If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
So
this
is
our
wellness
presentation
and
we're
gonna
take
a
90,
throw
wrap
back
approach
to
this,
and
we
got
to
pick
our
decades
and
it's
not
a
surprise
that
I
picked
the
90s.
It
was
a
great
decade
for
me
in
particular,
and
so
and
we're
gonna
start
with
Queen
Mariah.
So
if
we
could
just
pause
together
to
pay,
you
know
tribute
to
Queen
Mariah
so,
but
in
all
seriousness,
today's
presentation
is
not
just
about
the
kids,
because
wellness
begins
with
the
kids.
A
A
A
Let
me
know
what
you
need
and
then
she
said,
don't
forget,
someone
needs
to
take
care
of
you,
and
so
that's
when
it
hit
me
that
we've
had
a
tough
year,
and
so
that's
what
our
approach
is
going
to
be
here
today
and
I.
Have
this
amazing
team
with
me
and
we're
going
to
talk
about
different
components
of
wellness
but
to
begin
the
90s?
Do
you
know
how
many
songs
in
the
90s
promote
wellness?
You
got
jump
around.
A
A
A
A
A
We
were
going
to
ask
for
tenant
verification
cuz,
you
know
so
at
any
rate,
so
that
was
just
a
fun
way
to
start
so
we're
going
to
talk
about
whole-school
approach,
we're
going
to
talk
about
lessons
from
Annapolis
high
school
South,
River,
High
School
will,
if
you
would
just
stand
up
and
just
talk
a
little
bit
about
your
whole
school
approach,
I
and
I'm
about
time
here,
I
have
given
him
36
seconds.
Go.
A
So,
for
those
of
you
don't
know
your
representatives
for
middle
school,
on
the
wellness
team,
D,
Kelly,
Stacy,
Smith
and
Katie
fear
hurt
and
they
have
been
doing
a
phenomenal
job.
I
could
not
have
asked
for
better
representation.
Could
we
Jodi
because
they
produce
reports
and
they
give
vital
information
about
what
we're
doing
around
in
the
county,
and
so
we're
gonna
make
sure
that
you
all
have
those
things
readily
available?
A
We
know
jason
has
been
a
front-runner
in
this
for
years
with
his
school
and
so
talk
to
your
colleagues
about
what
are
they
doing
because,
like
I
said,
it's
been
a
tough
year
and
we
need
to
sometimes
again
take
care
of
the
people
who
take
care
of
the
people
who
take
care
of
the
people.
So
the
next
thing
is
the
wellness
program
at
Annapolis,
High,
School,
Pat
Gelinas
couldn't
be
here
for
this
portion,
so
you're
going
to
pretend
that
I
am
much
taller
and
younger.
So.
A
Well,
Annapolis
high
school
takes
four
different,
distinct
approaches
to
their
wellness.
They
talk
about
wellness
in
the
classroom,
wellness,
enrichment,
employee
wellness
and
community
wellness.
They
have
monthly
initiative,
they
do
things
in
the
classroom.
That's
part
of
their
professional
development
for
their
teachers,
like
brain
boost,
weekly
advisory,
lessons
stretch
or
wellness,
the
Wellness
enrichment.
They
have
wellness,
pull
out
self-care
opportunities
and,
as
we'll
mention,
how
cool
is
it
to
use
the
Panther
hour
or
Sea
Hawk
hour
or
whatever
your
mascot
happens,
to
be
Bulldog
block
to
promote
wellness?
A
That's
what
we've
heard
from
students
loud
and
clear
that
we
have
to
learn
just
like
you
have
to
learn.
Reading
writing,
math,
science,
social
studies.
We
have
to
do
a
better
job
of
learning
how
to
take
care
of
ourselves
because,
let's
face
it,
their
parents
are
not
good
role
models
in
this
area
as
well
and
employee
wellness,
monthly
opportunities
to
engage
employees
and
encourage
self-care.
So
again,
as
well
suggested.
You
know,
bike
club
I,
never
thought
about
soccer.
A
You
know
with
the
students
during
your
extended
hour,
they
at
Annapolis
middle.
My
students
wanted
to
do
that
after
school.
So
that
was
an
opportunity
for
an
after-school
enrichment
activity
and
then
finally
community
wellness,
you
know
your
communities
better,
remember
back
in
the
day
we
used
to
do
a
community
wellness
event
in
each
community
or
a
community
event
in
each
community.
So
why
did
we
stop
doing
that
and
so
thinking
about
how
to
promote
wellness
within
the
community?
A
B
Okay-
okay,
great
thank
you.
Sorry
I
needed
to
get
mic
tup
for
the
video,
so
my
name
is
Beth
I'm
with
the
Employee
Assistance
Program.
The
Benefits
Office
so
nicely
invited
me
here
just
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
wellness
and
one
of
the
things
that
we
tend
to
forget
is
our
own
personal
self
care.
So
we
spend
all
of
our
time
leading
and
taking
care
of
others
that
we
tend
to
struggle
a
little
bit
with
our
own
personal
well-being
while
being
choices,
and
it
kind
of
takes
a
toll
on
us
as
leader.
B
So
we
all
know
that
stress
is
impactful
to
us
and
we
start
to
get
some
of
those
physical
alarms,
but
we
have
a
tendency
to
do
like
we
do
in
the
morning
and
just
snooze
some
of
those
alarms.
So
I'm
not
sure
if
you
experienced
this,
but
sometimes
you
might
get
you
know
a
pain
in
your
shoulder
or
you
might
get
a
tension
headache
when
you're
having
a
rough
day
or
you
might
have
trouble
sleeping
or
some
of
those
other
symptoms.
B
If
we
keep
on
snoozing
it
and
not
take
care
of
ourselves,
then
it
can
have
a
negative
impact,
both
long
term
things
like
high
blood
pressure,
the
potential
for
stroke
and
also
just
being
really
burnt
out,
so
we're
gonna
do
some
self-care
exercises.
These
are
what
works.
For
me.
Self-Care
is
very
individualized,
so
you
have
to
find
that
what
works
for
you
and
continue
to
practice
it
by
practicing
it
and
making
a
part
of
your
routine
when
you
are
feeling
stressed,
you're
gonna
be
more
likely
to
tap
into
some
of
those
tools
in
your
toolbox.
B
B
B
You
feel
a
little
bit
calmer
and
more
relaxed.
So
that's
something
that
you
can
do
very
quickly.
You
can
do
it
in
the
car.
You
can
do
it
while
you
brush
your
teeth
so,
while
you're
in
the
shower,
if
you
have
to
hide
in
your
bathroom
from
your
kids,
wherever
you
are,
you
can
just
close
the
door
and
take
a
few
deep
breaths.
B
It's
really
important
to
practice
that
so
that
way,
when
you
do
feel
those
times
of
stress,
it's
naturally
gonna
pause
and
just
take
a
few
deep
breaths,
and
that
really
can
make
a
change
in
your
day
and
it
takes
less
than
10
seconds
to
do
so
very
quickly.
I'm
also
going
to
show
you
progressive
muscle
relaxation.
Has
anybody
done
that
before?
Ok,
ok,
so
what
you
do
is
you
do
the
same
thing
feet
flat
on
the
floor
eyes
closed.
B
B
And
breathe
in
now,
so
we're
gonna
start
at
our
toes
and
work.
Our
way
up,
we're
gonna
squeeze
our
muscles
for
four
and
then
release
for
four
and
I
will
tell
you
when
to
start
okay,
so
we're
gonna
start
at
our
toes
we're
gonna
curl
our
toes
in
and
squeeze
it
as
hard
as
you
are
able,
without
hurting
yourself
and
squeeze
two
three.
B
B
Okay,
when
you're
ready
just
go
ahead
and
open
your
eyes,
seeing
if
you
feel
a
little
bit
calmer
and
again,
these
are
all
things
that
you
can
incorporate
in
your
day.
I
know
that
Mia
had
mentioned
the
video
visit
through
care.
First
care
first
really
promotes
wellness
for
prevention
and
to
provide
you
with
resources.
So
I
know
a
lot
of
schools
have
contacted
Vicky
in
the
benefits
office
or,
if
you
email
the
benefits,
page
you're
able
to
reach
out
and
coordinate
seated
massages
or
if
you
wanted
to
do
a
yoga
class
at
your
school.
B
So
there's
no
cost
to
you,
so
you
can
reach
out
to
us.
So
there's
very
it
is
limited
each
year,
so
reach
out
so
make
sure
you
can
get
those
class
requested.
Of
course
you
have
wellness
discounts
care.
First,
a
video
visit
I
am
with
your
Employee
Assistance
Program,
so
we
offer
free,
short-term
counseling
for
any
employee
and
any
household
member
I
have
a
copy
of
the
presentation
and
promotional
materials
in
the
back.
B
If
you'd
like
to
grab
some
for
your
staff,
not
only
do
we
offer
short-term
counseling,
we
offer
24/7
in
the
moment
support
with
a
counselor.
We
offer
legal
financial
consultations,
child
care
and
elder
care
resource
location,
and
we
also
offer
well-being
coaching.
So
if
you
want
to
improve
your
own
well-being,
if
you
want
to
talk
to
somebody
about
engagement
or
mindfulness
or
financial
well-being,
any
of
those
things
that
might
be
causing
you
stress
or
you
can
call
in
for
free
telephonic
wellness
coaching.
B
You
can
call
in
for
anything
that
you
want
I,
had
high
blood
pressure
with
my
second
pregnancy,
so
I
talked
to
a
coach
about
reducing
my
sodium
intake,
but
you
can
really
call
about
anything
that
you
want.
You
can
use
it
for
career
well-being.
So
you
know
what
are
your
long-term
goals?
How
do
you
want
to
get
there
if
you
just
want
to
talk
to
somebody
again
that
resource
is
all
free
to
any
employees,
so
please
feel
free
to
take
advantage
of
that.
B
You
can
check
out
all
the
resources
on
the
employee
website
and
feel
free
to
reach
out.
If
you
do
have
any
questions,
I'll
be
in
the
back
to
end
sir,
any
questions
that
you
may
have,
but
again
it's
really
important
to
practice
what
you
preach
so
really
push
for
taking
care
of
your
own
well-being
as
well.
Okay,
also
I
know
you
talked
about
care
first,
video
visit.
We
do
also
offer
HIPAA
compliant
video
based
counseling
services,
so
that's
free
to
you
through
the
EAP.
Okay.
Thank
you.
A
This
is
one
there,
but
I
want
just
to
reiterate,
especially
for
us
in
this
room
and
talking
to
your
people
EAP
services,
it's
not
just
about
counseling.
You
know
some
of
us
are
getting
to
the
point
where
we
are
starting
to
have
elderly
parents
that
we
have
to
think
about.
So
we've
gone
from
how
do
I
find
childcare
to
how
do
I
help
with
elder
care,
perfect
solution
and
also
I
cannot
preach.
A
The
praises
sing
the
praises
enough
of
that
video
visit,
because
how
many
times
as
a
principal
has
school
ended
at
you
know,
3:15
and
then
you
have
the
school
play
at
6
o'clock
or
PTA
meeting
at
6
o'clock,
and
you
don't
have
time
to
go
to
the
doctor's,
but
you've
had
this
lingering
cough
for
35
days.
So
what
just
saying?
So?
What
can
you
know?
What
could
you
do,
and
so
that's
another
way
to
keep
you
healthy,
because
without
you
we
cannot
do
this
job.
So
thank
you
so
much.
The
last
component
of
this
is.
A
You
may
not
know
this
about
me,
but
I'm,
very
competitive
and
I
like
100%,
and
so
we
were
the
largest
school
district
in
the
state
of
Maryland
to
get
100%
on
our
wellness
survey,
and
that's
thanks
to
you
all,
because
you
all
let
our
people
come
in
and
you
all
let
them
come
into
your
buildings
and
talk
to
you
about
wellness.
But
it's
not
just
about
one
hundred
percent
which
initially
for
me
it
was.
But
it's
about
what
we
do
with
the
information,
and
this
is
what
we
do
right.
A
B
C
Thank
you,
everybody
and
again
thanks
to
miss
Jackson
for
heading
up
the
Wanda's
Council
in
each
and
every
one
of
you,
especially
the
principles
that
are
on
the
one
this
council.
It
makes
a
huge
difference
for
us,
I
mean
around
the
county.
As
the
miss
Jackson
just
said,
the
hundred
percent
participation
was
awesome,
so
the
state
looks
at
us
and
they're
like
how
are
you
doing
this?
How
are
you
getting
a
hundred
percent
on
your
survey?
So
it's
that
time
again
the
wellness
scorecard
we
just
did.
C
We
had
a
hundred
percent
on
that,
but
this
is
the
survey
they
did
in
1415
and
then
again
in
1617.
So
there's
a
link
that
you
have.
It
has
all
the
same
kind
of
questions
that
they
asked
before
they're
gonna
ask
about
physical
activity,
the
nutrition
education.
What
do
you
do
for
employee
wellness?
All
those
same
questions
and
I
think
it's
due
by
the
end
of
this
month
to
come
back
in
so
the
University
of
Maryland
School
of
Medicine
and
the
Maryland
State
Department
of
Education
are
gonna.
C
Do
the
analysis
once
again
and
I
think
in
true.
We
are
better
together
fashion
for
Anne
Arundel,
County,
Public
Schools.
We
want
to
have
the
100%
and
we
want
to
really
see
growth
in
the
all
those
areas.
So
we
have
baseline
data
that
looks
really
good
for
us,
we're
really
high
in
so
many
areas.
Some
were
a
little
bit
lower,
but
I'm
sure
in
this
next
survey
that
we
do
we're
gonna,
see
some
higher
numbers
and
really
be
the
model
for
not
only
the
state
of
Maryland
but
really
for
across
the
United
States
of
America.
C
A
Thank
you
Judy,
and
she
mentioned
a
couple
of
things
in
her
presentation.
Their
number
one
MSDE.
So
this
is
not
Jodi
and
Monique
sitting
up
one
day
and
saying:
oh,
let's
throw
another
survey
right
before
graduation
at
the
principals
right.
I
really
need
to
be
clear
about
that:
the
deadlines
all
that
other
stuff
is
MSDE
driven,
so
I
sent
you
the
link.
It's
very
important,
I
just
sent
it
like.
A
So
if
you
would
now
here's
the
important
piece
you
don't
have
to
fill
it
out
right
yourself,
you
have
people,
so
you
have
your
wellness
team.
Most
of
you
have.
Your
wellness
seems
that
we've
been
talking
about
that.
You
should
make
sure
that
you
establish
but
forwarded
to
someone
who
can
complete
the
survey
but
make
sure
that
person
is
competent
in
the
area
of
wellness
and
what
I
mean
by
that
is
a
couple
years
ago
or
the
last
time
we
did
the
survey.
A
Some
of
you
forwarded
it
to
your
principal
secretary
to
complete,
who
had
no
idea
about
anything
right
that
had
to
do
with
this
wellness
survey.
They
did
it
for
you
because
they
had
your
back
right.
They're,
like
oh
I,
have
to
get
this
done
for
principal
shakin
I'm,
just
using
you,
because
you
know
you're
in
proximity
to
me,
but
you
would
never
do
this
right
and
you
follow
the
rules
and
that's
why
I
like
you
and
so,
and
so
they
got
someone.
A
You
have
a
ton
of
things
to
do
so
as
you're
leaving
here
today,
I'm
gonna
try
to
give
you
15
seconds
to
forward
it
to
the
person
who's
gonna,
complete
it
by
the
15th.
Okay.
So
again
you
can
forward
it
to
the
person
who's
gonna,
complete
it
by
the
15th
and
unfortunately
as
much
as
I
care
for
you
all
I
will
harass
you
about
this.
I.
Don't
know!
Ask
you
about
much!
A
A
Thank
you
to
my
office
of
equity
and
accelerate
student
achievement
team
for

Thank
you
so

and
finally
give
me
a

of
applause
because

need
it
every
once
a
while.
Thank
you
