Commission
July,

12

the
Ascension
Parish
courthouse,

the
council
chambers
on
the
first
floor.

item
on
the
agenda
is
a
roll
call
of
the
members

There's
a
couple
of
announcements
I
like
to
make
one
is
that
the
parish
hosted
planning
commissioner
training
on
June
the
24th,
and
there
were
approximately
20
people
that
that
attended
that
it
was
very
well
attended.
The
second
thing
is
is
that
sentient
parish
is
hosting
a
and
some
events
over
the
next
several
weeks,
Ascension
lessons
and
basically
that's
an
opportunity
for
the
folks
to
come
out
at
various
locations
across
the
parish.

get
information
about
different
departments
and
what
what
the
Departments
do
to
put
forth
any
any
ideas
they
may
have.
Staff
will
be
there
as
well
as
Administration.
There
are
five
events
all
begin
at
six
and
end
at
eight
pm.
The
first
one
is
this:
Thursday
tomorrow
July
the
13th
at
Lowry,
Middle
School.
The
second
one
will
be
Wednesday
July,
the
19th
at
Dutchtown,
High
School.
The
third
will
be
Wednesday
July
26
High
School
in
the
in
the
gym.

will
be
Wednesday
August,
the
2nd
at
the
Elk
Grove
Community
Center,
and
the
last
one.
The
fifth
will
be
on
Wednesday
August,
the
9th
at
the
Gonzales
Civic
Center,
and
we
encourage
everyone
to
to
attend
the
subdivision
status
report.

have
in
front
of
you
the
normal
subdivision
status
report.
Any
any
noted
changes.
It
changes
the
noted

an

final

since
the

staff
was
asked
a
few
weeks
ago
to
take
a
look
at
a
problem
that
that
we
have
been
having
in
part
of
it,
I
think
came
up
when
the
the
recommendation
and
the
zoning
commission
to
to
revise
offense
ordinance
came
up
with
having
public
drainage,
servitations
and
ditches
in
the
real
lots
of
subdivision.
We
were
asked
to
come
up
with
some
some
ideas
for
discussion.

there's
one

other

thing
that
we
need
to
look
at

that's
when,
when
a
new
subdivision
is
being
proposed,
adjacent

old

already

existing
weird
drainage
and
all

a
sudden
we're
going
to
have
a
new
subdivision
where
the
grades
are
going
to
be
vastly
different,
I
I
think
that
we
need
to
make
sure
that
that
the
totality
of
that
drainage
easement
is
sufficient
to
provide
access
so
that
it
can
be
maintained.

I
was
