D
E
B
Second,
moving
second
discussion
did
mock
leave
ernie.
Do
you
have
the
information
full
information.
F
Yes,
yeah:
this
is
a
cell
tower
owned
by
the
town
of
west
warwick
in
2005,
the
town
entered
into
a
long-term
lease
agreement
with
the
company
of
eunice,
eunice,
unison,
site
management
in
the
air's
successors
and
at
the
time
the
town
was
paid,
a
one-time
fee
of
1
million
340
000.
F
As
part
of
that
agreement,
you
know
the
that
company
changed
hands
and
now
it's
owned
by
american
tower
company
and
they
need
to
upgrade
equipment,
so
they've
submitted
to
the
town,
engineering
and
planning
for
an
upgrade,
and
it's
been
reviewed
by
town
staff
and
they're
recommending
that
approval.
So
this
the
company,
at
least
as
it
can
upgrade
their
telecommunications
systems
on
the
tower.
G
B
H
B
Actually,
the
leash
was
approved
election
year
2006.
I
was
actually
in
the
crowd.
I
was
one
of
the
ones
who
got
up
and
spoke
against,
leasing
it
and
it
got
approved
with
the
previous
council
and
then
our
existing
council.
The
new
council
came
in
and
used
that
one
time,
1.3
million
for
a
budget
gap
and
they
spent
it
all
in
a
year.
H
Well
right,
what
I'm
saying
is
there
was
there
was
the
original
lease
involved,
the
schools,
the
town
in
2005.
There
was
the
new
lease
after
that,
I
don't
believe,
there's
any
prohibitions
on
that
lease,
but
as
far
as
reviewing
it,
I
have
not
reviewed
that
lease
in
a
long
time.
So
I
can't
really
give
you
an
answer.
B
G
I
Yes,
item
l
on
the
march
19th,
which
relates
to
the
fema
safer
grant.
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
I
thought
that
we
talked
about.
Yes,
we
would
submit
a
letter
of
support
for
the
grant,
however,
reserve
the
right
if
we
would
actually
receive
the
award
to
decide
down
the
road
if
we
were
going
to
accept
it.
So
I
think.
C
B
D
B
Yes,
I'm
sorry,
I
talked
around
consent.
Agendas,
correspondence.
My
fault
license
applications
I
my
lap.
My
ipad
will
not
load
up
so
it's
dead.
All
licenses
have
been
approved.
All
raffle
licenses,
new
business
licenses,
pending
class
f1
victual
house
licenses,
have
all
been
approved,
pending
police
fire
and
tax
division.
I
mean
the
tax
collector's.
B
C
B
C
B
Yes,
I
received
an
email
zachary
here.
Zach
you
want
to
come
on
up,
so
zach
runs
a
event
down
at
river
point
park,
the
it's
it's
non-profit
and
they're,
just
looking
to
waive
the
the
fee
to
run
that
event.
Zach,
you
just
want
to
go
over
the
event.
You
run
sure.
J
This
year
we
partnered
up
with
kenny,
who
runs
non-profit
the
collective,
we're
doing
a
skate
park.
Tour.
One
of
the
dates
would
be
westwork
park,
river
point
and
it's
the
helping
hands
tour.
So
basically,
what
we're
doing
is,
instead
of
having
people
enter
and
paying
a
fee,
we're
doing
it
as
a
canned
good
drive
and
then
we'll
be
donating
that
to
the
local
departments,
food
banks.
J
Banks
for
the
local
cities,
zach-
is
this
the
first
time
you're
doing
this?
This
is
the
first
time
that
we're
doing
it
in
this
aspect.
We've
done
it
previously,
like
I
said
where
you
know:
contestants
have
to
pay
a
fee,
and
that
just
goes
to
covering
you
know
the
cost
of
all
the
insurance
and
permits
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
But
you
know
this
we're
trying
to
just
take
the
money
aspect
out
of
it.
J
We
do
not
have
insurance.
That
was
a
question
that
I
wanted
to
address.
Kenny
typically
handles
it
with
the
providence
parks
department,
we've
taken
out
insurance
previous
years
for
which
runs
about
200
for
the
million
dollar
fee
and
covers
everything
I
found
out
recently
that
the
parks
departments
or
the
not
the
parks
apartments,
but
the
parks
are
covered
under
their
own
insurance,
so
would
be
under
that
where
I
don't
know,
if
you
want
to
elaborate
on
this
a
little
bit
more
sorry
for
you
on
the
spot,.
D
Hello,
I'm
kenny
yeah,
so
I
usually
throw
a
host
contest
in
providence
parks
and
to
my
understanding
when
asking
for,
like
insurance
and
stuff
like
that
or
just
like
resources
to
look
for
insurance,
because
it
was
like
not
really
something
that
I'm
familiar
with.
I
got
that
response
of
the
parks
being
insured
in
itself.
H
H
Those
waivers
are
about
as
good
as
the
paper
they're
written
on
that
doesn't
prevent
anybody
that
gets
injured,
especially
a
child
from
filing
a
claim
against
the
town,
so
the
town
will
be
looking
for
indemnification
from
your
entity.
So
it's
usually
what
happens
is
you'll
get
a
rider
for
that
particular
day
that
would
put
the
town
second,
as
far
as
the
town's
insurance
is
concerned,.
H
What
happened
group
of
kids
just
writing
that,
depending
if
they
were
there,
when
it
was
open,
when
the
lights
were
on,
when
the
lights
were
off,
it
would
be
similar
thing.
They
would
come
out
to
the
town
to
file
a
claim
against
the
town.
H
H
You're,
bringing
it
you're
bringing
an
entity
and
that's
all
gonna
organize
and
do
a
great
thing,
which
is
to
for
charity
to
raise
food
for
the
food
cupboard.
You
don't
know
how
many
people
are
coming
in.
You
know
how
many
people
are
coming
from
out
of
town,
but
there's
more
risk
involved,
the
more
risk,
the
more
exposure
and
usually
the
inter-local
trust
frowns
on
the
town
waiving
any
type
of
insurance
that
might
be
there
to
help
indemnify
the
town
from
any
type
of
claim
being
filed
against
it.
B
Again,
I
have
no
problem
waiving
the
fee
with
pending
insurance,
you
have
to
come
in
to
fill
out
all
your
proper
paperwork
and
get
that
approved
on
a
council
agenda.
Okay,
and
at
that
point
you
can
provide
if
you
have
insurance.
If
it's
a
couple
hundred
bucks,
maybe
you
can
reach
out
some
local
service
companies
here
at
westwood,
like
you
know,
john
j
clock
or
whatever
maybe
they'll
help
you
with
the
event
also.
B
H
H
G
I
I
E
B
B
E
B
C
Cancellation
of
taxes
resolved
at
the
attached
cancellation
in
the
amount
of
sixty
one
thousand
five
hundred
eleven
dollars
and
fifty
two
cents
presented
to
the
tax
assessor
for
approval
of
the
town
council.
In
accordance
with
article
25
section,
five
of
the
west
water
code
of
ordinances
is
hereby
approved.
The
original
list
is
on
file
in
the
office
of
the
tax
asset.
G
I
Because
we're
actually
saying
that
there
are
oh
actually.
A
I
A
B
This
is,
I
can
tell
you
this
is,
and
I
do
remember
this-
they
had
a
meeting
a
couple
months
back.
I
only
know
because
I
know
about
a
couple
of
these,
so
they
came
to
appeal
their
taxes
yeah,
and
this
is
the
decision
from
the
board
of
assessment
review
and
that's
what
they
agreed
upon.
B
B
It's
all
it's
all
under
the
same.
It's
it's
all
under
the
same
umbrella.
There's!
Actually
let
me
go
through
here:
kelly
kaminsky,
robin
kosher,
kelly
kaminsky,
robin
bergcoin
sheila
duncan
eliana
guzman
eliana,
guzman,
eliana,
guzman,
eliana
guzman,
and
I
said-
and
it
says
what
the
problem
I'm
sorry.
I
A
C
G
B
Motion
to
move
seconded
discussion-
I
guess
you're,
mr
spiegel.
I.
L
E
E
L
I
I
think
what
what
dpw
was
saying
is
that
the
pothole
was
filled
on
the
25th.
A
L
B
B
G
L
A
E
B
Just
read
correct:
I
want
to
point
out
two
things
well.
First
of
all,
it
does
say
coventry,
but
I
want
to
just
point
out
on
the
google
maps
the
potholes
in
there
so
yeah,
I
I
it's
right
there
in
front
of
the
mailbox
that
you
show
that
you're
showing
me.
The
only
concern
I
have
is.
I
want
to
know
if
that's
carpentry
or
westwork,
because
it's
coming
up
as
a
coventry
address.
B
L
H
As
far
as
your
particular
claim,
sir,
he's
saying
that
the
day
before
it
was
filled
you're
saying
the
day
after
it
was
filled,
the
same
thing
happened,
so
he
denied
the
claim
based
upon
it
was
filled
the
day
before.
I
don't
think
the
council
has
any
science
in
front
of
him.
That
says
that
if
you
fill
it
the
day
before,
when
you
were
there,
the
next
day
it's
going
to
be
empty,
I
don't
know.
What's.
G
B
E
B
I
L
B
L
I
And
actually
it
was
not
late.
So
if
you
don't
count
weekends,
it
was
not
late.
It
was
on
the
seventh
day.
Okay,.
I
I
I
A
C
B
Second,
this
isn't
a
pothole.
This
is
actually
a
property
claim.
I
spoke
to
mr
lavallee.
I
don't
know
where
the
pitchers
are.
I
don't
know
why
they're
not
attached
to
this,
but
our
town
plow
took
out
a
very
big
section
of
his
lawn
along
with
the
sprinkler
system,
and
he
just
had
the
sprinkler
system
installed
last
year.
He
has
all
the
quotes
and
he
did
do
his
dude.
He
got
two.
He
got
two
quotes.
B
He
plans
on
using
the
same
guy
who
put
everything
in
and
so
and
they
were
supposed
to
give
a
letter
of
recommendation
from
zpw
which
they
haven't,
but
last
I
heard
they
they
were
going
to
approve
this.
I
B
C
public
comment.
Comments
will
only
be
addressed
to
the
town
council,
we'll
take
them
under
advisement
when
addressing
the
town
council.
Please
state
your
name
and
address.
Please
conduct
yourselves
in
an
orderly
and
respectful
fashion.
The
comments
of
the
citizens
accessing
this
portion
of
our
meeting
are
neither
adopted
or
endorsed
by
this
body,
but
heard
as
required.
G
We're
supposed
to
have
an
item
on
this
agenda
for
the
earth
day
cleanup.
I
know
I
mentioned
this
last
time.
So
can
we
put
an
item
on
the
next
agenda?
The
earthquake
cleanup
will
be
done,
but
we
can
discuss
the
earth
day.
Cleanup
that's
taking
place
on
april
13th
at
8
30
a.m.
Just
so
we
can
cover
some
of
the
details
from
that
earth
day
cleanup
on
april
13th,
and
also
can
we
put
on
the
next
agenda-
the
playground
grand
oak
grand
opening
may
4th.
G
So
we
can
discuss
that
the
earth
day
cleanup
is
april.
13Th
so
put
the
date
of.
C
I
And
playground.
A
Good
evening,
all
tom
oates
colonial
way,
quick
question
who
actually
is
on
the
claims
committee.
B
So
it
goes
to
the
department,
it
goes
to
dp,
it
depends
on
what
department
it
goes
to.
Let's
just
say,
a
fire
truck
took
on
a
mirror,
so
that
would
go
before
the
chief.
The
chief
would
look
at
it.
Chief
would
put
it
all
together
and
then
give
a
recommendation
to
the
council.
Thank.
A
B
K
K
When
they
came
in
in
gene,
it
was
january
or
february.
Whenever
they
came
in
at
seven
o'clock
in
the
morning,
they
removed
five
abravades
they're
all
dead
who's
responsible,
or
am
I
responsible
to
to
put
those
or
am
I
eating
that
cost,
or
is
that
something
that
we
can
discuss
once
jay
reaches
out
to
fuss
and
o'neill,
or
whoever
I'd.
G
So
when
I
mean
when
did
you
send
me
an
email
research
now,
probably
months
ago?
Okay,
so
I'm
saying
now
that
we're
here
in
the
spring
send
me
an
email
of
what
you'd
like
to
have
happen
and
I'll
reach
out
to
all
the
parties
involved
and
we
can
and
we
can
get
together
and
meet
as
meet
together.
Okay,
because.
G
Okay,
so
so
send
me
the
details,
but
you'll
mention
different
things
that
you
want
to
accomplish
to
send
me
any
email
detailing
some
of
the
things
that
you
would
like
settled
and
then
I'll
set
the
meeting
up
between
all
the
parties
involved.
Okay,
okay,
I
would
rather
have
it
be
done
in
an
email
rather
than
we
have
me,
and
the
two
of
you
have
a
conversation.
Send
me
the
email
and
list
everything
that
you
would.
You
would
like
to
accomplish
from
this
meeting
we'll
set
it
up.
