A
E
Good
evening,
thank
you.
I'd
like
to
call
up
retired
detective
jesse
camisto,
since
this
isn't
a
generally
a
profession
of
a
party
of
one
I'll,
ask
that
maybe
his
wife
pass
him
off
the
cell
phone.
E
E
E
E
E
You
never
know
if
your
car
was
going
to
get
toyed
with
or
lots
of
stuff
with
popcorn
or
whatever
was
going
on
so
on
on
behalf
of
the
westward
police
department,
I
have
major
levine
up
with
this
he's.
Also
our
iupo
union
president,
we
like
to
present
jesse
with
a
plaque
for
his
dedication
services,
23
years
of
service,
to
the
citizens
of
the
town
of
westwalk
and
to
the
members
of
local
312..
Thank.
E
A
Be
it
further
resolved
that
his
parents,
randolph
and
mary
to
misto
be
commended
for
their
guidance
and
support
which
they
gave
jesse
to
develop
those
qualities
of
character
essential
for
his
success
as
a
law
enforcement
officer
and
that
his
wife,
catherine
and
children
rose
in
nathaniel,
be
acknowledged
for
their
love,
support
and
sacrifices,
especially
when
jesse
was
called
to
serve
without
notice
and
be
it
further
resolved
that
all
members,
sworn
in
civilian
of
the
west
war
police
department,
be
recognized
for
their
dedication
and
service
in
keeping
our
citizens
safe
and
being
a
valuable
partner
in
providing
an
environment
promoting
community
wellness
and
again,
congratulations
on
you
and
your
family
and
good
luck
with
all
your
endeavors.
E

protecting
the
lives
and
properties
for
the
people
of
the
town
of
west
walworth.
The
entire

extends
its
very
best

on
this
memorable

and
expresses

for
your
continued
good
fortune,
and
we
dated
it
for
the
day
you
retired,
on
august
22nd
and
is
signed
by
myself
representative
snow,
ray
and
representative.
F
E
H
Well,
this
one
gave
me
a
little
chuckle.
I
have
to
be
honest
with
you,
this
neighborhood
island
and
providence
plantations.
The
house
of
representatives
is
here
by
hereby
offering
our
sincerest
congratulations
to
patrol

I
F
I
So
it's
something
that's
been
in
the
works
for
what
four
four
or
five
years,
but
it's
that
it's
culminating
to
a
point
where
it's
ready
to
be
adopted,
and
I
look
at
this
is
going
to
be
the
final
step
so
the
sooner
the
better.
So
then
this
we
can
move
this
on
and
other
commissions
departments
agencies
can
use
this
as
a
planning
document.
F
E
A
A
It's
not
the
following
monday!
No
well,
it's
I'm
looking
at
the
calendar
before.

A
F
Either
one
I
don't
I'm
just
gonna
recuse
myself
from
from
o2,
okay.

D
Have
a
question:
if
I
can
stop
you?
Yes,
for
on
task
for
the
for
the
pension
board
committee,
I
went
to
the
pension
board
meeting
last
night
with
the
intent
for
informational
purposes.
D
Okay,
what
happened-
and
I'm
only
mentioning
this-
because
this
this
may
happen-
we
already
had
a
previous
resignation
from
this
committee,
which
would
have
a
difficult
time
making
a
quorum
if
someone
else
resigns
from
that
committee
and
we
can't
make
a
quorum
and
no
one
is
banging
down
the
door
to
apply
for
the
committee.
What
happens.

J
J
D
All
right,
I'm
just
going
to
warn
you.
D
F
D
All
right,
it's
it's
in
it's
beneficial
for
the
town.
I
we
just
recently
had
a
film
for
our
first
family
fishing
day
at
the
fishing
pier
in
crompton
last
saturday.
It
was
a
very
successful
event.
Patuxent
river
authority
was
there.
They
did
a
great
job.
D
There's
been
talk
in
the
paper.
I
just
spoke
with
with
john
parente,
who
will
be
putting
this
on
the
radio.
It
is
this
saturday.
I
hope
everybody
can
attend.
D
There
will
be
music
food
games
prizes
this
on
behalf
of
the
town
of
west
warwick.
Putting
this
on
so
I
encourage
everybody
to
attend
I'll,
be
there.
I
may
dress
up.
I
may
not.
I
don't
know
time
six
beginning
at
six
o'clock.
Six
to
eight.
D
I
already
said
it's
at
the
civic
center
on
factory
street.
Again,
we're
all
invited
to
come
it'll
be
a
great
time.
C
Good
evening
paul
villa15
janet
drive
west
warwick,
rhode
island
as
power
public
comment
goes.
I
was
also
at
the
pension
board
meeting
last
night.
We
had
great
discussion
and
one
of
the
things
that
came
up
and
I
think
I'll
ask
it-
is
that
we
put
it
on
the
agenda
at
some
point
in
the
near
future
to
discuss
the
mirror
system
and
what
steps
have
to
be
taken
to
get
us
moving
toward
that
system.
C
There's
a
lot
of
innuendo
and
speculation
and
all
other
kinds
of
stuff
that
are
going
on
out
there,
and
I
think
we
had
a
pretty
good
group
here
last
night
and
there
was
a
consensus
that
maybe
we
should
get
the
council
together
with
the
pension
board
with
the
general
treasurer
and
maybe
use
a
bigger
venue,
maybe
the
high
school
or
something
so
people
can
come,
and
people
can
actually
listen
to
him
and
ask
some
questions
and-
and
we
can
get
get
moving
forward
and
see
if
that's
a
viable
option
for
us.
C
You
know
we
we're
we're
riding
a
pretty
good
dow
right
now.
Things
are
going
good
and
I
gave
you
all
credit,
as
as
the
previous
council
as
well,
that
you've
funded
the
ox
for
the
last.
I
believe,
six
years
now
and
so
we've
moved
in
a
good
direction.
C
However,
our
investment
people
were
there
last
night
and
they're
already
signaling
they're,
seeing
some
volatility
in
the
next
year,
which
you
got
to
be
blind
not
to
see
so
before
it
ends
up
in
a
bloodbath
and
and
we're
looking
for
what
we
can
do
with
it.
I
think
we
should
get
out
ahead
of
that
that
curve
and-
and
maybe
have
this
meaningful
conversation
now
working
together
to
see
if
we
can
can
put
something
good
forward
and
something
good
can
come
out
of
it.
So
that
was
number
one
number
two.
C
I
know
you're
going
to
be
talking
about
the
comprehensive
plan.
I
don't
know
exactly
how
deep
that's
going
to
go
in,
but
what
I'd
like
to
see
on
the
agenda
at
some
point
is
a
discussion
of
the
town
in
general.
I
I've
been
here
before.
I
was
here
at
a
council
meeting
last
month
relative
to
the
rundown
properties
that
we're
seeing
all
over
town,
and
we
spoke
about
the
100
feet
outside
the
door
here,
but
just
an
update,
you
know
of,
are
we
marketing
our
industrial
area?
C
Are
we
actively
looking
to
do
something
with
the
med
zone?
Where
are
we
at
with
all
this?
Because
we
really
don't
discuss
that
at
council
meetings
and
and
I'd
like
to
know
as
a
taxpayer,
you
know,
like
I
said,
we're
coming
up
on
a
30-year
anniversary
of
the
med
zone
and
we've
done
absolutely
nothing
with
it.
So
that
would
be
all-
and
I
appreciate
your
time
thank
you.
F
K
You
good
evening,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
tom
old
six
colonial
way.
I
was
unable
to
hear
in
the
beginning
of
the
meeting
we're
going
to
have
a
workshop
set
up
for
what
I
missed.
That
part.
A
A
Attorney
general's
office
about
open
meeting
violations,
so
we're
going
to
have
a
workshop
about
agendas,
because
I
looked
at
everybody's
agenda
throughout
the
state
and
I
think
the
attorney
general
needs
to
go
through
every
city
in
town
and
start
looking
because
they're
all
the
same,
except
for
one
city.
That
really
does
a
lot
of
detail
on
theirs.
But
if
you
look
at
everybody's
agenda,
it's
almost
identical
to
us
and
based
upon
his
ruling,
he
needs
to
look
at
the
whole
state.
K
Okay
well
right
now,
it
looks
to
me
like
he's
looking
at
west
warwick
and
the
agendas
that
there's
a
problem
with
that.
I
just
have
a
question
we
have
been.
The
taxpayers
of
this
town
have
been
challenged,
sue
us
file,
an
oma
report
or
violation
report.
How
many
times
have
we
been
told
that-
and
you
pay
him
seven
thousand
five
hundred
dollars
per
month,
plus
an
hourly
rate
on
top
of
that
when
he
has
to
go
and
challenge
all
of
these
things
that
money
hole?
K
L
L
Good
evening
anna
spodnick
carpenter
court,
so
I
guess
you
all
got
the
memo
from
the
attorney
general's
office
who's,
not
too
pleased
with
the
town
of
west
warwick
right
now,
aside
from
the
fact
that
you
cancelled
the
entire
table
the
entire
meeting,
because
once
again
you
were
in
total
violation
of
the
open
meetings
act,
which
seems
to
be
a
non-stop
problem
around
here,
nobody
seems
to
get
it.
I
don't
know
why:
how
many
years
will
it
take
before
any
one
of
you
seems
to
get
it?
L
You
have
10
business
days
to
respond
from
the
date
of
october
17th.
Now
this
thing
will
probably
be
met
with
another
bogus
request
for
a
delay
in
this
response
to
the
attorney
general,
because
that
seems
to
be
the
pattern
in
our
legal
representation.
A
complaint
is
filed
by
law.
The
request
has
to
be
basically
responded
to
within
10
days,
and
almost
every
single
one
has
been
met
with.
Oh,
I
can't
do
it
in
10
days.
I
can't
do
this
in
10
days.
L
We
look
like
idiots.
This
town
looks
like
idiots
and
you're
all
acting
like
idiots,
so
for
once
you
are
put
on
notice
that
the
willful
and
knowing
is
not
going
to
fall
in
your
favor,
because
you
know
over
and
over
and
over
again
numerous
people
have
told
every
one
of
you
read
the
damn
act.
It's
short.
It's
simple!
L
K
You
good
evening
again
tom
oate,
six
colonial
way,
mr
gaza,
and
by
the
way
that
was
not
a
rhetorical
question.
I
would
like
you
to
respond
to
me
in
any
which
way
you,
like
email,
personal.
What
have
you
I'd
like
an
answer?
When
are
you
going
to
do
something
about
your
solicitor
and
his
incompetence?
K
M
M
M
I
know
we
attempted
to
do
something,
however,
that
water
is
still
pouring
out
it's
going
to
be
cold
really
soon,
and
given
the
comments
from
this
microphone
over
the
past
I'd
say
at
least
six
months
when
someone
gets
in
an
accident
on
that
hill,
I
think
they
have
a
really
good
case
against
the
town,
because
I
believe
the
town
owns
from
what
I've
learned
here
owns
all
the
way
to
the
riff
ra
riff
wrap
on
the
other
side
of
the
road.
That's
just
one.
M
M
It's
supposed
to
be
by
charter
five
percent
of
the
budget,
I'm
not
sure
where
it
stands.
Now,
I'm
not
going
to
ask
that
question.
I've
raised
that
issue
from
this
podium
before.
Where
do
we
stand,
and
what
are
you
doing
about
fixing
that.
M
Apra
is
not
going
to
be
the
only
thing
you'll
be
hearing
about.
I
expect
that
sometime
in
mid-november
you're
going
to
hear
something
else
from
the
state
of
rhode
island.
Regarding
an
issue
that
mr
messier
brought
up,
I
believe
it
was
on
the
fourth
september
meeting
about
229
into
it.
Maybe
not,
but
it
deals
with
ada
compliance
so,
as
we
say
in
the
navy
standby
for
heavy
rolls
on
that
one.
M
Either
a
town
ordinance
or
somewhere
in
the
charter,
or
something
regarding
opera
policy,
he
he
came
back
with
some
good
answers.
However,
I
went
through
12
cities
and
towns
today
they
all
have
a
pretty
neat
process
policy
and
writing
a
matter
of
fact
each
french
copy
barrington's,
but
they
don't
realize
they
did
that
it
shows
my
job
with
strategic
research
and
shows.
However,
comma
some
towns
have
administrative
officers
in
each
department
that
handles
opera
requests.
M
I
recall
standing
here
and
mr
williamson
was
where
mr
d'amico
is
when
I
asked
about
on
an
apple
request,
and
I
specifically
recall
him
saying
that
everyone
has
to
go
through
him
because
I
said
I've
been
going
back
home.
Mr
gazlin,
don't
shake
your
head
because
it's
on
the
record
and
he
said
they
have
to
go
through
him
and
he
I
said
I
have
been
doing
this
for
a
long
time
and
he
said
he
knows
all
about
him
because
he
sees
every
one
of
them.
Nowhere
on
the
westworks
side.
A
Mr
mr
palazzo,
I
don't
want
to
cut
you
off,
but
just
to
make
comment
about
that.
I'm
not
sure
if
you
were
at
the
meetings
which
meetings,
but
I
think
in
the
clerk
can
attest
to
this
along
with
the
solicitor
everything
that
goes
to
the
clerk
should
go
to
the
department
head.
If
the
department
head
needs
legal
advice,
then
they
go
out
to
the
solicitor
and
that's
the
way
it's
been
going
on
for
almost.
A
A
K
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
I
apologize
again
to
follow
up
on
mr
palazzo,
the
london
turnpike
on
new
london
avenue
this
week.
Maybe
sunday
the
war
started
coming
up
now
in
the
southbound
lane.
It
has
been
coming
up
going
uphill,
the
northbound
lane
it's
now
opened
up
on
the
other
lane
and
coming
through
in
two
spots
about
maybe
30
feet
south
of
the
leak
on
the
north
side.

L
B
No,
I
didn't
say
that,
because
in
the
last
couple
of
years
I
was
instructed
not
to
send
them
and
I
do
not
send
them
to
tim.
The
department
head
can
or
if
I
I've
had
a
couple
of
occasions
as
the
town
manager.
If
I
could
send
something
to
tim,
I
thought
he
should
look
at
it
first,
but
my
instructions
and
I've
adhered
to
them
for
the
past
two
years
have
been.
I
send
it
to
the
department
head
if
they
need
my
help
I'll
help
if
they
need
tim,
that
they
bring
him
in.
L
G
Solicitor,
but
I
it
right:
okay,
sarah
362
andrews
avenue
if
it
doesn't
go
through
a
solicitor
before
us.
Why
do
I
receive
these
letters
when
I
do
public
records
requests
from
timothy
williamson,
stating
that
the
town
needs
more
time
to
find
documents
if
it
doesn't
go
through?
A
solicitor
should
just
be
on
his
letterhead,
mr
gosling,
or
are
we
all
lying
for
him
he's
going
to
put
all
you
guys
in
jail?
I
promise
you
did
you
see
this?
This
is
a
letter
from
timothy
williamson
law
stating
that
more
time
is
needed
for
public
records
requests.
G
Not
I'm
not
talking
about
you,
I'm
not
telling
you
I'm
not
talking
about
you,
I'm
talking
about
what
mr
goblin
said
to
allen
and
what
he
shrubs
his
shoulders
and
smirks
about,
because
that's
what
he
likes
to
do.
This
is
from
this.
Isn't
my
letterhead,
this
isn't
the
town
of
west
ward's
letterhead!
This
is
yours
right,
mr
williams,
2017..
G
We
did
okay,
so
this,
so
any
public
records
request
wait
a
minute.
Let's
get
this
right,
so
if
somebody's
in
the
middle
of
litigation
with
the
town
of
westward-
and
I
shouldn't
have
to
ask
you
I'll-
ask
david
here-
I
don't
need
you
if
somebody's
in
litigation
with
the
town
of
westward,
they
cannot
have
a
public
record
request
for
anything
in
this
country.
Don't
answer
no
for
anything,
don't
answer
you
can.
Would
it
have
to
go
through
him.
G
Bs,
okay,
I
won't
swear
in
front
of
you,
throw
me
out
okay,
because
we
can't
handle
those
words
right,
but
this
had
nothing
to
do
with
my
litigation.
This
had
nothing
to
do
with
nunes
lane.
This
had
nothing
to
do
with
reeves
landscaping
versus
town.
This
had
something
to
do
with
something
with
the
town
I
received
this
letter,
I'm
gonna
get
another
one.
Why
could
I
put
it
in
10
days
ago?
