B
B
A
A
C
D
Yes,
thank
you.
We
are
now
moving
into
H
2
of
the
reopening
of
Rhode
Island
on
June
1st,
so
that's
going
to
be
certainly
well
received
by
many
public
and
businesses.
As
we
go
and
again
you
know
our
recreational
facilities
of
parks
always
stayed
open,
so
they
have
always
remained
open.
Our
playgrounds
have
still
been
closed
because
of
the
issues
of
the
coconut
feeding
cleaning
them.
You
know
cleaning
as
best
we
can.
D
The
outside
dining
was
approved
from
the
bus,
walk
any
establishments,
restaurants
or
establishments
that
have
install
food
were
allowed
to
an
outside
dining
if
they
comply
with
certain
regulations
and
guidance
or
restrictions.
So
that
was
done.
There
has
been
some
applications
have
been
requested
and
delivered,
not
have
been
not
sure
if
any
haven't
been
received.
Yet
there
may
have
been
some
that
are
being
reviewed
by
the
fire
department
in
building
department
again
for
the
town's
purposes.
D
Mostly,
our
concerns
are
Public,
Safety,
making
sure
any
type
of
outside
dining
that
is
requested
is
in
the
safe
environment.
The
Department
of
Business
Regulation
would
be
the
ones
enforcing
a
lot
of
the
social
distancing
and
health
risk
ratios,
so
that
has
just
started
now.
As
soon
as
that
is
started.
You
know
the
governor
has
indicated
that
restaurants
will
be
going
into
indoor
dining
in
October
June
1st,
with
50%
of
capacity.
So
you
know
a
question
it
raises.
D
E
D
C
E
Am
I
speaking
with
some
some
local
businesses
I
know
that
that
their
concern
is,
they
may
still
want
to
do
some
some
potential
small
out,
especially
with
the
capacity
being
only
50%,
and
that
way
if
they
need
to
add,
even
if
it's
two
or
three
tables,
so
you
know
whatever
we
can
do
as
a
town
to
make
it
easier
for
any
of
these
businesses.
Obviously,
safety
is
number
one,
but
anything
we
can
do
as
a
council
to
help
out
these
businesses
to
be
able
to
do
whatever
they
can
do
right.
D
D
D
A
fee
for
any
application
question
came
up
in
a
call
with
state
officials
today
about
clubs
like
social
clubs,
things
of
that
nature
and
again,
as
long
as
they
have
a
license,
you
know
sort
of
food
and
alcohol
can
they
would
be
included
in
that,
as
well
as
like
a
restaurant.
So
again
you
know,
as
the
guidance
comes
out,
questions
or
answer,
if
we
give
more
information
to
be
able
to
address
questions
as
they
come
in
so
so
that's
that's
happening
as
now.
D
So
we
had
a
conversation
today
about
how
could
it's
not
an
implement
that
I'd
have
any
kind
of
a
worthwhile
program
that
would
be
beneficial
to
any
of
the
campers
as
well
as
would
be
able
to
be
managed,
and
basically,
the
conclusion
is
that
the
town
really
cannot
operate.
A
effective
recreation
program,
given
the
requirements
of
guidelines
that
would
have
to
be
followed
and
many
communities
that
I'm
aware
of
have
come
to
the
same
conclusion.
So
just
some
of
the
basics.
You
know
we
have.
D
You
know
the
15%
guideline
as
a
maximum
amount
of
the
group
and
with
the
state
requirement.
14
on
the
15
could
be
campers,
but
we
would
have
at
least
two
or
two
you
know
instructors
are
with
the
actors.
So
it's
13,
you
know
dividing
that
by
150,
you'd
have
11
separate
groups.
These
groups
would
be
self-contained
and
would
not
be
allowed
to
interact
with
any
other
group.
So
you
know
that
is
a
mission.
D
D
And
then
you
know
even
times
such
as
you
know
meal
times,
you
know,
for
you
know
she
acts
and
lunch
would
have
to
be
or
needed
with
again
no
different
safety
restrictions.
You
know
in
place
as
well
as
you
know,
the
protocols
for
hit
Washington
begin.
If
one
group
was
playing
basketball
at
the
conclusion,
you
know
you
know,
basketball
or
anything
else.
It
would
be
usually
have
to
be
sanitized
so
again,
all
kinds
of
different
protocols
in
place
again.
D
D
We
are
looking
at
protocols
for
groups
of
no
more
than
15
to
come
in
and
use
the
Ice
Arena
for
skating,
and
that
does
appear
feasible,
so
we're
working
out
protocols
in
that
fashion.
Again
they
may
be
such
as
you
know,
the
batsman's
will
be
closed
and
you
have
to
come
in.
You
know
with
your
uniform
gone
restriction
on
you
know
in
that
manner
yeah.
D
D
F
Just
gonna
say:
Ernie
I
think
that
decision
on
the
field
house
on
the
Civic
Center
is
a
very
wise
one
and
I
support
that
wholeheartedly,
even
if
we
were
to
put
rules
and
restrictions
in
place,
the
reality
of
being
able
to
corral
kids
and
keep
them
confined
to
fifth
of
15
or
14
or
13,
if
you're
going
to
have
two
counselors
I'm
just
is
not
feasible
or
realistic.
To
think
that
we
could
pull
that
off.
So
I
think
that's
a
very
wise
decision.
Yeah.
E
D
E
D
Anyone
that
would
be
using
if
we
have
to
have
I'll
get
applications,
protocols
and
the
application.
We
have
to
clearly
say
you
know
if,
if
your
child,
or
if
anyone
using
some
exam
with
a
virus
waiver
of
liability
for
that
specific,
so
you
know
that
that's
always
a
possibility
as
we
move
forward
but
yeah.
That
would
be
something
that
you
know,
but
so
many
so
many
use
interacting
a
really
strong
concern
for
the
use
of
all.
D
F
A
D
That
is
a
good
question.
I
am
not
familiar
really
up
to
speed
on
that
issue
as
far
as
that
type
of
facility,
but
tomorrow
we
have
our
call
with
the
league
of
cities
and
towns,
and
with
that
call
you
know
just
about
every
community
participates
and
I
can
have
that
question
asked
or
I
can
look
back
through
some
of
the
materials
that
we
have
about
a
facility
like
that.
D
A
A
G
Just
gonna
say
diem
would
probably
have
a
guideline
for
any
open
fishing,
either
from
a
bridge
or
from
a
pier,
so
might
be
prudent
to
check
in
diem
first
button.
If
the
town's
gonna
has
set
the
guideline,
I
would
just
suggest
obviously
social
distancing
in
the
mask
and
other
than
that.
I
would
suggest
too
much
cleaning
the
fish
at
the
pier
or
at
the
bridge.
But
it's
getting
some
sub
precautions.
Yeah.
D
I
would
think
that
there
is
there's,
probably
a
guideline
that,
if
not
for
that
is
very
close
to
that
and
their
protocols.
You
know
the
guideline
every
time
they
have
the
issue
guideline
they
have
all.
There
are
recommended
regulations,
restrictions
and
what
they
said
is
the
communities
can
be
more
restrictive
if
they
want
to
a
new
port,
for
example,
is
looking
at
the
more
restrictive
with
mass,
because
they've
had
a
big
problem.
They've
got
a
problem
over
the
weekend
with
mass
at
certain
locations
very
nicely
outside.
F
H
So
presently
it's
good
I
did
have
someone
request.
The
usage
of
the
pier
and
I
did
restrict
that
earlier
on,
but,
as
things
start
to
open
up,
you
know
because
it's
looked
at
access
to
get
in
there.
You
know
the
boat
ramp
on
the
you
can't
socially
distance
appropriately
in
that
area.
But
as
things
loosen
up,
that's
is
something
that
can
be
done
in
the
future.
At
some
point,.
A
As
far
as
the
police
department
goes,
I'd
mirror
what
chief
firown'
said
about
PPE.
We
have
adequate
supplies
for
probably
at
least
30
days
of
everything.
Now
our
call
volume
seems
to
increase.
It's
been
increasing.
As
the
weather
gets
nicer.
It
was.
It
was
a
very
busy
weekend,
cual
types,
as
we've
mentioned
before,
that
continue
to
remain
unnaturally
high,
other
domestic
violence,
the
overdoses
now
some
of
the
outdoor
fisticuffs.
If
you
will,
we
had
a
few
of
those
over
the
weekend
other
than
that,
we're
in
good
shape
and
we're
fully
staffed,
no
one's
ill.
B
A
A
C
B
C
F
F
A
F
B
C
Okay,
a
discussion
action,
the
Charter,
Review
Committee
forward
plan,
given
safety
recommendations
and
restrictions
sponsored
by
council.
Vice
president
amico
I.
A
G
So,
very
briefly,
again,
it
goes
to
the
printing
of
the
ballot.
So
if
the
referendum
questions
are
going
to
be
posted
on
the
November
3rd
2020
local
ballot,
we
just
have
to
be
cognizant
of
the
fact
as
to
when
the
questions
have
to
be
submitted
to
the
Secretary
of
State
for
printing
of
that
ballot.
You.
B
Might
have
that
information?
They
have
to
be
done
by
mid-august
90
days
before
the
election
I
reached
out
to
Paula
and
Carrie
Carrie
reached
out
to
Board
of
Elections,
and
they
gave
us
two
or
like
I,
said
90
days
before
the
election,
so
I
think
it's
August
2nd
with
that
being
said.
That
gives
us
three
months
two
days
so
Ernie.
B
The
question
you
would
have
to
ask
is
if
we
can
possibly
skip
it
for
this
year
in
doing
next
year,
I
know
because
they
would
every
ten
years,
but
due
to
this
in
trying
to
get
these
candidates
together
and
put
this
board
together,
are
we
going
to
be
able,
maybe
possible,
do
it
next
year?
You'd
have
to
break
our
charter
by
one
year
due
to
the
Kovach
19.
D
Well,
that
would
fall
under
a
possibly
a
legal
question,
but
I
will
tell
you
that,
with
charter
requirements
for
the
budget
referendum,
the
consensus
is
from
the
communities
that
are
participating
on
these
calls,
as
well
as
their
their
legal
counsels.
They
had
under
an
executive
authority
under
the
state
of
emergency
based
upon
the
coroner
virus
that,
for
example,
the
the
Charter
requirements
for
a
financial
town
meeting
and
the
budget
referendum
can
be
delayed.
D
If
there's
an
executive
order
declaration
by
the
chief
executive
officer
and
a
resolution
from
elected
body,
those
Charter
dates
can
be
waived
or
moved.
If
this
may
be
a
question
for
a
legal
council.
But
if
that's
correct
and
it's
the
consensus
of
the
most
communities
that
it
is,
what
can
a
council
by
a
resolution
and
the
executive
officer,
which
is
myself
from
the
executive
order,
postpone
it
for
a
year
because
on
the
coronavirus
and
the
inability
to
operate
in
a
appropriate
fashion?
But.
A
G
Courts
that
they
were
looking
at
but
I,
don't
think
the
Town
Council
would
be
prohibited
from
issuing
an
ordinance
at
a
resolution
directing
Town
Manager
through
executive
order
to
continue
what
was
supposed
to
be
done
in
2020
into
2021.
Therefore,
you
could
appoint
your
9
member
Commission.
They
could
report
back,
say
some
time
and
maybe
November
or
December,
and
then
set
up
the
vote
for
the
following
cycle
for
the
financial
Town
Meeting.
But
you
wouldn't
want
to
have
two
separate
elections
in
the
off
election
year.
E
I
think
that
makes
more
sense
to
do
it
during
the
next
year's
financial
budget.
It
gives
them
plenty
of
time,
because
even
I
mean
let's
say
we
rushed
and
got
this
thing
together
like
how
it
would
be
even
difficult
to
get
them
together.
They'd
have
to
connect
the
resume,
and
you
don't
know
how
you
don't
know
what
they're
able
to
do
that
to
immerse.
G
Would
have
to
happen
first
and
then
the
parameters
of
what
you're
seeking
from
them
and
the
timetable
and
what's
there
to
report
back
yeah
and
then
once
again,
David
adjusting
what
the
Secretary
of
State
said.
So
if,
in
fact,
there
was
going
to
be
just
an
election
regarding
the
Charter
Review
questions
in
February
having
a
separate
election
or
scheduling
you
for
the
same
day
as
the
all-day
referendum
in
May
of
2021,
it
certainly
have
plenty
of
time
to
print
the
balance
and
get
everything
done.
The
right
way.
B
Only
concern
that
I
can
see
there
is
this
year,
it's
a
presidential
election,
so
obviously
more
people
would
come
out
to
vote
next
year.
It's
just
a
referendum
when
I
say
just
a
referendum,
we're
lucky
if
we
get
a
thousand
people
voting.
So
that's
the
only
concern
now.
The
other
question
would
be.
Can
we
go
two
years
out
which
would
be
another
election
year?
B
E
No
matter
what
this
year
is
too
quick
so
which,
whichever
one
of
the
other
two
options,
I
think
we
could
have
that
at
a
further
time
and
I,
like
maybe
even
another,
the
next
meeting
or
a
couple
of
meetings
from
now
I
did
but
I
think
it's
too
soon.
You
can
try
to
rush
it
along
it's
in
it
too
important
of
an
issue
for
us
to
just
rush
it
along
alright.
A
G
The
only
other
other
matter
that
could
be
addressed
through
the
General
Assembly
would
be
a
resolution
from
the
council
to
the
General
Assembly,
seeking
enabling
legislation
allowing
for
the
delay
not
the
outright
prohibition,
but
the
delay
of
it
but
again,
I
think
the
way
the
Kovan
19
executive
order
from
governor
has
been
set
up
and
also
the
executive
orders
from
the
cities
and
towns.
I
think
the
town
has
its
own
authority
to
do
it
based
upon
what's
happened.
F
B
H
I
just
I
pulled
out
the
child.
The
chatter
all
it
says
is
that
in
the
tenth
year
the
committee
is
going
to
be
appointed,
it
doesn't
say
it's
going
to
act,
so
you
could
appoint
the
committee
and
then
let
them
do
their
business
without
worrying
about
when,
when
they
report
back,
which
wrote
the
Charter
says,
is
that
in
the
tenth
year
following
the
year
of
the
adoption
of
China
and
each
subsequent
tenth
year,
the
Town
Council
shall
appoint
a
child,
a
review
commission
of
nine
members,
all
of
whom
shall
be
electors,
etc,
etc.
H
E
E
C
A
F
C
B
C
C
B
Mary
Ann
you.
If
I
saw
a
bunch
of
emails
going
around
last
week
and
Kristin
is
here.
She
says
she
needed
a
resolution
to.
We
confirmed
that
we
authorized
the
five
hours
she
didn't
want
it
verbal
you
sent
to
them
the
minutes
of
the
meetings.
What
we
discussed,
which
was
councilman
Licciardi,
brought
it
before
the
council,
so
this
was
put
on
the
agenda
as
a
resolution
for
Christians
well
keeping
records
in
my
correct
Kristen
she's
waving
her
head.
Yes,
okay,.
B
The
wording
on
the
agenda
was
supposed
to
have
write
resolution
or
to
West
Warwick
students
to
be
named
at
a
further
date
because
of
the
time
we
did
not
have
both
students
full
names
so
again,
they've
been
awarded
these
items.
The
only
thing
we're
looking
for
is
a
resolution
that
the
council
authorized
to
500
scholarships
to
to
West
Warwick
high
school
students
so
to
have
a
motion.
I'm.
F
B
F
So
that's
I
think
we
need
to
have
those
discussions.
Ernie
I
know
you
sent
something
out
this
afternoon.
I
didn't
get
to
review
it
as
as
much
as
I
would
have
liked
to,
but
I
don't
know
if
you
have
any
input,
I
believe
what
what
you
did
send
out
today
talked
about
the
fact
that
we
could
indeed
have
a
referendum.
Much
like
the
presidential
primary
is
going
to
be.
There
are
some
restrictions
on
numbers,
but
before
that,
obviously
we
need
to
schedule.
F
D
If
you
can
have
the
presidential
preference
primary
to
have
maybe
seventy
nine
eighty
people,
what's
the
difference
from
an
all-day
referendum
and
the
executive
director
of
the
Board
of
Elections
told
me,
you
know
there
is
mine,
so
clearly
the
town
can
hold
its
referendum
following
the
same
protocols
of
the
presidential
primary
at
the
time
of
the
council's
choosing,
you
know
going
forward,
as
the
council
woman
said.
As
long
as
you
see,
all
the
notifications
have
been
made
and
you
know
received
the
ballots
and
all
that.
So
that's
truly
the
good
news.
D
Some
communities
call
a
financial
tell
meeting
the
same
thing
as
a
referendum
because
there's
seventeen
communities
and
many
do
things
differently,
but
ours
is
very
simple:
it's
called
a
referendum.
People
can
come
in
cast
about
leave.
So
clearly
you
know
seventy-nine
people
are
so
is
enough
to
have
that
throughout
the
day
managing
the
peak
times
that
we
have.
So
that's
the
good
news
and
as
a
councilman
tennis,
that
was
the
point.
When
you
know
the
council
would
like
to
hold
the
third
public
hearing
and
finalize
a
budget
then
determine
the
schedule
going
forward.
F
D
Know
the
information
that
I
get
you
know
we
hear
is
I
mean
that,
may
you
know
be
their
goal
at
the
present
time.
You
know
they're
they're
a
bunch
of
whole
nine
hundred
million
dollars.
They
are
hopeful
that
you
know
the
Congress.
Will.
Act
in
the
president
will
sign
another
round
of
financial
package
that
will
assist
cities
and
towns
in
States
governments.
That
is
certainly
not
a
clear
clear.
That's
going
to
happen,
you
know
in
a
format
that
you
know
is
a
lot
of
flexibility.
D
You
know
it
seems
the
seams
on
at
this
point,
I'm
likely
that
a
budget
would
be
adopted.
That's
going
to
address
the
state's
budget
holes
without
a
some
type
of
stimulus
package
to
them.
Most
communities
are
basically
of
the
opinion
that
the
budget
will
be
adopted
after
July
1st
and
some
you
know
may
want
to
delay
some
with
you
know.
Cash
flow
issues
and
charter
requirements
will
want
to
adopt
it
earlier.
So
to
answer
your
question:
there
is
not
a
a
strong
sense
of
when
the
state
will
adopt
their
budget.
D
Their
committees
are
meeting,
but
this
General
Assembly
has
not
met
as
a
body,
for
they
are
a
budget
review
and
approval.
But
again
the
appropriate
state
communities
are,
but
until
they
have
a
firm
direction
as
to
how
and
what
any
assistance
from
federal
government
it's
going
to
be
happening,
they're
just
going
to
probably
spend
Pat,
because
if
they
have
to
adopt
the
budget
with.
D
Without
that
knowledge,
it
would
be
very
draconian
for
everyone,
state
departments,
a
the
cities
and
towns
aid
to
education,
so
I,
don't
think
you're
going
to
want
to
do
that
as
we
stand.
But
again
it's
one
of
the
uncertainties
that
face
this
process.
We
don't
know
I,
don't
think
the
state
knows
and
I,
don't
think
the
specific.
B
J
C
B
F
F
I
E
E
And
it's
just
clarified
and
is
that
the
night,
where
we're
gonna,
like
that's
not
even
the
final
night,
that
we're
going
to
approve
the
budget
right
well
approve
or
disapprove
on
our
end,
is
that
what
are
we
voting?
Is
that
the
night
we're
voting
on
or
is
that
the
night
we're
going
to
finally
go
through
it?
One
more
time,
I.
D
Longer
you
put
that
out
there
longer
this
the
process
for
the
cake
you
know
to
you
know
we
saw
the
budget
and
build
out
and
then
the
long
very
longer
it
takes
to
adopt
a
budget
and
put
it
forward.
You
know
if
the
budget
is
defeated
and
a
second
budget
has
to
be
submitted.
Then,
at
that
point
and
everything
gets
pushed
back
and
push
back
and
I
think
Kristin's
concern
would
be
cashflow
soon.
It
again,
you
know
we
assume
that
the
state's
going
to
be
funding
us
according
to
their
normal
procedures.
D
We
assume
that.
But
you
know,
when
you
listen
to
the
comments,
you
listen
to
the
governor's
comments
today.
You
know
this
is
so
unprecedented
and
no
one's
ever
experienced
anything
like
this.
As
to
you
know
the
challenges.
If
there
isn't,
you
know,
stimulus
coming
in,
you
know,
what's
going
to
happen
for
state
to
state
department,
budgets,
town
budget,
school
budgets,
it's
almost
like
you
know,
thinkable
tasks,
it's
not
to
try
to
balance
these
things,
so
it
no
longer
longer
it
is
there's.
No.
There
is
really
no
right
or
wrong
answer.
D
You
know
because
there's
uncertainty,
but
again
you
know.
Certainly
that
we
have
is.
We
have
a
finite
amount
of
cash
to
pay
bills,
and
hopefully
you
know
the
state
comes
through
with
their
regular
funding.
It
may
or
may
not
need
to
change,
alter
that
we
don't
know
so
there
is
a
detriment
to
the
way
adaption.
You
know
a
week
or
so
no
there's,
no
clarity.
F
I'm
just
trying
to
think
this
through
and
then
we
need
to.
We
wouldn't
necessarily
I,
know
Ernie.
You
said
we'd
vote
on
it
that
night
we
would
actually
probably
have
to
have
Kristen
go
back
and
finalize
with
whatever
numbers
we
come
up
with
so
I'm
not
sure
we'd
be
prepared
to
vote
or
pass
the
resolution
that
evening.
C
C
E
I
E
I
E
My
my
suggestion
I
mean
this
is
my
suggestion
would
be
to
do
it
the
week
prior
and
then
you
know
and
whether,
whatever
day
it
is
whether
it's
Tuesday
or
Wednesday
or
Thursday,
whatever
they
we
need
to
do
it,
and
then
that
I
mean
I,
get
and
well
I,
guess
and
it's
at
least
enough
time
where
you
can
put
it
on
the
next
agenda
for
follow
week.
So
probably
Monday,
Tuesday
or
Wednesday
would
be
the
latest
I
guess
right,
and
then
that
way
we
can
vote
without
on
the
next
week.
So.
F
So
yes,
I
would
I
personally
would
have
issues.
Okay,
I
can't
do
the
10th,
so
that
and
the
ninth
is
school
committee-
you
would
need
them
involved
so
now,
you're
on
the
tour
on
the
11th,
and
that
would
have
to
be
an
agenda
item
that
would
be
difficult
to
get
on
for
the
16th,
because
the
filing
grade
have
to
be.
F
F
F
F
E
F
E
E
Well,
we
need
the
school,
we
need
the
school
committee
for
the
disruption
right,
so
so
so
the
school.
So
if
we
had
it
on
the
2nd
for
the
discussion,
the
School
Committee
could
be
there
and
then
we
could
have
a
special
vote
on
the
8th
and
the
School
Committee
wouldn't
even
need
to
be
there
correct.
We.
F
Exactly
and
so,
I
again
I'm,
just
assuming
they'll,
have
these
very
same
discussions
on
a
night.
So
I
would
say
that
we
need
to
have
our
public
hearing
somewhere
between
again
I
would
say
the
10th
but
I
know
I
have
a
meeting
scheduled
somewhere
on
the
11th
and
then
I
come
back
to
the
16th.
What,
instead
of
having
people,
have
to
have
a
separate
day
and
then
having
a
special
meeting
to
actually
pass
the
budget
difficult
and.
F
E
F
I
I
G
Still
find
all
the
information
coming
out
of
the
governor's
office
regarding
the
cove
in
nineteen
crisis,
I
believe
because
of
the
problems
with
the
General
Assembly
in
their
budget,
in
the
timeframe
that
the
town
has
to
work
within
its
own
parameters.
It
certainly
would
fall
under
the
executive
order
for
a
special
G.
I
F
I
I
E
E
I
I
I
G
C
E
Suggest
you
don't
be
to
do
the
conversation
on
the
16th
and
then
do
the
vote
of
any
point
any
point
after
that
week
that
were
allowed
to
do
it,
whether
it
came
to
17th,
18th
and
19th
or
20th
at
any
point
before
Father's
Day
would
be
my
suggestion,
but
again
I'm
fine
with
whatever
we
do.
That's
my
suggestion.
A
F
E
E
F
E
F
G
E
E
I
F
F
F
F
F
A
So
I'm
pretty
much
open
if
I'm
away
like
council
minutes
here,
I
will
phone.
F
B
G
A
F
A
C
C
So
and
the
16th
is
6:00
p.m.
is
going
to
be
the
3rd
public
hearing
and
then
it'll
go
into
the
shorter
Commission
and
then
into
the
town
council
meeting
on
the
16th,
the
regular
town
council
meeting
in
sewer
and
then
on
Monday
the
22nd.
We
have
a
meeting
to
pass
the
budget
and
one
item
agenda
unless
there's
other
pressing
issues.
B
C
D
D
D
B
C
F
C
Public
comment,
designated
portion
of
Town
Council's,
an
open
meeting
for
citizens
to
address
comments
to
the
town
council
relating
to
matters
affecting
the
public
business
comments
will
only
be
addressed
in
the
Town
Council
will
take
them
under
advisement
when
addressing
the
Town
Council.
Please
state
your
name
and
address.
Please
conduct
yourself
in
an
orderly
and
respectful
fashion.
B
J
D
As
far
as
a
contractor
no
I
know,
one
from
the
administration
has
called
the
contractor
for
any
repairs.
What
is
happening
at
the
present
time
is.
The
town
has
retained
a
licensed
Landscape
Architect
to
do
the
design
work
to
work
with
the
governor's
Commission
to
determine
what
needs
to
be
done
and
develop
a
plan
for
that,
as
well
as
the
smaller
part
at
the
the
a
larger
River
point.
Anything
is
River
point.
D
So
again
the
town
has
retained
a
licensed
Landscape
Architect
to
do
the
design
work
to
work
with
the
governor's
Commission
to
have
an
acceptable
plan,
and
that's
where
we
are
at
the
present
time
in
town
town
also
is
retained.
A
an
engineering
firm
to
do
surveying
work,
which
is
necessary
for,
in
conjunction
with
developing
a
plan
for
a
factory
street
in
Ravena,
Point
Park.
J
D
Know
what
the
date
was
very
well
may
have
been
after
the
after
that
the
town
has
retained
a
they
said.
A
company
with
the
principal
is
a
licensed
Landscape
Architect.
They
have
worked
with
the
governor's
Commission
on
disabilities
on
many
projects,
away
from
the
Lea.
What
they
have
working
have
a
good
working
relationship
so
long
so.
J
D
D
B
J
Well,
we
haven't
heard
about
in
a
while
and
just
want
to
make
sure
it's
not
under
the
rope
at
Town
Hall.
The
next
thing
I
got
a
question
in
going
through
the
budget.
All
right
I
just
like
to
know
how
we
came
up
with
a
budget
umber
for
legal
services
when
we
have
a
2-pound
solicitors
with
no
contractors.
B
J
I
mean
I
think
we
should
attend
that
before
we
go.
Have
the
people
vote
on
a
budget
when
we're
gonna
vote
on
a
number
for
legal
services
and
we
have
no
contract
for
either
attorneys.
We
have
one
attorney,
which
does
a
great
job
LM,
not
coming
after
you,
but
from
all
my
public
records
requests.
Who's
worked
for
the
pound
for
over
20
years
of
no
contract
and
I.
J
B
Think
that's
putting
that
all
out
there,
because
there
let
me
just
respond
to
that.
You
know
last
comment:
that's
been
resolved
when
we
no
longer
charged
by
the
hour
unless
it's
a
legal
matter
unless
it's
a
lawsuit,
we
have
a
monthly
retainer
at
that
point.
So
that
comment
about
the
newspaper
was
rectified
well
over
a
year
ago
and
I
think
personally
needed
throwing
that
out
there
just
to
throw
it
out
there.
No.
B
J
Bottom
line
a
hundred
and
eighty-seven
plus,
is
it
part
of
the
budget,
and
if
you
want
to
say
I'm
wrong
again,
you're
welcome
to
come,
sit
down
and
review.
It
yourself,
I
think
a
hundred
and
eighty
seven
thousand
dollars
for
town
solicitor
is
ridiculous
and
then
$7,500
a
month.
Retainer
is
also
ridiculous
in
this
day
and
age.
I
think
this
time
it
goes
out
too
big.
We
get
big
and
we
see
where
it
really
should
cost.
J
B
H
Allan
Plaza
5
Robin,
Lane
I'm,
the
owner
and
asking
when
can
we
expect
an
update
on
the
Med
recycler
project?
Mr.
Campanella
was
supposed
to
be
speaking
in
East
Greenwich
tonight.
That
was
canceled.
I
understand
that
yourself
and
mr.
Williamson
participated
in
the
last
East
Greenwich
Town
Council
meeting
and
I
was
just
wondering.
I
mean
mr.
D'amico
promised
us
an
update
on
6
February.
Here
we
are
almost
June
and
mr.
Campanella
has
provided
more
information
to
the
taxpayers
than
the
West
Warwick
Town,
Council
and
I
was
just
wondering.
A
Update
Allen,
thank
you
for
your
interest.
I
do
have
approximately
a
6
to
7
page
letter,
question
and
answer
that
is
very
close
to
being
issued.
So
I
actually
sat
with
the
planner
today
for
about
an
hour
just
to
kind
of
go
over
it
to
make
sure
that
the
information
was
accurate.
It
needs
to
go
before
the
council
so
that
they
can
either
edit
amend
or
add
to
it,
and
then
it
will
be
issued,
maybe
Thursday
publicly.
That's
all
I
have
to
say
on
that.
At
this
point
and.
B
These
finish
meeting
is
going
on
right
now.
Mr.
Campanella
could
not
make
it
to
their
meeting,
but
the
town
manager,
the
town
solicitor
in
the
home,
Leonore
I,
think,
are
all
giving
an
update
to
the
council
members
and
he's
Greenwich
and
I'm
actually
doing
dual
duty
right
now
and
trying
to
just
listen
in
a
little
bit
here
and
there,
and
they
just
got
on
that
topic.
Just
now.
H
B
Now,
when,
if
I'm
correct
Councilwoman,
you
want
to
just
state
her
name
right,
she
actually
received
most
of
that
documentation
from
the
town
of
West.
Warwick
I
was
part
of
those
emails
right.
