apartment
complex
located
at

farms.
Road
property

acres

eight
acres
in
size,
property
is
accessed
by
a
one
gated
access
point
that
is
located
on
binyan
road
and
one
access
point
on
hooper
road.

right
turn

leading

proposing
to
construct
a
12-foot
wide
multi-purpose
trail
along

connect
with

property
in
front
of
the
vistas
at
the
water's
edge
development.
