A
B
A
Amen,
I'd
like
to
take
a
moment
of
silence
for
the
passing
of
a
former
west
warwick
employee,
slash
school
teacher,
slash
principal
slash
activist
of
richard
lovett,
or
some
known
as
dick
lovett.
A
B
Everyone
try
to
remember,
I
might
point
to
you
if
I
see
your
lights
not
on,
and
I
know
we're
having
an
issue
with
there.
You
go
lady
lights
on,
but
again
try
to
speak
if
you
can
into
the
microphone
and
we're
again
we're
getting
better
at
the
audio
and
everybody
out
there.
That's
watching
this,
you
know
appreciates
us
paying
attention
to
the
quality
of
the
audio.
E
C
A
D
C
B
B
But
some
of
them
are
written
on
their
paid
and
they
show
the
method
of
payment,
and
some
of
them
aren't
so
and
they
shouldn't
get
to
us
unless
they're
paid
right.
A
What
they
license
itself
yeah
if
we
approve
it,
they
still
have
to
come
in
and
they'll
they
might
pay
at
time
of,
even
though
we
approved
the
license,
police
and
fire
still
have
to
go
out
upon
their
approvals
and
then
when
they
come
in
and
get
their
approvals,
they
might
pay
it
at
that
time.
Right.
D
Right,
it's
pending
approvals
of
building
fire,
possibly
sewer
and
taxes
paid
or
a
tax
agreement
worked
out
and
until
that's,
we
get
the
approval
from
all
those.
B
A
You
look
each
and
every
one
of
them.
One
of
them
says
pending
build
and
fire
sewer
and
then
some
say
no,
no
approval
so
like
the
tag
day,
race
you're
not
going
to
need
building
and
sewer,
so
they
probably
already
paid.
But
you
know
sunday
holiday
license
for
estate
services
they're
pending
approvals.
B
D
Pay
with
the
application.
B
B
B
A
B
D
A
Hearing
none
all
in
favor,
aye
opposed
eyes.
Have
it
the
license
is
going
to
prove.
Was
the
weekly
club
raffle
for
saint
robert
bellamine
church
estate
services,
estate
services,
west
warwick,
jaycees
of
ken
county
sergeant,
david
langevin,
paul
vitalo,
sinersha.
D
F
F
Yeah
dave
bob
nero
sent
that
to
me.
He
wanted
you
to
read
the
res
the
letter
to
dpw.
He
wanted
to
make
it
public.
A
Dave,
can
you
print
this
out
and
post
it
up
on
the
wall
down
there
all
right
dave?
Are
they
looking
to
pick
up
the
trees
in
the
phoenix
area
in
the
river.
A
E
A
D
Whereas
on
the
17th
day
of
september,
2013,
the
town
council
enacted
resolution
2013-1
encompassing
all
fees
and
charges
imposed
by
departments
of
the
town
for
the
issuance
of
permits
and
licenses
and
the
providing
of
services
and
copies,
and
otherwise
in
fees
scheduled
attached
to
said
resolution
being
incorporated
therein
by
reference
and
whereas
said
fee
as
from
time
to
time,
amended
includes
all
such
fees
and
charges
imposed
by
the
departments
of
the
town
and
whereas
the
town
council
has
determined
that
it
has
become
necessary
that
certain
fees
within
said
fee
schedule
require
amendment.
Now.
F
Hey
al:
how
are
you
good
good
this?
What
happened
was
dave
called
me
and
wanted
some
changes
in
the
public
works
fee.
So
I
sent
and
I
copied
the
council
a
letter
to
all
department
heads
I
figured
if
I
was
coming
in
with
one
and
the
lines
would
get
them
all
done,
and
I
knew
that
there
was
some
specifically
in
there
from
the
wastewater
plant
that
they
change
on
a
regular
basis
and
the
those
were
the
responses.
I
got
back
from
changi
the
change
that
they
made.
F
There
was
one
in
there
for
the
fire
department
that
there
was
an
error
in
the
original
one,
so
that
wasn't
just
a
correction,
but
those
are
changes
that
the
various
departments
have
requested
and
I
submit
them
to
you
to
update
the
fee
resolution.
I.
A
F
Will
be
as
soon
as
this
is
approved
and
we
go
into
january.
I
spoke
with
marianne
yesterday.
I've
I've
got
a
I've,
got
the
proper
2013
180
resolution.
F
I've
got
that
with
one
amendment
that
was
passed
for
the
fire
department,
there's
two
more
that
I've
got
that
have
already
been
passed
by
the
council
plus
this
so
in
january,
I'll
sit
down
marianne
and
what
will
go
up
into
the
record
now
will
be
the
correct
the
correct
feeds,
because
what's
there
there
is
on
the
website,
a
correct
resolution
and
it
states
on
the
website
that
it
has
not
been
published,
even
though
it
was
passed
back
in
2013
so
by
january,
long
answer,
but
you
by
january
we'll
have
it
all
squared
away
when,
when,
when
it
comes
back
from
the
publisher.
H
You
have
a
package
that
I
dropped
off.
Yes,
okay,
first
of
all,
would
you
please
have
a
look
at
the
building
permit
fee
schedule.
As
of
may
1st,
2013.
F
H
Has
everyone
got
it
yep,
okay,
the
first
column
is
the
price
range
that
those
represent
the
construction
costs
that
are
given
to
us
so
that
we
may
establish
a
fee
they're
given
to
us
by
the
applicant
at
the
time
of
application,
okay,
you'll
notice
that
they
increase
in
one
thousand
dollar
increments.
H
All
right.
If
you
look
at
the
next
column
of
permit
fees,
just
look
down
the
column
and
examine
the
increments.
They
for
lack
of
a
better
term
they're.
All
over
the
place.
We've
got.
Fifteen
dollar
we've
got
ten
dollar.
When
you
get
down
to
ten
thousand
dollars,
it
goes
from
ten
thousand
dollars
of
construction
cost
to
eleven
thousand
dollars.
The
fee
increases
ninety
five
dollars
and
that's
after
an
increase
of
ten
dollars,
and
it
stays
that
way
until
you
get
down
to
nineteen
thousand
dollars.
H
Right
that
the
purpose
of
me
being
here
is
to
to
explain
it
to
you.
Okay,
so
if
you
go
down
further.
H
I
don't.
I
think
I've
made
my
point
at
this
time
when
we
originally
adjusted
these
fees
back
in
2013,
we
adjusted
them
in
accordance
with
several
other
communities
who
had
basically
the
same
fee
schedule,
providence,
east,
greenwich,
warwick
and
cranston.
E
So
now
it's
linear,
essentially
so
exactly
that's!
What
I
noticed
is
from
the
description
it's
from
zero
to
twenty
thousand.
It's
a
fifteen
dollar
increase
per
thousand,
but
then
from
twenty
thousand
up,
it's
a
ten
thousand
exactly
so
it
goes
like
this
and
then
it
goes
like
this
right
and
it's
projects.
H
And
it
stays
the
same
throughout
the
escalation
of
the
construction
costs
makes
sense.
So,
having
said
that,
this,
in
our
opinion,
is
equitable
and
fair,
both
for
the
applicant
and
the
town.
So
that
is
my
explanation.
I
And
also
just
you
know,
we
are,
as
carrie
mentioned,
we're
part
of
the
pilot
program
for
e-permitting
in
the
state,
so
there
are
10
communities
that
were
selected.
We
were
one
of
those
selected,
so
the
state
is
footing
the
bill
to
get
us
up
and
running
for
this
e-permitting
program,
so
all
of
our
inspectors
will
be
out
in
the
field
with
ipads
and
all
of
it
will
be
digital
paperless,
permitting
process.
I
Any
applicants
can
can
apply
online
once
this
is
all
in
place
and
getting
the
fee
schedule
in
line
is
one
of
the
steps
that
they
wanted
us
to
complete
in
order
to
be
part
of
this
program,
so
all
the
other
cities
and
towns
part
of
this
will
be
going
through
the
same
thing.
This
is
probably
going
to
be
the
model
in
all
likelihood,
although
the
legislature
is
going
to
be
addressing
building
fees
in
general
during
their
session,
we
might
have
to
adjust,
depending
on
whatever
they
do
down
the
line.
H
After
having
said
all
that,
I
don't
know
where
we
stand
with
resolving
this
fee
schedule.
Is
it
up
to
the
council
right
now:
okay,
revised
11
30..
We
approve
it
tonight
and
then
it's
approved
yeah.
F
F
E
F
Plus
yep
good
job.
G
G
No,
but
I
didn't
I
didn't
know
about
what
kerry
was
had
looked
into
kerry.
A
E
D
Horizon
new
england
horizon
new
england
and
they're
against
electric
resolve
that
the
town
council
hereby
approves
the
petition
number
r12015-21

from
verizon
new

inc
and
narragansett
electric
company
proposing
to
relocate
one
pole
along
new

I'll
move.
The
resolution.
E
B
D
Self-Contained
breathing
apparatus
slash
bid
recommendation
result
that
the
town
council
hereby
approves
the
bid
for
self-contained
breathing
apparatus
and
accessories
be
awarded
to
shipments
fire
equipment
company
in
waterford
connecticut
for
the
amount
of
one
hundred
and
seventy
thousand
one
hundred
fifty
dollars
funding
will
come
from
the
2014
assistance
of
firefighters
grant
program
afg
awarded
to
the
fire
department
in
the
amount
of
one
hundred
and
sixty
thousand
dollars,
seven
hundred
twenty
eight
twenty
eight
dollars.
Sorry
and
ten
percent
share
of
sixteen
thousand
and
seventy
two
dollars
for
a
total
of
176
thousand
eight
hundred
dollars.
I
C
C
G
All
I
would
like
just
to
highlight
on
because
of
the
connecticut
state
bid
that
we
picked
back
on.
We
were
able
to
save
that
extra
excess
funds
and
under
the
new
rules
of
afg
that
anything
on
the
ten
thousand
dollars,
we
can
keep
and
spend
on
other
personal
protective
equipment.
So
once
I
get
all
this
scba
gear
ordered
and
done
I'm
going
to
look
into
what
whatever
outside
can
buy.
You
know.
F
G
G
F
Yeah
I'll
I'll
make
the
motion
to
pass
the
ordinance.
F
And
it's
it's
something
where
you
know
I.
If
there's
questions,
they
really
have
to
be
directed
to
dave,
because
it's
to
put
into
the
code
of
ordinances
the
the
change
that
will
be
necessary
for
the
new
collection
system.
We.
I
D
A
Hi,
in
the
way,
the.
D
Of
the
west
warwick
home
rule
charter,
article
11,
the
town
council,
hereby
appoints
the
firm
of
timothy,
a
williamson
doing
business
as
williamson
law
offices,
1193,
tyog,
avenue,
coventry,
rhode,
island
further
resolved.
The
town
council
president
is
authorized
to
sign
any
related
scope
of
services
agreement
by
in
between
the
town
of
west
warwick
and
timothy.
A
williamson
law
offices
move.
A
C
Good
evening
john
cemino
I'll
identify
myself
angelo
for
you
in
case
you
forgot,
like
with
the
chief
paris
finance
director.
This
is
the
schedule
I
had
previously
handed
out
to
the
to
the
council.
I
just
wanted
to
actually
have
it
on
the
agenda,
so
that
would
be
made
public
to
you
know
to
anyone
who
wanted
to
view
this
the
schedule
I
have
shared
it
with
the
departments
as
well
and
we're
in
the
process.
C
So
I'm
going
to
be
scheduling,
meetings
for
starting
next
week
with
the
departments
and
fred
and
myself
to
to
review
that
department
needs
anticipation
of
the
budget.
A
Everybody
got
that
now,
yeah,
there's
one.
Why
we're
doing
this?
Can
we
go
in
and
get
the
non-profit
schedule
that
paul
was
supposed
to
put
on
the
agenda,
and
so
I'd
like
to
go
over
to
non-profit
stuff,
especially
for
I
know
john,
I
sent
you
an
email
on
it
and
it
was
supposed
to
be
on
this
agenda,
so
we
can
approve
and
just
disperse
some
of
the
non-profit
money,
because
the
food
kitchens
here
it
is
the
holidays
and
we're
midway
through
between
thanksgiving
and
christmas.
A
A
A
E
A
B
C
G
E
G
We
didn't
forget
it.
Can
I
make
it?
Can
I
make
a
suggestion
that,
if
you
add
it
to
the
agenda
tonight,
subject
to
a
potential
objection
coming
from
the
general
public
as
to
violating
open
meetings?
G
Think
of
the
think
of
what
you're,
violating
and
think
of
what
you're
doing,
by
violating
it
you're
allowing
these
non-profits
to
get
the
money
beforehand
instead
of
waiting
till
the
16th,
so
you'd
have
to
weigh
that
out
and
on
a
course
benefit
analysis.
You
know
it's.
F
B
B
A
A
A
No,
I
know,
but
when,
when
you
tell
me
a
thousand-
and
I
know
we
just
approved
last
meeting-
500-
okay-
well,
that's
you
know
we
gotta
stop!
I
mean
this
is
this
is
kind
of
embarrassing
in
a
council
meeting
that
when,
when
you
ask
for
things
to
be
on
the
agenda-
and
it's
not
on
the
agenda
you're
supposed
to
be
going
through
this
agenda,
you're
the
ultimate
person
responsible
for
this
agenda-
you
know
so
you
know,
we've
got
to
make
sure
the
agenda's
done.
I
get.
A
D
B
A
Well,
I
know
councilman
drew
is
going
to
bring
up.
He
wants
to
have
a
meeting
next
tuesday,
so
you
can
put
it
on
there
if
you
need
to
what's.
B
C
B
G
A
F
A
B
A
Is
the
biggest
one
which
is
the
food
cupboard
which
is
not
even
on
here,
so
our
resolutions
missing
information?
This
I
mean
these
resolutions
and
everything
else
go
into
the
file
cabinet
and
then
it
shows-
and
if
this
console's
not
here,
they
don't
know
what
we
did
the
year
before,
unless
the
the
non-profit
organization
tells
us
so
we're
missing,
5
900,
I
know
where
it
went.
But
again,
if
a
new
council
is
here
or
whatever
they're
not
going
to
know-
and
it's
not
here-
it's
not.
A
A
D
C
A
What
do
you
want
to
do?
You
can
have
it
during
your
special
meeting
next
week,
wednesday
bob.
I
apologize
that
she
came
out
tonight
and
wednesday.
The
night
they're
gonna
have
a
meeting
wednesday,
the
ninth
for
another
matter,
money's
just
about
in
the
bank,
so
they
can
discuss
the
dollar.
E
A
A
F
Green
wednesday,
wednesday,
wednesday
night,
I
might
have
the
lodge
christmas
check
we'll
check
on
wednesdays.
B
D
B
To
be
here,
just
oh
no,
I
know
we
certainly
appreciate
it
about,
but
but
we
had
a
little
technical
snafu
when
we're
trying
to
play
by
the
rules.
C
I
Out
yeah
the
the
the
letter,
the
letter
in
resume
for
christine
broshu.
She
is
the
new
tax
assessor
that
just
started
today.
She
is
here
tonight
christine
you
want
to
come
up
christine
comes
to
us
from
town
hopkinton,
where
she's
been
tax
assessor
there
since
2011.,
so
we're
very
fortunate
to
have
someone
with
a
lot
of
actual
experience
in
the
position,
she's
also
a
registered
appraiser,
and
she
has
all
the
necessary
certifications
so
christine.
I
I
The
other
I
just
want
to
mention
that
the
senior
center
closing
to
take
place
last
week,
and
so
we
are
now
officially
the
proud
owners
of
the
senior
center
down
the
road
that
went
off
without
any
problems.
I
get
the
shakes
when
I
gotta
sign
a
million-dollar
bond.
That's
right
now
it's
location,
and
then
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
trash
and
recycling
it
has
been
much
much
smoother.
The
calls
have
basically
gone
down
to
nothing.
I
In
fact,
the
calls
that
I
have
been
receiving
are
compliments
and
comments
about
how
much
cleaner
the
streets
look
and
people
are
very
happy
with
the
service.
Now
that
it's
had
a
couple
of
weeks
to
work
the
bugs
out,
so
we're
we're
getting
there
and
I'm
sure
they'll.
You
know
we'll
come
across
some
other
things.
I
I
know
that
the
65
gallon
bins
have
been
going
out
and
we
also
have
the
the
even
the
smaller
ones,
still
that
some
of
the
elderly
residents
have
requested
that
are
will
be
coming
in
soon
and
we'll
get
those
out,
but
other
than
that,
I
think
everything
is
running
fairly
smoothly
at
this
stage
of
the
game.
So
we
knew
it
would
take
a
while,
but
I
think
it's
going
pretty
well
great.
That's
all!
I
have.
C
B
Questions
please
congratulations
to
everybody
that
that's
involved
in
that.
I
know
it's
a
difficult
few
weeks,
but
it
looks
like
we're
we're
on
our
way.
B
B
F
Evidence
quiet
in
ward
one.
I
just
wanted
to
remind
the
chief
to
paint
some
of
the
whites.
I've
been
getting
some
calls
on
in
natick
because
they
they
got
cited
for
not
doing
their
property,
so
they
say.
Look
at
the
fire
station.
That's
not
done
either
so.
F
The
other
thing
I
just
I
brought
it
up
to
ed
and
jackson.
I'm
glad
jack
you're
going
to
get
me
some
of
that
information.
I
have
another
100th
birthday
in
my
award.
Yes,
we
have
to
get
a
citation.
Give
me
some
information,
we're
going
to
get
one
of
them.
Centennial
things
100
years
in
and
that's
about
all.
I
have
in
one.
A
And
I
think
the
council.
A
An
email
from
jack
and
yesterday
was.
A
B
You
know
driving
around
you
know,
I'm
trying
to
promote
a
clean
town,
and
you
know
I've
been
everybody
here
has
been
pushing
it
for
a
while,
and
it's
not
always
easy
but
come
spring.
I
I
think
I
want
to
accelerate
and
I
also
during
our
budget
process
I
want
to
talk
about.
You
know
putting
our
money
where
our
mouth
is
as
far
as
keeping
this
town
clean
and
what
it's
going
to
take,
really
what
it's
going
to
take
to
keep
our
town
clean.
B
B
We
still
have
people
that
are
putting
trash
next
to
the
containers
and
hope
that
you
know
the
truck
driver
has
also
not
read
the
brochure,
but
but
it's
it
seems
to
be
going
pretty.
Well,
I'm
very
impressed.
I
think
that
we
really
have
to
be
vigilant
about.
You
know
tagging
these
homes
that
I
mean
there's
a
warning
first,
but
talking
to
the
especially
the
property
owner,
because
I
mean
when
spring
comes
and
when
we
see
these
huge
piles
out
there,
because
I
know
you're
gonna
see
them.
B
You're
gonna
see
people,
you
know
their
parting
gift
to
west
warwick
before
they
move
out
of
the
apartment
will
be
a
pile
of
trash.
You
know,
and
we've
got
to
be
prepared
for
that
to
to
keep
this
town
clean.
I
want
to
be
able
to
drive
in
you
know
down
my
street
and
not
see
trash
still
out.
There
containers
left
out
there
for
almost
a
week
after
they
pick
them
up
and
and
also
placed
out
there
almost
a
week
before
they
pick
them
up.
B
I
think
some
people
just
leave
them
out
there
and
throw
their
trash.
They
bring
their
trash
to
the
sidewalk.
But
it's
it's
all
around
I
mean
not
only
in
my
ward,
I
mean
I've
been
driving
around
and
then
and
and
that's
that's
where
we
can
start.
I
think
that's
the
easiest,
I
think,
to
to
try
to
keep
my
town
clean
and
again
come
in
the
spring
and
also
during
the
budget
process.
B
I
want
to
talk
about
how
we
can
put
us
some
funding
so
that
we
can
possibly
put
some
pot
timers
on
to
go
around
this
town
and
help
keep
it
clean
other
than
that
everything's
fine.
You
know
happy.
C
B
Saw
are,
we:
are
we
buying
red
containers
now.
B
On
providence,
street
has
three
containers
out
there:
black
a
green.
No,
it's
not
green,
a
black,
a
blue
and
a
red
yeah.
There's
a
red!
It's
been
out
there
for
a
couple
of
weeks.
I
can't
imagine
nobody
not
seeing
it
it's
right
out
there,
so
we're
picking
up
red
trash
containers.
No!
No!
Okay
and
that's.
H
B
B
I
A
B
B
B
E
Four,
I
have,
I
had
a
request
in
for
pretty
much
just
a
question
for
dave.
We
have
our
first
bulk
pickup
coming
up
this
upcoming
saturday
and
the
resident
was
wondering:
do
they
just
call
dpw,
do
they
call
mega?
They
couldn't
find
it
on
the
website
or
the
flyer.
The
protocol
for
scheduling
a
bulk
pickup?
E
Is
there
a
way
to
do
it
via
email
or
right
now,
email,
nicole
or
call
dpw?
Okay?
Can
we
get
something
put
on
the
website?
Just
just
because
I
know
that's
clarifying,
that's
a
question:
that's
going
to
be
coming
up,
good
cool!
Thank
you
other
than
that.
That
was
the
only
question.
How
was
your
instruction
everything.
A
We
will
be
putting
something
on
the
website
to
because
have
clarification
on
how
to
schedule
bulk
pickup
one
way
is
through
email
through
nicole.
No,
nobody
heard
me
no.
E
A
E
Totally
met,
I
did
receive
a
couple
reports,
a
couple
questions
residents,
two
of
them
emailed
me
asking
if
there
was
asphalt
sidewalks
going
in-
and
I
said
to
the
best
of
my
knowledge
no
way
and
it's
all
the
way
up
now.
C
A
All
the
way
up
to
the
it's
all
the
way
up,
bashful
so.
F
Sections
there
are
all
asphalt
and
then
at
the
new
intersection
is
all
concrete.
The
one
across
the
street
front
of
the
tattoo
shop
is
all
going
to
be
replaced
with
concrete
the
ones
down
new
london
average
or
asphalt.
Oh
asheville.
Why?
Because
that's
what
the
state
approved
the
state?
Doesn't
the
state
doesn't
take
now
either
the
state's
responsible
for
the
sidewalks
or
they're?
Not
so,
if
they're
going
to
prove
crap
like
that,
then
they
should
be
responsible
for
the
sidewalks.
That's
crap,
it's
a
hatsune
fault,
sideways.
B
F
F
E
F
A
A
I
A
Were
asking
me-
and
I
I
was
like
I
don't
know-
I
don't
know
why
they're
doing
asphalt,
but
I
mean
it
doesn't
look
bad,
but
I
just
don't
know
how.
If
the
durability
is
the
same
or
never,
you
know
I.
F
Four
inches
of
concrete
to
to
asphalt,
don't
forget
the
salt's
not
going
to
affect
the
asphalt
like
it.
Does
the
concrete
either
takes
years
to
affect
that?
Well,
we'll
see,
I
guess
all
right
and
as
far
as
the
schedule
goes,
don't
forget.
We
were
a
month
late
for
the
company
to
be
able
to
start
there,
because
kent
county
had
to
go
in
and
run
their
new
water
lines
and
all
that
stuff
yeah
and
they
were
late
because
of
the
late
start
in
the
season.
F
So
everything
got
backed
up,
but
if
they
stay
on
schedule
from
now,
you
might
see
asphalt
there,
thursday
or
friday,
or
this
week
the
curbs
are
all
in
across
from
the
tattoo
pala
now.
Did
you
notice
that
tonight
that's
all
in
it
should
be
pretty
much
graded
and
now,
with
the
rain,
see
what
happens,
but
they
were
planning
on
asphalting,
wednesday,
thursday
and
friday.
So
we'll
see.
F
Did
you
take
care
of
this
intercom
system.
H
C
5
is
also
slow.
The
only
thing
I'm
working
on
right
now
is
the
stuff
you
suggested
from
the
last
meeting
about
the
traffic
light
at
east
greenwich
avenue
and
the
lights
out
on
royal
drive
and
that
joe
argenti
went
and
looked
at
those
contacted
national
grid.
A
A
So
I
have
people
yeah
they're,
leaving
mounds
of
dirt
on
the
sidewalk
who
people
who
clean
their
sidewalks
for
the
winter
use
their
snow
blowers
said:
there's
gonna
be
mounds
of
dirt.
How
am
I
gonna
snow
blow?
My
drive
the
sidewalks,
but
I
can
go
through
summit
avenue.
North
pleasant,
pleasant,
navara
street
elbow
street
woodbine.
A
There's
got
to
be
a
total
of
20
or
30
double
poles,
all
of
a
sudden
since
the
spring
and
nobody's
touched
them,
and
here
we
are
going
into
the
winter.
So
if
we
can
get
on
top
of
that
and
when
joe
turned
into
three
or
four
on
north
pleasant
street,
which
still
haven't
been
fixed,
they
weren't
even
aware
they
did
that.
So
I
don't
know
this
could
be
a
two-year
three-year
thing
if
it
doesn't
get
resolved,
if
we
don't
remind
them
that
they
put
the
polls,
let's
pass.
A
You
know
I
mean:
can
we
just
reach
out
to
national
grid
and
find
out
what's
going
on
with
those
I'm
surprised?
The
way
I
brought
it
up,
but
we
had
two
successful
tree
lightings
this
week,
thanksgiving
night
phoenix
went
off
without
a
hitch.
We
had.
A
We
had
300
residents
from
westwood
coventry
hope
situated
area
that
were
down
in
the
phoenix
area
and
last
night
fred
and
I
were
sitting
there
and
we
were
trying
to
figure
out
how
many
people
were
in
the
attic
one.
We
figured
close
to
a
thousand
people
attended
that
tree
lighting,
so
very
successful
tree
lightings.
So
congratulations
to
all,
and
it
is
now
the
christmas
season
and
rockefeller
center
is
getting
lit
up
wednesday.
If
anybody
wants
to
watch
it
on
tv.
B
B
Yeah
yeah
yeah.
This
affects
everybody.
I
don't
know
when
it
went
on
the
website,
but
I
just
saw
it
on
a
website
today
which
needs
some
work
by
the
way,
but
we'll
talk
about
that
later
on,
but
public
skating
every
saturday,
yes
at
our
ice,
rink
yeah
has
been
that
been
in
the
paper.
Yeah.
I
B
Yeah
but
yeah,
and
it's
it's
it's
a
few
hours
too
yeah
it's
ten
dollars
and
they
have
limited
rentals
at
five
dollars.
It's,
I
think,
that's
great
something
we
haven't
done
in
a
long.
F
F
E
Our
inventory
wear
it
there.
No,
because
I
mean
going
back
to
the
conversation
we
we'll
get
a
little.
G
Issue
free:
how
does
that?
How
does
that
liability
insurance
when
you
bring
people
in
from
out
of
state
in-state
somebody's,
not
paying?
Someone
is
paying
the
lawyer's
dream.
Kids
make
it
a
dollar.
B
B
A
Bush
here,
but
I'm
very
concerned
with
who
collects
the
money,
I
have
no
idea,
there's
been
rumors
in
the
past
when
the
town
ran
it,
people
were
collecting
money
to
rent
the
ice
rink
and
all
that,
and
they
were
pocketing
money
and
I'm
very
concerned
that
individuals
up
there
are
going
to
be
collecting
cash
and
we
won't
have
a
head
count
of
who
comes
in
and
how
many
come
in.
So
do
we?
How
do
you
monitor
that.
I
Well,
we've
got
cameras
that
are
going
to
be
installed
up
there,
so
we
do
have
cameras
in
all
cache
locations,
we'll
have
cameras
same
ones.
We
have
around
town
halls
here.
In
fact,
the
gentleman's
coming
to
get
the
the.
G
I
I
There
are
lease
agreements
tim
went
through
and
the
trust
also
went
through
the
lease
agreements
we
have
with
the
with
anybody
renting
the
ice
up
there
they're
very
it's
very
thorough
in
terms
of
the
responsibilities
and
the
rules,
and
so
everyone
on
the
ice
will
have
to
sign
some
kind
of
you
know
all
the
teams
playing
have
to
sign
these
lease
agreements
and
we
have
very
strict
payment
criteria.
I
Rules
for
you
know
when
payments
have
to
be
made
if
they
don't
make
the
payments
they're
not
going
to
be
able
to
hold
the
time
for
future.
So
all
those
things
are
being
put
in
place.
I
will
say
that,
right
now
you
know:
we've
we've
spent
roughly
140
thousand
dollars
up
there
in
improvements,
since
we
took
it
back
over
and
those
are
things
you
know.
I
A
ton
of
plumbing
and
electrical
work
purchase
the
zamboni
purchase
of
other
equipment
that
was
required,
but
we're
projecting
right
now,
just
from
the
bookings
that
we
have
on
the
on
the
books.
Right
now
that
by
the
end
of
march,
we'd
be.
I
So
basically,
so,
basically
we're
looking
and
that's
with
all
personnel
and
everything
so
we're
looking
at.
You
know
right
now,
a
profit
of
well
over
150,
just
just
through
march.
I
That's
that's
the
so
we've!
So
if
you
look
at
the
expense
side
with
with
the
revenues
that
that
are
in
now
and
what's
on
the
books
and
no
we're
looking
at
basically
a
net
of
about
150,
but
that's
with
spending
150
000
almost
that
you
know
we're
not
that's
not
something
we're
going
to
spend
every
year.
These
were
you
know,
improvements
that
have
been
those.
I
G
About
the
risks
that
are
inherent
both
to
ice
rinks
and
swimming
pools,
it's
not
like
you're
walking
up
on
a
football
field
or
a
basketball,
gymnasium
or
running
around
a
track.
You
get
people
that
have
not
been
on
ice
in
a
long
time.
They
decide
to
go
out
there,
thinking
that
they
can
still
do
it,
and
next
thing
you
know
somebody
gets
you
know.
G
Normally,
what
they
do
is
they
have
if
it's
good,
if
it's
going
to
be
free
first
off,
they
make
sure
they
get
the
insurance
to
cover
anybody.
That's
coming
in
because
again
right
off
the
top
of
my
head.
I
don't
know
the
capacity
of
that
ice
rink
as
far
as
free
skaters.
I
don't
know
how
many
people
are
supposed
to
be
on
there
at
any
one
time
all
right.
Secondly,
have
them
sign
waivers
and
to
identify
the
town,
but
that
usually
doesn't
work.
G
City
of
providence,
believe
it
or
not,
they
have
them
sign
things.
If
not.
G
F
G
E
G
G
E
Like
to
see
it
promoted,
one
of
the
things
that
we
talked
about
behind
the
scenes
was
by
taking
it
back
over
and
making
it
a
town
thing
for
the
time
being
to
see
how
things
work
out,
like
ed,
said
a
couple
of
times
where
you
know
if
you're
you're
essentially
subsidizing
the
ice
rink
in
that
respect.
So
I'd
like
to
see
at
least
for
the
town
residents
it
be
free
or
if
it
can't
be
free
a
dollar
so
that
we
can
promote
the
kids
there
and
see
that
being
used.
E
C
D
B
A
A
So
I
don't
know
where
2016
keeps
coming
up,
but
there
is
a
resolution
saying
that
person's
term
expired.
11,
2016.,
there's
also
a
resolution
that
shows
that
person
which
was
bob
paliada
expired
11
2015.,
the
one
that
signed
11
2015,
was
signed
by
council
president
at
the
time
angelo
bedouler
in
2010.
A
So
these
appointments
are
set
schedule.
Even
though,
even
if
we
appoint
a
person
in
january
of
2016,
it
still
expires
11
2020..
They
don't
get
to
serve
a
full
five
years,
but
it's
still
the
set
date.
So
again,
this
position
expires.
11
2020..
I
want
to
make
that
clear.
I
mean
last
meeting.
I
made
it
clear
that
did
a
letter
go
out
to
mr
palliative
saying
that
he
his
because
he
thinks
his
resignation
was
in
january
and
his
actual
term
expired.
11,
30
2015.
A
B
A
It
since
october
we've
advertised
it
six
times
it
might
have
had
the
wrong
date,
but
just
make
sure
you
fix
the
date
by
the
time
it
comes
up.
So
far
we
have
three
applicants,
one
with
drew
his
name
far,
as
I
know
deborah
taco
and
langdon
cloth.
Okay,
those
are
the
three
names
you
have
on
that
who's.
A
A
A
A
C
Mollahan
monterey
drive.
Mr
president,
first
of
all
I
want
to
thank
ed
for
fixing
that
speaking
speaker,
because
it's
really
working
good
now.
It
has
worked
like
that
in
the
last
six
or
seven
years.
C
Yes,
it's
it's
nice
to
see
something
coming
out
of
there.
Here's
something
coming
out
of
there
look
out!
Well,
sometimes
I
do
sometimes
I
do
yeah,
depending
on
how
much
I've
had
to
drink
that
day.
C
Now,
on
this
ordinance
on
this
ordinance,
2015
hyphen
17,
is
there
going
to
be
like
a?
Is
the
public
going
to
be
invited
to
that,
or
is
that
going
to
be
open
or
closed
meeting
or
for
the
trash?
C
C
F
C
Dates
are
going
to
be.
Okay,
that's
good,
and
I
want
to.
I
want
to
really
thank
our
men
in
blue
who
who
protect
us
from
evildoers
and
wrong
doors,
and
I
had
a
case
in
point.
I
want
to
thank
chief
silva
and
three
of
us
better
officers.
I
think
sergeant
stephen
venetta
and
detective
mark
lango
and
patrick
kelly.
C
I
had
a
case
where
I
had
a
mischief
maker
who
was
a
contractor
who
was
who
was
giving
me
a
lot
of
mischief?
It
went
on
for
about
three
months,
so
I
talked
to
the
chief
a
couple
about
about
the
last
meeting
and
lord
and
behold.
They
finally
got
it
resolved
and
no
guns
were
drawn,
no
shots
were
fired
and
it
was
if
it
wasn't
for
them.
I
still
wouldn't
have
had
the
money,
and
I
really
thank
them
and
appreciate
our
police
department,
and
I
I.
A
A
Along
with
that,
I
I
just
want
to
announce
that
I
found
out
last
week
while
shopping
in
bj's,
that
detective
tannen
had
retired,
and
so
you
know
I
gave
him
a
call
the
other
day.
I
wished
him
luck
and
I
thanked
him
for
everything
he
did
but
being
union
president
and
working
with
us,
the
past
10
years
and
going
back
and
forth
and
sometimes
in
those
negotiating
rooms
and
he's
always
been
cordial,
pleasant
and
professional
in
those
rooms.
A
So
when
I
called
him,
he
said
he's
in
the
middle
of
nowhere
patrolling
the
streets
of
west
greenwich
now
so.
A
But
again,
the
only
thing
I
would
you
know
fred.
If
we
could
just
know
about
these
things
a
little
in
a
more
of
advance.
You
know
he
was
the
union
president.
We
did
work
with
him
close
over
the
past
10
years,
that
you
know
when
people
retire,
that
the
council
should
know,
and
you
know
especially.
I
know
it
was
quick.
I
know
it
was
within
10
days,
but
you
know
it's
nice
to
know
at
least
a
simple
email.
Absolutely
thank
you
anything
else.
