
plans
changes,
then
maybe
we
can
try
and
incorporate
those
as
part
of
that,
so
we're
actually
doing
some
some
useful
work.
At
the
same
time,
yeah.
