A
Who's
better
than
you
meeting
call
to
honor
today
is
tuesday
june
6th.
It
is
now
7,
13
p.m.
For
the
fiscal
18
public
hearing
for
the
civic
center.

A
Just
to
make
it
clear,
we
had
one
hearing
already
just
to
go
over
the
expenses
and
the
revenues
of
the
civic
center
proposed
budget
585
000
revenues,
585
000,
just
to
go
over
some
things:
real,
quick
for
the
newer
council
members
going
back
to
2006
to
2010
before
the
town
privatized
it
and
leased
it
out.
The
civic
center
was
notoriously
always
in
the
red
200
to
400
to
500
000
some
years.
A
So
that's
when
we
privatized
it
leased
it
out
and
we
were
getting
about
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
a
year
in
revenue.
The
town
ended
up
taking
the
building
back
over.
It
was
almost
two
years
now.
A
The
first
year
we
put
a
lot
of
money
into
it,
a
couple
hundred
thousand
dollars
in
upkeep
new
zamboni
and
whatever
else
up
there,
some
new
electrical
new
lighting.
So
one
thing
the
council
has
always
said
is
we
didn't
want
to
be
in
the
red
up
there?
We
always
wanted
to
at
least
be
even
in
the
black.
This
is
the
first
full
year
of
operation.
A
D
A
The
marketing
manager
is
a
base,
salary
plus
commission.
So
that's
the
base.
Salary
plus
commission.
A
B
Two
things
assistant
director
is
part
of
freddie's
salary
because
he
assists
up
there
and
the
supervisor
is
dougie.
A
And
then
you've
got
you've
got
actually
about
10
11
employees
here
handling
with
part
time
in
yeah
full-time,
so
basically
just
secretary
civic
center
maintenance,
part-time
city
center
maintenance,
part-time
zamboni
operator,
part-time
zamboni
operator,
part-time
concession
stand
times
four
and
what's
the
various
tbb
to
be
determined.
What's
that.
B
It's
just
some
extra
help
if
we
need
it,
15.
A
D
What
people,
what
we
don't
see
here
is
when
you
get
someone
like
that,
a
private
entity
coming
in
renting
it
they're
paying
for
that
part-time
concession
stand
operator,
they're
paying
for
that
zamboni
opera
or
what
whatever
it
is
extra
help
so
really
we're
not
paying
fifteen
thousand
dollars
in
overtime.
That's
coming
from
our.
