If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Dear
lord,
we
ask
that
you
please
watch
over
this
great
state
of
rhode,
island
and,
in
particular,
the
great
citizens
of
west
walwick.
We
ask
that
you'll
help
guide
this
council
and
making
wise
decisions,
informed
decisions,
and
always
with
a
little
bit
of
compassion,
amen,
amen.
C
A
D
C
A
And
second
any
discussion,
any
public
discussion-
I
don't
know
if
it
got
on
here,
but
I
received
a
resignation,
letter
nope.
A
Resignation
letter
from
nicholas
denise
from
the
pension
board,
he
accepted
a
position
working
with
a
new
jobs
that
he
was
assigned
to
by
the
speaker
of
the
house.
So
he's
not
going
to
have
the
time
to
be
working
on
the
pension
board.
I
know
he's.
I
thought
he
sent
everybody
an
email,
but
I
thought
I
don't
think
we
got
on
the
agenda
fast
enough.
Well,.
A
B
Took
an
appointment
from
the
speaker
for
being
the
director
on
the
board
of
blue
cross
yeah
yeah.
A
B
I'm
sorry,
mr
president,
I'd
just
like
to
thank
him
for
his
service
yeah
for
the
last
few
years.
A
D
F
Before
you
move
it
yeah,
this
was
this
was
table
because
they
were
negotiating
with
us
on
some
points,
with
the
tax,
assessor
and
and
the
in
the
town
planners
to
make
sure
everything
is
right.
So
we've
actually
we've
met
a
couple
times
now,
but
we
wanted
them
to
get
back
to
us
on
a
couple
of
points.
So
they've
asked
to
come
to
the
next
meeting
so
because
it
was
on
the
table,
we
we
left
it
on
the
agenda
so
that
we
can.
E
E
C
C
B
C
E
F
B
Second,
discussion
yeah:
this
is
chief,
we'll
we'll
take
this,
but
this
is
the
response
to
the
bid
for
two
data
terminal
data,
mobile
data
terminals
and
as
part
of
his
capital
improvement
plan
chief.
B
G
It
is
yes
looking
to
replace
the
the
mdt's
in
the
police,
cars
they're
they're
about
eight
years
old,
maybe
going
on
nine,
and
so
that
they're
outdated
and
some
of
them
still
have.
Is
it
xp?
G
So
we
really
need
to
to
upgrade
those
we've
tried
to
to
upgrade
the
operating
systems
on
some
of
them
and
had
some
success,
and
not
so
much
with
some
of
the
others.
So
we're
looking
to
purchase
three,
we
did
go
out
to
bid.
There
was
only
one
company
that
bid
on
it.
G
B
And
they're
expensive,
I
mean
when
you
first
look
at
this.
You
can
say:
oh
my
god,
you
can
buy
a
laptop
for
you
know
500
nowadays,
but
but
these
are
not
normal
laptops,
they're
very
rugged,
very
heavy
duty.
That's
probably
probably
the
the
selling
point
of
it.
It's
such
a
rugged
piece
of
machinery
that
you
really
have
to
have
and
to
get
eight
years
out
of
a
laptop.
That's
that's
pretty
good
chief,
not
bad
xp
is
the
old
operating
system.
B
Microsoft
stopped
supporting
xp,
oh
at
least
a
year
now,
which
means
it's
subject
to
no
more
patches,
which
means
the
security
on
those.
You
should
have
shut
those
down
probably
last
year,
chief,
because
xp
is
no
longer
supported
by
microsoft
for
patches
for
security
breaches,
so
get
them
all
replaced.
If
you
have
any
xp
running
out.
G
Yeah
and
the
one
last
thing
I
mean
what
we
use
them
for
is
we
run
checks.
We
actually
need
to
use
them
to
do
the
e-tickets
when
we
issue
citations
and
we
do
reports
on
them
so
that
they
they
use
quite
a
bit.
You
know
it's
a
mobile
office,
so
yeah.
D
Additions
and
cancellation
of
taxes
resolved
that
the
attached
conditions,
in
the
amount
of
thirty
six
thousand
twenty
nine
dollars
and
forty
five
cents
and
cancellations
in
the
amount
of
twenty
four
thousand
three
hundred
and
sixty
nine
dollars
and
88
cents
presented
to
the
tax
assessor
for
approval
of
the
town
council.
In
accordance
with
article
25,
section,
five
of
the
westward
code
of
ordinances,
that's
nearby
approved.
The
original
list
is
on
file
in
the
office
of
the
tax,
assessor
I'll.
E
B
If
what
is
is
christine
here,
yes,
she
is,
it
should
quickly.
I
can,
I
can
guess
at
it,
but
christine's
here.
So
let's
ask.
E
We
already
collected
like
say
once
29
2967
23.,
so
that
means
we
collected
that
2
937
dollars,
just
just
that's
a
double.
So
really
it's
not
costing
us
the
36
thousand.
It's
just
it's.
B
B
Exactly
I
would
think
that
the
wrong
person
the
bill
was
sent
to
the
wrong
person
so
on
on
record.
Well,
whether
they
paid
it
or
not.
It's
not
record
that
they
owe
it
or
have
paid
it,
and
so
now
they
they
the
other
person.
The
deed
was
never
received
by
the
town
or
recorded.
So
we
wouldn't
know
that
there
was
no
ownership,
so
we
sent
the
bill
to
the
wrong
place.
Is
that
right,
christine
right?
Okay,
and
sometimes
what
does
happen
is
we
have
to
credit.

I'll.
E
D
D
I'm
sorry

for
a

I'll.
A
The
only
thing
I
think
they're
doing
is
changing
names
and
I
don't
know
if
ownership's
changing
hands,
but
it's
going
from
fuse
bar
to
millworks
tavern.
That's
about
the
only
thing
I
know.
A
B
A
D

Two
eight,

three.
A
In
second
any
discussion
again
anybody
who's
been
here.
I
know
I
was
there
for
the
holiday
party
for
the
town
and
I
actually
gave
them
the
idea
and
they
were
like.
C
A
E
C
A
E
I
waved
to
make
a
motion
to
waive
the
reading
I'll.
Second,
that.
A
Okay
and
for
the
record,
the
only
reason
this
is
sponsored
by
me
because
paula
got
this
resolution
from
other
cities
and
towns
and
she
just
asked
if
I
wanted
on
the
agenda-
and
I
said
yes
so
who
ended
up
being
sponsored
by
me-
I
I
I'm
not
pro,
I'm
not
for
or
against
it,
I'm
just
you
know.
I
just
want
everybody
to
get
their.
E
A
B
J
A
I
can
tell
you
this
much
the
last
bill
that
I
I
was
talking
to
representative
surfer
and
the
way
the
way
they're
looking
at
it
right
now.
It's
a
20
one
way
from
one
end
of
the
state
to
the
other,
22
enter
the
state,
say
mass
to
travel
through
connecticut
and
then
another
20
to
come
back
into
the
state
to
get
into
mass
if
a
truck
enters
and
leaves
rhode
island
five
times
a
day,
the
most
the
trucker
will
pay
is
forty
dollars.
A
It
costs
125
a
day
for
the
george
washington
bridge
in
new
york.
If
new
york
trust
truckers
cross
the
bridge
five
times
a
day,
truckers
pay
725,
so
basically
they're
capping
it
they're
looking
to
cap
it
in
rhode
island.
So
if
they
come
through
more
than
a
couple
of
times,
it's
a
max
of
four
dollars
per
day.
E
E
E
Yeah
I
mean
the
car
what
I
don't
like
about
it.
I
deal
with
truckers
every
day
they
pick
up
my
metal
and
they
come
over
from
out
of
state
they
come
in
and
they
use
the
the
tolls
and
just
just
going
to
come
out
on
the
consumer,
whether
it's
food,
clothing,
metals,
anything
that
comes
in
and
out
that
gets
shipped.
The
truckers
are
not
going
to
eat
this.
So
it's
going
to
reflect
back
on
us
and
I'm
not
for
it.
I.
B
Read
a
lot
about
it.
Can
I
turn
it
on?
Okay,
I
talked
to
representative
nunes
did
did
pat
vote
for
this
or
against
this
one.
Well,.
H
Those
people
that
live
in
those
cities
and
towns
may
have
to
approve
it
too
much
like
the
double
vote,
with
the
casino
they're,
all
ideas,
nothing
is
set
in
stone,
so
yeah
you're,
you're,
really
kind
of
dealing
with
it
like
for
angelo.
It's
a
general
issue.
Well,
if
you
put
the
tax
it's
going
to
be
set
up
on
the
consumer,
but
on
the
other
hand
you
know
the
tax.
Excuse
me
the
roads
to
bridges
who's
paying
for
that.
Well,.
B
A
B
A
You
know,
speaking
speaking,
to
pat,
she
basically
said
that
it's
it's
basically,
the
one
that
representative
news
is
talking
about,
or
you've
talked
to
representative
was
a
improved
version
of
the
governor's
version.
B
A
B
My
concern
is
you
go
down
the
whole
list
of
these
things?
You
know
and
it's
very,
very
strong
argument.
However,
I
believe
that
the
the
end
user
should
have
to
pay
a
premium.
There's
no
question:
there's
no
argument
that
you
know
the
18.
Wheelers
are
the
ones
that
are
destroying
our
roads,
not
only
state
roads,
but
also
municipalities.
B
You
know,
earl
street,
you
know
there's
a
reason
why
that
road
is
cracking
up
already,
because
I
see
these
18
wheelers
and
these
large
trucks
go
on
the
road
every
single
day,
so
the
end
user
being
the
the
trucker
has
to
use
it
now.
Angelo
is
saying
it
and
I
agree
it's
going
to
trickle
down
to
the
to
the
consumer.
B
They
still
have
to
be
competitive
right
if
the
other
truck
driver
decides
to
absorb
part
of
it,
they're
going
to
keep
their
prices
down
too,
and
I
also
don't
buy
that
the
truckers
are
going
to
go
go
to
through
connecticut,
because
if
they
they're
going
to
go
the
best
route,
where
they're
going
to
save
the
most
amount
of
money-
and
they
would
have
gone
through
connecticut
a
long
time
ago.
B
Right
if,
if
it
wasn't
that
was
the
round
route,
is
probably
quicker,
faster.
Well,
less
tickets,
connecticut.
A
Stopped
tolling
trucks
five
years
ago
and
they're
actually
starting
to
bring
it
back
to
them
because
believe
it
or
not,
connecticut
and
rhode,
island
well,
connecticut,
connecting
connecticut
and
rhode
island
are
the
only
two
states
that
do
not
told
trucks
and
connecticut's
bringing
it
back.
So
you
know
when
you
guys
sit
there.
A
E
You
know
my
other
beef
with
this
is
we're
already
paying
extra
fees
on
our
registrations,
specifically
for
road
improvements
which
hasn't
been
spent
on
it.
I've
been
paying
a
dollar
fifty
for
a
computer
system.
Every
time
you
register
the
car
for
the
fight
for
the
last
five
years.
It
must
be
worth
10
billion
dollars.
You
know.
B
E
E
B
C
D
C
F
Are
specifics
on
the
new
plan
in
the
document
that
I
handed
out,
I
met
with
the
with
the
director
of
dot
yesterday,
along
with
all
the
mayors
and
town
managers
in
the
area,
and
they
basically
provided
a
specific
one
for
for
each
town,
and
it
shows
you
where
the
total
gantries
will
be
in
your
area
and
what
the
potential
impact
impact
would
be
if
trucks
tried
to
avoid
the
tolls.
F
What
their
plan
was
on
that
so
there's
there's
information
on
in
here,
but
I
think,
like
councilman
jerus
said,
there's
there's
again
just
there's
not
enough.
I
mean
none
of
us.
A
C
E
E
What's
going
on
as
of
right
now,
what
I
know
it's
going
to
trickle
down
to
the
to
the
citizens
of
this
state,
and
I
vote
no,
I
vote
to
support
this
that
there
is
no
tolls,
because
there's
other
ways
that
they
should
be
getting
this
money
and,
like
david
said,
the
truckers
are
volunteered
to
pay
more
on
their
registrations
more
on
their
fuel
tax
or
whatever
they're
doing
so.
Once
we
say
we're
going
to
table
this
and
discuss
it
another
time
the
votes
go
on.
E
E
B
E
A
A
B
A
B
J
Sure
burton
mollahan
monterey
drive.
Mr
president,.
J
Now
they
charge
your
disposal
fee.
This
is
a
slippery
slope.
What's
going
to
happen
if
they
get
if
they
get
the
the
to
tax,
the
trucks
is
in
the
trucks.
Within
a
year
a
year
and
a
half
they're
going
to
come
up.
Well,
we
aren't
quite
making
what
we're
supposed
to
make.
Let's
do
the
light
trucks
and
then.
J
Trucks
we'll
have
a
new
administration
in
and
all
of
a
sudden,
because
of
all
the
casinos
going
up,
our
casino
isn't
providing
the
revenue
that
it
used
to
provide
and
let's
let's
do
the
cars
and
they
will
do
the
cars
somehow
they'll
get
around
this
thing
to
keep
upping
it
and
expanding
it.
And
the
first
thing
you
know
you'll
be
paying
a
toll
on
your
bicycles.
But
that's
that's.
A
A
J
J
Work
around
that,
because,
if
they
don't
get
it
this
year,
they'll
bring
it
up
next
year,
the
following
year,
just
like
they
always
do
when
they
want
to
get
something
true
through
like
like
the
marriage
thing,
they
kept,
bringing
it
up
and.
A
Bringing
it
somebody
actually
brought
up
sales
tax
when
they
first
introduced
there
was
that
one
percent,
then
it
went
to
two
and
then
all
the
way
up.
A
J
J
I'd
rather
see
him
put
a
nickel
extra
on
a
gallon
of
gasoline.
K
So
I
have
to
just
state
your
name,
deborah
schusterman,
governor's
hill.
I
have
to
agree
with
councilman
padula
on
this
too
I'd
like
to
see
it
squashed
from
the
town
level,
where
the
money
goes
from
the
tolls.
It's
not
gonna.
How
do
we
know
it's
going
to
go
to
the
roads,
the
lottery
money,
the.
K
All
the
states
to
have
a
lottery
as
long
as
there's
a
separate
fund
and
it
goes
to
education
and
roads
virginia
got
rid
of
their
toll
booth
within
three
years.
Everybody
else
in
in
new
england,
okay,
put
it
in
a
general
fund
and
that's
why
the
roads
are
the
way
it
is
now.
How
do
we
know
that
the
tolls
are
not
going
to
go
into
the
general
fund?
We.
K
K
So
I
I
have
to
agree:
we
need
to
squash
it
on
the
town
level.
Warwick
voted
on
it
last
night
for
their
their
council
meeting
and
they
they
voted
to
squash
it
as
well.
So,
okay.
A
A
Moving
second,
I
just
want
to
go
over.
First
of
all
again
thank
her
for
her
service.
Unfortunately,
you
know
paula
gave
me
a
letter
here,
and
she
also
talked
to
me
on
the
phone
about
disbanding
some
committees
because
she
reached
out
to
these
people
that
are
resigning
tonight
and
they
haven't
met
in
years.
A
So
so
we
can
go
over
these
lists
later
on,
but
again
you
know
tara,
it's
herself,
I
don't
think
she's
ever
been
to
a
meeting.
She
said
so
six
years
old.
E
But
if
I
remember
correctly
dave,
we
said
we're
gonna,
disband
this
development
commission
in
case
it
comes
into
effect
again.
We
have
the
certain
members
ready
to
go
well.
A
C
B
B
I
gave
him
a
call
to
find
out
what's
going
on
and
he
said
well,
you
know,
first
of
all,
we
don't
meet,
but
then
for
the
times
that
they
did
me,
they
don't
really
have
any
money
to
do
anything
either.
They
want
to
put
some
signage
up
and
they
didn't
have
any
money
to
do
that
and
they
haven't
met
in
a
long
long
time,
as
you
said,
and
I
think
it
should
be
probably
suspended
until
we
find
a
need
for
it.
I.
C
Got
nervous
when
I
looked
at
it
because
it
was
the
I
thought
it
was
the
article
no.
E
I
mean
I
I
I
don't
see
a
I
don't
see.
I
agree
with
ed
not
to
reappoint
you
know,
put
the
empty
appointments
up,
not
advertising
for
it,
but
the
ones
that
are
there.
I
want
to
stay,
I
mean
they're
already.
In
effect,
it
costs
us
nothing.
So
in
case
it
ever
does
go
forward
again.
At
least
we
have
some
people
there
that
know
what
it
was
all
about.
B
A
C
A
A
All
in
favor
for
tara's
resignation,
hi
opposed
eyes.
Have
it.
A
Second,
any
discussion:
we
could
thank
him
for
his
service,
but
he
actually
moved
his
service
over
to
the
arctic.
A
E
C
B
This
is
the
first
reading
yeah.
This
is
the
first
reading.
I
think
it's
just
placed
in
there.
I
think
you
can
do
it
that
way.
Yeah
I.
B
B
E
C
H
B
If
we
can't
do
it
yeah
I
mean
I
went
over
the
document.
I've
got
all
my
notes
on
this
document
that
the
electronic
file
that
I
received
for
the
agenda
and-
and
I
understand
that
this
is
important
because
you
went
over
it
and
you
put
your
notes
here.
So
I
guess
we
could
discuss
what
you've
come
up
with,
but.
H
H
H
B
H
But
what
has
been
presented
that
is
different
than
what
dave
just
said
to
you
is
the
only
thing
that
has
been
provided
known
as
the
people.
So
my
question
right.
So
if
you
want
to
discuss
what's
in
here,
you
can,
but
it's
not
a
first
reading
for
this
ordinance.
It's
not
our
first
reading
for
2015-17.
H
I
H
A
A
B
E
K
Well,
here
we
go
deb
shusterman
governors
hill,
I'd
like
for
the
council
to
establish
a
veterans
coordinator
for
the
town
of
west
warwick.
K
Most
of
the
cities
and
towns
already
have
a
veterans
coordinator,
and
it's
not
going
to
be
mandatory
under
this
new
governor
as
soon
as
she
appoints
a
director
veterans
director
she's,
going
to
strongly
recommend
that
each
city
in
town
have
a
veterans
coordinator
and
what
the
veterans
coordinator
does.
It
serves
as
a
conduit
between
the
town,
the
town's
veterans
and
the
state
and
all
the
legislature,
that's
written.
E
I
mean
deb
has
been
quite
active
she's
on
our
planning
board.
Now
she
wanted
to
get
involved
when
she
first
moved
here
about
six
seven
years
ago,
whenever
you
call
deb
she's
right
there,
she
wants
to
help
out
the
community,
and
I
thought
it
was
a
great
idea
to
have
some
representation
for
the
veterans.
E
K
There
was
a
leadership
summit
which
is
held
every
two
months
on
the
state,
with
the
tag
which
is
the
adjutant
general
and
who's
who
on
state
legislature
and
some
of
the
cities
and
towns
coordinators
were
there
and
we
were
not
represented,
and
a
lot
of
things
came
out
of
that
that
I
wish
I
was
there.
So
it
made
me
a
little
upset
and
that's
when
I
realized
we
didn't
have
a
coordinator
here
so.
K
A
K
I
told
you
she
gets
everything,
so
I
I
mean
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
I
wasn't
aware
of,
because
I
wasn't
invited
because
I
wasn't
on.
I
wasn't
on
a
town,
a
town
council
or
a
state
rep
and
representative
morgan
didn't
know
about
the
leadership
summit
that
they
had.
So
I
found
out
through
the
grapevine.
E
So
I
mean
we
do
have
some
veteran
homes
here
in
the
town
yeah
we
have
the
the
one
in
my
ward,
we
have
another
one
over
here.
You
have
the
vfw
hall.
You
have
the
american
legion,
I
mean
nobody
representing
them.
I
think
I
think
it'd
be
a
good
idea
as
a
good
faith
to
support
this.
It's
not
going
to
cost
us
a
nickel.
E
This
is
a
work
worthy
appointment.
In
my
opinion,.
K
You
know
when
I,
when
I
retired
from
the
navy,
my
oath
of
enlistment
still
never
expired
and
and
I've
I've
been
helping
out
veterans,
since
I
moved
up
to
rhode
island
in
2000.
So
this
is
just
the
next
step
and
actually
now
it's
more
focusing
on
the
town.
Instead
of
you
know,
people
calling
me
up
from
portsmouth
or
tibetan,
or
you
know
so,
I'd
like
to
focus
on
give
back
to
the
town
a
little.
B
To
I
like
to
see
this
in
on
paper,
a
resolution
on
paper.
B
Look
at
it
make
sure,
because,
because
you're
going
to
be
or
whoever
is
appointed,
this
is
going
to
be
representing
yes,
a
liaison
between
the
town
right
for
the
town,
and
I
think
you
know
we
have
to
do
it
properly
and
name.
The
person.
E
The
council's
opportunities.
A
A
K
A
K
A
E
H
H
H
You
have
a
criteria
set
standard
set,
a
term
laying
out
exactly
what
authority
you
have
and
what
authorities
you
don't
have,
but
you
make
it
all
nice
in
the
make
sure
that,
for
example,
I'm
sure
that
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
cross-referencing
between
some
of
the
veterans
groups
that
are
here
some
of
the
department
of
elderly
affairs,
the
senior
center.
So
there's
gonna
be
a
lot
of
cross-coordination.
B
H
H
G
K
E
K
E
F
Just
a
couple
of
quick
items:
you
should
have
all
received
copies
of
the
budget
from
the
departments
that
the
finance
director
sent
to
me
at
per
the
town
charter.
That's.
E
E
F
Yes,
yeah
and
that's
and
now
that's
that's
the
department
request
so
from
this
point
we'll
be
working
on
revenue
projections
and
and
then
come
up
with
the
manager's
budget
per
the
per
the
charter,
so
that
that'll
be
forthcoming.
F
We
also
received
a
copy
today
yesterday
of
the
school
budget
per
charter.
So
that's
their
draft
budget.
So
we
have
that
in-house
as
well.
We
can
make
copies
available
and
email
that
to
the
council
or
you
can
pick
up
hard
copies
or
we
can
get
you
hard
copies,
whichever
you
prefer
again
that's
draft
and
that
was
approved
by
the
school
committee
last
two
last
tuesday,
yep.
F
I
gave
you
copies
of
the
road
map.
Like
I
mean
the
the
roadworks
document,
like
I
said,
we
met
with
the
director
of
d.o.t
cover
some
key
points
for
your
consideration.
If
the
council
decides
move
forward
with
a
resolution,
some
of
the
points
that
the
director
brought
up
is
that,
as
council
vice
president
drew
stated,
the
vast
majority
of
the
impact
on
the
roads,
particularly
highways,
is
due
to
the
larger
trucks
currently,
the
way
it
set
up
over
90
percent
of
the
money
to
repair.
F
F
It
to
the
user
to
the
users,
so
there's
a
lot
of
issues
with
it.
K
F
E
F
That'll
be
my
first
and
only
question,
and
finally,
the
the
council
met
on
the
road
bond
and
prioritization
last
week
since
that
meeting
dave,
lombardi
myself
dave's
worked
out
a
draft
of
an
rfp
we're
going
to
sit
down
with
the
solicitor
and
fine-tune
that
document.
Basically
we're
going
to
go
out
with
with
all
of
them,
but
make
it
loose
enough
to
say
that
we
can
add
or
subtract
as
as
we.
B
B
I
still
don't
have
roads
any
list
of
roads
david.
Were
you
going
to
get
me
a
list
of
suggested.
B
F
A
A
B
B
Just
so
that
everybody's
not
kidding,
I
mean
what
show
where
were
you
on,
I'm
no,
I'm
just
being
facetious.
I
want
to
congratulate
him
for
bringing
it
forward.
I'm
sorry
during.
E
B
Audition,
no,
no,
he
was
promoting
who's.
The.
B
The
hummel
report
my
brother,
was
on
pro:
did
you
get
interviewed
in
the
morning?
Yes,
you
got
interviewed
in
the
morning
on
jar.jpwpro
and
also
the
hummel
report
which
play
it's
on
the
internet.
You
can
still
see
it,
but-
and
I
suggest.
B
It's
a,
I
think,
it's
a
two-part
or
a
three-part
you're,
shaking
ahead
of
both
two-part
series
on
our
windmills,
and
I
just
want
to
say
congratulations,
great
job,
very
good.
It
shows
that
you
know
west
walworth
is
not
a
backwater,
little
shanty
town
and
that
we're
moving
ahead,
as
you
pointed
out
in
the
report
that
we're
as
far
as
you
know,
one
of
our
only
one
of
our
one
of
the
only
municipalities
in
the
state
that
have
done
this
so
far.
Of
course,
they
all
will
will
follow.
We.
B
A
B
Going
to
put
that
on
the
website,
we've
got
to
put
that
wherever
on
our
own
website,
it's
a
great
report
very,
very
good,
and
it
does
show
people
that
west
warwick,
first
of
all,
has
a
great
town,
manager
and,
and
second
of
all,
is-
is
being
very
progressive
and
moving
forward
to
generating
our
own
power.
So
congratulations.
A
That,
as
I
was
asking,
if
we're
going
to
post
that
report
on
our
website,
mr
messier,
I
know
posted
on
the
the
facebook
page
and
do
we
also.
I
know
somebody
was
monitoring
the
wes
warwick
facebook
page
who
is
in
charge
of
that.
F
F
Once
in
a
while,
but
in
all
reality
concerned,
citizens
has
become
the
de
facto,
so
we
let
them
know
about
information
and
and
jay's
been
really
good
about
posting
things.
Yeah.
A
All
right
upcoming
appointments,
westworld
redevelopment,
tif,
commission
ward,
two
three:
four:
five
member
at
large
west
warwick,
public
library
of
trustees,
five
three-year
terms,
development,
commission,
juvenile
hearing
board,
two
four-year
terms:
patuxent
river
authority
technology
committee,
recreation
committee,
planning
board,
board
of
tenant
affairs,
board
of
assessment
review
and
border
canvases
and
registration
public
comment
before
we
move
on
to
trash
talk,
just
a
quick
thing.
A
I
just
want
to
get
next
week
or
the
next
meeting
we
were
requested
by
bob
boyer
who's,
the
chairman
of
the
attic
redevelopment
commission
to
meet
with
us
in
executive
session
to
he
was
actually
you
want
to
listen
to
this.
Please,
sir.
He
requested
a
individual
builder
to
come
in
and
meet
with
us
an
executive
session
after
speaking
to
members
of
the
board,
all
they're
not
aware
of
this
meeting
they're,
not
even
aware
of
this
builder,
so
I
don't
know
unless
the
board
agrees
upon
it
and
votes
upon
meeting
with
us.
F
A
Should
they
have
it
on
their
agenda
to
bring
it
forward
to
the
town
council,
I'm
fine
with
meeting
with
them,
if
you
put
it
on
their
agenda
to
talk
about
it
and
to
bring
it
before
the
town
council,
I'm
fine
with
it.
I
just
as
speaking
to
and
I'll
be
frank.
I
was
speaking
to
stan
tayback
and
jim
marsh,
and
they
were
both
unaware
of
the
executive
session
that
was
requested
all
right.
So
at
the
time.
A
If
they
want
to
discuss
it,
I'm
fine
with
having
an
individual,
but
I
think
the
whole
board,
or
at
least
majority
of
the
board.
I
mean
that's
just
like
me
as
a
council
member,
absolutely
having
a
meeting
and
bringing
somebody
in
here
executive
session
and
not
having
them
knowing
about
it.
H
As
as
an
appointed
board,
they
have
to
follow
the
law
and
rules
and
regulations,
just
like
an
elected
council,
so
mr
boyer
or
any
individual
member
of
that
committee
can't
not
act
on
its
own
unless
there's
authority
from
the
committee
and
that
would
have
to
be
normally
through
a
vote.
That's
recorded
at
a
committee
meeting
and
also
on
the
agenda.
So
the
public
have
the
ability
to
discuss
it.
Yeah.
A
B
C
More
changes
to
right
after
you
voted
to
go
with
the
the
system
that
we
have
right
now.
Okay,
so
we
needed
to
get
that
system
in
place
yeah,
but
then
we
were
discussing
the
new
system.
We
had
a
bunch
of
questions,
but
then
we
were
supposed
to
have
a
workshop,
but
the
workshop
never
happened
in
order
to
get
the
answers
in
order
to
complete
this
audience.
B
B
B
C
B
C
I
Section
8
104
we're
all
good
as
far
as
definitions
are
concerned,
section
81041,
curbside
pickup-
that
still
stands
as
far
as
your
corrections,
section
8105
your
rules
and
regulations,
that's
where
we
get
into
a
few
contradictions
as
to
what
we've
got
in
the
program
right
now,
so
with
a
general
provisions,
number
one
collection
of
all
rubbish
will
be
made
from
each
occupied
single
family,
family
residential
unit
and
from
residential
apartments.
I
If
not
more
than
four
occupied
single-family
units,
no
rubbish
will
be
collected
from
any
condominium,
nor
from
any
private
commercial,
industrial
profit
or
non-profit
enterprise.
However,
nothing's
mentioned
about
combined
residents,
which
we've
provided
all
the
buckets
for,
so
that
was
still
something
that
had
been
tabled
before
when
we
had.
I
C
What
is
that?
Well,
we
had
the
discussion
before
we
had
like
the.
What
do
you
call
it?
The
the
cleaner
up
on
robin
street
that
had
a
combined
business,
they
had
a
commercial
and
a
regular
residence
petrocelly's.
C
E
E
Units
and
no
combined
properties
do
you
want
to
go
with
the
combined.
C
B
C
C
B
Has
seemed
to
help
us
out
a
little
bit
to
take
a
really
good
inventory
of
what's
out
there
and
what
we're
collecting,
what
we're
supposed
to
be
collecting
what
we're
not
by
the
law-
and
I
said
this
in
the
beginning-
we
can
either
change
the
law
and
stop
picking
up
churches
or
go
back
to
what
maintain
the
law.
B
B
B
Also,
we've
got
to
talk
about
the
the
finances
of
this
right.
J
I
I
back
my
back
on
okay,
so
you
know:
we've
got
some
contradictions
in
pricing
and
and
how
you
want
to
penalize
people.
I
B
B
Is
anybody
using
this
application
that
we've
got
from
baracus
what's
great,
but
you
can
put
your
notes
in
there
and
all
your
stuff
overlay
or
right
over
there,
but
any
case
I've
got.
You
know
I've
got
questions
about.
You
know,
definitions
of
why
they're,
even
in
there
anymore,
I.
C
H
B
B
Okay,
well,
that
that
might
be
good
bulky
pickup
again.
B
Don't
put
the
the
mound
of
trash
out
there
until
you,
you
know
the
day
before
they're
supposed
to
pick
up
not
a
week
before
you
know
you
start
five
days
before
and
every
day
you
put
a
little
bit
out
there,
and
it's
like
this.
We've
got
that
right
now,
right
around
the
corner
over
here
right.
I
just
want
to
clean
up
the
mess
in
this
town,
and
you
know
we.
This
is
probably
the
easiest
way
yeah
right.
E
E
You
know
how
many
pieces
per
and
that's
what
you're
getting
yeah.
So,
if
somebody's
got
an
apartment
house
in
there,
cleaning
up
and
like
they
got
paid
with
the
damage,
this
deposit
and
they're,
putting
it
out
of
town.
No
dave
knows
that.
Okay,
because.
B
I
You
know,
as
long
as
it
fits
the
description
of
the
bulk
item
it
comes,
it
gets
picked
up
and
I've
asked
mike
nunes
because
we
had
one
resident.
I
believe
it
was
from
riverdale
avenue
with
40
rules
of
carpet
and-
and
I
said,
that's-
that's
not
really
you're
on
that
fine
line
of
needing
that
dumpster
because,
I
would
say
you'd
need
a
dumpster,
but
let
me
call
mike
nunes
the
operations
manager
see
where
his
his
line
is.
He
said
I'll,
do
it
I'll
do
it?
