Lucky enough to have a lot of new swimmers this year, a lot of them have worked really hard outside of the pool, we're hoping to end out with a winning record and the best record at arundel Hoffy for swimming. We.

Try to give the summers more opportunities to swim, what they want, some, what they would like, and we try to focus on their abilities on swimming and to make them better. I love.

This team, a lot and I've learned so much just like over the last couple of years and we're doing our best this year. So it's really good to just go out with like a bag crawling.

Anyone is struggling, we make sure that we offer a hand to them and make sure that they know that we're here for them.

Everybody has a price on our team. We haven't had any issues this year. We work with them if they need to say a practice or after school with futures closely.

Leaders and teammates working in sync has led to perfection for the Wildcat. You.

Rely heavily on our older swimmers to pump up the younger swimmers. Our new swimmers are just anybody. Everybody.

Important that they stay hydrated, we request that all of them have water here at the pool.

We do sprints and we also do a little bit of long distance. So that way makes sort of the sprint seem a little bit shorter, but we we make sure we go all out to make us better, exercising daily eating a good lunch eating having a good diet. I just.

Kind of try to stay balanced with you know: fruits, vegetables, dairy everything. We really.

Make sure that everyone is eating healthy and drinking lots of water so that they can perform well in the field arundel.

Have a huge cheering section at all of our meats: our teams are behind everybody at their lanes or they're on the side of the pool. Shearing.
