Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
If
you
appliance
with
the
public
meetings
act
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
adequate
notice
of
this
meeting
of
Hill
any
County
boards,
Chosen
Freeholders
was
provided
in
the
following
manner.
It
was
published
in
the
principal
annex
it
emailed
to
the
current
journal
and
having
a
Gazette
news
and
posted
on
bulletin
boards
in
Atlantic
County
in
the
waiting
city
here
at
Stillwater,
and
the
county
clerk's
office
will
rise.
Please
for
every
prayer.
B
We
need
to
serve
our
community
to
use
our
resources
wisely
and
well
to
represent
all
members
of
our
community
fairly
to
make
decisions
that
promote
the
common
good.
We
recognize
our
responsibilities
to
the
past
and
the
future
and
the
rights
and
needs
of
both
individuals
and
community.
As
trusted
servants.
We
seek
blessings
on
our
deliberations
and
on
our
efforts
here
today.
May
we
act
wisely
and
well.

This
and
actually
the
next
one
in
our
finance
meeting
as
well.
This
one
is
related
to
increased
usage
by
our
seniors,
which
is
a
good
thing,
and
the
next
one
is
to
also
help
offer
our
ability
to
offer
youth
shelter
beds,
which
we
haven't
been
able
to
do.
But
there
were
no
objections
by
the
thank
you
in.

B
Have
a
spreadsheet
here
of
all
the
meetings
and
meetings
in
the
county,
and
we
can
see
that
the
first
and
third
Tuesday's
are
completely
free.
So
you
also
asked
me
to
find
out
how
this
would
affect
the
support
staff.
So
I
asked
on
this
Harris
determinate
and
she
explained
to
me
that
the
support
staff
has
a
set
schedule
and.
J
H
However,
I
didn't
know
if
there
is
any
overtime
associated
with
it,
that
this
board
ought
to
be
prepared
to
put
the
necessary
funds
in
the
budget
and
that
we
should
not
be
willing
to
a
want
to
change
the
current
hours
of
our
employee
because
they
have
lives
also
and
whether
they
have
children
or
whatever
they
have
to
do
outside
of
they
regular
work
hours.
In
fact,
we're
gonna
have
them
come
back
once
a
month,
even
though
the
rotating
phases
we
need
to
make
sure
they
are
compensated
and
I
will
support
that
type
of
resolution.
H
E
E
H
We
started
council
means
that
one
o'clock
than
was
concocted
in
his
whole
clock.
There
was
six
o'clock.
We
did
all
these
night
needs.
Nobody
showed
up,
it's
the
same
three
or
four.
So
eventually
they
went
back
to
a
five
o'clock
meeting,
but
they
did
take
the
opportunity
to
do
something.
My
only
hesitation
is
this
and
again
I
will
support
the
resolution.
We
move
our
regular
meetings
around
and
it's
the
same
for
happy
to
show
up.
H
Well,
it's
it's
four
o'clock
here,
the
four
five
there.
It's
the
same.
People
love
the
encourage
people
to
come
to
the
meeting,
but
I
was
going
to
widened
being
a
burden
in
terms
of
we're
trying
to
flex
the
schedule
up.
The
staff
thought
I'll
read
them,
I'll,
be
the
first
resolution
back
on
the
agenda
of.
B
B
H
G
That's
really
good,
just
a
couple
questions
I
think
if
you're
consuming
your
paranormal
just
to
answer
the
question
of
what
time
are
we
looking
at
I?
Think
you
said
six
o'clock,
potentially
so
I
think
we
just
need
to
agree
on
that,
for
whatever
the
resolution
is
going
to
be,
the
degrees
are
going
to
be
the
first
or
the
third
Tuesday
I
mean
the
first.
Is
the
easiest
just
my
opinion
or
not?
G
So
those
are
two
questions
and
then
the
other
question
I,
had
you
mentioned
overtime
3/4
or
we
are
we
only
using
overtime?
Or
would
we
allow
flex
time
like
just
to
answer
kind
of
some
of
those
tactical
questions
of
the
employees?
Again,
I
don't
have
the
answer,
but
that
would
be
something
I
think
we
should
have
answered.
G
H
But
but
long
as
we
all
as
a
collective
I,
don't
understand,
they
already
have
set
schedules
and
we're
not
going
to
interrupt
their
lifestyle
because
we
want
to
move
leading
the
Knights
of
they
chose
to
come.
In
the
same
time,
clock
opposed
eight,
that's
what
then
alright,
but
if
it's
overtime,
okay,
we'll
better,
we
need
to
be
prepared
to
pay
them.
They
over
there
all
calm
down
and.
A
A
A
H
And
please
don't
take
this
wrong,
no
disrespect
to
this
younger.
Hopefully,
if
you
told
me
that
I
didn't
light,
was
he
now
I've
seen
some
handcuffs
that
don't
make
me
to
come
to
everything,
a
restaurant,
a
hospital
I'm
a
little
concerned,
because
now
we
were
bringing
in
additional
staff
but
I,
don't
know
what
the
I
was
off.
We
have
outside
security,
firm,
that's
armed
for
certain
buildings.
Then
we
have
the
Sheriff's
Department.
H
H
H
So
my
point
is
this:
we
need
to
find
out
how
that
I'm
at
least
I'm
asked.
Can
we
find
out
how
that
works?
I'm
glad
to
have
don't
get
it
wrong,
because
I
keep
telling
all
of
y'all.
Somebody
come
through
that
door,
I'm
going
that
way,
I'm
not
talking
to
none
of
y'all
I'm
going
there
and
if
the
cameramen,
who
ever
knock
it
out
of
the
way
but
I'm
going
that
way,
but
I'm
glad
you
see
it's
better
to
be
safe
than
sorry
and
I
get
that.
But
again
we
are.
We
have
outside
security
disarmed.
A
I
J
F
G
H
B
A
First,
we
have
to
make
a
determination
about
which
I
think
we
can
we'll
give
it
a
try.
That's
my
own
thing.
Anybody
else's,
but
it'd,
be
afraid
to
give
it
a
try
if
it
gets
to
be
whatever
any
of
those
moving
parts
are
staff
security,
personal
lives,
something
else
like
the
bunk
together.
We'll
try
to
adjust,
but
I
have
a
lot
of
experience
with
moving
meetings
around
myself
and
our
esteemed
colleague.
There
must,
of
course
he
said
it
right.
A
G
A
E
E
A
G
I
mean
if
the
only
other
issue
was
moving
things
around
this
like,
for
example,
even
those
like
two
things
look
clear
on
here,
but
Hamilton
Township
court
this
week
on
Tuesday,
so
we
have
to
give
them
like
serious
advance
notice
if
we
want
to
go,
have
a
meeting
there
so
that
they
can
report
time.
So
that's
like
it's
not
showing
appears
like
a
meeting,
but
that
meeting
morning
is
not.
You
know:
stroller
Risley,
it's
just
you.
D
D
Had
passed,
which
is
kind
of
embarrassing,
quite
frankly,
another
towel
as
far
as
the
times
of
the
meetings
it
could
be
later,
I
mean
market
closes
at
four
o'clock,
so
I
have
to
leave
early.
Obviously,
it's
good
meeting
so
I
wouldn't
mind
starting
later,
but
I
think
that
if
someone
really
has
an
interest
in
being
at
the
meeting-
and
they
have
something
impressive
they'll
find
their
way
to
get
here-
I'm
certainly
willing
to
give
this
segment
Roger.
You
know,
I've,
no
problem
see
how
it
works
out.
Okay,
so.
A
I
F
A
Let's
just
talk
it
out
for
a
second
suppose:
we
do
the
six
month
trial
as
a
field.
Of
course,
you
suggested
we
would
incorporate
between
now
and
the
end
of
the
year.
We
would
figure
out
where
you
know
what
those
days
really
first
or
third
Tuesday's
it
when
you
corpora
get
into
the
real
work.
Literature
is
up
your
site.
You.
D
G
The
work
includes
antennas,
transponders
and
other
equipment
that
must
be
installed
along
the
railroad
right-of-way.
The
completion
date
for
this
work
is
not
known
at
this
time.
Please
bear
in
mind
that
the
positive
train
control
is
a
system-wide
program
for
equipment.
Installation
may
be
completed
on
a
given
section
of
rail
around
the
state.
Earth
must
continue
on
installation
of
radio
transponders
and
other
equipment
from
locomotives
and
cab
control
cars.
This
requires
engineers
to
move
the
rail
vehicles
for
the
installation
sites
for
testing,
then
back
to
the
rail
yard,
rail
service
will
be
restored
in
mid-january.
A
H
Yeah,
as
you
know,
it
certainly
just
biting
those
that
leave
is
in
town
this
week,
and
we
certainly
hope
that
our
colleagues
govern
themselves
accordingly,
not
too
much
partying,
don't
want
to
see
you
on
Facebook
and
all
that
stuff
acting
up,
but
I
think
we
should
think
in
some
workshops
and
certainly
go
down
and
see
what
it
is.
That's
happening
around
the
state
and
keep
our
ears
to
do
survive,
and
you
know
continue
like
this
kind
of
State.
Administration
know
how
important
it
is.
They
continue
to
support
projects
in
Atlantic
County.
H
As
we
move
forward
the
tech
center
stuff
in
the
airport
around
the
airport.
They
don't
know
we're
here
and
I
believe
senators,
we
need
them
are
holding
all
types
of
meetings.
We
thought
into
the
various
things
around
South,
Jersey
I
know
the
administration
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
during
that
was
the
second
reading
and
that
council
that
the
governor's
special
got
could
be
gathered
today,
I
am
sitting
with
lieutenant
governor
talks
about
different
ideas
and
then
around
the
county,
and
particularly
in
the
phytic
city.
What
you
need
to
get
some
real,
concrete
information
from
them.
H
Where
do
they
go
from
here?
I'll?
Be
that
meeting
after
meeting
after
meeting
last
month,
I'll
just
say
this
I'm
done
last.
One
I
noticed
that
when
they
heard
the
meeting,
one
of
the
key
players,
in
my
opinion,
was
not
invited
to
the
meeting,
which
was
dr.
diver
from
Atlantic
Cape
Community
College,
who
has
a
will
a
vested
interest
in
this
area
with
three
campuses.
I
then
sent
a
letter
off
to
the
lieutenant
government
asking
that
she
have
a
seat
at
the
table.
H
A
couple
of
days
later,
I
received
a
call
from
Jim,
Johnson,
Dave
I
know
he's
been
the
guy
who's
been
kind
of
spearheading.
This
whole
issue
for
the
government
they
reached
out
to
dr.
Gabbe
and
she
wound
up
having
to
see
that
the
table,
because
of
the
game
changing
for
the
stuff
that
just
happened:
Palenque
Community,
College
with
the
free
college,
tuition,
etc
for
her,
not
they
haven't
seen
at
the
table,
maybe
was
just
an
oversight,
but
I
think
it's
been
corrected.
H
The
deals
already
been
taken
care
and
it's
truck,
and
so
what
we
don't
want
to
do
the
chamber
is
they
have
another
junk
wagon,
meaning
I
ain't?
No,
we
don't
want
one
of
them.
We
don't
want
no
one
who
run
after
meetings,
so
I
think
it's
all
good,
what's
happening
around
clinic
City
and
we
continue
to
report
still
with
the
governor.
You
should
be
hearing
all
this
stuff
right
up
front.
J
So
speaking
of
Jim
Johnson
I'm
a
report,
some
of
the
public
health
indicators
are,
let
us
say,
one
of
the
things
that
the
Youth
Services
Commission
is
going
to
be
having
in
two
weeks
as
we've
developed
a
long
term
pain
nerve.
To
look
at
it's
not
surveys.
So
that's
one
of
the
things
that
I
will
be
bringing
up,
and
that
meeting
is
how
we're
going
to
go
forward.
J
E
G
The
order
drill
together,
Thank
You
Jeremy
the
order
just
two
points.
Some
yesterday
like
the
opportunity
to
attend
with
fewer
Podrick,
the
ribbon-cutting
and
Elena,
cares
new
Atlantic
City
campus
with
which
is
a
Stockman's
campus
and
in
the
new
south
jersey
industries,
headquarter
building
pretty
impressive
they're
gonna.
They
are
housing.
Occupation,
I,
have
urgent
care
and
primary
care
in
that
office,
which
is
a
great
thing
for
employee
new
employers
in
that
area,
too,
has
occupational
health
right
there
residents
in
that
area?
G
Here
you
just
have
to
go
to
Somers
Point
for
urgent
care
and
now
to
have
a
primary
care
doctor
right
there
at
the
community
for
students
and
residents
I.
Think
it's
a
great
thing.
It's
a
great
event.
Obviously,
Elena
care
is
a
great
partner
for
us
in
Atlantic
County,
so
just
wanted
to
highlight
that
work
there
and
then
also
just
wanted
to
send
appreciation
to
our
veterans
and
veteran
families
in
celebration
of
Veterans
Day
this
week
for
their
service
and
sacrifice
absolutely.
