that

The
bridge

In

The

indicates
that

The

on
a

the
proposal

Those

of
the

that
are
either
extensively
deteriorated
or
missing.
G
Instead
of

it
is

in
a

the

G
Nor
does

In
addition,
the

does
not
replicate
the

Plank
with
texture
or
other
visual
qualities
of
the
existing
decking

with
an
alternative

undermines
the
extensive
work
that
was
done
less
than
10
years
ago
and
will
have
detrimental
impact
to
the
original
design.
G
A
Wow,
that's
a
lot
thanks,
Jessica
appreciate
it
appreciate
it
commission
and
any
comments
or
thoughts
on
it.
F
I
had
a
comment
and
go
ahead:
Vance,
okay,
I'm
just
basically
saying
I
agree
with
the
staff
recommendations,
and
that
is
your
certificate
of
appropriateness.
Okay,
it.
E
F
E
And
the
other
issue:
is
it
just?
It's
not
replicating
the
size,
the
dimension,
the
look
of
what
was
there
before
we
have
these
huge
planks,
which
are
happen
to
be
wood,
but
they're
not
replicating
the
the
feeling
of
the
bridge.
I
think
it
sounds
like
it
was
installed,
poorly
and
not
maintained
or
or
just
not
installed
correctly.
It
could
have
been
the
main
cause,
but
I
think
it's
needs
to
be
have
the
same
look.
This
is
this
is
a
beautiful
historic,
wonderful.
I
A
B
Other
thoughts,
yes,
I,
I,
wonder
if
I
was
looking
at
the
old,
the
I
guess
the
national
register
write-up
of
what
was
there
before
the
replacement
in
2015
So.
Currently,
the
decking
is
a
two
by
four
inch,
and
originally
it
was
three
by
ten,
so
I'm
just
curious
whether
they
could
investigate
kind
of
go
back
to
the
original
structure
and
I
I
agree
with
Ed
that
I
think.
B
Well,
maybe
what
was
replaced
either
is
not
the
same
thickness
and
not
maybe
the
way
it
was
connected
is
not
quite
what
they
originally
had.
So
maybe
there
is
a
way
to
go
back
to
installing
something
that
in
fact,
can
last
longer
without
the
need
to
have
the
glue
lamp.
B
I
mean
I,
understand
that
from
a
structural
and
heavier
traffic
standpoint,
maybe
you
do
you
would
need
to
shift,
but
I
think
there
needs
to
be
more
investigation
as
to
what
was
there
originally
and
how
long
it
lasted
and
why
it
failed.
You
know
in
the
shorter
amount
of
time,
and
so
rather
than
going
full
force
and
replacing
it
all
do.
A
newer
material
is
is
kind
of
figuring
out
what
the
options
are.
As
far
as
the
the
decking.
A
Good,
thank
you.
I
should
insert
that
we
kind
of
had
a
friend
of
the
court
letter
from
the
Hartford
County
landmarks
preservation
group
that
concurred
with
our
staff,
saying
that
it
was
not
appropriate
and
this
bridge
spans
the
river.
That's
the
dividing
line
so
I
think
technically
they
they
may
have
jurisdiction
for
some
some
part
of
it
over
the
water
as
well.
A
Hearing
the
comments
I've
heard
to
do,
we
have
a
motion
to
approve
the
staff
recommendations.
B
A
Thank
you,
Lily,
a
second,
so
a
vote
Yes
just
to
remind
the
Commissioners,
doesn't
mean
yes,
they
can
go
ahead.
It
means
no.
They
can't
go
ahead
that
we're
we're
approving
the
not
to
issue
a
certificate
of
appropriateness.
G
Yes,
and
just
to
note

Moving
on
to
agenda
item
number
seven:
this
is
the

in
Sunbrook,
Park
County,
Council
District
number
two.
This
is
a
contributing
structure
in
the
Sudbury

County
historic
district.
The
applicant
proposes
an
in-kind,
vital
signing
and
shutter
replacements.
G
This
will
be
the
existing
vinyl
siding
on
the
main
house
and
detached
garage.
The
existing
vinyl
siding
has
a
German

profile
and
was
installed
sometime

the

that
is

with
a
faux

texture,
the
window,
capping
will
be
white
and
the
existing

will
remain.
G
In
addition,
the
applicants
wish
to
replace
all
20
existing
vinyl

on
the
main
house
at
one
set
on
the
garage
with
new

of
the

In
accordance
with
the
Secretary
of
the

standards.
The
LPC
does
not
require
the
removal
of
an
existing
non-historic
facade
material
such
as
vinyl,
which
can
be
replaced
in
kind
vinyl.
G
The
national
park
services,
technical
preservation,
brief

discourages
the
use
of

stimulate
the

as
it
creates
an
inauthentic

more
complement.
Complementary
to
the

G

the

that

again,

E
Have
to
I
have
a
question.
The
siding
currently
is
a
German.
Is
it,
you
know
meant
to
replicate
a
German

with
it
with
a

B
E
B
G
I
have
the

Would
you
would
you
like
to

any

directly,
yeah.
G
Okay,

I've,
just

you

yes,.

E
B
D
E
C
I've
been
looked,
I
looked
online,
real,
quick
they're,
calling
it

Market
I,
don't
know
that
you
can
get
it
without
that.
Little
fake
wood
grain
on
it.
That
seems
to
be
common
to
all
vinyl
siding
I've,
never
seen
a
true
smooth,
vinyl
siding.
That's
just
part
of
the
mold
I
think
that
it's
got
that
little
wood
grain
in
it.
C
Little
wood
grain
texture
is
not
perceptible
from
five
feet
away.
Really
it's
just
endemic
to
all
vinyl
siding,
but
you
can
get
the
Dutch
lap
or
the
German
profile.
C
E
Well,
it's
available
so
I
think
it
matches
what's
what's
there
now
for
matching
in
kind.

B
I
have
a
question
on
the
garage
doors.
Are
they
exist?
Are
they
remaining
currently
or
have
they
been
replaced.
J
Yes,
the
the
garage
door
has
been
replaced
to
look
exactly
like
the
brochure
that
was
originally
there,
the
garage
door,
that
was
there
was
in
disarray.
We
had
to
remove
it.
I
was
in
an
unsafe,
it
wasn't
hinged
properly
and
looked
like
it
could
have
caused
injury,
so
we
removed
it
and
rebuilt
it
to
look
exactly
like
the
old
existing
one
and
the
ones
across
the
street.
They
all
match.
J
Oh
no,
it
it
is
a
barn
style
door
left
and
right
opening
out
with
a
latch
in
the
middle.
The
hinges
are
very
similar
to
what
was
there
of
their
black
hinges
and
then
there's
a
black
handle
on
each
door.
A
Thank
you,
Lily
any
other
questions
or
concerns
I.
E
I
have
a
problem
with
the
side
windows
as
well,
because
I
think
you'll
be
able
to
see
those
from
the
street.
The
front
ones
are
certainly
the
most
important
and
definitely
those
should
be
replaced
with
wood
to
match.
What
was
there
originally
but
I
would
add
the
side
windows
just
because
I
think
they're
visible
and
the
sun
missing
something
I'll
go
with
the
consensus,
but
it's
do.
A
We

Jessica

I

that's
more

angle?
Is
that
what
you
mean
of
where
you
can
see.
A
A
Hearing
no
other
comments.
Do
we

I
C
A
G
You
and

I
would

G
Yes,
we
have
Lisa
Reed
on
call
Lisa
you're
unmuted.
If
you
have
anything
to
add.
K
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Yeah
do
I,
have
anything
to
add
I.
Think
I
will
not
add
anything.
Okay,
thank
you
for
listening,
start
work
on
this
building.
K
My
husband
and
I
have
a
few
ideas
it's
much
larger
than
either.
One
of
us
will
need
for
our
professions,
he's
a
carpenter
and
a
woodworker
and
general
contractor
and
I'm
an
architect,
and
we
will
probably
use
the
interior,
which
is
still
just
a
dirt
floor
for
a
shop
space.
K
Currently
we
use
the
the
image
you
see
right
now
is
that
front
portion
with
the
double
green
doors,
there's
a
little
shop
in
there
for
my
husband
and
I'm,
extremely
interested
in
getting
the
wheel
turning
and
producing
electricity
in
the
set
in
the
40s,
the
owners,
the
previous
owners
to
us,
turned
it
into
an
electric
generating
wheel,
rather
than
using
the
space
to
continue
to
make
paper
which
it
had
been
historically
and
I'm
very
interested
in
kind
of
Reviving
The
Wheel
that
still
exists
in
some
way
to
generate
electricity
to
possibly
be
some
kind
of
like
a
learning
experience
for
the
community.
K
A
K
The
sheeter,
Cedar
and
I
I
really
wouldn't
want
to
to
to
take
away
that
that
look.
K
I
also
think
that
I'm
never
going
to
insulate
and
like
vent
in
kind
of
condition
that
entire
space
they'll
just
be
portions,
that
we'll
be
using
and
I
think
just
it's
so
beautiful
and
it's
sort
of
like
it's
also
Airy
and
I.
Think
I
I
wouldn't
want
to
take
away
that
the
look
of
it
I
think
it'll
always
be
inspirational
to
be
in
there
and
to
see
all
that
underneath
there
so
I
actually
don't
want
to
take
it
away.
K
I
also
sort
of
wanted
to
respect
the
building
sort
of
most
textual
and
sort
of
most
beautiful
I
must
say
like
feature
is
this
is
the
shingle
roof
and
so
I
didn't
really
want
to
take
that
away,
and
so
maybe
from
inside
you
could
see
it.
It's
just
extremely
un,
like
not
an
economic
solution
for
for
us,
and
for
this
for
this,
for
this
type
of
building.
F
K
A
motion,
I
guess,
may
I
ask
one
more
question:
correct
the
the
portion
of
the
building
that
does
include
the
corrugated
metal
existing.
If
I,
you
know
it's
going
to
be
need,
it
doesn't
necessarily
need
to
be
replaced
right
this
minute
and
so
I.
Don't
really
want
to
pay
for
that
section
to
be
replaced
right
now,
but
in
the
near
future,
if
it
does
get
replaced,
do
I
need
to
come
back
to
you
to
get
that
approval.
G
K
G
Yes,
okay,
hopefully,
when
that
happens,
you
will
not
be
at
the
very
end
of
a
long
agenda.
Oh.
A
It
was
good
always
good
to
call
ahead
kind
of
whenever
you
you
want
to
do
any
work
on
it
and
Jessica
and
Caitlin
can
advise
you.
Thank
you
right.
Okay,
Commissioners
do
I,
hear
a
motion
then
I'll.
E
Make
a
motion
I
vote,
a
move
to
issue
a
certificate
of
appropriateness,
as
proposed.
A
Thank
you
a
second
second,
thank
you,
Chris
Parts

call
out

and
Chris
Wesson
and
folks
who
made
a
special
effort
to
be
with
us
tonight.
So
we
could
have
a
quorum
and
move
these
folks
Along
on
their
on
their
projects.
So
thank
you.
I
know
some
of
those
were
more
complicated
than
some
of
the
rest
of
us.
I
really
appreciate
it.
H
A
A
A
Good
thank
you
and
a
motion
to
adjourn

adjourn
in
a
second.
