You
know
it
wouldn't
be.
You
have
a
Quackenbush
the
area,
hopefully
gonna
get
started
or
continue
to
finish,
get
finished
and
the
city
will
have
some
balance,
but
we've
worked
with
parking
authority
right
now,
with
our
three
garages
is
very
concentrated.
We've
got
to
spread
it
out
a
little
bit
too
on
the
calling
South
Tim.
C
E
F
C
C
B
C
C
C
Talked
to
it,
I've
talked
to
the
mayor
about
I.
Think
that
it's
time
the
city's
gonna
have
to
mandate
it.
If
you're
gonna
build
a
residential
parking,
whether
it
be
down
here
or
up
in
the
Pine
Hills
area,
you've
got
to
give
some
parking
on
site
I,
don't
know
how
they're
gonna
do
it,
but
you
can't
force
all
the
parking
to
come
to
the
parking
authority.
We
just
don't
have
that
capacity.
E
Richard
sorry
has
just
one
other
question
right
now
we
do
offer
in
our
garage
is
subject
to
availability,
slightly
reduced
rates
for
residential
Parkers
as
part
of
that
earlier
incentive.
Okay,.
F
E
B
F
Know
we
are,
we
talked
about
the
permit
parking
system
and
one
of
the
area's
is
the
temper
of
triangle
area,
which
does
feel
pressure
from
some
downtown
and
with
the
Clinton
spirits
square,
Sprint's
care,
Clinton
square
redevelopment,
and
these
some
of
the
new
hotels
and
things
are
going
down
and
apartments
down
in
that
area
probably
create
more
pressure.
So
we
are
ideally
would
be
nice.
We
can
get
some
more
spaces
and
provide
more
residential
spaces
within
that
area.
F
C
I've
been
serving,
as
vice
chair,
I,
think.
The
proudest
moment
is
from
the
Park
Authority
into
the
next
century,
in
being
able
to
have
24/7
parking
without
worrying
about
the
labor
to
maintain
it
cashiers
and
even
crime.
We've
got
I
think
we
have
one
of
the
best
camera
systems
in
the
city
mm-hmm.
All
the
garages
now
are
all
automatic
and
probably
yeah
and
and
we're
do
it.
Besides.
C
The
art
we've
started
a
program:
greening
up
all
the
garages
around
the
landscaping,
that
kind
of
thing
and
to
make
it
inviting
for
somebody
and
we,
the
LEDs
and
the
in
the
garage
and
outside
of
the
garage
and
the
cameras,
have
helped
helped
with
the
crime
issues.
Those
are
the
things
that
I
think
I'm,
proud
of,
because.
C
C
H
B
A
A
Very
appreciative
for
the
time
that
you
put
in
to
continue
to
put
in
I'm,
challenging
everybody,
I'm
challenging
council
and
challenging
developers
or
challenging
you
know
the
park
authority.
A
lot
of
development
is
coming
to
my
neighborhoods
and
that's
great
because
we
need
we
need
some
new
life
well
on
quells
to
it
on
Washington
Avenue,
mainly
because
SUNY
Albany
is
going
to
be
bringing
in
1600
students
and
staff
and
there's
new
and
engineering
ability.
That's
going
to
be
going
for
neighborhoods
great
folk
city,
but
it's
also
clean
a
lot
of
fields.
A
And
they'll
feel
it
once
all
these
developments
comes
so
now
that
I
have
anything
to
be
able
to
talk
and
be
able
to
enjoy
it
home.
So
the
challenge
that
I'm
given
to
everybody
because
I
think
it's
all
about
responsibility.
It's
not
just
yours!
It's
not
just
Alvin
I,
just
inaudible!
It's
all
about
this
language
that
one
thing
weighing
in
your
development.
B
B
A
Look
like
and
I
appreciate
it
and
and
I
do
I'm.
Just
I
know:
I
know
that
the
parking
authority
does
financial
restraints
to
be
able
to
build
up
and
I
know
the
SUNY.
Does
financial
exchange
to
be
filled
up
so
I'm
always
about
how
can
we
use
and
maximize
our
resources
and
find?
Maybe
this
is
just
unfortunately,
there's
still
a
lot
of
empty
lots
in
this
area
on
West
Street
on
South,
South,
Lake
and
hopefully
homey
whatever
resources
we
have
to
maximize
the
space
and
the
areas
we
can
to
make
it
a
little
bit
more.
