If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
B
Subdivisions
commercial
properties
and
then
some
water
benefits
so
first
for
residential
infill.
These
two
blocks
show
the
current
regulation
to
the
left
and
to
the
right
and
I
just
want
to
call
out
to
make
things
one
here.
This
is
really
what's
broken:
courage
standard
to
say
that
little
bit
space
required
is
500
agreement
or
50
percent
of
the
parcel
which
ever
is
greater
and
it
turns.
B
The
500
square
feet
per
unit
is
almost
always
greater,
a
lot
greater
in
some
cases.
Thirty
five,
forty
percent
of
the
parcel-
so
it
just
completely
undermines
in
another-
is
that
we
are
proposing
an
incentive
for
good
design
which
really
points
to
the
importance
of
good
open
space.
We
don't
need
tons
of
it
really
good.
B
So
we're
proposing
an
incentive
for
all
projects.
Basically,
you
can
go
to
5%
of
the
watt
area
of
an
open
space.
If
you
do
really
these
things,
it's
mostly
almost
one
place,
it's
generally
kind
of
a
rectangular
or
normal
shape.
It's
not
really
long
and
straight
shape,
it's
basically
flat
and
you
provide
seating
so
we're.
D
B
B
B
We're
proposing
that
they
would
do
anywhere
between
10
and
15
sorry,
five
and
ten
percent
open
space,
so
they
do
the
the
flat
space
team.
They
can
get
away
with
just
a
smaller
amount,
but
it's
much
more
and
the
trees
can
be
a
part
of
the
open
space
and
they
can
be
dropped
throughout
the
partial
schedule
put
together
by
your
architect,
that's
shown
in
the
yellow
the
existing
trees.
There's
one
huge
one
here
that
they're
reserved
and
then
all
the
new
trees
are
dotted
around
the
new
space.
B
B
B
Yeah
this
this
information
and
their
landscape
architecture,
where
they're
proposing
the
trees
so
they're
really
happy
see
most
people
working
together
here
is
a
larger
multi-family
project
in
South
match
film
that
these
constructions
of
secrets-
this
is
showing
the
seven
buildings
248
apartments
and
the
hatched
orange
color
is
the
open
space
a
lot
of
it.
It's
only
kind
of
an
embankment
somewhat
steep
here.

B
Last
we
wanted,
we
were
working
on
urban
centers
and
we
realized
that
there
was
some
improvements
that
we
developed
with
our
stormwater
team
and
Beagle
that
we
could
integrate
into
here
and
it
has
to
do
with
stormwater,
so
currently
state
legislation
only
conditionally
additional
newly
created
impervious
areas.
So
if,
for
example,
somebody
comes
into
Kmart
today
and
and
built
it
out,
according
to
our
current
standards,
injustice
in
landscape
items,
they're,
reducing
their
pervious
surfaces
and
so
they're
not
required
to
comply
with
quality
right
and
so
for
every
single
project
over
any
curve.
B
B
D
B
Well,
I
think
they'll
find
out,
like
people
do
about
the
whole
things
they
can
complain
about,
and
you
know
we
intentionally
set
the
triggers
for
projects
that
are
large
enough.
That
already
have
some
maintenance
component.
So
for
subdivisions
you
have
to
be
able
to
order,
which
is
typically
the
number
of
units
that
are
stormwater
and
they're
still
remote
infrastructure,
so
they're
going
to
have
the
HOA
anyway.
If
it's
a
multi-family,
it's
it's
gonna,
be
managed.
A
B
B
It's
in
one
area,
so
we
we
had
a
lot
of
other
things
before
we
had
types
of
seating,
formerly
back
Novak's
stones
and
all
that
so
I
think
it
is
very
flexible.
The
question
about
the
frontage:
well,
you
can't
really
get
it's
not
a
free
lawn,
the
40
feet,
because
you
would
still
need
at
least
15
feet
right.
C
B
C
A
B
A
lot
of
my
previous
work
was
writing
York
City
Plaza
program,
which
is
really
about
deciding
how
to
make
that
space
is
successful
and
a
lot
of
that
research
was
based
on
the
project
for
public
spaces
that
was
based
on
Holly
and
Holly
White's
research
from
the
50s
that
was
really
pivotal
in
this
whole
movement,
so
I
tried.
We
tried
to
extract
a
lot
of
information
from
that,
but
again
we
this
isn't.
This
isn't
like
a
very
intricate
code.
It's
kind
of
saying
you
have
to
you're
going
to
reduce
your
open
space.
A
B
A
B
At
the
Planning
and
Zoning
Commission,
one
of
their
members
came
and
said
that
they
are
in
support
of
it,
but
I
didn't
or
not,
but
after
meetings
they
didn't
say
that
so
I
was
strange.
I
mean
we
tried
to
make
it
clear
that
there
is
no
conflict
between
the
upcoming
tree
preservation
ordinance,
but
there's
I
think
there's
just
a
general
concern.
