Although
the
county
setting
the
standard
in
almost
every
area,
we
assess
one
of
the
things
that
we
found
from
the
survey

past

years.
The
national
average
has
declined
five
percent
with
overall
satisfaction
of
the
local
government,
most
of
that's
a
result
of
decreased
funding,
the
economic
recession
and
other
issues.
Although
the
national
average
went
down,
five
percent
Arlington
County's
overall
performance
actually
increased
two
percent,
which
shows
that
our
Ellison
County
made
a
net
of
a
seven
