allow

the

house
is
16
feet
from
the
rear
setback,
the
drainage
servitude,
which
is
not
enough
room
to
build
a
swimming
pool
and
outdoor
kitchen.

behind
the
house
and
the
property
is
the
detention

that
we
share
with

Neighborhood,
and
so
there
will
be
no
impact
to
density
of
development
or
anything
like
that.
