B
C
I
I
manager,
I
think
we
do
have
a
quorum
of
existing
membership,
since
tara
has
resigned
and
lance
has
not
been
officially
appointed.
I
think
we're
okay
on
quorum
of
current
membership,
so.
B
C
C
One
two:
three,
four:
five,
six,
seven,
eight
ten
twelve.
We
have
twelve
so
yeah.
We
we
are
one
short
you're
right,
so
we
need
one
more.
C
I
I
do
know
that
david
nash
plans
to
join
us,
and
but
he
texted
me
a
few
minutes
ago
and
said
he
was
going
to
be
late.
As
far
as
I
know,
jason
didn't
have
any
conflicts
and
I
saw
joelle
yesterday.
So
she
sometimes
the
va
system
is
incompatible
with
google
me.
So.
B
Okay,
well,
why
don't
we
go
ahead
and
get
started,
but
when
we,
when
it
comes
time
to
take
an
action,
I
think
we
need
to
revisit
that.
C
Yeah
I
mean
we
could
go
ahead
and
move
to
the
item
number
seven
and
just
have
some
discussion
around
a
combined
november
and
december
meeting
date.
I
don't
know
that
we
need
a
formal
vote
on
that,
but
just
the
group
needs
to
figure
out,
since
the
fourth
friday
of
the
month
in
both
of
those
months
would
be
when
a
lot
of
people
would
not
be
able
to
attend.
C
B
B
B
925-2801
meeting
code
9836
for
those
of
you
out
here
with
us
today
welcome.
We
do
have
david
bartholomew
with
us
today.
He
was
with
us
on
our
last
meeting,
but
at
that
time
he
was
a
guest,
and
at
this
point
he
is
an
actual
member
of
the
committee.
So
welcome
david
and
thank
you
for
being
with
us
today.
B
B
Okay,
shall
we
go
through
the
roll
call
christina.
A
Yes,
so
I
will
start
the
roll
call
now
chair,
eileen
mcmin,
president
tim
mcelye.
D
A
Haven't
been
appointed
yet
okay,
that
should
be,
I
guess
so,
stricken
elvia
diaz,
randy
stout.
H
A
B
Should
complete
the
role?
Okay,
thank
you.
So
it
appears
at
the
moment
we
do
not
have
a
quorum.
So
let's
go
to
a
discussion
of
the
november
december
meeting
and
if
we
achieve
a
quorum
we
can
get
back
to
the
agenda
items
that
require
a
vote.
B
B
B
Okay,
my
question:
actually
since
we're
doing
all
of
this
by
remote
under
the
auspices
of
the
city
of
asheville
and
their
technology,
what
do
we
need
from
them
in
order
to
change
our
meeting
date?.
C
I
just
think
we
need
to
christina.
You
probably
have
a
better
sense
of
the
process,
but
you
know
we
just
have
to
do
a
posting
on
the
public
input
side
and
set
up
the
tech
part
of
the
meeting.
But
it's
a
matter
of
letting
the
clerks
know
and
tech
people
know
I
looked
at
other
schedules
and
I
don't
think
there's
any
conflicts
on
either
of
those
first
two
fridays
in
december.
So
I
think
it's
a
matter
of
sort
of
what
works
better
for
everybody
is
it.
You
know.
C
The
third
or
the
tenth-
so
I
I
you
know
we
have-
we
will
be
giving
them
plenty
of
notes.
So
I
don't
think
there's
going
to
be
conflicts
for
the
tech
side
and
christine
is
the
now
the
expert
on
handling
setting
up
the
public
input
stuff.
C
And
sarah
says
the
december
10th
is
better
for
her
and
in
terms
of
sort
of
getting
meeting
materials
together.
You
know
the
10th,
I
think,
from
a
city
of
asheville
staff
standpoint.
Unless
emily
do
you
have
any
conflict
on
the
10th.
C
C
We
do
need
to
take
formal
action
on
that,
and
you
know
I
mean
the
consent
agenda
is
you
know
we
have
had
to
delay
votes
on
consent,
agendas
in
the
past,
and
the
only
thing
that's
on
the
consent
agenda
is
the
meeting
minutes
from
meeting
so
but
the
continuum
of
care.
There
is
a
little
bit
of
urgency
around
that.
You
know
I
have
us,
since
the
city
actually
receives
some
of
that
funding
for
hmis
and
for
planning
grant
purposes.
C
I
actually
have
to
take
this
before
city
council
to
get
approval
for
us
to
or
for
council,
to
authorize
the
city
manager
to
sign
the
application.
The
consolidated
applications
submit
the
right
submit
to
consolidated.
C
Yeah
we're
scheduled
for
november
9th.
I
believe
it
is
for
that
council
meeting
and
so
conceivably.
This
could
be
taken
before
council.
Without
this
group's
approval.
You
know
I.
B
Have
a
discussion
of
it
and
our
report
and
then,
if
we
still
don't
have
a
quorum.
H
C
Okay,
well,
yeah,
do
you
wanna?
Do
you
wanna?
I
mean
you
were
you
were
part
of
that
process
and,
as
was
sarah,
as
was
angel,
you
know
the
staff
report
kind
of
ran
through
the
basics
of
it.
You
know
it
was.
We
had
very
solid
applications,
as
we
typically
do,
and
this
year
was
a
little
unusual
in
that
we
had
a
hundred
percent
of
renewal
demand
funding
available
instead
of
the
typical
94.
C
E
B
B
Report
that
the
the
applications
were
examined,
I
mean
this:
would
this
was
not
a
rubber
stamp,
even
though
you
know
it
was
fairly
simple.
The
the
members
of
the
committee
did
go
through
the
application
and
did
do
the
the
rating
process
and
we
did
have
a
sufficient.
B
C
B
Audio
okay,
we
did
have
sufficient
funding
to
fund
all
of
the
applications.
So
that's
what
we
did
and
those
amounts
are
in
the
report.
So
you
know
if
people
have
questions,
I
think
jen
and
sarah
were
also
on
this
committee.
So
probably
more
of
the
and
randy.
B
Any
any
of
us
could
answer
questions
and
I
think
that's
the
majority
of
the
people.
We
have
here
actually
we're
on
the
committee.
So
does
anybody
have
any
questions.
E
B
F
Did
not
have
to
do
with
the
funding
and
I'm
not
sure
who
from
the
city
can
maybe
answer
this
or
whether
or
not
it's
a
conversation
for
another
point.
But
I'm
just
wondering
about
what
our
meeting
schedule
will
be
for
calendar
year
2022
and
if
there's
any
conversation
happening
around
that
and
we're
going
to
look
to
go
back
to
monthly
meetings.
B
G
Do
you
know
that
I
don't
have
any
update
on
that?
I'm
sorry.
I've
not
been
involved
in
that.
I
don't
know
if
paul
or
christina
might
have
anything
to
add.
B
I
mean
I
have
thought
we
should
also
always
have
monthly
meetings
and
was
not
happy
with
the
bi-monthly
meetings,
but
are
we
officially
now
with
monthly
meetings
brian?
This
was
a
question
in
your
in
your
absence.
Are
we
back
to
monthly
meetings
officially.
I
Hey
good
morning,
all
paul
d'angelo
here
with
community
development,
looks
like
brian's
having
a
bit
of
trouble.
So
I
appreciate
all
the
grace
there
with
him
to
get
online
this
morning.
I
think
it
sounds
like
to
me
like
a
vote
or
something
like
that
on
the
agenda,
if
you
all
want
to
take
it
back
to
monthly
meetings
or
stay
with
bi-monthly,
that
would
be
my
recommendation
and
when
brian
gets
back
on,
let's
ask
his
opinion
on
that.
I
I
know
we're
also
struggling
with
scheduling
december
meetings
as
well,
because
a
lot
of
them
are
having
to
move
around
about
in
the
holidays.
Let's
give
ryan
a
second
here
and
let's
see
if
we
can
make
that
a
voting
item.
F
E
I
Could
be
just
a
great
question
and
it
could
possibly
be
because
if
there's
conflicts
with
that,
then
we
have
to
figure
out
dates.
I'm
working
on
moving
hcd
right
now
and
it's
exactly
right,
jennifer
that
I'm
bouncing
around
from
other
meetings
where
the
dashboard
can't
be
shared,
so
brian
they're,
discussing
about
going
back
to
monthly
meetings
yeah
there
you
go.
C
Well,
yeah,
and
so
there
are
a
couple
of
things:
the
the
monthly
meetings
from
a
staffing
standpoint.
Are
there
it's
a
lot
of
work
to
pull
one
of
these
together,
and
so,
if
there's
a
a
sense
of
urgency
that
you
know,
we
need
to
meet
monthly
I'll,
certainly
go
back
and
see
if
we
can
work
it
out
and
do
that.
You
know
the
bi-monthly
schedule
has
certainly
made
it
easier
and
we've
always
had
the
option
to
do
special
called
meetings.
C
So
you
know
I
can
I
can
check
in
with
our
ip
people
it's
actually.
We,
the
bylaws,
call
for
10
meetings
a
year,
because
we've
typically
skipped
either
a
july
or
august
meeting,
because
a
lot
of
people
are
on
vacation
and
then
we
can
have
combined
november
and
december
meetings.
I
mean,
what's
what's
the
the
feeling
of
the
group
about
did?
Is
there?
E
E
B
You
know
our
bylaws
do
call,
for,
I
would
have
said
they
were
monthly,
but
10
in
a
year
makes
you
know,
that's
not
that
monthly,
but
so
that's
what
we
should
be
doing.
I
would
put
it
the
other
way
around.
We
should
be
having
monthly
meetings
unless
there's
an
exigency,
which
is
not
letting
us
have
monthly
meetings
which
covid
well
there's
that,
but
I
mean
I,
I
think
the
baseline
should
be
monthly
meetings.
C
Okay,
I
can
certainly
see
what
the
it
folks
say
christina.
Do
you
have
any
comments,
because
you're
the
one
that
has
to
deal
on
the
on
the
back
office,
part
of
this?
What
what?
What
thoughts
do
you
have
as
a
staff
member
with
a
lot
of
responsibility
around
these.
A
I
think
that
it
really
boils
down
to
kind
of
some
of
those
scheduling
conflicts
when
we
go
to
actually
look
at
that
remote
calendar.
If
there
is,
you
know
a
particular
meeting,
that's
reserved
for
that
spot,
then
it
may
start
to
become
more
difficult
to
pin
down
that
date.
So
I
think
where
we
could
maybe
start
with
changing
the
meeting.
If
that's
what
you
all
wish
to
do
is
get
those
dates
down.
A
So
then
you
know
kind
of
rather
sooner
than
later
later,
so
that
you
know
on
our
end,
we
can
go
back
in
and
start
scheduling
some
of
these
things
sooner
and
that
way
we
could,
potentially
you
know,
change
the
trajectory
meaning
the
date
and
the
the
time
of
the
week
of
the
meeting.
So
it
really
depends
on
timing,
and
it
also
really
depends
on
the
particular
date.
So
if
you,
if
you
all,
can
get
us
those
dates
you
would
like
to.
You
know
change
your
meeting
too.
C
Yeah
I'll
just
say
from
a
staff
standpoint,
I
friday
is
a
really
the
only
day
that
that
is
going
to
work
for
me
for
the
foreseeable
future.
C
You
know
I'm
having
to
have
almost
daily
meetings
with
the
state
office
of
emergency
management
because
of
all
the
difficulty
we're
having
trying
to
get
fema
reimbursement
and
lots
of
follow-up
work
coming
on
as
a
result
of
each
one
of
those,
and
sometimes
they
pop
up
at
the
last
minute
and
when
you're
coordinating
with
you
know,
10
or
12
or
15
people
at
both
the
state
and
federal
level.
It's
I
you
know.
Sometimes
I
just
I
get
called
to
a
meeting
and
there's
no
way
I
can
get
out
of
it.
C
F
Sterling
just
a
little
bit,
though,
because
I
feel
like
when
we
just
talked
about
november
and
december.
We
heard
there
really
wasn't
challenges
to
identifying
a
time
for
meetings,
but
yet
potentially
now
there
is
a
challenge
for
identifying
time
for
meetings.
So
I
think
just
some
clarity
around
that
and
if
this
time
could
work
each
month,
except
for
like
november
december
and
maybe
a
month
in
the
summer.
E
A
Yeah,
so
I
just
wanted
to
maybe
chime
in
and
provide
a
little
bit
more
clarity.
Just
from
my
point
of
view
when
it
comes
to
scheduling
the
meetings,
is
that
where
the
hiccup
comes
in
or
one
potentially,
the
reason
that
november
and
december
are
kind
of,
they
look
a
little
bit
more
free
as
in
space
and
time
to
actually
utilize.
Our
public
input
bases
is
because
it
is
the
that
holiday
period
and
people
are
literally
like
vacating
and
saying
we're
on
vacation.
A
So
that's
where
some
of
that
wiggle
room
comes
from
and
usually
in
january,
looks
pretty
decent,
but
really
people
are
starting
to
get
back
into
the
swing
of
things
after
the
hollow
holiday.
So
I've
noticed
that
sometimes
meetings
start
to
stack
up
and
start
to
add
up
quite
quickly,
which
is
kind
of
why?
A
If
we're
going
in
the
direction
of
creating
you
know
or
if
we're
going
in
the
direction
of
choosing
a
monthly
base
meeting,
then
the
best
course
of
action
to
do
that
would
be
to
get
those
dates
or
get
the
day
that
you
would
like
to
do
it
the
time
frame.
And
then
we
could
see
what
we
could
do
on
our
end.
So
hopefully
that
provided
a
little
bit
of
clarity
but
november
and
december
sometimes
is
a
little
bit
of
a
ghostland.
So.
C
So
my
suggestion
would
be
paul,
let's
you
and
I
christina
chat.
Perhaps
you
know
if
we
can
get
together
later
today,
and
so
I'm
not
hearing
any
difficulty
with
the
existing
schedule
it
being
the
last
friday
of
the
month
at
nine
o'clock.
Is
that
is
that
correct?
I'm
not
hearing
any
objections
around.
That
is
that
right.
C
To
that,
okay,
great
so
paul
and
christina-
and
I
will
get
together-
and
you
know
just
part
of
it-
has
been
there-
there
is
an
approval
that
we
are
supposed
to
get
to
go
back
to
a
regular
meeting
schedule
from
the
assistant
city
managers.
That
process
changed
paul
or
christina
that
you
know
of,
because
what
the
directive
that
I
got
from
the
clerk's
office
was,
you
know
it's
every
other
month
unless
you're
quasi-judicial
and
have
some
statutory
obligation
to
meet
on
some
fixed
schedule.
C
I
No,
I
appreciate
it
and
just
quickly
here.
It
sounds
like
like
everything
here,
a
friendly
and
fun
balancing
act.
So
you
all
want
to
do
the
monthly
meetings,
and
it
sounds
for
that
and
it
seems
like
friday,
the
last
friday
of
the
month
works
for
everybody
so
thumbs
up
to
that.
Let's
swing
back
to
our
side,
who
was
trying
to
the
city,
take
a
look
at
the
amount
of
meetings
that
are
going
on
and
that
public
engagement
dashboard.
I
If
I'm
using
that
correctly
and
check
with
our
folks
on
our
side
and
then,
of
course,
there's
balance
that
with
the
bylaws,
which
sounds
like
it's
monthly
and
then
I
think
we
can
bring
some
more
information
there,
but
it
sounds
like
brian
last
friday
of
the
month
check.
Let's
get
with
sarah
and
jerry
on
the
city
side
get
that
done
and
then
see
what
we
can
do
to
be
able
to
get
back
to
that.
We
do
appreciate
that
grace
here
these
meetings
and
this
dashboard.
I
It
has
been
a
lot
as
you
all
can
imagine,
but
thank
you
for
your
patience
and
see
about
getting
back
to
those
monthly.
A
Yeah,
I
just
wanted
to
add
really
quickly
that,
since
these
meetings
are
kind
of
being
ran
in
house,
which
means
one
of
the
staff
members
that
are
on
the
floor
actually
running
the
meeting.
We
don't
necessarily
have
to
request
permission,
but
we
do
definitely
let
our
boards
and
commissions
know
that
these
meetings
are
happening.
So
there's
a
little
bit
wiggle
room
there
and
it's
not
as
rigid
as
before.
C
Okay,
good,
then,
then,
then,
let's
you
and
me
and
paul-
have
it
check
in
with
sarah
and
jerry,
and
you
know
ten,
ten,
no
fewer
than
ten
meetings
a
year
is
what
the
bylaws
do
call
for.
So
we'll
we'll
figure
we'll
figure
that
out
so.
C
Yeah,
if
we
had
any
any
others
join
us
yet
are
we
still
short
of
quorum.
B
B
B
E
B
B
E
H
B
C
C
Just
trying
to
think
of
you
know
an
option
I
mean
we
will
we'll
need
to
do
a
special
called
meeting
and
we'll
need
to
do
it
pretty
quickly
next
week,
and
I
think
is
it
three
days.
Public
notice
christina.
Is
that
the
statutory
obligation.
A
C
C
I
I
there
are
some
particularities
about
voting
by
email
for
these
types
of
meetings.
I
would
need
to
confer
with
the
city
attorney
on
that
paul
or
christina
to
either
of
you
know,.
C
A
That's
okay.
I
would
steer
clear
of
conducting
any
business
via
email
for
sure,
so
I
would
I
wouldn't
do
that.
Also.
We
have
sunshine
laws
and
we
have
to
do
things
out
in
the
open.
So
I
think
it
would
be
best
just
to
reschedule
another
meeting
and
then
you
know
pick
back
up
where
you
left
off,
if
needed,.
F
Wonder
maybe
we
shouldn't
do
this,
but
I'm
a
little
concerned
about
if
we
just
schedule
another
meeting,
we're
gonna
have
the
same
issue
next
week,
brian
those
that
you
haven't
heard
from
today
have
we
attempted
to
maybe
reach
out
to
them
to
just
see
if
they
are
able
to
join
on
for
this
vote,
because
otherwise
I
think
we
may
have
the
same
situation
again
next
week,
yeah.
C
G
It
would
be
good
yeah,
I've
next
said
joelle
and
tamiya,
and
I
assume
that
tim
won't
be
able
to
join
today,
because
I
know
they
have
a
va
audit
happening
all
day
and
I
don't
have
con.
I
don't
have
cell
phones
for
other
folks,
jason
or
elvia.
F
Thanks
emily
for
for
texting
those
too
and
then
brian,
if
you
are
sending
david
a
message
just
while
you're
doing
that,
I
just
want
to
go
back
and
say
thank
you
to
christina
paul
and
brian
for
looking
into
the
options
for
getting
us
back
to
regular
meetings.
So
thank
you
for
creating
this
platform
to
be
able
to
meet
virtually
over
the
last
year
and
a
half,
but
I'm
also
looking
to
calendar
year
2022
being
able
to
to
meet
more
regularly.
So
thanks
for
looking
into
that.
I
I
appreciate
that
jennifer
and
then
just
quickly
to
add
like
when
you
all
decide
on
a
date.
You
know
the
fridays
or
whatever
it
is.
I
think
definitely
talking
to
everybody
there,
because
for
what
it's
worth
brian
is
probably
the
best
email
reminder
about
meetings
that
are
coming
up
and
on
the
calendar.
So
we
do
our
best
to
send
out
all
of
those
to
remind
folks
about
the
meeting.
But
if
fridays
is
going
to
be,
you
know
the
day
and
if
but
it's
a
tough
day,
long
weeks
etc.
I
You
know
definitely
something
to
consider,
as
you
go
back
to
monthly
meetings,
I'm
assuming
the
beginning
going
to
be
beginning
of
the
year
and
good
morning,
councilwoman
ronnie.
B
Yes,
good
morning
and
for
your
information
we
do
not
have
a
quorum,
so
we
are
not
voting
on
the
issues
that
require
a
vote.
C
G
I
eileen,
if
this
is
appropriate,
I'm
happy
to
give
you
all
some
just
chatty
updates,
while
we're
hanging
out
with.
G
D
G
Wing
cap
about
hmis
so
we'll
see,
but
but
it,
but
that
did
seem
really
constructive,
so
hopefully
we'll
be
able
to
get
their
data
included
soon,
and
I
also
had
a
great
conversation
with
michael
woods
about
data
and
the
rescue
mission
and
opportunities
that
we
might
have
to
patch
their
data
into
hmis.
So
they
use
a
different
system
that
was
really
designed
for
them
that
is
built
around
their
specific
programmatic
needs.
It
tracks
the
kinds
of
things
that
they
specifically
want
to
be
looking
at.
G
That
hmis
is
not
currently
able
to
track,
but
his
system
and
our
system
are
owned
by
the
same
software
developer,
and
so
there
is
some
opportunity
to
look
at
like
an
export
import
possibility.
So
we're
going
to
explore
that
and
then
also
code
purple.
You
know
is
certainly
upon
us
and
it's
hard.
It
is
hard.
It's
gonna
be
a
hard
year
around
code.
G
Purple
where
we
are
right
now
is
that
I
think
we
have
a
pretty
good
plan
for
women,
so
salvation
army
and
the
rescue
mission
are
both
gonna
be
working
with
women.
We
just
had
a
call
yesterday
to
sort
of
hash
through
what
that
will
look
like
the
rescue
mission
specifically
will
be
taking
women
who
are
vaccinated.
You
have
proof
of
vaccination.
G
Salvation
army
is
not
requiring
that
the
two
of
them
are
coordinating.
They
are
still
trying
to
land
on
a
start
date,
and
so
once
that
is
finalized
I'll
send
that
out
that
should
be
sometime
in
november
and
then
for
men.
We,
you
know,
we
certainly
have
a
larger
need
for
men
in
our
community,
and
we
are
I'm
sorry.
G
Let
me
actually
start
all
over
on
this
code
purple
a
bit
we're
in
the
same
position
that
we
were
in
last
year,
where
all
of
our
shelters
are
unable
to
do
code
purple
in
the
traditional
way
because
of
concerns
about
covet
exposure
to
their
ongoing,
sheltered
populations.
G
So
for
men
we
are
looking
at
an
alternative
location
that
somebody
else
would
run.
We
do
have
some
location
possibilities.
We
have
some
churches
that
are
considering
that
the
church
we
were
at
last
year
is
not
able
to
host
again
this
year,
but
we
are
having
conversation
with
some
other
churches,
also
looking
at
city-owned
properties
and
having
conversation
with
both
the
rescue
mission
and
abccm
about
possibly
operating
those
shelters.
So
we
have
a
lot
kind
of
in
motion
around
a
code
purple
option
for
men,
but
nothing
finalized.
C
I
just
got
a
text
from
david
nash.
He's
gonna
try
to
jump
on
momentarily
here,
so.
E
G
The
only
other
one
is
maya
for
tcli,
which
is
transitions
to
community
living
initiatives.
So
that's
there.
That's
one
small
slice
of
all
of
the
work
that
vaya
does
the
housing
program.
Okay,.
B
David
nash
has
joined
us
christina.
Could
we
do
the
role
again
to
determine
whether
or
not
we
have
a
quorum.
A
A
Properly,
thank
you
david
bartholomew,.
D
A
C
We
were
short
of
quorum
and
we
need
to
take
action
on
the
continuum
of
care
project
application
priority
listing
today.
So
now
that
we
have
a
yeah
if
we
have
a
quorum
now,
madam
chair,
do
you
want
to
just
go
back
to
item
number
two
and
let's
get
both
of
these
items
that
you
need.
B
C
Yeah
we
have
more
than
51
of
the
current
membership,
so
yeah
we're
we're.
We
have
achieved
quorum.
B
Okay,
so
we
do
have
a
quorum.
We
have
two
items
that
require
a
vote.
The
first
one
is
for
the
consent
agenda
to
approve
the
minutes
of
the
previous
meeting.
Do
we
have
a
motion
and
a
second
for
that.
G
H
B
B
A
E
E
E
B
Okay,
so
that
motion
has
passed
the
item
remaining
remaining
on
the
agenda
is
the
approval
of
the
continuum
of
care
recommendations
made
by
the
finance
committee.
B
We
did
have
a
report
and
some
discussion
of
that
earlier,
but
we've
had
additional
members
join
us
since
then,
so
I'll,
ask
whether
or
not
the
additional
members
have
any
questions
or
comments
on
that
resolution,
which
was
included
in
our
meeting
meeting
packet.
B
B
B
E
E
A
D
B
The
motion
passes,
so
thank
you,
everybody
for
your
participation.
Do
we
we
don't
have
any
further
matters
on
the
agenda,
but
is
there
anything
any
old
business
or
paul?
D'angelo
has
raised
a
hand.
I
Hey
good
morning,
everybody
thanks
so
much
again
for
being
here.
If
I
could.
As
a
courtesy,
I
would
greatly
appreciate
it
with
staff.
Madam
chair
with
staff
running
these
meetings.
Brian
huskey
is
actually
taking
the
meeting
minutes
and
christina
is
actually
running
the
public
engagement
hub
behind
the
scenes.
Madam
chair,
would
it
be
possible
for
roll
call
or
pr
or
or
present
information
if
you
could
run
that
as
a
courtesy?
I
Just
because
I
know
we
have
issues
with
the
public
engagement
staff
or
thing
behind
there
and
in
our
all
of
our
other
meetings,
that
would
be
great
and
helpful
to
our
team.
If
you
didn't
mind
taking
that
roll
call.
I
Well,
if
we
could
maybe
talk
about
that
at
the
next
meeting,
it
would
be
great
with
staffordshire.
F
I
just
wanted
to
go
back
to
emily's
update
a
minute
ago
and,
and
one
continue
to
give
a
shout
out
to
emily
for
all
her
work
around
hmis,
because
that
has
been
a
huge
undertaking
to
get
more
and
more
people
are
more
and
more
agencies.
A
part
of
that,
and
so
I
want
to
recognize
that
so
thank
you
emily
for
all
your
work
there
and
then
also.
I
just
wanted
to
have
a
have
a
follow-up
question
about
code
purple
and
I
know
you're
working
hard
on
trying
to
identify
that
location.
G
Sort
of
so
right
now
we
have
we,
we
do
have
biltmore
united
methodist
on
hendersonville.
Road
has
offered
their
space,
that
property
is
for
sale,
and
so
they
have.
They
have
actually
a
lot
of
empty
space
there
right
now.
So
that's
a
great
physical
setup,
but
it's
a
kind
of
tricky
location
for
people
to
get
to,
and
then
next
tuesday
night
I'm
participating
in
the
board
meeting
at
trinity,
united
methodist
on
haywood
road.
The
pastor
is
open
to
that
has
presented
that
to
the
board
so
they'll.
G
I
think
that
they
will
vote
on
tuesday,
night
and
that'll
be
my
first
connection
with
that
decision-making
body,
and
then
part
of
my
conversation
with
abccm
has
been
about
whether
they
have
space
that
they
could
use.
So
they
you
know
they
had
moved
out
of
steadfast
house
into
transformation
village
and
also
have
that
axe
building
at
the
vrq
that
separate
facility,
but
that's
on
site
at
the
vrq,
so
looking
at
whether
there
are
any
possibilities
in
either
of
those
spaces
that
doesn't
answer
your
timeline.
G
I
don't
know
you
know,
I
certainly
everybody
has
a
common
sense
of
urgency
around
making
a
plan
and
getting
something
activated.
I
would
say
realistically
it's
probably
december
1st,
before
we
will
have
something
operational
for
men.
I
think
it
will
be
sooner
for
women
and
I
you
know
would
hope
it
would
be
sooner
for
men
as
well,
but
I
don't
know.
F
C
A
I
am
checking
that
now
bear
with
me
for
a
second.
B
Okay,
well,
if
there
is
nothing
further,
we
can
adjourn
any
objection
to
adjournment
at
this
time.
B
Hearing,
none
we'll
call
this
meeting
hereby
adjourned.
