If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Because
alliance
with
the
other
public
meetings,
act
of
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
adequate
notice
of
this
meeting
of
the
Atlantic
County
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders,
was
provided
and,
following
matter
published
in
the
fresh
of
Atlantic
City
I
mailed
to
the
current
The
Daily
Journal.
But
having
seen
gazette
the
hakonsen
news
and
has
been
posted
on
the
bulletin
boards
in
the
county
office,
building
in
Atlantic,
City
Stillwater
building
in
Northfield
and
the
county
clerk's
office
in

Can
we
please
all
run
to
burn
up
a
prayer.

F
You
are
taking
the
time
to
educate
families
on
the
importance
of
building
and
evacuation
route
talking
to
their
children,
about
fire
safety
and
how
to
get
out
of
the
house
quickly
and
fire
prevention
affects
our
blood
crisis.
You
used
to
be
a
crisis,
so
we
would
urge
you
to
lead
by
example,
and
if
you
are
able
to
donate
me
one
please
do
that.
You
can
see
what
every
56
days
and
then
right
up
the
street
and
argue
best
relief
continues.
Last
year
we
assess.
A
G
A
G
I'm
Judy
Ward
I'm,
the
president
City
Councilman
city
of
Pleasanton
and
I've,
been
on
council
since
2005
I
won
several
40
when
I
was
asked
to
be
on
the
a
PUA
for
it.
I
am
very
interested
in
felt
honored,
because
we
do
a
lot
of
work.
Of
course,
a
dua
services,
let
them
bill
along
with
the
other
community
and
I.
G
Just
think
it
would
be
a
good
word
for
me
to
be
on,
as
far
as
being
able
to
educate
my
community
and
to
think
that
going
on
I
remember
in
2005
or
six,
when
the
windmills
first
came
and
grief
that
they
invited
us
over
for
a
tour
of
the
plant.
At
that
time
there
was
no
others
in
the
country.
Well,
in
New,
Jersey
I
think
that
was
the
first
coastal
one
in
the
country,
but.
H
G
I
Of
all
that,
it
isn't
be
good
and
reward
Vanek
County,
a
certainty
to
city
funding
going
to
have
one
of
a
home,
as
the
council
president
to
serve
on
this
board
for
hive,
miss
races,
because
she's
indicated,
which
is
eighty
to
bring
additional
information
back
to
the
district
in
which
she
represents
for
her
work
itself.
Speak
for
herself
speak
for
herself
she's
been
involved
throughout
this
community
and
various
organizations.
It's
not
afraid
to
roll
up
his
sleeves
get
a
hands.
I
G
I
You
I
am
proud
to
be
pre
holder
and
that
we
always
had
a
good
working
relationship
and
that
when
things
are
going,
haywire
sometime
I
got
to
tell
you.
I've
got
a
call
council
president
Jeannie
Ward
to
kind
of
bring
me
down
and
the
pumpkin
breaks
to
leave
behind.
But
we
talk
about
a
burglar
and
she
was
excited
to
get
this
invitation
to
serve,
and
so
we
looking
forward
to
your
work
on
that
board.
We
congratulate
you.
We
could
sit
here
all
day
and
talk
about
your
resume
and
not
do
that.
I
G
J
K
C
A
E
L
President
I
am
president
of
Elena
County
Board
of
Agriculture
I'm,
the
delegate
to
Farm
Bureau
I'm,
the
delegate
to
vegetable
Growers.
Association
I
am
Nicola
fire,
commissioner
and
I
look
forward
to
representing
Wayne
County
as
the
former
representative
on
Planning
Commission
I,
don't
own
any
land
in
the
plant
man,
so
speaking
that
galleta
easy
to
think
that
that's
a
positive
and
also
in
2017,
the
New
Jersey
Society
of
Agriculture
recognized
our
form
as
a
century
forum
in
our
family
for
over
a
hundred
years.
M
I
J
J
Had
the
opportunity
to
work
with
Jerry
and
my
time
here
on
a
field
importance,
ways
for
sort
of
Agriculture
Jerry's
always
brought
a
unique
perspective
to
the
I'd.
Only
problem
is
background
of
horses
in
agriculture,
but
also
his
background
and
understanding.
The
environment.
Joey
has
a
unique
ability
of
these,
and
that's
why
I
thought
you
know
what
I
heard
he's
interested
in
serving
they've
given
the
opportunity.
Of
course
he
do
a
fantastic
job.
J
He
recognizes
how
unique
the
Pinelands
preservation
area
is
to
not
only
us
in
the
region,
but
also
the
state
of
New,
Jersey
and
I.
Think
his
background
and
his
knowledge
understanding
the
practices
even
with
an
agriculture
mixing
with,
and
you
need
to
be
very
careful
I
have
a
careful
balance.
If
you're
going
to
be
a
farmer
today
with
the
land
you
had,
because
it's
a
precious
commodity,
I
think
he's
gonna
do
a
great
job
for
us
on
the
board.
I
was
very
happy
to
see.
He
was
interested
in
taking
over
from
mr.
J
M
A
A
N
K
I
K
A
E
E
But
I'm
just
saying
you
would
at
least
find
out
about
the
company
right.
If
you
wanted
to
work
somewhere,
you'd
find
out
about
the
concert
and
you
can
ask:
are
there
any
positions
open?
The
website
will
show
you
an
AC
link
on
organ
when
certain
things
are
happening,
but
boards
by
and
large,
are
you
know,
they're
open
to
the
public
to
make
applications
to.
So
if
you
have
an
interest
in
serving
in
a
position,
you'd
always
write.
A
letter
to
the
executive
was.
O
That's
what
I
was
going
to
say
we,
so
we
don't
proactively
announce
when
there's
going
to
be
a
vacancy
on
board
or
a
commission.
It's
just
listed
on
the
website.
So
someone
has
to
take
that
initiative
to
know
that
the
board
exists.
No
aware
look,
it
is
on
the
website.
Look
there
and
see.
Cuz
I've
been
on
there
and
I.
See
this
like
the
Advisory
Commission
on
women
has
several
openings
and
some.
D
I
I
So
what
happens
is
is
that
either
the
county
and
the
county
executive.
But
someone
gives
a
personal
call
saying:
are
you
interested
in
position
there's
a
process
that
you
indicated
you
go
online
or
you
can
even
notify
Oh
free
owners?
Let
them
know
that
you're
interested
and
served
on
any
board,
and
if
it
becomes
available
they
could
submit
your
name
to
the
county
executive.
I
But
as
I
former
Chairman's
indicated
at
the
end
of
the
day,
it's
a
recommendation
from
the
county
executive
on
down
to
the
board
free
orders
and
and
I
tell
you
you're,
not
the
first
person.
That's
a
passed
that
question,
but
again
some
of
us
get
here
by
anointment
and
other
ones
get
in
by
appointments.
So
we
take
our
big.
I
It's
like
politics
as
I
say
either
politics
of
house,
and
so
even
though,
with
the
policy
side
on
there
is
a
website
as
they
indicate
that
people
could
look
at,
but
most
the
time
they
get
a
phone
call,
and
they
may
know
somebody
in
administration
or
remember,
going
to
free.
Only
one
may
recommend
somebody
and
then
it
has
to
go
up
the
chain
and
I
think.
That's
probably
the
clearest
way
to
look
at
it.
I,
don't
think
anything
sneaky
was
done.
I.
I
P
Believe
me,
there's
not
always
people
knocking
up
that
the
were
to
get
on
board
it's
because
it's
volunteers,
so
you
know
a
lot
of
them
in
that
way.
We're
usually
out
there
looking
for
people
to
be
able
to
boards
and
the
boards
are
also
looking
for
people.
So
it's
sometimes
you
know.
That's
somebody
that's
been
involved
in.
You
know
the
area
for
a
while.
Then
you
reach
out
to
them
a
lot
of
times
for
the
ones
looking.
So
please
look
and
look
at
what's
out
there
so.
D
I
I
N
D
Q
Afternoon
freeholders,
my
name
is
Ryan
Grec
I'm
with
the
violence,
Preservation
Alliance,
so
I
appreciate
the
discussion
and
the
information
that
was
offered
I
also
was
had
questions
about
them,
just
basically
the
process,
no,
no
disrespect
intended
to
mr.
IRA.
So
the
position
was
posted
at
this
particular
position
was
posted
as
open
and
available
on
the
website.
K
Q
You
so
with
the
Pinelands
Preservation
Alliance
we're
a
nonprofit
that
works
to
protect
and
preserve
and
enhance
the
pilots
national
reserve,
its
1.1
million
acres.
We
certainly
understand
that
perhaps
there
are
not
folks
not
even
lived
a
word
to
all
we
serve,
but
we
certainly
you
know,
live
and
breathe
the
Pinelands.
And
finally,
you
know
the
people
who
serve
on
the
Commission
and
their
experience
and
what
they
bring
to
that
fort
of
utmost
importance.
Q
I
would
request
that
there
be
a
process
established
so
that
there's
an
open
application
where
there
is
a
vacancy
to
allow
folks
the
opportunity
to
either
nominate
someone
that
they
feel
is
qualified
or
apply
themselves
and
then
have
a
selection
and
screening
process
that
does
allow
for
public
scrutiny
and
public
comment,
because
this
person,
who
represents
Atlantic
County
on
the
Pinelands
Commission,
really
has
an
extremely
important
job
in
terms
of
upholding
the
comprehensive
management
plan
and
protecting
the
pilots.
Thank
You
Freya
I.
A
I
I
Don't
know
advertise
that.
Would
you
want
to
use
I'm
not
going
to
block
this
gentleman's
down
the
recommendation,
but
we
can
collect
something
out
something
to
the
administration.
I,
don't
think
it's
fair,
then
this
gentleman
would
be
considered
being
put
on
hold
to
be
a
public
hearing
when
the
Rosanna
can
probably
still
be
the
same
at
the
administrator
of
the
County
Executive.
It's
going
to
nominate
him
anyway.
So
why
am
I
going
to
hold
up
his
nomination?
A
R
D
E
H
2004
over
13
years
I'm,
currently
the
assistant
director
and
I've,
worked
in
different
departments
throughout
the
library
system.
Throughout
my
life,
mostly
reference
services,
the
last
five
years
inter
ministration,
and
that
it's
mostly
human
resources,
I
just
came
from
a
interview
for
a
part-time
library.
K
That
you
know
she
and
the
plans
to
come,
live
near
her
family,
and
so
at
that
point
in
time
we
began
talking
inflation
with
me
conversations
with
the
executive.
We
talked
to
Janice
she's,
very
interesting,
so
I
would
say
from
last
six,
maybe
seven
eight
she
were
working
along
with
we've
been
heavily
she's.
B
So,
thank
you.
Magic
as
the
liaison
student
library,
commission,
I've
got
a
chance
to
know
over
the
course
of
last
year,
president
very
well
she's
a
wealth
of
knowledge
and
just
an
amazing
resource
for
our
constituents.
That
County
has
a
whole
song
by
that,
even
though
we're
losing
care
and
I
know
she
needs
to
retire
deal
with
her
family
that
we
get
to
have
Regina.
That's
hard
work,
places
and
I.
Think
she's
going
to.
A
A
M
K
Anyway,
we
might
have
a
changing
or
transformation,
you
need
a
number
of
years
and
obviously
he
has
decided
to
retire
and
we,
you
know
our
process
ways
and
we
hire
from
within
young
next,
in
line
for
a
second
I
had
a
long
conversation
she's
not
prepared
and
president
to
detect
position.
So
we
we
obviously
went
out,
and
we
have
the
guys
internally
externally
internally,
nobody.
Why
and
there's
a
reason
to
that.
We
look
at
the
requirements
for
the
transportation
coordinator.
K
You
have
to
have
a
number
of
years
of
experience,
we've
seen
the
transportation
field
not
readily
accessible,
so
we
went
to
the
outside.
Obviously,
we
had
after
the
Capitals
we
had
roughly
eight
applicants.
We
had
a
new
team,
we
now
have
three
people
they've,
they
got
a
beautiful
idea,
the
administration
and
we
made
our
selection.
Well,
you
don't
really
it's
not
an
imposition.
K
Responsibility
no
need
to
expend
all
right,
mind
walking
me
about
transportation
and
spend
a
lot
of
time
talking
feet
wide
transportation
himself.
So
well,
yes,
you
might
be
get
that
selection
down.
He
was
doing
that
questions.
Then
this
features
piercing
here
as
a
very
large
background
in
transportation.
K
S
About
19
years
of
entrace
petition
a
wealth
of
knowledge,
transportation
of
documentation,
character,
trying
to
became
a
passion
for
me
once
my
personal,
my
parent
became
healthy
and
she
became
part
of
the
trans
and
that's
not
to
notice
to
see
I
had
a
passion
for
to
to
make
sure
that
they
were
being
picked
up
and
dropped
off
to
and
from
appointments
in
a
safe
manner
and
timely.
That's
important!
It's
a
great
concern
because
of
transportation,
because
I
noticed
that
we're
coming
off
the
one,
the
baby
boomer
generation,
that's
the
largest
generation
ever
that
exists.
S
That's
part
of
American
history.
A
lot
of
them
have
a
yet
so
we're
still
to
be
gaining
more
and
more.
These
people
each
and
every
day
and
as
I
helped
you
get
to
bell
or
different
situations
happen
in
a
life
there
are
40.
What
I've
come
to
do
is
bring
my
information
that
I
learned
from
two
other
states,
which
was
Delaware
and
Pennsylvania,
etc,
and
then
come
here
and
be
a
part
of
what
you
offer
here
in
New
Jersey
a
great
opportunity.
Thank
you
for
the
opportunity
and
I'll
do
my
best
well
here.
A
S
Well,
currently,
this
is
a
position
that
is
one
we're
seeing
compared
to
one
that
currently
Philadelphia,
unfortunately,
is
a
contract
position
so
once
that
contract
is
up
no
longer
the
whip
that
they
love
your
family,
so
adversive
here
this
is
a
county.
This
is
something
that
you
know.
It's
a
government
entity
so
I
see
that
the
need
for
someone
with
experience
and
also
it
is
a
continuation
there's.
No
there's
no
contract
with
this.
So
I
said
to
myself.
S
That
is
one
stage
I
like
to
tackle
anyway,
would
be
New
Jersey
because
I,
you
know,
I
know
it's
fine-tuned
by
New,
Jersey,
Transit
and
I've
dealt
with
a
few
people
from
New
Jersey
Transit,
but
I've
never
got
an
opportunity
to
actually
come
here
board
with
anyone
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey.
So
this
is.
I
Chair
by
man,
yes,
I
have
a
question
for
this
gentleman
now,
but
I
will
say
this
one
record
for
how
the
ministry
came
out
of
transportation
and
he
was
a
part
of
the
selection
committee
mm-hmm.
You
did
very
well
okay,
because
that's
a
gentleman
who
knows
the
system
and
I
don't
know
Humphrey,
we'll
just
call
them
call
him
regarding
transportation
but
I'm
one,
but
it's
an
answer
either.
Yes
or
no
can't
be
done,
it
will
work
it
out.
That
of
that
fact
is
that
you
come
highly
recommended
by
Jerry
gyro.

I
A
M
K
K
I
A
lot
of
people
get
a
rebound,
then
at
the
height
of
our,
and
therefore
we
don't
have
that
number
down,
and
so
we
certainly
commend
President
Joe
leadership
and
members
of
the
council
in
the
administration
and
I
think
other
towns
will
at
some
point
do
the
same
thing
all
of
us
to
play
into
the
budget
over
the
years
to
come,
but
Jerry
I
think
it
would
be
remiss.
We
give
kudos
to
your
staff,
but
it's
always
somebody
is
driving
that
bus
and
you
have
done
an
outstanding
job.
A
E
Like
to
say
that,
over
the
last
seven
years
with
the
downturn
in
this
county
being
number
one
and
foreclosures
of
all
the
three
thousand-plus
counties
in
the
country,
there
should
have
been
a
cumulative
effect
that
would
have
been
impacting
this
year's
budget
negatively.
But
because
of
the
sound
management
of
the
administration
and
this
freehold
report
home
defeat
to
the
fire,
we
always
have
enough
reserve
to
cover
the
75
million
that
had
it
being
refunded
any
tax
appeals
before
now
so
I
particularly
didn't
attend
many
budget
meetings,
but
I
know
this.
E
A
A
A
F
H
C
C
C
A
E
K
It
doesn't
deal
with
any
of
those
because
the
what
they
came
in
to
complain
about
was
to
speed
with
which
people
come
and
go
to
the
money
rush
line,
and
then
the
other
issue
that
they
have.
This
is
the
attitudes
when
they,
when
they
ask
people
to
slow
down,
you
know
they
all
had
to
scream
at
it.
The
one
thing
we
are
doing
is
the
owner
call
the
county
the
other
day
had
a
long
conversation
with
John
the
executive
telling
us
when
she
was
going
to
reopen.
Apparently
it's
closed
now
we're
renovating.
K
R
We've
had
conversations
in
the
past
about
public
access,
how
we're
going
to
control
that
so
I
don't
want
it
to
turn
into
a
situation
where
people
parking
there
to
go
into
the
bar
and
restaurant,
and
you
know
they're
trying
to
do
other
public
access.
I,
don't
want
the
confrontations
to
call
County
Sheriff
local,
please
if
there's
an
issue.
What
what's
that
being
addressed?
Well,.
K
I
think
Billy's,
making
roads,
bridges,
junk,
John
and
marker
here
I,
don't
want
to
tell
you
one
issue,
though,
once
the
one
major
concern
about
parking
in
that
location,
I
can
tell
you.
There
was
a
long
conversation
again
with
the
owner
duty
conversation.
So
at
nighttime
in
my
meters
there
won't
be
anybody
fishing.
You
won't
be
boats,
you
know
with
a
docking
up
and
everything
like
that.
So
I
think
we
said
goodbye
Connie.
We
don't
have
a
problem
way
to
take
time.
You
have
your
own
parking,
explain.
R
T
Just
briefly
what
what
is
going
to
be
out
there
is
a
public
park.
It's
a
parking
lot
with
these
parking
spaces
with
landscaping
and
also
a
public
access,
not
for
fishing
and
crabbing.
There
will
be
a
wall
between
the
park
and
the
business,
so
there
won't
be
direct
access.
It's
not
like
you're,
going
to
jump
out
of
your
car
and
pop
up
the
steps
in
like
you,
can
anticipate
and
grab
mrs.
Mac
or
go
in
that
fabric
you.
T
They
have
to
be
able
to
continue
that
access
it'll
be
a
single
parking
space
that
is
signed
off.
That
will
be
reserved
for
them.
Beyond
that,
it
is
it's
a
pretty
simple
operation:
drive-in
I,
don't
know
that
we
have
trash
pickup
there
or
not,
I,
don't
know.
If
it's
going
to
be
carrying
a
carry-out
facility,
we
may
have
trash
trash
facilities
out
there
we'll
see.
Is
it
I
just
can't
see
that
on
the
plans.
D
T
Dock
just
for
access,
it's
strictly
for
fishing
crabbing!
It's
not
to
touch!
There's!
No
access
to
tied
up
at
the
dock,
for
the
ladders,
to
utilize
that
to
access
again
the
private
property
at
mots
Creek.
It
is
strictly
for
public
access
for
fishing
and
crabbing
and
the
opportunity
to
have
access
so.
T
T
The
increased
traffic
that
might
happen
with
our
friends
at
mots
Creek
they
have
their
own
separate
parking
area.
This
will
actually
make
it
less
advantageous,
as
I
said,
for
people
that
they're
not
going
to
be
able
to
pull
into
the
park
and
jump
in
and
go
up
the
steps
right,
there's
going
to
be
a
facelift
with
a
wall
between
a
fence,
Musil
wall,
we
talked
about
the
cost
of
a
fence
or
a
wall
before
so.
In
any
case,
there
will
be
a
separation
that
you
can't
just
pop
into
the
Mon
screen.
T
So
if
we
get
to
that
point
where
you
know
there
needs
to
be
enforcement
discussion
about
that
again
for
the
speeding,
we'll
put
the
variable
message
sign
out
there
to
hopefully
help
encourage
folks
to
use
a
little
more
common
sense,
I'm
driving.
We
all
know
that
there's
families
that
live
out
there
with
kids,
etc
people
who
live
and
walk
along.
I
I
just
have
to
build
concerns,
as
one
is
that
you
indicated
somewhere
in
the
summer.
Construction.
That's
correct,
yeah,
that's
kind
of
tough
going
to
be
going
to
construction
in
the
middle
of
summer
about
some
way
around
and
that
you
have
a
business
at
the
on
the
end.
So
that's
gonna
be
a
problem,
but
the
business
people
don't
be
complaining
about
all
the
necessary
equipment
out
the
end,
the
way,
etc,
etc.
Right,
but
then
you
indicated
40
I,
think
you
said
48
parking
spaces,
oh
good,.
T
I
D
T
T
I
Been
affecting
my
house
is
not
gonna
come
on
it,
county
property,
right,
no
tickets.
Let's
not
kid.
I
said
yeah
I
think
what
we
need
to
considered
one
at
some
point:
Tommy
is
once
we
start
the
rain.
They
don't
know
that
our
Northwest
was
and
out
of
it,
that
we
the
message
that
maybe
people
might
people
say
to
their
customer
and
partner
over
there.
Could
you
allow
them
to
get
towed
or
ticket
right,
but
you
said
the
message
I'm
just
concerned
about
construction
taking
place
in
the
middle
of
summer.

I'm
bridges
are,
is
we
didn't
discuss
the
issue
with
the
bridge
and
on
what
we're
gonna
build
flourish?
Tennessee
these
life
span
lakhs
of
pound
they're
an
issue
of
all
the
time,
so
we
have
to
do
some
course
so
that
bridges
in
operation
but
I,
know
our
Public
Works
guys
are
going
to
look
into
redoing
and
updating
and
getting
rid
of
these
materials.
The
materials
the
thirty
years
out.

A
A
E
A
P
Okay,
I
just
fill
the
advisory
board
that
actually
today
it's
a
great
group
of
people
you
might
enjoy.
These
people
are
in
wheelchairs
that
are
part
of
this
world,
for
whether
it
was
you
know,
an
illness
or
so
some
of
the
things
they
discuss.
They
talked
about
beach
access,
there's
a
real
concern
there.
They
are
actually
going
to
split
up
some
of
the
accesses
to
the
different
beaches
on
the
island
and
see
if
there's
any
need
for
improvement
and
then
they'll
make
recommendations.
P
Moving
forward
on
that,
I
have
to
say,
Atlantic
City
had
a
great
safe
on
your
access
and
Christine
chick
Adele
she's,
doing
a
fabulous
job
of
putting
together
information
for
the
website.
Landing
city
actually
has
a
map
which
shows
some
different
streets
that
are
handicapping
and
she's
trying
to
get
all
of
that
on
the
website.
Right
now
she
had
some
phone
numbers
to
beach
patrols
and
things
like
that.
P
Someone
needs
time
to
make
a
call
which
is
really
important
if
I
saw
a
lot
of,
that
would
be
doing
projects
that
went
in
and
the
new
max
I
went
in.
She
is
also
she
is
working
with
administration,
with
our
planning
department
and
legal
department
on
updating
the
ATA
self
evaluation
and
transition
plan.
P
There
are
websites
right
on
our
County
website
here,
so
we
really
really
put
information
about
recreation
and
Recreation,
accessibility
for
people
with
disabilities,
the
mental
health
advisory
board
vet
as
well
and
as
I
mentioned
before,
they
usually
bring
speakers
in
and
they
have
Atlantic
prevention
resources
there
and
their
main
focus
that
this
meeting
they
were
talking
about
strengthening
family
programs.
So
there
are
some
family
programs
once
coming
up,
but
the
little
school
and
they
involve
the
family
and
the
youth
and
the
family
from
about
10
to
14
years
old.
P
C
P
Go
you
know
yeah
and
in
addition,
the
vendor
pair
is
being
redone
as
well
and
they're
very
excited
for
that,
because
it's
things
we
don't
think
about,
but
they
can
get
out
onto
this
pier,
look
out
on
the
water
or
watch
the
surfers.
So
they're
really
excited
I
said
they're
going
to
have
some
type
of
structure
where
they
could
actually
sit
under.
A
L
Not
a
cheering
fella
bored
I
am
the
Rutgers
Extension
representative
from
Atlantic
County
to
the
board
of
managers
that
oversees
the
Rutgers
Extension,
Service
and
I
would
certainly
like
to
personally
thank
every
one
of
the
board
members
for
your
contribution
to
for
each
program
to
Extension
Service
Master
Gardeners
when
I
go
up
to
Trenton
and
I,
hear
that
Atlantic
County
is
on
top
of
the
curve.
It
makes
me
feel
good
and
I'd
like
to
say.
L
V
Good
afternoon
my
name
is
giorgia
Marius
I
was
here
was
the
end
of
last
year
and
spent
a
few
moments.
Speaking
about
New,
Jersey,
Transit
and
I
felt
that
I
wanted
to
follow
up
on
that.
Just
for
a
few
moments.
I
quickly
found
out
this
New
Jersey
Transit,
which
I
pretty
much
knew
in
advance,
was
with
very
little
interest
in
doing
anything
to
correct
any
of
the
problems
were
facing
here
in
the
county.
V
There's
no
interest
at
all
my
opinion
feels
that
way.
Next
with
a
nice
deal
since
that
time.
Of
course,
we
also
know
that
the
Train
situation
came
to
light
for
my
serious
matter
than
they
had
previously
with
the
shutdown
and
that's
that's
an
issue
that
I'd
like
to
begin
to
address
in
a
serious
manner.
At
the
end
of
last
meeting,
I
had
an
opportunity
just
for
a
quick
moment
to
speak.
V
You
fair
person
and
the
bottom
line
is,
in
my
opinion,
New
Jersey
Transit
has
little
to
no
interest
in
operating
the
train
line,
so
I'm
gonna
do
my
best
to
do
them
the
favor
of
divesting
themselves.
Of
that,
if
I
can
there's
opportunity
available,
there
are
two
entities:
and/or
individuals
that
I
have
reached
out
to
previously
that
I
will
reestablish
relationships
with
that
are
interested
in
privatizing.
That
line
it
can
be
run.
V
It's
a
sad
state
of
affairs
when
in
the
year
2019
that
it
takes
an
hour
and
20-some
minutes
on
that
train
to
get
from
Atlantic
City
to
pull
up
your
30th
Street
Station
23
out
of
24
hours
a
day.
Anybody
can
other
than
that
one
or
two
hours
of
rush-hour
traffic
up
near
the
Walt
Whitman
Bridge.
Anybody
can
drive
from
Atlantic
City
the
30th
Street
Station
in
an
hour,
15
minutes.
Okay,
that's
just
one
issue:
New
Jersey
Transit
doesn't
own
that
line.
They
lease
it
from
Amtrak
that
owns
line.
V
V
That
I
wouldn't
even
know
where
to
begin
whether
it's
a
stop,
that's
needed
a
Pomona,
okay,
whether
it
should
not
be
a
bed
that
can
accommodate
two
tracks.
It
only
has
one
track
that
causes
the
Train
each
time
twice.
Each
trip
to
stop
wait
for
another
train
to
pass
by
in
order
to
pick
up
again
going.
V
V
V
V
So
I
think
that
that
might
be
a
good
place
if
I
could
begin
with
it
in
the
formal
meeting
with
him
and
share
something
like
he
is
the
thoughts
that
I
have.
If
you
get
some
input,
both
ways
to
see
what
we've
done,
but
when
it
comes
to
transportation,
any
modern,
highly
industrialized
society
depends
upon
transportation
and
communications.
We
cannot
communicate
with
the
Jersey
Transit
because
they
have
no
desire
to
communicate
with
us
and
if.
V
V
Okay
and
one
other
thing.
That's
so
critical
is
the
connection
of
Atlantic
City,
International
Airport
to
Atlantic
City.
This
has
been
on
the
radar
screen
for
who
knows
how
long
the
fact
that
South
Jersey
Transportation
Authority
controls
and/or
owns
perhaps
the
entire
right-of-way
through
the
Medicaid
Expressway
from
Earhart
or
whatever.
It
is
drive
okay
and
cannot
connect
one
of
the
largest
international
course.
The
code
did
accommodate
the
Space
Shuttle,
the
Concord.
V
187
squadron
that
protects
everything
from
Boston
to
Virginia
and
we
can't
connect
an
International
Airport
to
an
expressway
one
mile
away.
How
abysmal
is
that
all
right?
So
I've
said
more
than
enough
a
lot
of
ideas
I'd
like
to
see
if
I
can
put
them
in
action,
I
think
a
good
place
to
start
might
be
if
I
may
reach
out
to
which
is
no
loss.
Yeah,
this
convenience
get
together
at
the
Mid
Atlantic
City.
It's
not
going
to
be
difficult.
It's.
D
A
I
know:
Atlantic
County
economic
alliance
is
certainly
working
on
that
Airport
connection
piece
and
we've
certainly
heard
from
some
folks
at
this
board.
With
regard
to
the
patient
I
know,
Michelle
post
in
the
audience
have
tried
to
bring
to
light
the
report
that
was
previously
diamond-cut
made
recommendations
to
increase
ridership
and
I
know
our
not
only
our
Assemblyman
senator
Browns
have
all
been
working
diligently
to
give
their
representation
on
the
board
of
directors
for
New,
Jersey,
Transit,
so
I
think
everybody
is,
is
working
to
try
to
do
something,
and
we
appreciate
that.
A
V
I
may
face
the
moment.
You
just
said
that
something
that
everybody
is
doing
is
going
to
continue
to
be
a
waste
of
time
dealing
with
a
state
agency
that
has
zero
interest
and
a
desire
to
do
anything
right
to
help
us
here.
So
it's
gonna
have
to
be
done
in
another
way
and
I'll
make
it
a
point
to
do
it.
That
way.
W
M
O

A
Have
a
couple
of
items
for
bit
of
the
order
here
on
Friday
I
had
the
opportunity
to
attend
the
canine
graduation
from
Maryland
County
Police,
Training
Academy,
and
let
me
just
tell
you
what
an
emotional
and
humbling
and
honored
experience
it
was
to
be
there.
If
you
haven't
read
it
in
the
paper
already.
A
Not
only
did
we
graduate
dozens
of
new
canines
to
be
deployed
across
South
Jersey
and
their
handlers
we've
gone
through
extensive
training,
but
Atlantic
County
is
now
the
first
County
to
train
the
first
ever
canine
dog
that
is
specifically
for
preventing
school
shootings
and
mass
shootings.
They
came
up
with
a
specialized
training,
Joe
Nick,
who
who
leads
that
Academy
came
up
with
a
specialized
training
and
we
trained
one
dog,
k9
meadow,
who
was
named
after
a
young
lady
who
was
killed
at
Parkland
and
this
specialized
training.
A
The
dog
is
trained
to
specifically
sniff
out
only
guns
and
ammunition
and
to
only
react
to
things
that
sound
like
gunfire
and
the
father
of
the
young
lady
who
was
killed.
Was
there
and
gave
a
very
emotional
speech,
but
he
has
made
it
his
mission
to
not
let
another
child
die
in
in
a
school
shooting,
and
so
he.
D
A
Out
the
seven
points
of
failure
in
that
shooting
that
had
there
been
a
dog
at
various
points,
this
year
could
have
been
stopped
at
so
many
different
spots
and
potentially
avoided
the
murder
of
his
daughter.
Who
was
on
the
third
floor.
It
was
I,
I've,
always
been
told
not
to
cry
as
a
politician,
but
it
was
extremely
emotional.
I
am
very
well
proud
that
we
at
Atlantic
County
and
our
training
facility.
A
A
A
A
West
Point,
it
is
now
Women's,
History,
Month
and
I.
Think
you'll
see
a
resolution
coming
with
that
and
a
subsequent
meeting
but
I'm
very
proud
and
excited
and
thank
Sonia
for
helping
and
also
a
CCC
for
becoming
a
partner
as
well
as
the
Women's
Advisory
Commission.
We
will
be
having
a
first
chair,
women's
luncheon,
which
will
seek
to
honor
and
to
highlight
young
female
students
in
our
county,
so
we
have
invited
students
from
every
single
high
school.
Obviously,
our
four
ladies
are
invited.
Sorry,
men
you're,
not.
M
A
Council
women
are
also
invited
so
that
young
lady
is
not
only
have
the
opportunity
to
meet
a
network,
but
they
can
hear
about
just
some
of
these
awesome
movers
and
shakers.
We
have
here
in
Atlantic
County
and
do
what
we
can
to
support
these
young
leaders
on
their
on
their
journey.
So
there's
no
budget
for
this
I'll
be
paying
for
whatever
it
is
out
of
my
own
pocket.
A
O
A
Know
but
Sonia
you
do
not
only
so
much
for
us,
but
for
the
community,
and
we
appreciate
you
and
everybody
see
others
appreciate
you
as
well,
and
your
your
aunt
was
also
recognized
for
her
work.
So
it
was
quite
a
family
affair,
but
it
was
a
really
really
fun.
Luncheon
and
again
we
congratulate
thank
you
all
right.
That's
all
my
gonna
be
with
her
anything
two.
U
Items
first
of
all,
I
want
to
commend
you
on
a
meeting
that
took
place
important
meeting
with
the
mahogany
Corporation
and
Hamilton
Township,
and
one
of
the
you
know
functions
that
we
do
that's
free
homes.
We
try
to
ensure
that
businesses
stay
here,
County
and
expand
myself,
and
the
chair
attended
a
meeting
with
the
owner
of
the
company
and
make
many
different
products
that
have
to
do
with
boats
and
yachts
that
sort
of
thing
in
inside
there,
the
boat
and,
of
course
many
of
their
customers
are
Clark
Carolina.
U
So
we
want
to
be
sure
they
stay
here
and
expand.
So
we
had
the
meetings
Lauryn
Ward
was
there.
We
brought
out
the
big
guns,
John
Lane
me
as
well
improvement
authority
to
have
that
conversation.
I
think
it
was
very,
very
productive.
We
had
a
great
tour
of
the
plant
and
these
are
the
things
that
are
really
really
important
in
county
government
for
setting
up
a
good
meeting
and
I
felt
very
good,
but
Lauren
Moore
had
to
say
mahogany
corporation.
It
really
is
a
great
professional
that
we
have
with
us.
U
You
know
our
county
has
done
a
lot.
This
College
civic
leaders.
We
have
to
promote
this
college
at
every
chance.
We
get
and
keep
talking
it
out,
because
this
is
truly
away
from
students
to
go
to
school
go
to
school.
You
know
in
comparison
in
comparison
of
the
colleges
on
the
chief,
it's
still
expensive.
U
My
son
goes
there,
so
I'm
a
little
biased.
You
know,
but
you
know
when
you
look
at
the
courses
or
other
schools
it's
by
far
and
away
the
best
bang
for
the
buck.
So
I
say
this
to
try
to
encourage
our.
You
know,
residents
here
in
South
Jersey,
and
maybe
the
the
press
will
give
us
a
little
boost
as
well
about
our
college.
We're
so
proud
of
it,
and
you
know:
we've
fought
on
some
tough
times
there
with
declining
enrollment
last
few
years
they
had
to
reduce
staff,
which
that
also
means
reducing
options.
A
Just
to
your
point,
oh
mahogany,
not
to
overlook
the
municipality.
I
had
pointed
in
harmony
to
the
municipality,
you
know
to
work
with
them
and
we're
just
trying
to
be
an
additional
support
to
what
they're.
What
they're
talking
about
with
the
municipality
and
I,
think
that's
critical
for
towns
to
know
is
that
we
have
these
resources.
We
can
be
a
partner
for
what
towns
are
trying
to
do.
They
don't
have
to
do
it.
A
R
Just
quickly
I
know,
there's
there's
a
lot
of
talk
this
article
about
the
potential
of
the
Port
Authority
taking
over
the
airport
here.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
that
stays
on
our
radar.
Oh,
there
may
be
some
incredible
advantages
to
that
to
make
sure
that
it
doesn't
interfere
with
the
county's
economic
development
around
the
airport
and
at
the
Technology
Park,
so
I
just
think
they're
being
a
great
opportunity
there,
but
I
want
to
make
sure
that
the
county
is
involved
in
any
decision,
but
that
maybe
inability
it's
a
new
legislative
act.
R
Guess
it's
it's
a
smooth
ride
around
the
Veterans
Cemetery
again.
So
thank
you
for
the
quick
action.
As
usual,
I.
