with

private
road
easement

trident

lane

property
originates
from
pollard

and
then
that

property,
is
going
to
remain
on
the
eastern
law.
So
both
lots
will
have
the
five
acres
to
meet
the
rut,
lot
size
minimum

then
that
private
road
there
will
provide
the
necessary
frontage

access
for
both
