It
is
time
and
and
also
to
share
that
information
with
the
community
that
this
chin
is
going
to
be
available.
The
funding
allocations
work
group
is
and
then
we'll
publish
this
funding
opportunity
to
the
community
tomorrow.
That
will
be
on
the
city's
website
and
we'll
also
share
it
out
through
the
act
for
anyone,
who's
listening
and
isn't
already
on
that
distribution,
division
page
on
the
city's
website
website,
and
that's
it
happy
to
answer
any
questions.
I
just.
E
E
D
G
All
right
thanks
david
and
I'm
on
try
to
keep
us
on
time
this
morning,
so
well.
First
off,
I
want
to
start
off
by
saying
this.
Certainly
just
code
purple
see
some
wasn't
just
an
effort
on
the
part
of
a
bcc
and
whatsoever.
I
wanted
to
thank
all
of
our
community
partners
for
all
their
efforts
this
year,
especially
the
the
folks
that
serve
on
homeless
coalition.
G
G
G
Chills
or
we
were
going
to
have
you
know
a
lot
of
precipitation
snow
heavy
rains
that
sort
of
thing,
so
we
you
know
we
have
made
some
adjustments
there.
You
know,
but
we
kind
of
have
to
have
you
know
a
set
temperature
as
set
cutoff.
You
know
that
we,
you
know,
is
kind
of
the
foundation
from
what
we
I
from
this
comment
was.
H
G
G
G
At
it
from,
I
know
that
our
agency
looks
at
it
from
more
of
a
disaster,
contingency
standpoint
and
then
anything
else
so
and
we
have
been
out
in
the
past
when
we've
had
flooding
here.
You
know,
I
know
that
I've
been
down
at
the
river
pulling
people
off
the
river
banks
and,
let's
go
you
know,
we're
getting
ready
to
the
rivers
getting
ready
to
crest.
So
but
yes,
we
still
do
that
that
we
coordinate
with
with
other
agencies,
salvation
or
information,
and
that
sort
of
thing
too.
G
E
G
Oh
that's,
a
good
idea.
Why
don't
we
think
of
that
soon?
So
I
feel
pretty
confident
that
going
into
the
next
season
that
will
have
you
know
some
type
of
number
or
something
like
that
in
place
where
you
can
call
and
get
a
quarter
message
that
says
that,
but
we
have
done
a
lot
year
over
year.
You
know
improve.
G
You
know
we've
done
that
we're
getting
word
out
at
like
asheville
train
set,
you
know,
and
that
sort
of
thing.
Of
course,
all
the
community
providers,
when
they
come
in
a
hope,
is
done.
A
great
job,
letting
folks
know
when
they
come
in
during
the
day
that
hey
it's
going
to
be
code
purple
the
not
so
you
need
to
make
a
make
arrangements
in
that
sort
of
thing.
So
yeah
I
mean
there's
a
lot
of
good
ideas
out
there
there
you
know
we
just
have
to.
C
Some
curiosity
about
if,
in
addition
to
inclement
weather
a
lot
of
times,
we
think
about
cold
and
hot
weather,
it
extreme
temperatures,
but
watching
what's
happening
not
just
in
new
york,
but
here
in
asheville
and
bunk,
and
we
have
orange
air
quality
forecasts
for
today.
It
says
here
for
the
asheville
buncombe
air
quality
agency.
This
means
the
air
quality
is
unhealthy
for
sensitive
groups,
children,
children,
active
adults
and
those
with
heart
or
respiratory
disease,
including
asthma,
should
limit
outdoor
activity.
So
that
did
make
me
wonder
if
we
might
consider
inclement
weather,
including
air
quality.
F
All
the,
and
I
think
we
have
a
clear
commitment
from
the
planning
group
other
the
code
purple
plan
and
then
did
that
after
action
meeting
a
clear
commitment
for
continuous
improvement
as
we
go
forward,
which
is
the
kind
of
thing
I
think
we
want
to
see
across
our
continuum
of
care
in
all
of
the
work
that
we
do
so
just
real
appreciation
for
tim
and
for
abc
cm
for
the
heavy
lift
that
they
took
on
this
winter
season.
Well,
thank
you.
G
D
D
D
D
Apartment
of
health
and
human
services
for
specific
individuals
before
we
can
apply
to
hud
for
the
vouchers,
normally
hud
issues
a
certain
number
of
vouchers
to
each
housing
authority,
and
then
we
look
for
people
that
fit
those
qualifications.
But
this
is
much
more
it's
a
streamlined
process,
but
it
requires
us
to
have
somebody
ready
to
go
so
far.
We
submitted
five
requests
for
vouchers
and
we've
received
five
or
we've
approval
for
farm.
There
may
be
a
couple
others
in
the
works.
D
D
D
D
D
I
Guide
its
policy,
so
looking
at
our
current
coordinated
entry
system,
what
things
are
we
doing
doing
in
our
community
and
then
what
things
do
we?
The
agencies,
that
we
continue
to
operate
our
coordinated
entry
system
and
try
and
avoid
some
some
stagnation?
Some
particular
challenges
that
we've
had
with
the
coordinated
entry
group
have
been
identifying
proper
community
access
points.
One
thing
that
we
have
realized
is
that
there
are
coordinated
entry
process.
We
have
agencies
that
serve
specific
populations
versus
agencies
that
serve
all
homeless
in
general,
so
making
sure
that
we
identify
proper
community
access
points.
I
I
Geography
is
very
important
to
coordinated
entry,
so
making
sure
that
cross
asheville
the
city
of
asheville
in
buncombe
county
that
we
have
entry
points
where
people
are
able
to
access
community
supports.
We've
also
discussed
shelter,
points
of
entry,
so
again
again
increasing
airships
within
the
community
to
make
sure
that
we
have
shelters
available
when
they
if
they
are
so.
I
I
think
that
will
go
into
some
of
the
work,
that's
already
being
done
with
the
rfp
for
shelters
and
then
creating
partnerships
that
allow
us
to
streamline
the
process
from
coordinated
entry
into
shelter
access,
as
well
as
access
to
housing
and
bids
that
may
be
available.
Current
needs
that
we
have
still
looking
to
have
additional
community.
I
I
I
To
asheville
we
do
have
some
corks
because
we
are
urban
and
both
urban
and
rural
community,
so
we
do
have
to
consider
that
as
we
build
out
our
coordinated
entry
system,
looking
at
designation
of
referral
points,
whether
those
will
occur
in
agencies
who
are
also
acting
as
shelters
or
if
it
will
be
just
agencies
that
are
specified
to
do
day,
activities
such
as
a
hope
reviewing
potential
concerns
with
coordinated
entry
system
system.
Think
one
of
those
will
be
our
data,
the
making
as
we
go
through
coordinated
entry.
H
K
Few
of
the
members
had
a
call
with
the
san
diego's
lead
agency
to
learn
a
little
bit
more
about
what
their
process
will.
Look
like
not
just
looking
at
the
our
continued
to
work
on
the
language
for
the
really
want
to
give
a
shout-out
to
the
committee
members
and
to
matt
cable,
who
has
helped
like
we've
looked
at
the
houston
charter.
We
have
a
draft
and
now
we're
replacing
parts
of
the
their
charter
with
things
that
are
really
more
specific
to
us.
K
Continued
challenges
are
different
opinions,
different
options,
there's
a
variety,
as
I
said
last
time,
I
think,
there's
like
a
group
of
400
different
see
how
it's
coc
options,
and
so
just
kind
of
continuing
to
figure
out
what's
gonna
be
best
for
our
community
here
needs
is
continued
dedicated
time.
As
we
all
know,
every
single
person
on
that
committee
has
many
other
things
on
their
plates
and
I'm
really
wanting
to
prioritize
this.
We
know
it's
important,
but
still
trying
to
continue
to
earmark
timeout.
K
Timeout,
the
next
meeting,
which
was
scheduled
for
june
19th,
does
fall
on
juneteenth,
which
is
a
day
that
would
forbid
the
city
and
the
county,
and
so
we
have
like
to
move
that
and
we've
added
in
a
couple
of
additional
meeting
times
to
try
to
meet
our
goal
in
deadline
of
having
a
draft
to
this
committee
or
to
this
board
by
the
july
meeting.
Our
upcoming
focus
continues
to
be
on
board
structure.
K
We
feel,
like
that's
kind
of
where
we
have
spent
the
majority
of
our
time,
where
we
need
to
continue
to
spend
the
majority
of
our
time
that
really
identifies
identifies.
The
jules
will
have
on
this
board
moving
forward
and,
as
I
stated
just
a
moment
ago,
continue
to
have
a
goal
to
have
a
draft
to
you
all
by
the
july
meeting.
I
do
not
have
in
front
of
me
those
meeting
dates,
but
we'll
have
those
to
have
announced
by
the
end
of
the
meeting
so
that
people
know
in
case
they
want
to
participate.
D
L
L
L
With
lieutenant
from
the
asheville
police
department,
we
came
up
with
some
questions
that
we
hope
that
they'll
address,
but
basically
it's
an
opportunity
for
us
to
just
kind
of
learn
how
things
are
going
for
them,
what
their
concerns
are
from
from
law
enforcement
and
how
they
encounter,
as
we
start
to
draft
the
how
the
policy
will
take
place
and
how
the
first
reactions
from
the
community
to
make
sure
there's
much
outreach
is
possible
surfing
encampments.
So
we're
looking
forward
to
doing
that.
L
L
L
D
D
D
Need
to
be
able
to
accommodate
a
path
of
service
from
the
shelter
and
other
other
sort
of
timing
deadlines
when
you
have
to
be
into
the
shelter
those
concerns
things,
but
if
there
are
any
other
barriers
that
people
are
aware
of
that
currently
exists,
we
need
to
know
what
they
are
as
we
continue.
Our
planning.
D
D
J
K
K
D
F
How
you
all
wanted
to
handle
the
planning
process
around
the
continuum
of
care
funding
if
you
wanted
to
tie
that
in
with
the
the
new
funding
allocations
workgroup
or
establish
a
different
planning
body?
So
we
just
need
to
need
to
sort
of
chart
our
course
about
who's
going
to
be
involved
in
that
planning
process.
So
I
think
that's
we're
in
good
shape.
D
D
K
K
Skewed,
even
whenever
the
governance
structure
in
the
charter
does
come
out,
so
I
think,
as
long
as
we
continue
to
keep
in
mind
what
the
strut,
what
hud
recommends
and
then
what
we're
currently
missing
seats
I
feel
like
it
could
still
be
in
alignment
with
both
what
the
governance
group
is
working
on.
Our
relationship
to
the
charter
and
the
needs
of
the.
K
Board,
so
you
don't
see
a
need
to
wait.
Wait
I
don't.
Personally,
I
am
also
only
one
voice
on
the
governance
committee
said:
welcome
anybody
else
on
that
committee
to
speak
up
if
they
feel
differently,
but
I
feel,
like
we've,
really
tried
to
work
to
align
it
to
what
the
hud
recommendations
are
and
also
keeping
an
eye
on.
K
K
K
Created
a
chart
for
when
the
nominations
committee
used
to
meet
and
it
identified
the
recommendations
from
hud
and
then
where
we
don't
currently
have
representatives,
but
youth
is
1
as
we
honor
we
do
from
mckinney-vento
on
this
board.
We
don't
have
that
right
now,
but
then
also
to
sarah's
point
about.
K
F
The
part
that's
been
on
pause
is
that
this
body
had
made
a
recommendation
to
the
city
and
the
county
elected
officials
to
not
re
fill
that
vacancy
pending
the
governance
transition.
So
there
is
so
nothing
needs
to
shift
in
order
for
people
to
be
able
to
apply.
It's
just
a
recommendation
to
elected
officials
about
whether
or
not.
M
C
N
N
You
know
some
of
the
standard
terms
of
of
how
long
you're,
in
what
your
requirements
are.
Those
could
be
subject
to
change,
not
that
I
want
to
talk
anybody
out
of
fun
tearing
to
do
work,
but
it
would
just
not
be
fair
to
the
candidates
if
they
got
on
board.
In
september
and
october,
we
put
a
new
governance
system
in
place.
