This is an instructional video designed to provide applicants assistance with how to complete the required W-9 form, to ensure success submitting an application to the COVID-19 Baltimore County Small Business Emergency Relief Grant Fund Program. This video will assist those who have submitted an application that included a W-9 that was not accurately completed. In an effort to help Baltimore County businesses as much as possible during these trying times, we are allowing these applicants to resubmit a new, accurately completed and signed W-9.

Panelists provide timely information and give an overview of how to access support resources and job opportunities. County Executive Johnny Olszewski participated in this webinar, moderated by Baltimore County Director of Economic and Workforce Development (DEWD) Director Will Anderson. The panel featured Baltimore County career counselors to offer support for job seekers, officials with the State Department of Labor to answer questions about Unemployment Insurance, and Community College of Baltimore County’s (CCBC) Dean of Health and Human Services to share workforce solutions and training opportunities.
