A
Meeting
call
to
order
today
is
tuesday
may
7th
it's
now:
6
30
p.m.
Town
council
meeting
the
town
council
changes
public
hearing
for
fiscal
year,
20
for
a
west
florida
waste
water
treatment
facility.
I
like
it.
B
C
I
don't
know
which
one
I
we
haven't
changed
it.
There
is
no
rate
increase.
C
I
can
go
through
some
of
the
the
increases
or
the
or
with
the
big
one
as
far
as
the
centrifuge
project
goes,
and
using
the
assessment
money
or
the
unrestricted
fund,
not
the
assessment
money,
the
unrestricted
funds
to
offset
the
budget
as
an
expense
revenue,
rather
than
put
it
into
the
o
m
budget.
C
I
think
I
explained
that
last
time
that
project
is
for
a
second
centrifuge
which
we
use
for
dewatering
the
sludge
which
is
critical.
We
don't
have
a
backup.
We
have
one
unit
right
now.
If
that
unit
goes
down,
we
have
to
haul
out
as
a
liquid
at
at
least
twice
the
cost.
So
right
now
we
de-water
it.
It
goes
to
either
the
incinerator,
one
socket,
which
is
privately
run
by
a
company
called
cinegro
who
has
the
contract
and
if
it
doesn't
go
there,
it
goes
to
rhode
island
resource.
C
D
C
Most
equipment
that
we
purchase
in
the
wastewater
industry
is
a
20-year
life.
That's
only
yeah
it's
five
years,
but
we
just
actually
just
overhauled
it
every
five
years.
You
have
to
overhaul
it.
So
we
did
do
that
in-house,
so
it
just
had
that
the
one
we
have
has
been
overhauled
just
recently,
so
we're
in
good
shape.
But
who
knows
what
you
know
tomorrow
tomorrow
may
bring.
D
C
Well,
that's
what
the
capital
budget
is
for
and
we
try
to
project
out
seven
years,
anyways
seven
to
ten
years
and
of
course
that
changes
every
year.
But
yes,
we
do
do
that.
I
mean,
if
you
remember
a
couple
years
ago,
I'm
not
sure
if
you
were
on
the
council,
but
we
redid
both
secondary
clarifiers
in
a
capital
project.
C
We've
redone,
you
know,
roofing
is
the
same
way.
All
the
buildings
have
to
have
good,
solid
roofs,
so
we
go
through
and
we
do
roofing
vehicles,
so
all
the
equipment.
Yes,
you
know
pumps
things
like
that.
Glenn
glenn
drive
pump
station.
You
just
approved
that
not
too
long
ago,
hilltop
pump
station
was
just
completely
overhauled.
C
So
what
I
try
to
do
is
you
know,
get
the
input
from
the
employees
and
where
we
what
we
need
to
do
next,
you
know,
what's
our
weakest
point,
so
right
now,
they're
telling
me
that
as
far
as
pump
stations
go,
you
know
I
feel
pretty
good,
but
the
next
one
that
they
feel
we
really
need
to
take.
A
look
at
is
the
clyde
clyde
pump
station,
so
yeah.
C
Actually
that
that
did
have
an
overhaul
after
the
2010
flood,
but
that's
that's
a
major
pump
station.
A
lot
of
flow
goes
through
that.
