B
The
culture
of
Seven
Oaks,
it
is
really
about
kids.
We
are
unreasonably
committed
to
kids
here
at
Seven
Oaks
and
we're
so
excited
each
and
every
day
to
come
in
and
to
provide
for
them
the
best
experiences
that
kids
can
possibly
have
in
a
school
day.
So
our
staff
is
really
committed
to
doing
all
that.
B
We
can
for
kids
to
make
sure
that
they're
enjoying
themselves
make
sure
that
they're
learning
make
sure
that
they
are
growing
and
that
they
are
safe
and
all
these
things,
and
so
we've
made
for
the
kids
really
a
big
push
here,
and
it's
so
funny
because
we
said
it
I've
said
it
so
many
times
coming
into
the
building.
Last
year,
my
first
year
here
and
as
a
matter
of
fact,
the
staff
like
together
got
these
shirts
made.
B
That
say
it's
for
the
kids,
my
man,
my
man,
seven,
the
lion
here
is,
is
probably
sporting
it,
but
it
just
shows
that
I
think
everyone
here
really
is
committed
to
kids,
and
so
we
are
willing
to
do
whatever
we
can
do
for
each
other.
We're
willing
to
do
whatever.
We
can
do
for
kids
to
make
sure
that
they
are
having
their
having
those
experiences.
So.
C
The
culture
of
Seven
Oaks,
it's
for
the
kids,
everything
we
do
is
for
the
kids
we
want
to
have
them
come
into.
The
building
feel
safe,
feel,
welcome
and
just
have
fun
and
everybody
on
this
on
our
staff.
Our
wonderful
staff
has
been
on
board
with
with
that
slogan,
it's
for
the
kids.
Everything
we
do
is
for
kids
and
our
community
is
embracing
that
as
well
and
I
can't
wait
to
see
what
we're
gonna
do
this
school
year
with
that,
you
know
same
what
impact
we're
going
to
have
for
kids.
B
There
are
several
tasks
that
we
had
to
plan
for
this
year
as
we
get
prepared
for
this.
What
we
think
is
going
to
be
one
of
the
best
school
years
and
I
just
want
to
highlight
really
for
me.
It
is
getting
acclimated.
We
have
26
new
teachers
at
Seven,
Oaks
and
I
cannot.
I
cannot
wait
to
see
them
in
action.
B
These
are
high
octane,
as
we
call
them
teachers
coming
in
that
we
have
been
recruiting
really
since
October,
and
so
there
are
teachers
that
are
just
amazing
that
are
coming
into
space
and
they
are
really
all
veterans.
Many
of
them
have
many
Advanced
degrees,
and
things
like
that,
so
I
think
the
biggest
thing
is
getting
them
all
on
the
same
team.
So
we've
got
a
lot
of
Firepower.
B
A
lot
of
great
people
here
to
work
with
our
kids,
but
I
have
to
just
I,
have
to
work
hard,
really
I
think
as
a
principal
to
make
sure
that
everybody's
going
to
acclimate
it
pretty
quickly
so
that
we
can
have
a
really
really
smooth
sailing
year.
But
I
cannot
wait
to
see
these
teachers
at
action
for
these
kids
so.
C
The
biggest
task
for
me
during
the
summer
is
really
planning
the
logistics
of
the
school
year.
It's
important
that
students
come
in,
that
things
are
safe
for
kids
and
for
our
community
and
for
our
teachers,
and
really
it's
all
again.
It's
for
the
kids,
because
I
really
work
on
the
scheduling
piece
during
the
summer.
We
need
to
make
sure
that
all
kids
get
what
they
need,
instructionally,
whether
they
need
reading
intervention
or
if
they
receive
special
education
services
or
504s
or
whatever
they
need.
C
We
need
a
schedule,
that's
going
to
provide
that
to
the
kids
and
then
also
to
make
it
just
for
teachers
to
make
it
easy
to
be
able
to
go
into
the
classrooms
when
they
need
to
go
in
pull
students
out
when
they
need
to
pull
out.
So
you
really
it's
a
big
puzzle
piece
that
scheduling
is
a
huge
puzzle
piece
that
has
a
huge
impact
on
the
school
year.
So
I
spend
a
lot
of
time
working
on
that
during
the
year
with
the
instructional
schedule.
D
The
biggest
test
for
a
new
school
year
on
the
custodial
side
will
be
floors.
Walls
Furniture,
all
of
all
the
above
hit,
the
toe
of
the
building.
Getting
the
building
already
takes
a
lot
of
teamwork,
a
lot
of
effort.
A
lot
of
time
we
like
to
borrow
from
other
schools,
that's
under
construction-
and
you
know-
and
that's
what
we
have
done
this
year-
to
get
a
lot
of
things
together,
as
in
scrubbing
the
floors
and
cleaning
all
the
furniture,
the
walls,
the
windows,
everything
in
the
exit
and
the
expect
of
the
building
inside
outside.
B
Is
for
me
one
of
the
most
magical
places
for
the
kids
and
it
has
to
be
right
for
the
kids
if
we
are
talking
about,
we
are
four
kids.
We
are
talking
about.
We
love
kids
and
the
building
needs
to
be
absolutely
impeccable,
and
so
getting
it
together
means
making
sure
we
have
one
of
the
cleanest,
most
shiniest,
most
beautiful
spaces,
for
kids
to
come
in
and
learn
and
also
for
teachers
to
teach.
B
So
we
share
a
lot
with
the
custodians
they
work
very
hard,
and
it's
like
when
you
can
come
in
here
as
a
teacher-
and
you
not
have
to
worry
about
anything
going
on
with
the
building
you're,
not
worried
about
that
stuff,
you
can
teach
freely
and
kids
get
better
instruction,
and
so
for
the
kids.
They
deserve
the
absolute
best.
So
getting
it
together
from
that
building
perspective
is
first
and
then
beyond.
That
is
getting
the
classrooms
together,
so
these
teachers
can
get
in
there
and
do
their
best
work.
I
truly
believe
in
autonomy
for
teachers.
B
I
believe
that
each
of
the
classrooms
needs
to
represent
the
really
the
personality
and
the
skill
set
of
the
teacher.
So
I
want
them
to
kind
of
build
their
worlds
in
that
classroom.
So
where
we
station
and
position
them
is
important
and
that's
really
one
of
the
biggest
things
that
we
have
to
do
for
teachers,
but
also
for
kids
making
sure
we've
got
a
great
space
for
kids
to
learn.
C
C
D
When
we
get
ready
to
set
up
the
classrooms
normally
as
we
clean
and
we
get
everything
scrubbed
and
cleaned
up,
we
put
the
classrooms
together
as
if
it
was
ready
for
kids
to
come
in
as
the
teachers
come
into
the
building.
We
love
to
you
know,
get
involved
with
the
teachers,
the
principal
the
vice
principal
everyone,
and
we
like
to
see
how
they
like
their
classroom,
so
that
we
can
set
it
up
in
an
exciting
way.
D
B
Making
families
and
students
feel
safe
and
welcome
and
one
of
the
biggest
things
that
is
a
part
of
my
job,
that
people
don't
know
actually
the
biggest
part
of
my
job
is
making
sure
everyone's
safe,
making
sure
our
kiddos
are
in
here,
safe
and
secure,
so
that
they're
able
to
learn
freely,
and
so
what
we're
doing
this
year
is.
We
are
really
for
me.
It's
about
safety
and
transparency,
and
so
I
want
to
make
absolutely
sure
that
our
parents
feel
safe
I.
Do
these
monthly
principal
meetings
with
my
parents?
They
love
them.
B
They
share
all
their
ideas,
and
things
with
me
then
also
we're
launching
parent
University
this
year
and
I
can't
wait
for
that.
That
is
a
very
unique
thing
that
we're
doing
here
at
Seven
Oaks
really
give
them
all
of
the
information
that
they
need,
so
they
can
feel
safe
and
what
I've
learned
last
year
and
talking
to
some
of
the
parents
is
that
a
lot
of
times,
safety
and
transparency
go
hand
in
hand.
B
They
just
need
to
know
what
they
want
to
know,
and
so
we
want
to
make
sure
we're
giving
them
that
this
year,
but
also
the
beef
present
initiative
by
Dr,
Mark
Bedell
is
I.
Think
is
one
of
the
best
things
that
are
out
there
and
we're
hoping
to
get
a
thousand
hours
of
volunteer
service
this
year
from
our
families
in
our
communities,
and
so
hopefully
them
being
in
the
building
spending
time
with
us
to
seeing
our
passion
for
kids
and
really
joining
in.
B
C
Year,
making
students
in
the
community
and
parents
feel
welcome
in
the
building
is
huge.
We,
that
is
the
first
thing
when
you
walk
into
the
office.
We
want
you
to
feel
welcome
and
part
of
this
community
part
of
Seven
Oaks
and
one
of
the
big
things
I
feel
is
transparency
and
having
that
open
communication,
because
one
of
the
biggest
fears
of
parents
when
they
come
in,
especially
at
the
elementary
level
is,
are
my:
is
my
kids
safe
with
the
adults
in
the
building?
C
C
You
know
stakeholders
come
into
the
building
and
last
year.
That
is
something
we
really
focused
on
was
getting
parents
back
into
the
building,
whether
it
was
our
you
know,
a
poetry,
popcorn
poetry
in
second
grade
where
parents
came
in
to
hear
their
students
read
their
poems
or
whatever
event
that
we
were
having.
We
want
to
do
more
of
that.
B
Now
existing
opportunities
for
Community
Partners
I'm
going
to
give
this
one
to
Miss
Amy
fee,
who
I
think
is
one
of
the
most
amazing
assistant
principals
around.
She
is
truly
a
big
part
of
the
success
that
we
have
here
and
a
gift
to
us
and
a
gift
to
the
entire
Community
I.
Don't
think
we
would
have
had
the
success
we
had
last
year
or
this
coming
year
without
the
work
that
she's
done
so
you're
about
to
hear
from
her
about
how
you
guys
can
come
and
partner
with
us.
C
We
also
want
volunteers
back
in
the
building
and
that's
something
we
worked
on
last
year
and
we
want
to
continue
this
year
and
we
actually
have
an
initiative
that
we're
doing
this
upcoming
school
year
called
a
thousand
hours.
We
want
to
as
a
whole
Community
log
a
thousand
hours
of
volunteer
work,
and
we
are
really
working
on
that
program
this
summer
to
prepare
it
for
the
school
upcoming
school
year,
but
I
think
that's.
C
B
Setting
up
classrooms
for
teachers
I
think
really.
The
biggest
thing
is
putting
them
in
position
to
win
for
kids,
and
so
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
setting
up
in
the
right
spaces
and
setting
them
up
in
the
right
areas
of
the
building
and
to
have
direct
access
access.
Excuse
me
to
some
of
the
resources
that
are
there.
B
C
So
setting
up
classrooms,
there
is
logistics
behind
that.
So
we
want
to
make
sure
that
students
are
able
to
access
the
adults
in
the
building
that
they
need
to
access.
For
example,
you
know
the
special
educator
would
be
positioned
in
that
hallway
near
the
grade
levels
that
students
are
in
so
that
it's
you
know
we're
not
wasting
instructional
time.
C
You
know,
maximize
students
instructional
time,
while
they're
in
the
building
to
be
able
to
get
the
best
education
that
they
can
with
no
wasted
time.
So
that's
one
example
of
setting
up.
You
know
the
school
and
the
classroom
so
that
it's
best
for
kids
and
then
also
for
teachers.
We
want
to
provide
them
everything
that
they
need,
whether
it's
the
build
the
their
keys
when
they
come
into
the
you
know,
building,
so
they
can
quickly
get
to
where
they
need
to
go
and
just
providing
them
with
the
Reese
sources.
B
I
want
them
to
have
the
information
that
they
need
to
partner
with
us.
So
we
can
provide
the
most
success
for
our
kids
but
I'm,
looking
forward
to
a
great
year,
I'm
looking
forward
to
a
great
year,
I
want
to
thank
especially
all
of
our
parents,
for
entrusting
this
wonderful
staff
with
their
kids
for
trusting
us
each
and
every
day
with
them,
but
also
I
want
to.
Thank
you
guys
for
sending
us
your
very
best.
You
know
your
kiddos
coming
in.
B
C
C
Elementary.
You
should
remember
all
of
your
experiences
and
look
back
on
it
where
it's
just
I.
Remember
all
these
fun
things
that
we
did,
and
that
is
what
I
want
for
our
students
and
our
teachers
and
our
parents.
Everyone
all
stakeholders
just
to
know
that
Seven
Oaks
is
a
fun
place,
but
we
are
still
learning.
We
are
still
making
gains
and
we
are
just
having
the
best
educational
experience
possible.
I'm.
D
Looking
for
all
these
kids
to
come
in,
like
all
these
Smiles,
their
faces,
I'm
looking
for
them
to
see
something
different
than
what
they
seen
last
year.
What
they're
gonna
say
is
this
my
school
like
I'm,
just
so
ready
for
them
to
come
in
here
and
see
all
the
hard
work
that
everybody
put
in
the
teamwork
of
Mr
Patterson
Miss
V
has
been
awesome,
I'm
just
ready
to
see
the
layout
to
for
the
kids
to
see
the
layout
and
just
be
ready
to
go.
