A
B
B
Members
and
welcome,
along
to
your
council
meeting
tonight,
March
27th,
it's
good
to
see
each
one
of
you
here
and
thank
you
for
those
who
are
in
the
chamber
and
those
who
are
logged
in
on
hybrid
members,
just
an
openness
announcements.
This
evening,
we've
had
some
sad
situations
across
our
burden
the
last
month
and
we
just
think
of
Olivia,
let's
hear
and
put
it
down
and
Assad
situation
there.
B
We
also
think
of
Colin,
Prime
and
Banbridge,
and
also
the
family
of
the
one-year-old
baby
boy
Frank,
who
was
in
the
accident
where
we
were
from
Oregon.
We
do
think
of
those
homies
this
time
and
also
just
learned
yesterday
of
the
awesome
of
a
former
mayor
of
the
Agassi
Arma
City
and
Irma
city
council,
District
Council
and
James
Clinton,
who
was
a
kusher
up
counselves
from
May
1985
to
May
2005..
So
remember
we
just
wanted
to
sake
of
those
families
and
I
have
will
be
writing
to
each
one.
B
I
have
already
done
so
on
some
occasions
just
to
express
their
sympathies
on
behalf
of
the
of
the
council.
Members
I
just
want
to
have
that
recorded
tonight,
so
Alderman
Spears.
C
Okay,
no
I
thought
it
was
ripped
on
that
changing
Lord
mayor.
Thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
comment
on
this
issue.
Yes,
Jimmy
Clinton
was
a
former
colleague
of
mine.
He
it
was
forced
to
Council
in
I,
think
of
1985,
and
he
served
right
up
until
2005..
C
He
was
a
quiet
man,
he
never
married.
He
was
a
man.
You
could
never
have
said
what
age
he
was.
He
always
looked
to
see
him.
He
was
very
dupper
and
he
was
a
gentleman
in
every
respect.
He
played
a
very
leading
part
in
the
community
in
the
loyal
orders
and
within
the
church
in
Tom
Brady.
He
was
a
household
name
and
Foundry
gay.
He
live
a
lifetime
of
service
to
the
folk
in
tandre
gay.
He
was
married.
C
A
farmer
in
the
I
think
the
early
2000s
and
served
as
mayor
of
the
city
and
District
I.
He
was
a
very
dignified
individual
one
that
was,
as
I
said,
sorry,
Dapper
and
and
all
was
well
turned
out.
He
was
a
gentleman
and
it's
no
doubt
he
hasn't
been
well
for
some
period.
He's
had
a
a
period
of
of
sustained
illnesses.
That
worry
has
been
off
the
scene
for
for
some
time.
C
I
I
did
wisdomen
in
hospital
some
time
ago,
and
he
sadly
has
passed
passed
away
and
may
I
say
on
behalf
of
myself
and
indeed
the
Ulster
Union's
party,
and
indeed
The
Wider
Society,
the
death
of
gratitude
that
we
prepare
to
make
the
late
Jimmy,
Clayton
and
I
extend
our
widest
sympathy
to
his
family.
I.
Think
he's
a
brother
in
England
I
forget
his
name,
but
I've
met
him,
but
indeed
he
was
a
gentleman
and
one
that
I
will
fondly
remember.
Thank
you
very
much
indeed.
Lord.
B
Thank
you,
Alderman
Spears
will
bring
in
councilor
Barrett.
D
Thank
you,
Lord
Mur
and
I
would
like
to
be
associated
with
marks
from
Alderman
Spears
I
also
would
like
to
pass
on
my
sympathies
to
the
family,
the
brother
and
and
nephews,
and
nieces
of
a
Jimmy
Clayton.
As
as
Alderman
Spears
has
said,
Jimmy
was
well
known
around
tan
regi.
It
was
his
patch
from
1985
until
2005..
D
He
was
well
known
and
indeed
at
one
state
served
in
the
term
as
mayor
and
the
Legacy
Council
and
as
a
former
counselor
was
sent
to
me
today
and
with
Jimmy
black
was
black
and
white
was
white
and
there
was
no
getting
around
that
for
Jimmy
Clayton,
but
he
was
a
gentleman
to
work
with.
As
Alderman
Spears
said,
he
was
well
known
within
the
loyal
orders.
In
fact,
one
position
I
had
at
a
high
level
was
in
one
of
the
loyal
orders.
D
He
held
that
position
for
25
years,
so
anything
that
Jimmy
put
his
mind
to
in
heart
too.
He
done
it
with
all
his
mate
and
strength
and
was
a
very
hard
worker
for
the
community
of
tan
region
district
for
the
whole
of
the
Kush
award,
but
especially
for
that
area
that
he
lived
in
for
many
many
years
and
obviously
his
passing
has
been
felt
heavily
within
the
district
that
he
lived
in
in
town
regi,
so
once
again,
I
had
also
passed
on
the
sympathies
to
the
Clayton
family.
Thank
you.
B
Yes,
Lord
Merc,
thank
you
and
I'd
just
like
to
pass
on
our
party,
sometimes
later,
all
the
all
the
ones
you
mentioned
there
and
a
your
young
woman
that
was
murdered
there
in
Church,
Street
and
I'd
like
to
pass
on
some
sincere
something
to
family
members
and
a
thank
all
fire
brigade.
The
council
workers,
the
police
that
were
all
involved.
You
know
in
rescue
and
other
people
and
the
members
of
the
town
hall
for
opening
up.
F
Yeah,
it's
like
you
Lord
mayor,
just
also
Marvel
their
own
party
and
also
as
a
kosher
counselor
from
the
Legacy
RMR
Syrian
District
Council
area
just
want
to
put
my
condolences
and
sympathies
on
the
record
as
well.
Jimmy
certainly
was
a
stalwart
and
tan
reggae
in
the
surrounding
area
and
I
know
how
many
is
a
conversation
with
them
and
back
when
I
worked
in
town
reggae
during
those
early
years.
F
So
definitely
someone
who'd
be
missed
so
early
out
in
the
wider
community
and
really
Persona
fade
and
Community
devotion,
I
suppose,
as
as
you
know,
many
counselors
did
back
in
the
days,
but
he
was
you
know,
elected
for
a
number
of
years
and
back
when
things
weren't
just
as
easy
to
be
a
public
representative.
So
we
do
Sanders
condolences
to
The
Wider
family.
Thank
you.
G
On
behalf
of
our
party,
we
would
like
to
offer
ourselves
the
family
of
Leo,
Jamie,
Clayton
and
also
Church
space
or
something
they
should
tell
you
the
family
of
valerian
portadown
under
her
family
in
Lithuania.
The
whole
issue
is
tied
into
our
daughters
of
motion
later
in
the
meeting,
and
my
colleagues
will
add
to
that
later
in
the
meeting.
Thank
you.
Lord.
H
B
B
I
C
Lord,
when
I,
when
I
spoke
specifically
on
one
nation,
namely
the
death
of
counselor
Clayton
I,
didn't
basically
refer
to
the
other,
tragic
events
that
happened
in
the
area
which,
indeed,
some
more
very,
very
tragic,
refer
to
the
the
death
and
put
her
down
on
the
date,
particularly
the
death
of
the
young
child.
Who's
from
Lurgan
in
the
Moira
situation
should
unthinkable
religious
Hazard
to
think
about,
but
in
any
event,
I
on
behalf
of
our
party
extend
our
sympathy
to
or
lose
affected
by
those
tragedies.
Thank
you.
B
Thank
you,
members
and
yes,
I
agree
with
all
the
Stevens
Earth's
been
a
sad
time
for
many
people
and
also
to
put
in
recorder
thanks
to
the
staff
that
have
been
involved
and
trying
to
help
as
well
members.
We
also
have
a
bit
of
celebration
during
the
month
as
well,
with
Banbridge
and
Lurgan,
both
claimed
top
prizes
and
the
UK
way.
Let's
celebrate
towns
Awards
ranked
in
the
topic,
which
is
fantastic
and
also
our
Navan
Center
and
Ford
announces
the
Sanford
winner
a
winner
on
recognition
of
their
accents
within
Heritage
education.
B
So
again,
we
just
wanted
to
make
sure
it
was
noted
to
put
a
record
on
recorder
thanks
to
the
staff
and
moments
on
each
of
these
and
to
thank
them
once
again
for
their
for
their
working
out
there.
Members
just
before
we
were
going
to
go
into
apologies
in
if
there's
any
I
apologies,
I
haven't
known
midwives,
ready
from
the
floor
tonight,
Mr
Michael.
J
B
Okay,
members,
just
to
give
you
up
for
a
long
night
ahead,
we're
going
to
give
you
a
10
minute
break
here.
Unfortunately,
we
do
need
to
reboot
the
whole
system
go
on,
so
it
has
been
out
live
so
far.
Just
the
camera
hasn't
been
working
and
members
online.
We
will
keep
them
on
those
watching
online.
We
can
keep
it
at
running
as
we
go
through.
So
remember,
it's
just
a
10
minute,
the
German
we'll
start
again
as
quick
as
we
have
this
up
and
running.
Thank
you.
B
They
begin.
Thank
you.
Yes,
we're
going
now
so
members.
Thank
you!
Apologies
for
that,
but
we're
up
enrollment
now
so
hopefully
that'll
be
us
straight
through
the
night.
So
remember:
I
just
received
apologies
from
the
floor,
I
suppose
members-
and
this
is
adding
to
the
the
time
scale,
but
we
have
quite
an
agenda
tonight,
three
motions
and
quite
a
bit
of
aob.
You
know
you
think
it
was
relaxing
common
soon,
but
we'll
we'll
move
it
on
as
quick
as
we
can
tonight
to
keep
it
going.
B
But
I
just
remind
everyone
just
to
probably
speak
once
at
the
car
and
speak
for
three
months,
I
think
if
you're
in
and
just
try
and
keep
the
keep
the
meeting
moving
where
we
can't,
because
we
do
have
quite
a
full
agenda
and
we
hopefully
want
to
get
through
it
the
best
we
can
so
agenda
item
2.1
secret
proposal
and
a
second
there
for
the
minutes
of
the
council
meeting
held
on
the
27th
of
February
to
be
taken
on
the
red
as
a
crack
track.
Word.
M
Lord
mayor,
just
in
relation
to
c77
2023,
the
water
refill
stations
of
just
a
bit
of
ask
for
an
update
from
a
from
Jonathan.
Please.
N
Thank
you
chair
good
evening
members.
Yes,
the
officers
have
got
prices
in
relation
to
the
alternative
options
for
our
water
water
bottle
water,
refill
stations
they'll
be
put
into
a
committee
report
brought
to
the
next
Environmental
Services
committee.
Later
on
this
year's
Journey
yeah.
B
Thank
you,
Jonathan
councilor,
Midway,
kale,.
O
Yes,
thank
you.
Lord
Murrah,
just
in
reference
to
item
c66
from
the
previous
monthly
council
meeting
and
I
understand
that
a
ladder
was
sent
to
DFA
seeking
Clarity
on
the
issue
of
inaccessibility
at
Church
Street
in
portadown
and
can
I
just
ask.
Has
any
further
correspondence
been
received
from
Council
with
regard
to
this
matter?.
P
That's
correct,
Lord
letter
was
issued,
but
we
haven't
had
a
response
back
yet
as
soon
as
it
comes
back,
we've
certainly
included
on
the
papers.
Lordmer.
A
Thank
you
very
much
Lord,
my
actually,
it's
the
same
as
you
see
66
2023
they're
noted
in
the
minutes
there
that
the
discussion
that
was
had
I
had
requested
an
update
on
a
meeting
I'd
come
regarding
the
long-standing
and
I
see
there
in
Church,
Street
I've
been
considerate
parking
and
the
general
issue
of
disabled
parking
base
that
now
that
was
last
month
last
month's
Council,
make
name
yet
to
receive
any
sort
of
Correspondence
or
any
sort
of
update
at
all
about
the
meeting
that
was
mentioned
in
those
meetings.
B
We
all
agreed
agreed:
okay,
okay
members,
if
there's
any
Declarations
of
Interest,
we
can
be
take
them
now
or
we
can
take
them
as
we
go.
How
big
as
we
go
agenda
item
4.1.
Excuse
me
a
proportional
segment
for
the
minutes
of
the
plan
on
a
regular
Services
committee
meeting,
held
on
the
first
of
March
2023
to
be
taken
and
read
and
approved
as
a
cracked
record
Alderman
Wilson.
L
Thank
you
Lord
mayor,
and
it's
just
in
respect.
There
is
quite
a
lot
of
this
particular
plan
and
application.
It's
coming
across
all
ABC
areas
and
that's
in
relation
to
these
5G
masks
and
lordman.
L
There's
a
lot
of
unsettlement
out
there
with
constituents
very
major
concerns
about
the
health
and
cfd
and
with
regards
to
the
illnesses
that
can
be
coming
from
these
5G
masks,
and
it's
it's
coming
more
and
more
frequently,
but
whenever
it
comes
with
regards
to
planning
all
the
planners
require
is
a
particular
certificate
and
a
text
that
particular
box.
Now
this
is
no
reflection
on
our
planning
department
or
our
planners.
That
is
all
that
they
require
in
order
to
proceed
with
a
planning
application.
L
L
So
I
have
actually
in
advance
of
this
meeting
when
they
asked
the
planners,
but
unfortunately,
I
haven't
got
that
information
who
exactly
would
need
to
write
to,
but
I'm
quite
confident
that
Damien
will
have
that
information.
So
it's
just
alleviate
concerns
and
actually
give
us
confidence
that
we
have
in
in
the
the
health
and
safety
of
these
5G
masks.
Thank
you.
Lord
man.
B
Q
Yeah,
thank
you
Lord,
mayor
and
happy
to
to
follow
up
on
this
Lord
mayor
I
mean
there
is
a
planning
committee
coming
up
next
week
and
if
members
were
were
content,
we
could
bring
a
report
to
that
Committee.
Just
to
pick
up
on
that
issue
that
has
been
raised
by
Kaiser
Tinsley.
It
is
obviously
of
concern
to
members
and
I'm
happy
to
follow
that
up
with
the
report,
bring
it
through
a
committee
next
week
and
then
obviously
we'll
come
back
through
food
Council
next
month.
If,
as
a
member
of
members
of
contempath.
L
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Lord
mayor
and
I
I'm,
not
sure
whether
or
not
it's
what
damians
bring
into
the
committee
is
what
they
need
in
terms
about
planning
application.
I
want
the
detail
of
what
goes
into
making
up
the
certificate.
Now,
if
Damian
can
provide
that.
However,
when
I
have
asked
the
senior
planners,
they
don't
have
that
information.
L
All
they
really
need
from
that
is
yes
or
no
does
that
I'm,
making
this
very
simplistic
that
doses
meet
the
as
part
of
the
planning
submission
yes
or
no,
and
they
are
not
actually
going
into
the
level
of
information
in
terms
of
the
health
and
safety
the
you
know,
the
the
radiation
and
potential
or
anything
like
that
and
I'm
just
very
curious
to
know,
as
are
the
constituents.
L
So
if
Damian
could
clarify
that.
Thank
you.
Q
Yeah,
of
course,
Lord.
Yes,
what
what
I
was
suggesting
really
was
that
the
report
could
sell
out
in
detail
what
needs
to
come
in
with
an
application,
and
that
would
address.
Hopefully
the
the
issue
raised
by
counselor
Tinsley,
and
you
know
we
could,
as
part
of
that
report,
suggest
that
we
write.
Q
You
know
in
relation
about
constantly
he's
asking
us
to
do.
We
could
put
forward
a
draft
letter
to
Herbert
needs
to
go
to
just
to
to
address
the
issue.
So
if,
if
members
are
content
to
deal
with
it,
that
way
so
take
it
through
a
committee
sell
out
the
issue
set
out
a
draft
letter.
Members
agree
that,
and
then
we
take
it,
Forward,
not
business.
If
members
were
content
with
that.
B
S
Thank
you,
Lord
mirror
and
I'm
happy
to
Second
counselor
tensley's
proposal
efforts
and
when
I'm
here
I
want
to
make
reference
to
an
application
in
the
Boron
I'm
not
going
to
be
specific
since
it's
a
live
application,
but
for
one
of
these
50
masts
and
the
location
would
be
just
outside
a
council
property
and
if
it
was
allowed,
the
request
was
exceeded
to.
In
my
opinion,
it
would
be
detrimental
visually
to
the
council
property.
Q
Yeah
thanks
door
yeah.
Well,
the
council
has
a
regulatory
function
here,
obviously,
which
is
the
process
that
the
application
that
is
in
front
of
us,
but
look
if
particular
members,
individual
members
wanted
to
make
representations
themselves.
Obviously
they
would
be
taken
into
consideration
as
part
of
the
process
of
the
application,
and
so
you
know
that
would
be
a
decision,
a
decision
for
individual
members.
Q
You
know
that's,
that's
really.
The
only
line
I
I
can
give
on
that.
I
mean
unless
councilman
he's
talking
about
the
consoles
and
organization
where
it
stands
in
these.
There
are
two
separate
issues:
there's
a
regulatory
function
and
whether
the
council
does
have
a
possession
just
generally
on
this
particular
form
of
development.
But
the
coming
back.
The
original
point
of
individual
members
wish
to
make
representations
that,
of
course,
they
can
do
that
and
they'll
be
taken
into
consideration
as
part
of
the
planning
assessment.
S
Q
Yes,
thanks
Lord
mayor
yeah,
look,
it
would
be
taken
up
through
I
suppose
through
the
estate's
department.
Perhaps
maybe
that
would
be
the
best
way
to
handle
it
if,
if
it
was
adjacent
to
you
know
a
building
which
the
council
is
on
or
off,
and
we
had
concerns
as
an
organization
about
the
impact.
The
platform
was
development
upon
that
particular
building,
then
perhaps
representations
could
be
made
by
the
State's
Department
to
realize
what
those
concerns
are,
and
they
could
of
course
be
taken
into
consideration.
Q
We
do
have
to
be
careful,
obviously
around
testing
these
applications,
because
there
is
the
regulatory
function
that
we
have
in
terms
of
processing
these,
but
also
you
know
the
council
has-
can
take
another
position
on
these
outside
of
planning.
Concerns
can't
be
raised
if
we
think,
as
an
organization
of
some
form
of
development
potentially
could
have
an
adverse
effect
on
part
of
the
council's
estate.
Of
course
those
concerns
could
be
raised
and
they
would
have
to
be
taken
into
consideration.
B
Thank
you
Damien
and
Country
Nicholson.
H
Yeah
thanks
Lord
and
I
wasn't
going
to
ask
this
question
but
see
Damian's
online,
so
I
just
want
an
update
on
the
at
system.
Obviously
we
discuss
it
at
length.
A
planet
committee
I
have
been
trying
to
defend
it
as
much
as
I
can
out
there
in
the
general
public
that
is
needed.
H
It's
peer
pressure
says
that
Miller,
but
we
saw
the
figures
and
I'm
just
hoping
that
there
has
been
some
communication
with
the
the
it
provider
and
hopefully
we're
we're
we're
we're
we're
basically
getting
those
little
sort
of
Gremlins
out
of
the
system.
I
actually
was
at
a
wake
recently
on
a
month,
sat
beside
me
and
he
was
in
Mia
for
30,
30
or
40
minutes
lambastian
the
at
system,
and
he
was
he
was
an
architect
and
it
was
just
like
you
know.
What
can
you
say
so
a
beginning
when
you're
on
there
please?
Q
Yeah,
thank
you.
Lord
Merit.
Yes,
look
just
to
be
clear.
First
of
all
that
this
is
not
just
the
the
council's
own
I.T
system
that
this
is
assured
service
with
Department
of
infrastructure
and
nine
other
councils.
So
it's
basically
every
planning,
Authority
Northern
Ireland,
the
part
for
Middle,
sir
no
they're
hopping
ongoing
technical
issues.
I've
mentioned
this
previously,
and
you
know
around
those
issues.
Q
There
is
a
obviously
a
risk
of
litigation
with
information
not
appearing
on
parts
of
the
portal
of
the
uit
system,
where
it
should,
for
example,
the
public
are
unable
to
access
certain
information,
and
that
does
pose
a
concern
for
us
and,
as
a
result,
we're
exercising
caution
around
the
decisions
that
we
can
issue
to
avoid
ending
up
in
court.
Now.
What
are
we
doing
about
it?
Q
We
are
realizing
and
engaging
very
very
closely
with
the
supplier,
with
the
department
for
infrastructure,
with
other
councils,
I
personally
attended
a
meeting
about
a
week
ago
to
try
and
push
for
an
election
plan
which
would
identify
the
issues
that
need
to
be
resolved
and
put
time
skills
against
those
issues,
and
that
action
plan
is
now
in
draft
form
and
we're
working
towards
pulling
that
together,
which
we
then
present
automating
with
the
supplier
to
ensure
that
these
issues
are
resolved
as
quickly
as
possible
and
within
an
acceptable
time.
Q
Skill
fully
accept
these
issues
are
rolling
far
far
too
long.
The
system
command
back
in
December
and
we
all
thought
they
know.
We'd
have
a
perfectly
running
system.
Unfortunately,
that
isn't
the
case,
but
I
can't
emphasize
to
members
that
we
are
working
very,
very
hard
between
behind
the
scenes
to
try
and
get
this
system
rolling.
The
way
it
should
be
thanks.
Lord.
B
B
Thank
you,
commissioner,
on
our
vice
chairs
and
apologies
with
someone
else
that
can
second
the
minutes
from
the
Council
of
Flagler.
A
Yes,
thank
you
Lord
my
I'm
happy
to
second,
but
I
do
have
one
way
thing:
I
just
want
to
raise
in
the
minutes.
Please
that's:
okay,
it's
es22
2023,
and
it
was
in
riff.
It
was
referring
to
the
green,
the
Queen's
green
canopy
project,
which,
as
as
we
heard
on
the
evening,
had
been
a
great
success
and
a
great
uptick
amongst
the
citizens.
In
the
borough.
A
I
know
it
had
been
noted
that
maybe
a
smallish
number
had
actually
registered
to
set
trees,
and
but
it
is
quite
easy
to
do
so
and
I
implore.
Those
of
you
who
did
get
the
trees
to
to
do
that
and
and
leave
that
Legacy,
but
in
discussions
about
that
particular
project
with
some
of
them
of
my
constituents.
A
A
A
The
Woodland
trust
also
have
an
emergency
tree
fund
which
provides
funding
to
councils
to
allow
them
to
deliver
plans
of
tree
plant
nuts
that
suits
the
particular
area
and
I
just
wondered
if
it
would
be
useful
or
possible
if
our
biodiversity
officer,
for
example,
would
would
take
away
look
at
this
with
maybe
the
mind
to
committing
to
doing
such
a
project.
A
That
probably
would
just
involve
a
report
of
some
of
some
Port
of
some
part.
Sorry
Jonathan.
Thank
you.
N
S
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor
I
want
to
come
back
in
an
es16.
Please
I
proposed
the
rise
in
the
fixed
penalty,
notices
for
dog
filing
and
letter,
and,
if
I
take
it
down
to
paragraph
four,
where
it
said
proposed
by
Alderman,
moutre
and
moving
just
a
sentence
or
two,
it
said.
Alderman
moutre
suggests
that
the
ability
to
renew
the
matter
with
on
within
one
year
should
be
added
to
the
recommendation.
S
It
wasn't
a
suggestion.
It
was
part
of
the
proposal,
so
it
was
if
that
could
be
Amanda.
Please
thank
you.
Foreign.
B
T
Thank
you,
Lord
Mary
I
was
just
in
the
back
of
what
Council
Flaherty
said
about
the
trees
now
I'm
conscious.
T
There
was
a
discussion
around
that
and
there
was
a
bit
of
a
consensus
where
there
was
a
consensus
around
the
room
that
anemia
would
go
out
and
maybe
we'll
have
to
wait
as
rather
fail
to
council,
but
but
an
email
regard
to
those
who
got
the
trees
from
the
council
tables
to
maybe
register
them
on
I
know,
there's
a
big
uptick,
but
I
don't
think
it
was
an
awful
lot
registered
on
the
Queen's,
canopy
and
I.
Think
I
follow
up.
Amy
was
to
present
everybody
who
got
the
trees
and
I'm,
not
sure.
T
T
In
fact,
we
planted
our
tree
there
on
Saturday
afternoon
and
was
able
to
get
the
family
involved
so
and
it's
a
good
news
story
for
the
borough
and
anything
to
do
with
this,
so
I
think
to
measure
the
success
it'll
be
useful
to
get
the
message
out
again,
even
across
our
social
media
channels,
to
encourage
people
to
register
as
part
of
the
Queen's
campaign.
I
follow
up
being
milk,
because
I
just
wanted
to
reiterate
that
point
and
just
to
make
sure
it
does
stop.
Thank
you.
B
Thank
you,
Yellowman
boxer
disappointed.
Invite
me
to
the
tree
planting,
but
Megan
Johnson
bring
you
in
there.
R
N
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
chair
and
again,
thank
you,
Madrid
or
ultimate
backstory
for
you
for
comments
not
regard
and
you're
quite
right.
It
was
a
very
successful.
In
fact
it
was
over
subscribed.
It
was
not
successful,
but
certainly
after
tonight
speaking
follow-up
email
will
be
issued
to
those
who
took
part
in
this
game
just
to
remind
them
to
upload
the
relevant
information.
C
Lord
mayor
it
just
in
relation
to
the
resolution
that
Alderman
murdery
proposed
in
relation
to
increasing
the
fines
and
the
fully
supportive
of
that
I
just
want
to
know
recently.
I
had
a
noticed
on
Facebook
or
by
some
parts
of
the
area
were
getting
a
special
cleanup
not
were
being
advised
to
keep
their
cars
off
the
road
or
by
that
the
sweepers
would
be
out
on
what's
going
to
be
cleaning
the
whole
place.
That
was
very
welcome.
C
How
many
places
has
that
happened
in
on
the
when
we
discussed
the
cleanliness
of
the
area
in
recent
months,
since
the
the
strike
on
indeed
before
the
strike?
We
There
was
quite
a
lot
of
the
be
it
as
regards
the
cleanliness
of
the
area
and
parts
of
the
the
area
needing
cleaned
up
and
the
issue
of
letter
and
letter
loads
and
letter
being
deposited
out
of
cars
and
whatever
now
I
was
interested
in
the
figures.
C
There's
quite
a
lot
of
people
caught
for
cigarette
butts,
but
there's
a
lot
less
for
lettering
and
a
lot
less
for
dog,
furling
and
I
just
be
interested
in
the
minutes
of
the
council.
Meeting
I
had
asked
a
question,
and
yourself
Lord
mayor,
had
answered
it
and
indicated
that
there
would
be
a
special
meeting
of
the
environment
committee
or
by
the
committee
with
our
view
to
having
a
full
and
Frank
discussion
as
to
where
the
Border
Wars
in
context
of
the
rolling
out
a
policy
of
cleansing
on
letter
packing
and
fines.
C
C
There's
a
there's
a
few
very
hot
spots
within
the
district
as
soon
as
people
turn
off
and
be
enrolled
and
how
how
the
thing
goes
out
through
the
window,
so
I
I
honestly
think
a
we
do
need
a
full
and
practice
cushion
where
these
people
as
regards
how
they
operate
and
where
they
operate,
a
I,
see
Letterman
through
no
to
cars
and
whatever
I
can't
understand
why
someone
can't
be
parked
and
watch
what's
happening
and
try
and
get
a
few
guilty
individuals,
because
the
place
has
been
lettered
lettered
by
a
little
loud
stuff.
Thank
you.
C
N
Thank
you,
chair,
I'm,
certainly
taking
on
board
on
Alderman
Spears
comments,
sir.
There
were
a
number
of
of
comments
that
were
made
there,
and
certainly
there
is
a
meeting
scheduled
of
the
environmental
services
working
group
on
the
4th
of
April,
and
we
certainly
will
bring
a
representative
of
the
environmental
health
department
to
that
meeting
to
talk
about
a
number
of
the
models
that
the
alderman
Spears
raises
in
the
relational
cleanliness
and
also
the
modern
relation
to
a
letter
on
filing
and
so
on
so
forth.
N
B
Thank
you,
Jonathan
okay,
members
for
project
and
secondary.
We
all
agreed
agreed.
Thank
you.
Millers
of
the
governance
committee,
a
proposer
and
a
secondary
from
the
big
particularly
red,
has
approved
as
a
cracked
record
on
the
8th
of
March
aldera
Madre
happy
to
propose
Lord
mayor.
B
You
councilor
elaborate.
I
The
reasons
why
I
wasn't
confidential
was
that
some
previous
papers
came
to
confidential
business
before
and
the
position
is
a
confidential
business
would
eventually
end
up
in
the
public
demand
anyway,
which
just
gave
me
some
concerns,
because
when,
as
I
said
in
the
GRS
46
here
technician
to
reduction
in
the
minutes,
that
will
cause
some
concern
to
the
public,
because
I've
only
found
out
when
they
can't
do
anything
about
it.
And
it's
already
been
there's
been
a
reduction
in
transparency.
I
I'd
like
to
discuss
this
further,
but
I'm,
conscious
out
of
those
and
confidential
business,
so
I'd
like
to
make
a
proposal
that
the
corresponding
confidential
item,
which
is
DRS
50
and
the
confidential
section,
but
we'd
be
allowed
to
discuss
that
in
the
open
business
here
and
I.
So
thank
God
I
propose
to
someone
like
the
second
before
discuss
any
Fair
Lawn.
Thank
you,
Lord
man.
Thank.
B
V
And
thank
you
Lord.
Yes,
there
was
a
fair
bit
of
discussion
at
this
and
I
in
the
confidential
minutes.
Members
will
say
the
points
I
made
in
respect
of
the
decision
that
had
been
made
and
I
think
I
said
at
the
time
as
well.
V
If
members
have
concerns
about
this
modern
hobby
to
to
look
at
the
reasons
that
it
isn't
confidential
and
to
to
go
through
those
with
members,
particularly
for
any
future
situation,
so
yeah
the
the
sessions
are
there
and
they're
in
respectable
of
I
am
a
part
of
the
the
legislation
that
allows
us
to
do
that.
So
thank
you.
B
Thank
you,
Sharon
Alderman,
Baxter,.
T
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Lord
mayor,
as
opposed
to
a
bit
confused
I
was
thinking
what
actually
has
been
asked
of
us
here.
Potential
lovely
did
say:
I've
had
for
me
just
a
point.
They
did
say
that
the
public
will
see
it
when
they
can't
do
anything
about
it,
but
I'll
be
interested
in
what
the
public
can
do
about
a
vacancy
make
a
decision.
You
know
it's
not
a
public
rule.
T
R
I
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor,
I,
suppose
I
would
I
guess
plus
more
importance
on
openness
and
transparency.
Maybe
an
Oldman
Baxter,
wood
and
I
would
like
to
discuss
this
information
in
a
much
more
open
fashion,
but
given
that
it
is
in
confidential,
business
I
am
obviously
constrained
by
that
and
the
proposal
I
want
to
discuss
it
in
open
business
now
and
said
the
proposals
on
the
floor
and
encourage
all
members
to
be
open
to
discussion
at
an
open
business.
I
So
we
can
get
the
discussion
against
info
public
domain,
so
I
guess
the
proposals
on
the
on
the
floor
a
lot
more.
Thank
you,
hello
and
boxer.
T
Thanks
Robert
for
letting
me
back,
you
know
also
respectable
comment
actually
by
by
Council
I've
been
answer
present,
because
you
know
he
does
go
off
on
these
things
sometimes
and
makes
no
sense
whatsoever.
I
asked
a
simple
question,
which
is
a
genuine
question
as
to
what
the
public
and
due
to
overturn
decisions,
because
I
was
puzzled
by
that.
It's
nothing
to
do
we're
transparency,
an
open,
C
and
being
open
to
the
public,
and
you
know
you
can
look
back
on
May
wreck
or
navist
things
very
similar
to
this
down
through
the
years.
T
This
would
have
been
a
little
lengths,
other
kinds
of,
and
there
wasn't
one
other
party
who
voted
for
the
proposal.
It
was
13
votes
to
tell
you.
If
memory
serves
me
correctly,
it
was
well-dependent
and
there
were
very
valid
reasons
in
confidential
business
and
it
will
eventually
come
to
the
public
domain
when
that's
deemed
National
Street.
To
do
so,
but
I'm
still
possible
still
haven't
got
an
answer.
I
was
too
high
the
public
and
over
again
a
decision
near
the
council,
because
that's
what
country
love
he
said
is
triliate
for
the
public.
T
If
they
can't
do
anything
about
it
and
I'm
asking
the
question,
how
can
the
public
do
anything
about
it
if
they're
not
Representatives
as
a
simple
question,
and
then
they
come
back
with
a
totally
off
the
call
from
markers?
Actually,
you
know
we're
very
unfair.
I
was
actually
a
respectable
comment
by
by
councilor
lovely,
and
it
makes
no
sense
to
actually
what
the
point
was
released
either
so
I
just
wanted
to
put
that.
Put
that
on
record.
Thank
you.
B
Okay,
thank
you
who
came
over
for
proposal
and
secondary
here
in
the
floor
and
the
frame
rate
councilor
you're,
proposing
that
we
bring
an
item
which
is
in
confidential
business
GRS
50
into
business.
Now,
okay,
membership.
We're
going
to
have
to
have
a
vote
on
that.
Then.
Whether
we
agree
to
this
or
we
don't
agree
for
members
agreed
that
we
do
that.
B
Okay,
Alderman
Anderson.
E
R
X
I
J
B
Okay,
president
Council
mcelroth.
X
B
B
G
B
X
B
Okay
members,
putting
yes
three
voting,
no
34,
who
remembers
we
stick
with
it
as
it
is,
and
confidential
who
came
up.
We
agreed
then,
with
the
minutes
as
the
minutes
of
the
Environmental
Services
agreed.
B
Previously,
Governors
communion
members,
thank
you.
Okay,
members
of
the
performance
and
all
committee
4.4.
It's
a
cracked
record
on
the
9th
of
March
on
councilor,
okay,
yeah.
B
B
Great
thank
you.
Okay
members,
the
minister
of
the
Leisure
and
Community
Services
committee,
held
on
the
13th
of
March,
ran
approved.
The
crack
rack
board
or
share
a
person
was
an
apology.
So
commissioner,
Michael
Linton
nice
shirt.
B
R
T
Thanks
for
that,
man,
Lord
mayor
and
a
system
relation
to
lse,
45
and
2023,
just
in
relation
to
what
I
was
reading
about
I'm,
not
committee
any
longer
when
I
was
reading
about
the
damn
Mary,
Peters
trust
and
the
sports
bursaries
that
exist
and
the
contribution
of
the
council
Meg.
T
It
reminded
me
of
the
the
issue
that
I
raised
last
month
in
terms
of
the
king's
coronation
and
I
know:
I've
spoken
to
some
members
and
their
own
party
and
some
members
of
other
parties,
and
indeed
Seamus
McCray,
about
this
about
bringing
back
a
paper
in
terms
of
the
king's
coronation.
Bursary
I
raised
it
at
the
last
council
meeting
on
the
things
from
conversations
and
have
taken
place
and
I
do
realize
that
there's
maybe
another
consensus
on
how
we
take
us
forward.
T
So
I
just
wanted
to
propose
tonight,
but
with
house
officers
and
to
go
away
and
to
look
at
this
and
to
work
up
some
detail
in
relation
to
the
coronation
bursary
and
idea
that
I
had
a
couple
of
months
ago,
as
opposed
to
getting
a
officers
a
bit
of
a
steer.
If
members
are
on
agreement
tonight,
we
had
thought
of
a
like
a
modest
budget
of
something
like
20
000
pounds
a
year
set
aside
and
perpetuity,
or
indeed
and
throughout
the
lengths
of
King
Charles,
the
Third
rean.
T
But
we
set
up
a
king's
coronation
bursary
scheme
honestly
because
the
King
Charles
the
Third
Carnation
bursary,
where
young
people
within
Alberta,
you
have
made
a
contribution
to
the
community
or
and
have
and
done
something
done,
something
else
that
that
warrants
a
sort
of
recognition
of
the
good
that
they
do
for
their
Community.
T
But
they
could
apply
to
this
game
every
year
to
help
them
to
further,
maybe
their
education
or
take
a
course,
but
not
limited
to
those
two
things
which
otherwise
financially
would
be
Out,
Of,
Reach
to
them
and
up
to
five
young
people
or
something
like
that
and
could
Avail
of
this
scheme.
So
that's
really
just
a
few
ideas
around
it.
I'm
conscious.
T
We
need
to
do
it
in
terms
of
how
we
we
follow
through
the
processed,
but
tonight
just
to
propose
that
that
is
brought
formally
to
your
committee,
and
a
paper
is
worked
up
by
Council
officers
and
brought
back
to
the
relevant
committee
that
we
can
actually
further
this
idea
forward.
And
but
we
would
have
this
in
perpetuity
a
King
Charles,
the
Third
coronation
bursary
to
to
promote
our
young
people
and
within
the
borough.
Thank
you.
H
Yeah
yep
thanks
Lord,
Mur
and
I'm
happy
to
second
that
proposal.
If,
if,
if
we're
making
a
proposal
on
the
floor,
the
same
thing
but
it's
another
item
and
Laura
that
I
was
I
want
to
speak
about
as
well.
It's
just
learning
just
an
opportunity.
One
yeah
LCS
52
2023
is
Chairman
local
Football
Club.
B
J
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor.
No,
we
wouldn't
agree
to
that.
I
mean
we
had
some
discussions
about
this
and
I
mean
obviously
I've
been
three
or
30
type
estimates
process.
There
is
no
money
and
me
Kerry
for
twenty
thousand
pound
annual
bursary.
That
is
of
interest
to
fifty
percent
of
our
boar
and
of
no
renters
to
the
other
half
of
the
bar.
So
it's
not
certainly
something
we'd
be
supporting.
I
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor,
well,
two
questions.
Well,
first,
would
be
for
all
them
Baxter
to
clarify
again
what
he's
actually
asking
for.
Is
he
asking
for
a
report
to
be
brought
back,
and
could
we
specify
what
the
reports
is
looking
to
be
brought
back,
what
it
is
actually
on
Just
for
clarity,
what
we're
actually
putting
on
here
and
then
maybe
a
further
comments,
depending
on
that.
Thank
you.
B
Thank
you,
you
think
you
did,
we
brought
back,
but
you
want
to
go
over
it
again.
There.
T
Yep
I'll
be
the
clarified,
Lord
mayor
and
we
did
try
to
get
a
consensus
with
the
party
leaders
and
not
today,
but
obviously
it
wasn't
common.
So
we
need
to
get
a
decision
of
cancer.
So
that's
why
I
brought
up
I
suppose
brought
it
up
tonight.
T
We
really
need
officers
to
go
and
work
proposals
up
so
really
it
is
to
bring
back
a
paper,
and
that
is
the
suggestions
that,
as
you
started,
thinking
in
terms
of
the
twenty
thousand
pounds,
but
had
five
young
people
every
year
and
from
all
for
from
Red
across
the
borough,
and
it's
really
just
to
bring
a
paper
back
even
like
an
options
paper
that
we
can
discuss
and
go
through
the
proper
process
and
in
the
committee.
I
Yeah,
thank
you
Lord,
mayor
I.
Suppose
it
would
have
to
wait
to
see
what
the
paper
comes
back
before
we
take
a
final
decision
on
so
long
as
it's
open
to
everyone
from
the
bar
I
know.
There's
a
lot
of
people
in
education.
I
could
do
with
additional
support
and
right
across,
particularly
those
on
the
16
to
18
age,
category
seeking
education
outside
of,
for
example.
I
F
B
C
C
I
am
must
say,
I'm
very
happy
to
support
this
initiative.
This
proposal,
in
fact
I,
was
quite
happy
to
seconds
it,
but
that
has
already
been
done
and
I
mean
I.
Think
people
would
be
very.
Very
foolish
and
councilor
Michael
made
a
point
there
about
50
percent
of
the
Bora
and
he
was
been
fairly
definitive,
but
in
in
any
event,
things
don't
normally
work
out
that
way.
You
know
in
terms
of
of
Royal
events
or
Royal
occasions
or
whatever.
C
If
you
look
at
those
that
including
myself
and
indeed
The
Wider
community,
that
are
quite
happy
to
accept
Awards
MBA
uba,
whatever
I
mean
it's
by
no
means
a
sectarian
list
by
no
standard,
so
I
think
it
would
be
extremely
foolish
to
Define
that
this
Bourgeois
or
whatever
is
worked
up,
would
be
definitive
in
sectarian
terms
and
I,
certainly
don't
see
it
in
that
way.
C
I
see
something
that
has
an
opportunity
to
be
developed
in
a
way
that
possibly
a
bursary
for
some
student
who
possibly
has
done
something
in
terms
of
research
or
or
or
whatever,
but
we
await
the
outcome
of
the
proposals
or
paper.
Someone
forward
from
our
officers
have
no
doubt
that
when
that
comes
to
our
warping
group
or
whatever
or
the
committee,
ideas
will
be
fluted
as
to
how
one
can
add
value,
as
it
were,
to
the
proposal
and
it's
out
there
and
I
have
no
doubt
that
it
will
be
applicable
right
across
this
community.
C
As
I've
just
said,
in
relation
to
those
that
from
the
Nationalist
Community,
we
put
it
that
way
that
they
are
quite
happy
and
understandably
unrightly
so
happy
to
accept
awards
from
royalty.
Let
it
be
at
the
New,
Year's,
honors
or
birthday
honors,
so
to
make
this
into
a
sectarian
thing.
C
I
think
is
sad,
sad
and
it
takes
away
from
the
spirit
of
what
is
intended
in
the
spirit
of
how
we
can
look
forward,
to
assist
and
reach
out
to
young
people
within
this
community
to
help
them
and
I,
wouldn't
like
to
think
that
would
be
done
in
a
sectarian
manner.
As
obviously
a
consular
Michael
seems
to
imply.
B
J
Thank
you,
Lord
I
mean
I,
never
mentioned
honey,
thanks
Victorian.
What
I
was
referring
to
I,
don't
know
one
Irish,
Republican
or
one
Irish
nationalist
I
will
be
happy
to
take
awards
from
the
British
Monarchy.
That's
the
nature
of
the
society.
We
live
and
do
you
know
what
I
mean?
So
that's
the
point
I'm
making
if
he
has
a
King
Charles
a
third
coronation.
J
D
I
would
like
to
welcome
currents
our
alderman
Baxter's
proposal,
I
I,
find
that
it'll
be
something
that'll
be
very,
very
positive
if
we
work
on
this
paper
to
make
sure
that
the
paper
is
developed
and
that
it
is
taken
further
to
King's
Charles
bursary
I
to
to
listen
to
current
Sir
Michael.
It's
not
that
long
ago,
you
know
Shin
Fein
members
at
the
leadership
level
was
shaking
the
hands
of
King
Charles
and
wishing
them
all
the
best
and
then
with
the
fork.
Tony
comes
into
the
chamber
tonight.
D
To
that
one
is
a
real
hard,
lame.
Republican
they're
happy
to
take
the
British
Checkers
money
and
set
over
I
will
attend
the
corridors
of
Westminster
and
take
their
thousands
apparents
a
year
with
the
Kings
or
Queens
head
on
it
at
that
stage.
But
I
think
this
is
something
that
could
have
worked
up
could
be
very
positive.
King
Charles
has
reached
out
to
to
people
from
across
the
community.
In
fact
that
was
recognized
by
the
leader
of
shin
fian.
D
Not
that
long
ago,
I
assume
just
wondering
what
policy
Shin
Fame
is
is
really
speaking
on
tonight,
but
I
think
it
would
be
abundantly
clear
that
the
majority
of
this
chamber,
hopefully
will
be
in
favor
of
a
paper
being
worked
up.
We
need
to
as
Alderman
Baxter
and
Spears
have
said,
and
others
have
said.
We
need
to
be
trying
to
encourage
your
young
people
and
you
think
of
the
Duke
of
Edinburgh
and
of
all
of
those
Awards.
You
know
coming
from
from
the
Dukes
and
and
the
palace
and
they've
all
been
very
beneficial.
D
B
T
Thank
you
Lord
man
for
bringing
me.
Let
me
back
in
and
you
know,
I
don't
want
this
to
become
controversial.
I
do
understand
that
sensitivity
is
a
Roundup,
but
not
only
I
didn't
want
to
come
back
at
all,
but
I
had
to
establish
this
community.
Is
there
to
stop
at
this
party
because
Michelle
and
Alex
mask
is
going
to
the
coronation.
T
You
know
that
guy
just
shows
you
that
I
put
the
hypocrisy
coming
from
the
other
side
of
the
chamber,
I'm
to
say
that
I'm
to
say
that
members
are
his
community.
You
know
I
think
he
said.
50
percent
of
Irish
Republicans
I
I
would
date
that
I'm
sure
the
stlp,
but
but
prefer
to
be
called
by
the
Irish
nationalists
as
a
person
Republicans
as
well
in
in
terms
of
the
the
connotations
of
the
housing.
Are
you
in
the
public
domain?
T
For
example,
is
really
for
members
of
the
unionist
community
from
northern,
because
I
can
tell
you
it's
not
a
little
ultimate.
We
have
a
paper
a
confidential
paper
and
that
I
can't
get
the
details
off
here
in
the
public
to
me
and
but
Grumps
are
awarded
for
the
king's
coronation.
Specifically
for
the
king's
carnation.
T
Michael
wants
to
have
Romans
a
day,
not
list.
He
will
say
that
there's
quite
a
few
groups
from
his
nationalist
Republican
community
that
ever
played
for
King's
coronation,
ground
and
I've
been
successful,
are
going
to
help
coronation
Barbecues
in
the
lake
which
completely
out
of
Step,
not
only
with
us,
not
only
with
this
party,
not
only
whether
it's
parties
community,
so
you
know,
maybe
he
won't
be
attending
attending
the
coronation
with
Michelle
and
Alex
Masky,
but
they'll,
certainly
with
their
representing
his
party.
B
Okay,
members
I
think
we're
not
agreed
so
we'll
go
to
a
vote,
then,
on
Country
Alderman
bachelor's
proposal,
which
has
been
seconded
by
commissioner
Nicholson
members,
are
all
clear.
What
we're
voting
on
yeah.
E
X
E
G
A
B
B
History
is
not
here,
country,
McNally,
no
lardma
cancer,
McNiel
Ardmore.
C
B
M
AC
B
J
B
B
F
F
And
it's
just
referring
back
to
the
issue
of
the
Clower
of
working
with
our
sports
clubs
and
Council
and
sports
facilities,
and
it
was
really
just
no
from
the
retail
perspective.
We
had
discussions
around
fondant
opportunities
that
were
common
and
golden
just
as
this
whole
process
was
being
sort
of
worked
on.
It
was
just
really
from
the
aspect
of
ladders,
of
comfort
and
artifacts,
a
possibility
to
close
that
off.
F
Just
the
No
Time
drawn
along
conscious
that
would
maybe
aren't
going
to
have
the
same
company
opportunities
in
April
and
them
were
in
demand.
Obviously,
with
the
election,
you
know,
I'm
just
really
conscious
that
groups
are
missing
out
and
if
a
really
special
effort
could
be
made
over
the
next
few
weeks,
just
to
try
and
sort
of
get
that
issue,
you
know
for
everyone.
That's
that's
got
through
the
process
so
far.
F
If
that
could
be
sort
of
rounded
off
nicely,
it
would
be
really
really
useful.
Maybe
the
man
to
respond
or
not
or
even
email
me
at
an
appropriate
time,
just
to
get
that
on
the
on
the
minute.
Thank
you.
N
Yep,
thank
you,
chair
Sergeant
register
Alderman.
It's
questioned
in
relation
to
a
lot
of
comfort
will
be
issued
tomorrow
to
the
club
in
question.
You
can
also
confirm
that
site
visits
have
taken
place
with
each
of
the
clubs
and
also
the
Leisure,
and
the
legal
representatives
and
heads
of
terms
have
been
drafted
under
the
certainly
that
we
hope
to
conclude
on
those
formally
in
the
very
very
near
future,
certainly
in
the
side
of
the
summer.
Thank
you,
chair.
B
L
R
N
U
Thank
you,
Lord
I
believe
you
just
mentioned
the
club.
There
is
in
the
same
position
so
if
I
could
be
progressed
as
soon
as
possible,
Jonathan
much
appreciated.
Thank
you.
B
Thank
you.
Okay.
Membership
through
the
military,
we're
all
agreed,
then
move
on
from
Ledger
yeah
agreed.
Thank
you
and
a
proposer
and
a
secondary,
then
for
the
minutes
of
the
economic
development
regeneration
committee
held
on
the
14th
of
March
and
Alderman
Burns.
B
Thank
you.
Thank
you
very
much
in
relation
to
these
TVs.
D
The
SUV
program
I
got
the
opportunity
to
launch
it,
which
is
a
fantastic
game
night.
There
was
someone
that
was
in
touch
with
me
regarding.
B
B
The
other
one
godmar
is
regarding
visit,
Irma
I'm,
a
bomb
bridge
counselor
like
many
others
like
yourself,
even
the
deputy
Lord
merge,
Lagan
River
counselor,
not
on
our
Mark
counselor.
Now
I
do
realize
the
favors
of
normal.
H
B
Of
palm
bridge
and
hashtag
visit
warma,
that
is
unacceptable
to
me.
It's
so
acceptable
to
make
institutions
on
Banbridge
County,
Down,
Viet,
Parish
I
do
believe.
We
have
discussed
this
time
and
time
again,
endless
Council
and
committee
and
I
think
it's
time
to
put
the
mother
to
bed.
We
are
one
Council,
a
b
cormaster
mindful,
but
we
are
one
Council
and
I
do
understand
where
other
counselors,
who
are
my
counselors,
want
to.
H
H
B
B
Thank
you,
Lord.
Thank
you.
It
has
been
something
that's
been
discussed
a
number
of
times,
I
think
we've
all
been.
It's
been
reasonable
once
they've
come
on.
Just
in
your
first
point,
I
think
someone
will
come
back
to
you
on
this
TV
thing.
There's
no
one!
Well,
here's
any
Turtle
people
also
is
that
okay
I
will
bring
our
WTV
executive
in
here.
Only
visit,
armor
I
think.
AD
AD
The
browned
benchmarks
extremely
positively,
currently,
as
it
stands
against
other
tourism
destinations,
and
we
have
looked
at
some
of
the
data
online
in
terms
of
both
Northern
Ireland
and
Ireland.
So,
by
way
of
example,
in
terms
of
Facebook
visit,
Arma
has
45
000
followers.
It
ranks
third
of
Northern
Ireland
destinations,
so
it
comes
after
Belfast
and
Causeway
coast
and
glands.
AD
AD
There's
also
there's
a
Banbridge,
so
I
understand
that
was
asked
for
at
a
point
in
time.
So
it
does
mean
if
anyone
is
doing
a
Google
search
for
visit
bambridge,
they
can
also
be
taken
into
the
visiban
bridge
site
and
that
specifically
Market
spanbridge.
Again.
It
includes
places
to
stay
events
and
activities.
So
currently
Banbridge
is
being
marketed
actively
through
both
of
those
websites.
AD
AD
Whilst
it
does
Market
the
entire
of
the
borough,
there
was
text
at
the
end
of
it
that
did
say
hashtag
visitorma
and
the
data
would
indicate
that
the
current
brand
works
very
well
for
the
borough
and
considering
it
has
been
developed
over
a
number
of
years,
and
it
has
become
a
globally
recognized
brand
and
I
suppose.
AD
Whenever
we've
been
looking
at
this
internally,
we
do
recognize
that
a
change
in
branding
could
well
have
implications
for
the
number
of
visitors
to
the
borough,
just
because
of
how
it
is
used
in
America
and
Canada
and
across
the
world.
However,
I
totally
appreciate
the
points
made
and
we're
all
was
open
to
the
conversations
about
how
we
can
Market
all
areas
of
the
borough,
better
and
I.
Think
at
a
point
well
made
as
well
just
about
our
wider
branding,
and
certainly
that
is
something
we
are
looking
at.
AD
You
did
mention
there
active
airbc
and
there
have
been
different
Brown
things
used
across
different
departments.
AD
So
that
is
something
definitely
that
we
do
need
to
look
at
in
its
widest
sense,
but
I
thought
it
was
important
just
to
share
some
of
the
background
and
some
of
the
data
and
I
suppose
just
to
recognize
that,
whilst
we
can
of
course
look
at
rebranding,
it
can
have
implications
and
some
of
the
other
areas
of
Northern
Ireland
have
went
a
similar
route
like
there's
a
dairy,
it's
not
visitary
on
strabane
and
other
areas,
and
it's
just
how
different
parts
of
Northern
Ireland
are
recognized,
but
that's
based
on
the
research,
obviously
that
we
have
done
today
at
and
happy
to
take
any
other
thoughts
on
that.
AD
B
Thank
you,
councilor
Ian,
Wilson,.
U
Thank
you
Lord,
my
probably
just
tackle
kaiserable
or
Alderman
Barr
Santa
Monica.
It's,
it's
always
been
a
book
bear
from
Michael
and
Council
that
everything's
visit
RMR
on
no
later
than
today,
the
barn
start
and
scarva
for
the
events
on
it
was
posted
on
the
visit
RMR
page
on
social
media.
U
So
that's
just
one
example
of
manly
and
the
facts
and
figures
is
all
welcome
and
they're
all
positive,
but
the
the
normal
favorite
person
within
Banbridge
da
want
to
see
bombards
recognized
and
feel
that
they're
being
forgotten
about
that
within
ABC
Council.
It
seems
to
be
that
their
opinion
is
that
Arma
is
the
marker
of
everything
within
this
Council
and
barnbridge
has
forgot
about
so
as
positive
news
on
information
we
give
them,
but
I
think
we
really
need
to
move
in
this
at
some
stage
to
reflect
the
bomb
bridge
area.
B
U
D
D
And
they've,
they
all
feel
agreed
and
they're
paying
lots
of
of
rates
to
this
Council
and
I
think
it's
time
that
they
got.
U
M
B
Thank
you
control,
Helen.
Thank
you.
M
What
the
deputy
chief
executive
has
just
pointed
out
is
that
the
success
of
the
visit
RMR
brand,
but
also
how
Farley
it
would
be
to
know
through
all
our
investment
and
that
recognized
brand
identity
across
the
globe
and,
whilst
I
understand
some
of
the
the
queries
that
have
been
raised
previously,
it
was.
We
can't
have
a
visit
RMR
without
having
visit,
bambridge
or
visit
craigavon,
and
we
now
have
those
other
platforms.
M
So
I
don't
know
unless
you
want
to
rub
armor
out,
you
know,
and
maybe
that
is
what
the
agenda
is,
because
hey
if
let's
be
realistic
people
who
are
visiting
these
websites,
these
Facebook
pages
or
looking
at
a
brand
they're,
not
sitting
in
Kitty
or
Canal
or
whatever,
looking
to
visit
arbora.
Why?
Because
there's
people
from
across
the
globe
who
are
actually
sitting
looking
at
it?
M
M
You
know
we
just
really
need
to
get
a
grip
people
out.
There
are
looking
in
at
this
organization
and
they
see
us
that
we're
fighting
over
silly
things
whenever
they
can't
put
food
on
a
table
or
oil
in
their
tank.
Let's
be
realistic,
the
dad
was
there.
It's
backed
up.
There's
been
a
debate
time
and
time
and
time
again
over
this
last
four
and
eight
years
about
visit
our
mob
and
been
an
issue.
We've
got
to
visit.
Banbridge
we've
got
visit,
Craig
Arvin.
It
all
goes
through
the
same
website
that
The
Branding
and
the
website.
B
Abc
and
then
we'll
have
visit
Arma
hey,
you
know
what
get
your
Brandon
correct.
We
remember:
LED,
Council,
you've
listened
to
the
members
this
last
number
of
years.
We've
raised
this
on
numerous
occasions:
it's
not
my
fault.
There's
a
new
closer
from
Lagan
River
to
selected
the
last
time
right.
Let's
use
Dr,
Brown
and
wrong
at
the
very
start,
so
you
just
need
to
go
back.
I
just
need
to
get
the
Broughton
correct,
because
the
people
of
turmoor
and
Lagan
River
feel
totally
disconnected
from
this
Council,
so
that
I
notice
about
time.
B
B
C
Some
sort
of
anticipation
of
probably
what
I
am
going
to
say,
but
to
so
much
that
I
have
no
doubt
that
I'm
looked
on
as
a
guilty
party
here
in
in
relation
to
this
whole
debate,
but
I
did
say
at
the
last
meeting-
and
you
know
I
understand
what's
been
said,
but
I
said
it
at
the
last
meeting
when
we
discussed
about
the
economic
development
committee
and
I
mean
statistics
prove
themselves.
It
had
been
read
out
here
and
indeed
at
one
of
the
reports
of
the
last
Economic
Development
Committee.
C
It
made
reference
to
the
increase
year
on
year
of
visitors
to
the
area.
So
you
know
if
we
are
doing
something.
Obviously
it
has
obviously
been
done,
probably
somewhere
near
right
and
I
can
understand
why,
in
a
sense
of
Tourism
a
bit
like
we'll,
say,
Darian
strabane,
you
know,
reference
has
been
made
to
it.
Capitalization
on
the
historic
nature
of
the
maiden
City
and
strabane's
not
mentioned
equally
The
Tourist
impact
in
The
Wider
world
in
The.
Wider
tourist
world
is
no
doubt
centered
on
what
is
available
in
Arma,
and
that
is
a
statement
of
fact.
C
C
That's
what
we're
all
about,
but
we're
speaking
here,
about
the
creating
the
opportunity
to
attract
people
to
this
area
and
I
I
personally
I
think
there's
no
better
part
of
the
product
that
that
we
have
as
a
district
as
a
Borah
done
what
is
available
and
we
can
sell
in
our
malware
planetarium
of
a
Observatory
two
Cathedrals.
Many
things
that
are
attractive
to
people
worldwide
that
are
are
there
and
I
can
be
created
in
the
minds
of
people
that
they
are
an
attraction.
B
B
I
think
you've
asked
for
it
to
be
brought
back
again,
I'm
sure
in
due
course
it
will
come
back
to
committee
it'll
hardly
be
next
week,
but
in
the
future
that
could
be
brought
back
again
to
it
and
because
they're
very
excited,
but
we'll
just
leave
them
turned
off
for
a
monthly
calms
down.
I'll
bring
in
Heroes
next
coach
for
Nicholson
foreign.
H
But
all
I
just
wanted
to
say
is
that
I
was
part
of
that
tourism
Workshop,
as
was
a
lot
of
members
and
I,
do
recall
it
when
I
first
became
a
council
and
the
one
thing
that
really
hit
me
an
enemies
doing
strategic
things
with
websites
you
you
want
to
sell
what
your
your
biggest
asset
is,
and
they
actually
said
the
ecclesiastical
the
stories
in
public
was
International
and
I
agree
Lord,
my
Game
of
Thrones
is
international.
Now
anybody
that's
on
that
website.
I'll
be
honest
and
look.
There's
an
old
saying
in
life.
H
H
I
was
delighted
that
the
Anthony
McWilliam
got
3.5
million,
because
I
see
that
as
a
massive
potential
on
the
A1
Corridor
and
that's
what
we
always
say
and
we
go
like
trade
shows
all
over
the
UK
India
wherever
we
go,
we're
a
very
unique
three
unique
places,
but
I
think
we
all
agree.
This
is
a
tourism
strategy
and
the
tourism
focus
is
Arma
Anna
Centerline.
So
that
is
my
opinion.
Thank
you.
Thank.
B
M
Lord
mayor
just
would
it
be
possible,
for
I
mean
the
deputy
chief
executive
to
share
those
figures
around
our
members
after
tonight
to
think
they
were
very
useful
and
very
Enlightenment
and
look
I
understand
this,
because,
if
you're
in
Irma
equally,
you
get
the
issue
on
your
whenever
you're
talking
to
people.
Why
is
the
council
tracking
all
jobs
and
investment
to
Craig
Adam?
Why
is
a
rate
heel
and
stuff
going
to
bound
Bridge?
You
know
that
was
the
discussion.
B
Thank
you,
members
of
bomb
colleges
right.
We
could
talk
about
this
all
night,
but
we
are
going
to
be
bringing
it
back,
so
I
think
we'll
leave
it
there
I'm
sure
figures
can
be
distributed
in
due
course
when
the
meeting
is
going
to
be
organized
and
kind
of
get
on
the
way
Kaiser,
Flagler
I,
think
you're
in
a
different
issue.
A
Well,
I
enjoy
I
enjoyed
my
time
in
Irma
when
I
was
lordmer,
I
have
to
say,
I
I
did
I
did
and
before
that
I,
probably
never
as
a
poor
dying
Pride
for
dying
resident,
I,
probably
never
went
past.
Her
feels
to
be
fair,
but
I
got
to
know.
Irma
and
I
got
to
really
love
Arma,
because
you
do
spend
a
lot
of
time
on
it
when
you're
lower
man.
I
can
fully
appreciate,
but
I
can
fully
appreciate
where
my
colleagues
are
coming,
I'm
going
to
change
the
tone
here
completely
right.
A
It's
ADR,
30,
2023
I
just
want
to
refer
to
those
there's
two
issues
that
in
there
in
lordmar
now
I've
made
some
inquiries
about
this.
Actually
because
this
had
been
drawn
to
my
attention
and
I
think
counselor
intensely
for
raising
it
at
the
economic
development
committee.
It's
regarding
the
freshly
regarding
the
the
lovely
little
very
gratefully
received
charity
lifted.
The
Lord
murders
office
traditionally
received
from
the
Twilight
markets
at
Christmas.
I
was
quite
perturbed
when
I
heard
that
that
might
not
be
the
case.
I
I've
met
a
few
inquiries.
A
I
I'm
led
to
believe
that
today
that
has
been
rectified
today,
I'm
very
glad
to
hear
it
and
I'm
sure
you
are
too
Lord
Mur,
because,
like
yourself,
my
own
charity,
the
year
I
was
lordmer,
was
very
special
and
very
personal
and
affected
every
something
that
was
spread
out
across
the
whole.
Borough
and
I.
Think
I
really
got
I
think
there
was
a
contribution
of
over
3
000
pounds
that
particular
year
and
it
has
expanded.
A
Since
then,
it's
a
great
way
lift
and
I
I
really
do
hope
that
we're
not
in
the
position
where
we're
discussing
it
next
year
in
March
that
the
Charities
haven't
received
it.
That
is
customer
practice
and
must
just
be
left
where
it
is.
The
second
point
is
and
again
I
thank
my
colleague
here
for
raising
it
and
I'm
not
going
to
miss
an
opportunity
to
raise
it
again
was
the
relaxed,
Christmas
event
in
blairy
I've
written
here.
A
My
notes,
please
say
thank
you
to
everyone
and
don't
cry
because,
yes,
no
by
now,
I
am
incredibly
important
and
specially
series
of
events
are
for
the
children.
Families
on
me,
I've
said
it
before,
where
it's
a
very,
very
special
event.
Thank
you
again
to
all
the
staff
from
from
our
kinds
of
all
the
teams,
marketing,
comms
everything
everybody
was
involved
because
it's
a
big
undertaking,
I
know
it's
a
tough
gig
at
times
for
all
the
staff,
it's
quite
emotional,
but
I
can't.
A
Thank
you
enough
for
all
of
those
who
make
the
magic
happen
at
that
particular
event.
I
just
would
also
just
like
to
be
appraised
of
the
figures.
I
know
there
were
some.
The
head
of
the
department
was
to
go
back
and
check.
Figures
I'd
also
like
to
see
those
figures.
If
that's
okay
officers
lordmer
just
a
little
bit
kind
of
value,
because
there
was
a
change
of
value,
I
believe
like
my
colleague
that
it
worked
incredibly
well,
we
also
I
was
delighted
to
see
the
accessible
toilet
was
used
for
I.
A
Think
only
the
second
time,
which
was
a
great
addition
to
that
event.
I
just
want
to
put
on
records
clearly
my
thanks
to
all
involved.
That
is
an
event
that
requires
protection
every
year.
Thank
you.
B
Uk
Safari
and
certainly
agree
with
it
that
there
it
was
a
great
event
and
very,
very
important.
Also,
okay
members,
we
agreed,
then
the
minister
Economic
Development
Committee
all
agreed
Grace.
Thank
you.
Okay,
members.
Moving
on
to
item
5.1,
the
NAC
draft,
revised
Constitution
members
and
the
respondents
are
wanting
to
make
any
comment.
Please
feed
them
through
to
member
services
as
normal.
Their
next
item
is
in
5.2
to
5.5
or
items
for
Newton
that
we
want
to
take
on
block
unless
anyone
has
any
comments
or
any.
Z
Thank
you
for
letting
me
in
on
on
the
one
that
I
want
to
speak,
to
is
item
5.3.
The
response,
if
you
can
call
it
a
response
from
the
DFA
permanent
secretary
in
terms
of
the
gripping
of
roads
in
general
and
members,
won't
be
surprised
that
I
will
raise
the
issue
of
the
grading
or
the
non-grading
of
the
rural
roads
within
our
Borough
and
I.
Z
A
lot
that
some
DFA
staff
took
happened
to
coincide
with
the
cold
snap,
and
essentially
we
had
the
mainstream
media
were
in
a
lover
about
oh
how
it
would
be
awful
in
terms
of
the
roads
not
been
graded
and
so
on,
and
really
residents
living
and
Des.
Like
my
own
of
Lagoon
River
after
faces
every
single
time,
there
is
a
frost
event
every
single
time.
There
is
a
snow
event,
and
you
know
quite
frankly,
lormer
it's
just
not
fur
and
sometimes
I.
Z
Think
some
some
of
these
DFI
officials
perhaps
need
to
come
and
live
in
the
rural
areas
and
explain
this,
but
anyway,
I
will
end
my
ramp.
There
are
members,
but
it's
nice
to
say
this
is
an
issue
that
must
not
be
allowed
to
drop.
We
must
keep
the
pressure
on
DFI
until
change
happens.
Thank
you.
Lord.
B
Thank
you,
counselor
contr,.
AE
Er
I
raised
to
speak
on
item
5.4,
which
is
another
solution
on
the
reduction
of
14
age
to
16.
AE
and
I,
know
that
this
item
is
for
Nodine
and
but
I'm
sure
that
this
item
does
have
the
support
or
a
majority
of
support
of
this
kind.
So
it's
way
too
feel
that
we
should
be
right
to
the
Secretary
of
State,
calling
him
to
amend
the
necessary
legislation
to
enable
16
year
olds
and
upwards
to
vote
and
I
propose
that
we
do
this
at
16.
You've
had
tax
National
Insurance.
When
you
start
work,
you
can
leave
your
parental
home,
late,
full-time
education,
work,
full-time
and
apply
for
Social
Security.
AE
B
You
happy
enough
I,
thank
you.
Lord
man,
just
regarding
the
one
from
the
letter
from
DFA
totally
concur
with.
H
B
B
H
I
think
this,
the
winter
Britain's,
not
something
that's
a
new
thing.
It's
been
going
for
a
long
long
time
and
unfortunately,
as
Debbie
rodmore
says,
the
rural
areas
are
are
neglected
not
only
for
grabbing,
but
also
the
the
state
of
the
roads
at
the
minute
which,
after
the
cold
snap
and
look
I
I,
we
I've
spoken
to
different
EFI
officers
and
and
things
on
this
and
and
there
is
an
issue
at
hand,
and
it
is
budgets
and
and
there's
no
there's
no
ministers
in
place
to
decide
budgets
or
anything
like
that.
H
So
look,
I,
I,
don't
know
what
week
more,
we
can
do
as
a
council
and
say
Roger.
Your
pan
must
be
running,
but
I
been
writing
that
much,
but
look
obviously
there's
a
lot
of
things
going
on
which
I
I
have
coming
up
later
on.
You
just
see
how
about
a
state,
the
that
that
Department's
in
budget
wise
so
disappointing,
but
not
surprising,
the
latter
Lord
mark.
Thank
you.
R
B
C
Follow
on
on
the
issue
of
the
letter
from
the
Department
I
am
long
enough
and
consciously
to
remember
when
there
was
no
policy
from
the
DOA
in
relation
to
this
and
I
think
the
first
time
it
was
initiated,
I'll
be
about
20
25
years
ago,
the
number
of
cars
on
a
road
out
of
a
fifteen
hundred
now
I'm
not
sure
whether
that
has
changed
or
not
but
car
worship.
C
So
there's
obviously
a
lot
more
cars
on
Rural
roads
that
are
obviously
not
counted
if
the
policy
hasn't
been
changed
in
in
all
those
years
now,
I
I
just
can't
recall
that
being
changed
from
1500
I
I
I
still
think
that
it's
a
policy
that
is
obviously
out
of
date
by
Advance
on
the
advances.
C
C
W
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor,
just
an
item,
5.4
I
know
it's
been
second
already,
but
just
agrawal
sentiment
to
that
in
terms
of
fully
support
and
reduction
in
voting
age
and
work
with
young
people
under
the
age
of
18
every
day,
and
many
of
them
are
Keen
to
get
involved
in
politics
and
as
much
as
possible
and
have
their
voice
heard.
So,
just
to
add
those
comments
on
5.4.
Thank
you.
T
You
Gardner
and
there's
two
items
actually
I
want
to
speak
on
here,
but
I'm
very
brief,
because
I
know
it's
been
touched
on
and
I
don't
want
to
label
the
point
in
terms
of
5.4
just
in
terms
of
process
and
I
note
from
Miriam
more
and
kinds
of
this
game
by
way
of
a
notice
of
motion.
T
So
that's
probably
the
Avenue
that
this
credential
should
take.
The
member
wants
to
bring
it
as
a
notice
of
motion,
because
I
think
it's
a
HTT.
It's
too
big,
it's
too
big
to
repeat
to
have
on
the
cost
of
the
ladder
coming
in
the
kinds
of
the
follow
Council
here.
I
just
don't
think
in
terms
of
process,
but
that
would
be
customer
practice
that
you
know
when
we
start
to
do
that,
I'm
on
the
back
of
another
solution
from
another
Council.
T
So
on
that
basis,
I
would
be
objecting
to
writing
a
letter
to
the
Secretary
of
State
or
not
BSS
and
just
in
terms
of
custom
and
practice.
I.
Think
it's
it's
better
to
do
things
by
being
a
more
professional
manner
and
the
other
the
other
one
I'll
be
very
brief
on
is
the
the
latter
in
terms
of
Wintergreen
and
Alderman
bar
mentioned
that
they're,
in
terms
of
in
terms
of
potholes
and
I,
had
mentioned
this
earlier.
T
I
mean
I,
know:
I
was
gonna,
I
asked
you
got
a
break
under
any
other
business,
but
I
was
into
it
today
and
that
wasn't
wasn't
accepted.
But
now
it's
been
mentioned
here.
That's
been
mentioned
here
on
the
correspondence
I
didn't
go
a
step
further
I
think
all
members
here
can
be
in
agreement
with
this.
We
have
never
seen
the
roads
and
as
bad
as
a
condition
as
they
are
now.
T
I
am
given
that
link
out
to
correctly
him
for
for
people
who
get
their
vehicles
damaged
through
the
ni
direct
website
and
given
that
out
on
a
daily
basis,
I've
never
seen
the
roads
as
bad,
there's
potholes
that
nearly
at
every
Junction
and
I
don't
know
what's
going
on
in
that
department.
T
The
staff
are
very
good,
you
report
them
and
they
say
look
and
they
talk
about
budgetary
constraints
and
all
that,
but,
like
the
budgets
are
the
same
as
they
are
every
year
in
the
permanent
secretary
saying
and
off
budgets,
and
as
he
does
every
year,
you
know
on
a
little
question
like
it's
gonna
be
shaking
his
head
in
terms
of
that
but
like
when
there
was
no
government
for
three
years
here:
the
roads
weren't
as
bad.
So
how
come
they're
able
to
fix
power
towards
their
hand.
T
Area
that
there
was
over
two
thousand
pounds
worth
of
claims
against
when
an
average
I'm
told
by
idfi
an
account
clarified
for
sure
if
I
had
an
average
pothole
for
a
temporary
sex
cost
about
19
pounds.
So
there's
thousands
and
thousands
of
pounds
been
wasted
here
by
road
service
and
I
think
I
go
start
further.
I
think
we
should
be
inventing
a
new
road
service
to
come
in
here
quarterly
or
pay
yearly.
I
think
we
should
actually
write
them
and
invite
them
to
come
in.
Explain
to
the
repairs.
T
T
It's
a
downmate
disgrace,
so
it
is
and
I
think
everybody
here,
Amazon
Representatives
probably
had
never
had
so
many
complaints
and,
as
you
see,
Norton
has
there
so
I
think
we're
all
in
the
same
texture
here
on
the
same
boat
so
could
I
make
a
farmer
propose
that
we
actually
rate
the
market
pick
and
ask
them
to
come
to
this
chamber
and
explain
to
People
by
the
roads
are
so
bad.
Thank
you
thank.
U
Thank
you
Lord
for
that
man.
Yes,
I
agree
with
all
the
previous
contributors
and
when
road
service
was
in
in
September
last
year,
I
raised
one
attended
their
workshop
about
the
situation
where,
when
you
report
a
pothole
or
anything,
you
get
just
a
generic
reference
number
which
doesn't
tell
you
anything.
You
have
to
go
under
the
artery
Essence
system
to
chase
the
thing
up
and
they're
able
to
look
at
advance
in
that
system,
where
the
reference
number
is
relevant.
U
The
information
you
get
back
to
what
you've
reported
uncertainty,
I
I,
agree
to
whatever
everybody
has
said,
amen
Rose
was
in
Milwaukee
every
day
on
somewhere,
like
a
moon,
skip
you're
driving
around
dodging
holes
in
them,
they're
absolutely
shocking.
U
Z
Yes,
Lord,
unless
I
really
really
appreciate
you
letting
me
back
in
again
underground
members,
I'm
not
going
to
have
another
rant,
but
it's
just
by
way
of
second
and
my
colleague
Alderman
Baxter's
proposal
that
we
get
these
folks
back
in
from
DFI
and
let
them
show
some
form
of
accountability.
Thank
you.
Learner.
J
Thank
you,
Lord.
Thank
you.
Lord
I
was
just
going
to
Second
all
of
them
Baxter's
proposal,
but
I
mean
the
roads
in
Lurgan
similar
to.
If
you
were
else
absolutely
it
shows.
She's
at
the
moment
is
not
a
street.
If
I,
even
would
you
drive
down
not
isn't
full
and
crumbling
and
falling
apart,
but
I
do
remember
when
DFA
were
last
here
they
did
say
that
I
think
in
2013
their
maintenance
budget
was
40
million
and
it's
currently
15
million.
So
that's
the
reality
of
conservative
government
in
the
in
the
UK.
P
Or
admire
just
to
confirm?
Yes,
that's
the
letter
that
is
in
the
pack
and
if
counselor
Salvage
reads
the
very
last
sentence
on
the
latter.
It
says,
as
such,
I
do
not
feel
let
a
meeting
would
be
beneficial
on
this
occasion.
B
B
Thank
you,
Lord
look,
I
wasn't
going
to
speak
in
this,
but
a
listen
to
counselor,
Baxter
and
I.
Just
looked
up
the
last
report
we
had
with
DFA
and
he
asked
the
question
about
claims
for
murderous
the
biggest
you
know.
Last
year
was
240
pay
a
thousand
pound,
then
87
the
97
period
was
paid
and
300
and
340
claims
absolutely
ridiculous.
Recently
at
home,
I
I
highlighted,
but
then
there
was
two
funerals
at
home
on
the
main
road
was
that
bad?
We
couldn't
carry
the
coffins
down
the
main
road.
Absolutely
disgrace.
S
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor,
just
when
you
thought,
you'd
have
skipped
there
and
the
points
that
have
been
raised
tonight
in
relation
this
were
all
very
valid.
But
there's
another
point.
So
many
people
at
the
military
lodging
claims
for
considerable
amounts
of
money
because
of
their
amount
of
Damages
spend
onto
their
vehicles.
S
B
Okay,
thank
you.
Okay,
members,
that
was
some
items
for
Newton,
so
two
things
in
it.
We
agreed
on
the
composure
and
secondary
on
two
things
he
wrote
for
that.
We
write
to
them
again.
Bill
agreed
in
that
agreed.
Okay
members,
we
agreed
on
country,
toman's

language.
We
support
this
letter.

we've

Okay
members
and
we're
going
to
take
on
block
agenda
items.
6.1,
6.2,
6.3,
6.4
and
6.5
gonna
have

I
Grandma,
a
good
Lord
mayor,
thank
you.
Pencil
taking
steps
to
include
Pride
on
our
annual
calendar
of
events
will
go
a
long
way
to
recognize
a
valuable
contribution.
I
Lgbtq
plus
citizens,
mag
turaburra,
to
promote
diversity
and
inclusion,
and
show
solidarity
with
the
ongoing
struggle
for
full
equality,
as
well
as
showing
other
Borough
as
an
open
and
welcoming
place
for
everyone.
A
vibrant
local
Pride
event
can
attract
visitors
to
our
Borough
and
a
positive
way.
Recent
events
and
that
I'll
serve
while
I
know
my
show
just
how
much
benefit
these
events
can
bring
for
everyone
in
our
community.
I
Thanks
for
participating
in
the
Belfast
Pride
period,
which
is
the
biggest
lgbtq
plus
event
in
the
year
and
Northern
Ireland,
which
strengthen
the
organization's
corporate
message
of
inclusion.
This
motion,
if
passed,
will
allow
officers
to
bring
options
to
the
appropriate
committee.
The
members
could
consider
what
would
be
the
best
form
for
an
annual
Pride
event
and
higher
local
community
groups
and
residents
could
participate
in
its
organization.
I
W
Thank
you,
Lord
Mur,
I'm,
happy
to
be
sure
on
our
support
for
more
recognition
of
the
lgbtq
plus
community
in
our
bar
through
this
motion
to
explore
the
potential
hosted,
an
annual
Pride
event
in
our
area
and
for
participation
and
representation
from
this
Council
in
the
annual
Belfast
parade.
The
success
of
other
Pride
events
across
Northern
Ireland
has
shown
that
we
can
celebrate
diversity
in
our
society,
was
being
inclusive
and
open
to
all
and
bring
people
together
of
all
different
backgrounds.
W
I
know
my
predecessor
in
this
code,
School
alongside
other
members
in
this
chamber,
show
their
support
for
the
flying
of
the
pride
flight
on
our
Civic
buildings
during
Pride
day
in
August
since
the
beginning
of
this
Council
term,
which
has
been
a
small
yet
significant
and
welcome
gesture
to
those
in
lgbtq
plus
community
participation
in
Pride
events
would
build
upon
this
progress
and
show
that
we
are
commit
continued
to
promote
equality
and
acceptance
consistently
in
Civic
life.
Thank
you.
Lord
mark.
B
I'll
just
remember
back
in
2018
I
had
hosted
a
parade
event
when
it
was
Deputy
myrrh
in
the
mayor's
hall
for
all
our
lgbtq
plus
members
in
the
Bora
for
their
family.
Some
was
very,
very
well
attended,
so
it
was
and
I
remember
the
next
year.
I
think
it
was.
B
S
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor.
Of
course,
one
isn't
surprised
to
see
a
motion
of
this
nature
before
Council
this
evening,
especially
when
it
emanates
from
the
alliance
party.
It's
important
to
call
it
out
for
what
it
is.
It's
nothing
more
than
a
political
stunt
just
makes
before
an
election
for
four
years,
the
Lance
of
sadness
humor,
where
they
choose
this
meeting
at
the
end
of
term,
to
bring
a
motion
of
this
nature.
S
It's
a
Shameless
use
of
a
minority
group
for
electoral
purposes,
from
keinster
Lavery
in
particular,
who
broke
records
last
month
in
this
Council.
Yes,
counselor
Lowry
managed
to
do
to
unite
every
party
in
this
chamber
in
the
last
couple
of
weeks
against
Alliance
on
issues.
I
was
going
to
say
in
three
cases,
but
tonight
he
makes
it
four
occasions.
S
S
S
M
I
have
no
problem
with
the
sentiments
of
the
the
motion.
In
fact
a
you
know:
option
one
or
point
one
where
and
then
a
proposal
saying
that
constant
staff
should
be
allowed
to
participate
or
a
in
a
the
period
in
Belfast.
Absolutely
no
issue
with
that
at
all,
and
then
second
point
is
exploring
the
possibility
of
organizing
a
local
event
to
Mark
pride
in
our
Borough
at
an
appropriate
point
in
the
calendar
year
on
an
annual
basis.
M
Can
I
ask
the
the
proposer
there's
a
there's,
a
a
process
whereby
groups
be
their
parade
groups,
be
the
grips
organization,
things,
the
loyal
orders
and
the
the
grips
behind
St
Patrick's
Day
a
create
an
RMR
where
they
come
to
council
and
ask
a
a
play
through
our
financial
assistance
process.
Is
that
where
a
The
Proposal
would
see
this
a
a
project
or
the
event
happened
through
and
because,
if
that's
the
case,
absolutely
a
no
problem
in
support.
R
T
Motions
and
amendments
I
think
the
proposal,
the
emotion
as
I'd
like
to
propose
a
motion
and
then
the
light
to
wind
up
on
the
motion.
I,
don't
think
he's
ready
to
speak
to
the
motion
in
between
such
things.
B
T
Thank
you,
Lord
I
haven't
planned
to
speak
because
Alder
and
Richard's
sort
of
outlined
what
this
is
and
I
think
all
members
here
know
what
this
is.
This
has
been
a
lengthy
meeting
to
begin
with,
but
I
learned
any
word
today.
Quadrania.
T
That
means
every
four
years.
It
just
so
happens.
A
motion
of
a
very
similar
type
comes
here
every
four
years
on
the
cusp
of
an
election,
so
I
think
that's
all
I
need
to
say
about
that.
It's
on
the
cusp
of
an
election
and
it's
a
Shameless
attempt
to
grab
headlines
because
nothing
attracts
media
attention
more
nothing
in
the
political
sphere
in
Northern
Ireland.
T
When
we
talk
about
these
issues
of
lpgtq
Plus,
because
it
attracts
more
and
it
attracts
a
limited
attention-
and
we
already
know
Reliance
already
brought
those
to
the
media,
the
Highlight,
what
they
were
bringing
tonight.
So
it's
a
clear
electioneering,
political
stunt
and
if
I
was
a
member
of
our
community
I
would
be
ashamed
because
they're
being
engaged
as
pawns
and
been
used
for
lack
of
purposes,
almost
disgraceful
and
they
will
be
objecting
to
this
motion.
C
C
C
Think,
that's
that
to
me
is
a
given,
but
as
far
as
getting
involved
in
this
motion,
I
think
it
has
been
certainly
brought
here
for
purely
political
and
mischievous
purposes
and
if
a
party
ever
wants
to
make
friends
and
influence
a
people
within
society
and
within
Council,
the
one
way
to
do
it
is
continue
to
bring
motions
that
isolate
you
into
a
corner
where
people
actually
know
you're
trying
to
be
politically
mischievous
on
trying
to
endear
yourself
to
a
group
of
people
who
are
in
quite
honest
with
you.
C
A
lot
of
you
probably
don't
give
two
snuffs
about.
So
that's
the
reality
of
it.
L
Thank
you,
Lord
Mur,
and
just
when
I
read
the
the
notice
of
motion
when
I
read
it,
and
it
asks
for
two
things:
first
of
all
for
us
to
participate
and
and
and
and
something
outside
of,
our
kind
Solaria
on
an
annual
basis,
but
the
most
important
thing
that
I
looked
at
was
they're.
Looking
an
annual
event
and
every
committee
that
I
have
been
setting
on
for
the
past
six
months,
everything
that's
coming
up.
L
We
can't
do
everything
that
we
did
the
way
we
did
it
last
year
because
we
haven't
got
the
budget
in
the
current
economic
climate.
We
have
to
cut
back.
We
have
to
be
looking
at
how
we're
doing
things
and
moving
forward
and
now
we're
asking
for
another
event
on
an
annual
basis.
This
actually
notice
motion
is
actually
asking
us
to
commit
to
something
every
year
that
we
don't
even
have
the
budget
for
for
to
consider.
L
But
the
other
thing
that
I
look
at
was
that
it
recognizes
the
contribution
made
by
a
particular
community
and
why
not
then
look
at
the
community
that
and
our
Health
Service
are
all
of
our
every
everybody
else
in
the
community.
Our
own
staff,
the
contribution
that
they
are
making
to
this
Council
area.
Why
is
it
not?
Why
is
it
two
percent
of
the
population
within
this
particular
area
is
being
is
being
considered
as
a
contribution.
L
What
do
you
call
it
a
flat?
What
do
you
call
it?
Shuttle
bus
for
during
the
summer
holidays
to
coincide
with
our
one
pound
swim
to
try
to
help
families.
I
was
told,
there's
no
money
now,
that's
hundreds
of
children
that
I
would
love
to
be
helping
in
the
area
with
that
particular
budget
that
we
could
be
helping
families
and
Times
of
over
the
summer
holidays.
It's
three
pounds
30
for
an
adult
on
the
bus
and
I,
was
trying
to
maybe
learn
something
totally.
L
How
do
you
accept
that
we
haven't
got
the
budget
to
do
that
to
the
new
Leisure
Center,
but
it's
another
way
of
we
have
to
economize
I
was
told
we
can't
do
Christmas
the
way
we
did.
Christmas
last
year,
we're
going
to
have
to
reconsider
that
so
I
I
would
just
like
to
know
first
of
all,
we're
in
this
notice
of
motion
where
we're
getting
the
money
for
it
and
why
this
particular
community,
and
not
the
other
thousands
in
our
community
of
recognition.
Thank
you.
Lord.
I
Yes,
that
would
be
a
similar
idea
again
as
node
and
emotion
that
they
explore
the
possibility
of
an
annual
event
and
what
sheer
blood
would
take
I'm
proud
to
say
that
we
have
some
of
the
best
in
the
business
in
terms
of
officers
and
this
kind.
Someone
comes
to
advancing
terrorism.
I
I
want
to
know
how
difficult
can
be
to
get
an
annual
event
off
the
ground,
I
envisioned
that
officers
could
come
back
to
us
with
the
rest
of
potential
possibilities
what's
doable
and
what
doesn't
and
then
we
can
take
that
from
there
I've
already
saved
interest
from
individuals
and
groups
who
would
wish
to
be
involved
unless
and
potentially
it
could
be
spawned
out
to
perhaps
those
groups,
organizing
the
event
and
making
an
application
develop
and
so
on
and
console
be
at
a
supportive
role.
I
I
I
Okay,
thank
you,
Lord
man.
Thank
you
to
all
members
for
the
contributions,
some
of
which
were
quite
personalized
and
and
to
be
honest,
Lord
man
I'm
just
going
to
raise
above
it
I
think
that
the
LGBT
community
have
been
through
a
significant
amount
and
the
last
number
of
decades
from
being
considered
illegal
to
being
demonized,
marginalized
traded
was
discussed
and
they
continually
and
they
continually
face
discrimination.
This
motion
is
not
about
grabbing
headlines.
I
It's
about
grabbing
our
brothers
and
sisters
in
the
lgbtq,
plus
community
and
styling,
shoulder
to
shoulder
with
them
and
the
face
of
their
continued
struggle
towards
full
quality.
I
Some
issues
have
been
made
around
timing
of
this
motion
from
the
dep
and
on
the
gas,
because
it
was
the
dep
in
our
students
who
limited
councilors
ability
to
only
bring
one
motion
a
year.
I
used
up
my
motion
last
January,
as
members
will
call
in
the
issue
of
letting
of
Lurgan
Park
and
those
again
only
now
I
think
about
this
is
the
third.
The
third
meeting
of
this
kind
of
this
year
and
I
am
bringing
for
this
motion.
I
I
hope
that
maybe
members
would
consider
again,
in
spite
of
words
that
have
been
said,
but
consider
supporting
this
motion
to
explore
the
possibility
of
what
is
deliverable
for
a
pride
event
on
our
Borough
I
think
it
will
be
helpful
to
our
Borough
booster
Borough
and
help
with
regards
to
sporting
our
LGBT
key
plus
citizens
within
the
borough,
so
I've
played
with
members
to
support
this
motion
so
that
we
can
get
on
an
annual
event
of
Pride
event
and
the
borough.
Thank
you.
Lord
mayor.
B
Okay,
members,
we've
heard
the
motion.
We
have
no
other
proposals
or
we
agreed.

Thank
you,
Lord
Murray,
just
before
to

at
a

on
my

I
said
as
a

representative
on
the
management

On
The

of
the

observative

There's

Thank

H
H
H
However,
to
be
successful,
this
project
will
also
have
to
sit
within
a
number
of
policy
contexts,
some
of
which
have
not
been
finalized.
These
include
the
IST
ntp
transfer
plan,
the
investment
strategy
for
n,
a
tourism
strategy
and
the
10x
and
skills
agenda,
but
also
numbers.
It
requires
our
mlas
and
to
ensure
that
ABC
projects
are
included
within
the
the
program
for
government
in
in
Stormont
to
this
and
I
post.
The
following
notice
of
motion
to
the
council
saving
this
evening.
We're
on
the
site
hereby
proposed
this
color.
H
This
Council
acknowledges,
endorses
and
supports
the
work
of
Arma,
observity
and
planetarium
aop
to
contribute
to
the
Future
development
of
our
city
under
Borough,
and
also
welcomes
the
leadership
of
aop
in
development.
International
linkages
and
Partnerships,
such
as
that
with
don't
sync
observity
in
Dublin
and
Burr
in
kind
of
like
essentially
recognize
the
contribution
to
Global
scientific
research
and
astronomy.
H
That
aop
and
its
Partners
have
made
and
value
the
historical
links
between
these
important
aspects
of
shared
heritage,
and
we
would
ask
that
the
kinds
of
chief
executive
rights
to
the
permanent
secretary
for
the
Department
of
communities.
They
also
they
consider
the
aop
project
as
as
a
strategic
project
for
Northern
Ireland.
In
doing
so
to
ask
that
he
will
take
such
steps
as
to
ensure
that
it
is
progressed
through
the
appropriate
processes
and
that
suitable
resources
are
made
available
to
enable
this
to
happen
as
soon
as
possible.
Thank
you.
Lord.
C
Lord
mayor,
it's
the
greatest
possible
pleasure
that
I
seconded
this
proposal,
so
elegantly
outlined
by
my
party
colleague
members,
will
not
be
surprised
that
I
would
be
supporting
it.
I've
always
said
that
has
some
of
the
international
aspects
of
this
Council
area,
and
this
is
one
of
them
and
in
that
context,
I
believe
that
we're
all
winners
in
that
context-
and
we
can
all
be
winners
right
across
this
Borough
and
I-
have
the
greatest
pleasure
in
seconding
this
notice
of
motion
and
hope
that
Council
will
support
right
across
the
parties.
C
M
B
Okay,
members,
I'm
sure,
I'm
I'm
sure
Banbridge
could
facilitate
it
if
you're
struggling
with
the
Buddha
counselor
for
a
lonely.
G
B
Thank
you,
okay,
members
with
new
other
speakers
who
invite
councilor
Nicholson
to
wind
on
the
motion.
B
H
Yep
look
thanks,
Laura
and
thank
you
members
for
your
your
comments.
Yes,
as
has
been
said
by
my
colleague
to
my
left,
you
know
this
is
one
of
the
uniqueness
unique
attractions
that
was
in
within
this
Borough
and
I
go
back
to
my
original
statement.
When
we
we
were
chatting
earlier,
a
rising
tide
lifts
all
boats.
This
has
got
the
the
ability
to
be
another
International
attraction,
a
as
as
I've
outlined.
H
The
the
vision
that
aop
have
shown
to
us
recently
has
got
the
opportunity
to
really
you
know
solidify
this
facility
in
our
Borough
for
the
future,
but
look
Lord
I'm,
not
gonna,
dwell
it's
been
a
long
night.
So
I
want
to
thank
the
members
for
for
the
for
their
support
this
evening
and
Roger.
If
you
can
do
the
needful
and
write
another
ladder.
Thank
you.
B
B
Thank
you
Lord
and
members,
I
hope
before
I
start
I'm
not
going
to
read
the
whole
notice
motion.
I,
don't
know,
I
think
if
you've
all
read
it,
but
any
of
our
members
I'm
very
conscious
that
that
I
hear
that
as
a
table
list
a
motion
on
behalf
of
the
sclp
tonight.
Yet
again,
another
young
woman
has
been.
B
H
B
B
B
AC
AC
Several
high-profile
recent
incidents
have
proved
that
this
isn't
the
case,
and
that
should
be
a
wake-up
call
to
the
people
right
across
our
society
about
how
much
work
we
have
to
do
to
tackle
this.
Is
she
I
believe
every
counselor
should
back
tonight's
motion
to
send
a
clear
message
that
this
Council
stands
fully
behind
women
and
girls,
and
we
will
do
everything
in
their
part
to
support
victims
and
educate
people
about
these
issues.
AC
B
He

AA
This
should
not
be
happening
and
women
are
guarantored
deeply
affected
by
these
devastating
attacks,
and
we
are
united
for
the
change.
We
have
seen
an
adpoint
of
grief
and
of
women
and
girls
across
the
generations,
sharing
their
stories
and
living
in
fear.
Violence
against
women
is
an
epidemic
in
our
society,
and
this
is
an
all
Society
problem
that
exists
in
our
families
and
our
homes,
our
communities,
our
schedules
and
right
across
our
society.
Women
and
girls
have
lived
in
fear
forever
and
I.
Welcome
this
motion.
A
Thank
you,
Lord
mer,
I,
not
linger
either
on
this
but
happy
to
second
less
motion.
This
is
quite
a
personal
issue
for
a
lot
of
families
in
this
Borough
and
I'm.
Certain
sure
that
there's,
probably
nearly
every
one
of
us
in
this
chamber
that
this
will
have
touched
our
lives
in
some
way
or
another,
and
we
need
to
stand
Square
behind
this
motion
and
also
our
Council
and
and
our
in
our
efforts.
A
I
stood
on
Tuesday
like
like
a
lot
of
others
utterly
devastated.
It
was
at
what
was
unfolden
in
our
time.
A
It
was
dead
but
not
least
family.
The
one
of
the
strongest
families
I
think
I've
ever
come
across
as
long
as
this
longest
time
and
when
I
was
Pride
to
say,
I'm,
proud
to
say
that
we
did
pass
just
this
at
the
start
of
this
year.
A
The
domestic
abuse
and
sexual
violence
policy
here
in
Council,
and
we
need
to
all
ruin
and
be
behind
our
officers
in
Council
and
make
sure
that
that
is
rolled
out
and
does
exactly
what
it
says.
It
needs
to
do,
and
so
yes
happy
to
support
you
and
thank
you
very
much
to
our
colleague,
sir,
for
bringing
this
forward
for
us
tonight.
B
W
Thank
you,
Lord
Mara
I
think
this
is
an
important
motion
to
be
discussing
and
to
be
shown.
Our
support
for
the
increased
level
of
violence
against
women
and
girls
that
we
have
seen
over
recent
years
and
in
particular
in
recent
weeks,
is
both
intolerable
and
immensely
wrong
on
his
conserfactory
alludity
and
culture
hockey
and
the
Oscar
Angelus
came
in
Hospitality
venues
and
the
domestic
abuse
and
sexual
violence
policy.
W
This
Council
agreed
to
back
in
January
are
the
right,
important
steps
forward,
but
I
think
aspects
for
this
motion,
such
as
commitment
to
training
on
the
realities
of
sexual
harassment
and
gender-based
violence,
and
also
more
further
really
important
steps
that
we
can
take
to
keep
moving
forward
in
that
right
direction.
So
we
are
fully
supportive
of
this
motion.
Thank
you.
L
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor
and
there's
very
little
more.
It
can
actually
be
said.
I
think
it
was
reported
that
Alicia
was
the
17th
victim
to
have
been
been
murdered
in
this
atrocious
way,
and
it's
there's
really
nothing
more
can
be
said,
except
that
we
will
100
support
this
notice
of
motion.
L
It
was
with
great
sadness
that
the
women's
Aid
Center
was
closed
down
there
at
the
tandrakee
road
many
years
ago.
It
was
a
great
source
of
sanctuary
to
many
many
women
and
and
their
children,
and
it's
it's
something
that
we
would
love
to
see
reopened
again,
and
maybe
that's
something
we
can
incorporate
into
this.
These
letters
to
the
notion
to
those
that
are
bringing
this
motion
that
maybe
we
can
incorporate
that
urging
them
to
reconsider
that
decision.
Even
after
all
these
years.
L
It's
such
a
tragedy
when
you
drive
past
that
building
and
seeing
the
Refuge
that
that
brought
into
many
many
women
and
children
in
the
past
and
so
100
support
this
notice
of
motion,
there's
just
one
thing:
Lord
mayor
and
maybe
it's
to
bring
out
in
another
occasion,
because
I
don't
want
to
take
away
from
this.
But
males
are
also
a
victim
in
this,
and
maybe
that's
another.
L
You
know
another
for
another
day,
but
if
counsel
are
starting
to
bring
out
training
and
and
making
awareness,
perhaps
we
should
also
include
that
there
is
meal
victims
out
there
as
well
of
domestic
violence
too.
So
well
done
for
bringing
this,
and
we
fully
support
it.
Thank
you.
Lord.
K
Yes,
thank
you,
Lord
man,
no
she's,
really
to
clarify
on
the
domestic
abuse
and
sexual
violence
policy.
I
think
we
did
have
training
that
we
offered
through
Council
Mr
guy
Scott.
You
know
if
I'm,
maybe
mistaken.
It's
back
in
January,
potentially.
B
100
just
before
Wayne
just
Focused
Field
were
broadly
agreed
here,
but
just
the
keeper,
it
was
all
right,
understand:
orders
21.11
number
one:
a
member
May
alter
a
motion
which
he
or
she
is
given,
can
give
a
notice
as
proposed,
so
just
without
that
name
to
keep
it
right.
I
think
we're
all
agreed
with
that.
So
we've
been
through
this
down
or
it's
just
that
it's
on
the
meeting
has
given
consent
without
any
first
question.
B
H
B
Thank
you.
Okay
members.
We
all
agreed
great.
Thank
you.
Okay
members,
removing
the
confidence
of
business
I
can
seek
a
proposure
and
a
secular
to
go
into
committee
for
consideration
of
a
confidential
items,
business,
Alderman,
Baxter
and
Alderman
Anderson.
Thank
you,
members
and
listeners.
The
audio
feed
in
accordance
with
schedule,
6
of
The
Local,
Government
Act.
We
will
accept
information.
We
know
be
moving
the
confidence
Association
of
the
council.
This
means
that
we
will
be
turning
off
the
public
audio
feed
of
the
meeting.
This
will
be
returned
when
the
meetings
restarted
later.
B
Thank
you!
Okay
members.
We
have
a
few
items
available
to
ask
you
all
to
keep
it
to
you
as
brief,
as
you
can
be
at
the
r
we're
at
and
we'll
hopefully
speak
once
on
it
and
keeping
it
moving.
If
we
can
there's
quite
a
number
of
them
here
so
country
Nicholson.
H
Yeah
thanks
Lord
I
will
keep
this
brief
protocol.
I
want
to
clear
an
interest
I'm
a
board
member
of
Pharma
real
transport,
but
community
Transport
Services
are
Lifeline
throughout
Northern
Ireland
I'm,
particularly
in
a
rural
areas.
The
recent
announcement,
the
department
of
infrastructure
about
potential
budget
cost
community
Transport
Services
means
there's
no
guarantee
of
funding
after
April
2023
as
a
real
kleinstein
a
board
member
of
the
Obama
real
transport
I
have
seen
firsthand
that
this
is
an
absolutely
vital
service,
which
is
a
sense
for
people
living
in
more
rural
areas.
H
You
have
no
access
to
any
forms
of
Transport
on
their
own
and
many
rulers,
there's
simply
no
other
form
of
transfer
available
service.
Is
such
a
data
left
and
shared.
Some
of
the
most
prominental
in
our
society
are
able
to
access,
essentially
local
services,
and
it
also
kneels
them
to
be
more
actively
participate
in
the
life
of
The,
Wider
Community,
reducing
social
isolation.
H
This
needs
to
get
worry
for
users
and
Service.
So
many
regardless
are
like
playing
their
day-to-day
activities,
which
includes
Health,
appointments,
Etc
and
may
ask
a
lordner.
Is
that
our
chief
executive
rights
to
the
secular
state
or
from
Northern
Ireland
Chris
Heaton
house,
because
we're
led
to
believe
he
is
in
control
of
the
budget,
and
this
has
been
as
a
two
million
pound
seven
across
Northern
Ireland,
which,
as
I'm
sure
with
all
any
real
countries
here,
will
understand
that
that
is
a
definitely
a
well
with
service
to
be
retained.
H
So
look
I'm
asking
you
to
use
that
to
write
to
the
say
to
State
urge
them
to
ensure
that
adequate
funding
is
retained,
was
already
a
very
cost
effective
service
and
ensure
It's
contained
sustainability
in
the
future.
Thank
you,
Lord.
B
I
Thank
you
to
our
marriage,
better
to
be
brave,
so
we'll
be
brave.
Like
many
members
have
received
numerous
complaints
about
cleansing
of
the
black
house,
segregated
cycle
and
Footwear
Network
and
Craig
Alvin,
it's
seen
becoming
a
continuously
I
would
like
to
spoke
to
Jonathan
earlier,
like
John
the
circulate
round,
but
the
cleaning
schedule
is
for
the
black
path
network
of
the
various
sections.
I
In
the
past
few
months,
effort
has
not
been
met
and
what
officers
are
doing,
what
manager
being
put
in
place
to
ensure
that
the
cleaning
those
take
place
once
required?
Thank
you.
N
B
M
Yeah,
thank
you.
A
lord
mayor
look
I've
already
spoken
to
Jonathan
onerton,
so
it's
just
to
formally
put
it
through
the
process
for
paths
on
the
edge
of
time.
We've
had
numerous
debates
in
Council
on
it.
I
understand
that
there's
a
meeting
to
be
held
with
the
EFA
in
in
the
next
very
short
period
of
time
and
if
that
could
be
reused
to
see
if
Council
and
DFA
can
come
together
in
relation
to
that,
but
also
having
that
discussion
around
what
paths.
M
M
A
the
the
nature
of
the
paths
in
the
Arma
City
Center
are
extremely
dangerous
whenever
it
gets
wet
and
if
Jonathan
could
raise
that
discussion
with
with
the
EFI
when
he's
there
and
whenever
we're
talking
about
clean
and
what
paths
those
for
person
is
power
washed
and
we've
had
a
discussion
on
it,
particularly
those
from
the
church
of
Ireland
Cathedral
down
to
the
shambers
and
over
to
the
Catholic
Cathedral
and
but
if
that
could
be
released
as
part
of
that
discussion.
M
I
just
remember
how,
before
the
second
item
is
in
relation
to
projects
that
you
know
a
council
area
and
across
Northern
Ireland
that
are
hanging
by
a
thread.
I
suppose
it's
on
the
CMV
as
a
counselor
Nicholson.
M
But
these
are
the
projects
funded
under
the
European
social
fund
and
that
if
we
could
write
to
both
the
Secretary
of
State
and
indeed
Michael
Gove
in
relation
to
those
projects,
we
have
literally
hundreds
of
projects
that
are
fish
enclosure
this
week
and
if
I
could
ask
that
I
don't
know,
we
usually
have
a
five-day
rule
in
relation
to
the
important
for
Colin,
but
if
we
could
expediate
this
letter
across
as
quickly
as
possible.
Thank
you.
R
AC
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor
I,
wanted
to
raise
an
issue.
That's
been
brought
to
my
attention
by
several
local
Australia's
parents.
There
is
traffic
management
works
being
carried
out
on
the
new
car
park
in
the
sonali
scale
of
Norma.
The
scale
of
informed
parents
that
free
is
three
of
The
Works
will
impact
the
summer
scheme.
Therefore,
there'll
be
no
summer
scheme
operating
at
the
scale.
During
the
2023
summer
months,
these
children
can
go
on
to
another
summer
scheme.
They
don't
have
the
wide
variety
of
options
like
mainstream
children.
AC
I'd
ask
Lord
mayor
that
we
write
as
a
council
to
the
chief
executive
of
the
education
Authority
and
ask
why
there
is
yet
again
be
no
consultation
with
parents
and
courage
regarding
the
decision
to
count
for
the
summer
scheme
in
Destiny
this
summer
was
alternative,
Provisions
or
facilities
considered
by
the
education
authority
to
hold
the
summer
scheme
somewhere
else,
and
has
there
been
an
equality
impact
assessment
completed
on
this
decision
and
if
not,
can
please
provide
the
rationale
for
not
action
in
this?
Thank
you.
B
Members
agreed
to
send
that
letter
agreed.
Okay
members,
thank
you
for
those
who
took
it
on
board
and
we're
very
briefer.
It's
much
appreciated
we'll
know
or
come
to
the
end
of
our
meeting.
Let's
take
a
long
one,
but
thank
you.
We've
gone
through
it.
Those
members
next
month,
they'll
do
the
last
one
before
so,
let's
not
make
it
go
on.
There's
no
Resource
One
if
it's
aob
stuff
in
there,
if
I'm,
keeping
the
mixture
relative
to
the
council
stuff
that
we
are
involved.
So
you
know.
