I'm,
a
resident
of
Auburn
Michigan
I,
have
been
at
two
previous
meetings
to
let
the
committee
know
of
certain
issues
going
on
in
this
county.
I
have
found
more
issues
that
I
think
deserve,
and
what
I'm
asking
the
commissioners
to
do
is
I'd,
like
a
federal
investigation
on
the
information
that
I
have
and
I
would
like
it
out
of
this
County
I
would
like
it
to
be
Detroit.
I
know
mr.
Krueger
and
mr.
D
Barcia
have
told
me
they
would
take
me
to
Lansing
to
talk
with
the
DEQ
I
think
we
need
to
go
to
the
Army
Corps
of
Engineers
for
some
of
the
stuff
that
I
found
I
got
copies
from
the
Bay
County
drain,
Commission
and
voices
for
this
company
that
the
county
has
been
doing
business
with
this
company
has
been
found
to
have
no
trucking
licenses,
yet
the
county
is
paying
them
for
trucking
uses
they're,
not
a
for
hire
company.
So
whatever
our
drain,
commissioner
feels
he
is
compelled
to
do
for
these
people.

I
do
not
understand
cleaning
up
oil
spills.
I
didn't
know
the
county
did
stuff
like
that.
Trucking
I
think
that
we
should
make
sure
that
the
trucking
companies
that
work
discounting
are
licensed
with
the
d-o-t,
whoever
they
have
to
be
I,
think
in
all
standards
they
should
be
held
at
a
higher
standard
if
they're
gonna
work
for
us,
because
that
holds
the
county
liable
for
their
actions.

that,
if
you
want
my
passing,
these
along
I
did
make
copies
for
Amber
and
Jim
I'd
like
to
point
out
a
couple
facts
that
have
been
going
around
through
the
court
system
and
Bay
County
with
multiple
attorneys
the
facts
in
the
Eddy
court
cases
in
facts.
The
judges
in
this
county
who
have
played
games
with
my
family
and
their
assets
attorney
Gill
was
the
representative,
my
mother,
in
my
dad's
personal
injury
case,
and
was
brought
back
into
the
situation
by
attorney
bill
Darby.

During
this
period,
Eddy
brother
stock
certificates
were
frauded
by
William
Darby,
while
he
skipped
my
dad
Tim
guy
Eddy's
estate
and
the
transfer
of
those
stock
certificates.
I
believe
this
was
a
team
effort.
Now
this
judge
is
dealing
with
the
same
business's
properties
that
my
dad,
who
passed
away
11
years
ago
owned
the
other
judge.
Sheeran
knew
all
of
the
circumstances
since
2015
and
played
games
with
my
family
in
a
court
case
that
had
no
merit
that
Kawkawlin
Township
brought
upon
us
now.
He
is
in
my
lawsuit
against
the
wrongdoers.

I
hope
he
soon
seat
allows
the
truth
to
shine
and
the
darkness
to
be
exposed
for
what
it
is.
Both
judges
have
known
of
the
case
similarities
the
facts.
In
these
cases,
no
property
transfers
for
any
of
these
lands
at
the
County
Building
at
the
townships.
At
all,
that's
a
state
law
violated
violation
of
the
land
division
act.
State
law
violated
no
title
insurance
for
all
four
parcels
purchased,
yet
they
they
investigated
them
found
that
there
was
discrepancies.

Yet
still
did
not
tell
my
family
of
these
discrepancies
and
deeded
them
and
they
came
into
bay
counties
registered
deeds
through
Kawkawlin
township.
The
unclean
hands
by
their
attorney
is
just
downright
appalling
to
even
be
in
this
court
system.
My
caddy,
my
uncle
Janice
Susanna,
Dee
and
Perry
Eddie,
have
never
seen
a
survey
that
is
on
any
of
these
deeds
and
that
was
just
found
out
and
I.
Had
the
court
system
subscribe,
transcribe
it
for
me.
So
when
somebody
warranties
something
usually
they
have
knowledge
of
it.

in
turn,
my
family
has
been
frauded
who
I
am
purchasing
and
my
wife,
the
property
from
so
this
is
my
third
third
time
here
to
redress
the
grievance
to
you.
All
I
would
ask
that
you
contact
the
Army
Corps
of
Engineers
and
have
them
visit
the
sites
that
are
in
question.
We
do
have
a
whistleblower
that
names
multiple
sites
in
this
county
that
have
contaminants
on
them.

two
years

the
Saginaw
Valley
received
a
grant
from
hersa
to
provide
integrated
health
care
services
with
babba,
and
we
also
received
a
supplemental
grant
from
Michigan
Health
endowment
fund
that
first
or
the
second
grant.
The
Michigan
Health
endowment
fund
is
actually
coming
to
a
close.
We
with
that
grant.
We
have
been
paying
part
of
the
Social
Work
staff
out
of
that
that's
going
to
transition
over
solely
to
Saginaw
Valley.
They
are
contracted
directly
with
Saginaw
Valley,
but
in
order
to
continue
the
services
and
continue
the
relationship,
we
want
to
renew
the
agreement.

like

one
of
the

air,
so
you

kudos
to
her
for
doing
a
great
job
and
hanging
in
there.
