B
Most
of
those
people
are
watching
on
demand.
Only
typically
like
one
to
five
are
watching
on
live
stream,
but
being
able
to
have
them
accessible
through.
Youtube
has
been
a
really
good
resource
for
us
for
people
to
go
back
and
watch
the
meetings.
Some
meetings,
like
HCD,
our
last
HCD
meeting.
We
had
many
more
people
tuning
in
I
think
at
the
at
the
height
we
were
probably
at
around
45
people
tuning
in
live
to
watch
that
whole
process,
when
you
all
were
going
through
all
seven
hours
straight
now,.
A
B
Now
I
do
have
those
numbers
too.
So
when
people
are
tuning
in
live
they're
watching
on
average
22
minutes,
which
is
pretty
significant,
because
when
you
look-
and
that
was
one
of
the
reasons
that
we
chose
YouTube
instead
of
Facebook-
and
that's
because
the
users
because
of
the
forum
it
is,
it
is
the
way
that
it
is
used,
is
for
longer
views.
So
the
quality
is
higher.
There's
more
pics
on
YouTube
as
opposed
to
Facebook
live.
So
so
those
are
the
numbers.
B
If
you
have
any
questions
about
those
I'm
happy
to
talk
a
little
bit
more
about
any
of
that,
I
did
want
to
let
you
know
that
we
continue
to
work
out
some
kinks
with
the
tech
with
with
the
platform.
Actually.
So
we
we
had
a
surprise
yesterday
during
I
think
was
the
PD
meeting
went
to
stream
and
it
said
you're
no
longer
eligible
to
livestream.
So
that
was
a
surprise
to
us.
B
So
that's
available
we're
up
180
subscribers
just
this
month,
so
that
that
was
a
pretty
successful
campaign
and
then,
if
you
all
want
to
know
a
little
bit
about
the
demographics
85%
of
our
viewers
on
youtube
or
25
to
34
and
85%
of
them
are
male,
so
we're
able,
through
our
social,
it's
really
interesting.
There
are
different.
Different
platforms
have
different
audiences
really.
So
this
just
really
is.
A
A
B
A
lot
of
young
people,
it
was
funny
the
other
day
we
had
Avery,
not
a
breeze
Creek.
That's
where
my
son
goes.
Sds
was
here
and
one
of
the
kids
said
to
Deborah
that
he
wanted
to
be
a
youtuber
and
I
thought.
Well,
that
makes
perfect
sense
to
me
to
have
a
ten-year-old
and
that's
all
they
do
they're
on
YouTube
they're,
watching
videos
and
I
think
others
I
think
that.
B
Or
they
can
video
what
you
know
take
the
camera
around
video
everything
you
do
and
when
you're
funny
they
can
post
it
and
it
can
be
on
their
channel
anyway.
So
it
is
a
great
platform.
It's
allowing
us
to
reach
younger
viewers.
There
are
people
that
are
watching
live,
most
people
are
watching
on
demand
and
people
are
watching
for
longer
than
they
typically
watch
other
things.
So
all
of
that's
encouraging
about
this
effort.
A
Okay
is
the
resolution
of
missing
offshore
drilling.
This
is
a
request
from
Brian
hands
for
us
to
consider
at
Council.
This
comes
from
I
think,
a
national
organization.
That's
getting
cities
passed
resolutions,
I
stopped
short
you're
lying
I
know
there
was
a
little
bit
above.
We
don't
really
do
national
and
international
resolutions
at
Council,
and
we
don't.
We
try
not
to
do
that.
This.
This
issue
does
touch
North
Carolina,
because
I
considered
for
this,
so
I
personally
would
like
make.
