Yes,

meeting
tonight.
Hopefully,
hopefully,
we
can
move
this
forward
so
just
to
give
some
background.
This
is
related
to
hoffman
park,
specifically
foley
fields
in
which
our
pop
warner
youth
plays
on
that
field
during
their
football
season.
For
those
of
you
that
are
not
familiar
with
popcorn,
which
I'm
sure
we
all
are
it's
our
youth
football
league,
they
typically
have
150
to
upwards
of
350
kids
each
season.

So
the
situation
that
occurred
here
that
has
been
occurring
here
is
that
our
youth
are
having
to
play
on
this
field,
where
dog
walkers
frequently
visit,
and
what
happens
is
unfortunately,
due
to
negligence
of
dog
owners.
The
kids
are
having
to
play
in
unsanitary
conditions,
so
my
legislation
would
be
simply
putting
it
into
effect
that,
during
the
months
of
their
season
from
august
through
november,
dogs
are
not
allowed
on
fully
field
to
make
sure
that
our
kids
get
what
they
deserve
and
they're
not
playing
in
unsanitary
conditions.

owners,
first
and
foremost,
should
be
the
responsible
part
of
picking
up
in
the
instances
of
not
picking
up.
All
I've
heard
is
that
the
kids
are
playing
in
in
the
unfortunate
droppings.
I'm
sure
the
city
makes
efforts
to
pick
it
up,
but
if
it's
a
continuous
continuance
occurrence
happening,
it's
just
unfortunate
for
the
kids.

clarification

johnson,
throughout
this
process,
went
into
the
conversation
with
parks
and
rec,
and
it
was
the
conversation.
The
conversation
that
occurred
was
that
it
was
a
dog
park
after
some
vetting
of
the
legislation
after
some
vetting
of
city
code,
it
turns
out
it's
not
actually
a
dog
park,
although
it
was
communicated
as
such.
There
are
only
four
approved
city-wide
dog
parts
per
parks
and
rec.
Definitely
some
kind
of
miscommunication
on
that
committee's
department,
though.

doing

is,
although
it's
not
a
dog
park,
we
established
there
was
a
miscommunication
by
the
department.
Nevertheless,
this
legislation
is
saying
that
during
the
