16:
what
are
your
pleasure?
Oh
shut
up
rumors
that
is
important.
More,
can
export
any
comments,
seeing
none
all
in
favor,
aye
aye
opposed
same
sign
this
time.
We
allow
the
public
to
come
before
our
committee
and
give
that
time
to
speak
on
any
issue
that
they
like
and
I,
see
they're
just
running
to
the
podium.
So
we
will
move
on
or
next
order
of
business.
We.
A
E
A
G
You
mr.
chairman
I
was
speaking
to
someone
who
use
a
whole
lot
more
about
this
thing
than
I
did
and
I
think
the
great
program.
If
we
can
even
look
at
expanding
that,
you
know
I
think
I'll
hate
your
back
and
it
wasn't
you
but
you're,
still,
no
more
yeah,
but
I
think
this
is
a
great
program
and
if
we
can
do
anything
to
expand
it
because
of
the
ratio
of
general
practitioners
to
patients
or
people,
I
think
clinics
and
I
think
Chicago
is
a
great
example.
G
If
it
is
within
the
city,
they
have
20
25
clinics
where
people
can
go
into
and
in
this
particular
clinic
that
we
have
at
some
point
we
are
looking
at
people,
don't
get
sick
between
nine
to
five.
You
know.
Sometimes
they
get
sick
afterwards,
you
know
and
if
we
can
extend
the
arms
or
if
we
can
build
on.
This
would
be
great
because
you
know
if
people
get
sick
and
they
can
go
to
the
clinic
versus
going
to
the
emergency
rooms.
G
H
Allows
us
to
do
is
expand.
It
will
do
two
things
number
one
expand
the
clinic
to
five
days
a
week
from
three
days
a
week
and
we'll
also
we
had
a
small
grant
to
do
integrated
clinic
with
behavioral
health.
This
is
a
larger
grant
to
really
expand
upon
that
population,
and
one
of
the
things
and
we've
discussed
this
in
the
past
is
there
are
a
lot
of
folks
that
are
under
the
care
for
psychiatric
here.
D
H
At
behavioral
health,
but
they
don't
have
a
primary
care
provider,
so
they
receive
psychotropic
drugs
or
drugs
for
mental
illness,
but
there's
just
no
interaction
with
the
primary
care
provider
and
there's
a
lot
of
fallout
effects
from
that.
For
example,
a
common
side
effect
for
depression
medications
is
weight,
gain
weight,
gain,
leads
to
high
blood
sugar
and
then
you've
got
diabetes
and
then
you've
got
all
sorts
of
complications
that
go
from
there
and
one
of
the
interesting
things
I've
heard
on
NPR
this
morning.
F
Working
in
the
urgent
care,
a
lot
of
people
in
the
canada
to
see
a
provider,
lots
of
Swift
providers,
it
takes
three
months
to
get
in
and
their
med
start
to
run
out
and
they
come
in
and
went
in
for
mental
health,
medication
and
the
schedule
drug.
So
you
have
to
have
a
written
script
for
it,
so
they
have
to
come
in.
You
can't
call
it
in
form,
so
it's
a
long
way
to
50
into
a
primary
care
doctor
and
even
when
you
do
have
one
it's
still
hard
to
get
in
like
the
same
day.
F
A
A
A
The
Rope
patrol
deputy
and
the
correctional
facility
officers
to
a
little
support
motions
support
any
comment
seeing
none
all
in
favor
aye
I'll.
Both
the
same
time
motion
carries
under
D
2.
We
have
reclassification
of
the
USW
maintenance
for
position
to
you
awake
to
maintenance,
Law,
Enforcement,
Center,
tu,
09,
defect
of
7
or
exclusive
motion,
roof
support.
May
we
have
a
motion
and
work
you
can't
take.
None
all
in
favor,
aye
opposed
same
time.
Motion
carries
actually
I
division
on
aging
case
management,
worker
and
I
other
abuse
prevention
program.
G
B
B
Worth
it,
we've
had
many
success
stories
already
where
we
were
able
to
help
many
victims
and
what
is
happening
now
is
they're
finding
division
on
aging
as
that
resource.
Many
referral
calls
for
from
families
and
loved
ones
or
caregivers
that
suspect
abuse
in
the
home.
So
it
is
becoming
quite
an
important
program
for
big
Cody.
If.
G
B
D
B
Law
enforcement
and
we've
been
collaborating
with
all
of
those
programs
and
all
of
those
entities
in
the
county
to
you
know
if
they
find
other
signs
or
symptoms
that
it
goes
beyond
what
we
were
able
to
do
at
Division
on
Aging
they're
well
aware
and
been
collaborating
very
well
with
us.
You're
welcome,
yeah.
B
A
B
I
When
you're
fighting
the
itis
fire
is
working,
projects
then
went
to
other
people
in
the
area
and
was
asking
for
giving
quotes
on
how
to
fix
the
roofs
and
you
go
up
on
the
roof
and
you
can
actually
cut
use.
A
sawed-off
cut,
Brooke
and
torching
goes
off
and
lady
to
20,
by
alex,
is
dead
ready.
He
is
coming
back,
color
or
someplace
cover
band
and
take
back
to
store.
It's
just
taking.
B
A
F
J
F
So
it's
an
assistance
and
they
can
get
into
whatever
program.
They
qualify,
trust
fund
soldiers,
sailors,
Relief,
Fund,
whatever
is
available
to
them.
Besides
him
to
come
up
and
with
explain
it
to
us,
although
lost
the
position,
but
it's
statewide
we're
trying
to
cut
down
their
administrative
costs.
Also.
A
B
D

J

E
D
J
Heavenly
Father,
we
come
before
you
this
afternoon,
thanking
you
for
the
guidance
and
understanding
that
you
have
given
this
board
of
commissioners
Lord.
We
ask
again
today
for
your
help,
the
direction,
so
this
board
may
make
the
fair
and
proper
decisions
for
all
citizens
of
Bay
County
and
your
Holy
Name.
We
ask
this
email.
C
C
A
C
C
I
F
K
E
With
the
mosquito
millage,
the
point
454
for
28
years
in
our
staff
has
done
done
a
wonderful
job,
keeping
it
going
in
the
the
years
passed
they
last
five
to
eight
years.
We
knew
our
vehicles
were
getting
old,
we're
getting
a
high
mileage,
but
every
year
we
kept
saying
okay,
we're
going
to
put
the
control.
D
E
So
we've
been
doing
a
very
conservative
job
over
over
the
years
in
doing
a
great
job
and
years
like
this
year,
so
far
in
the
past
has
really
helped,
but
in
mosquito
controls,
nice
and
dry
now
and
we're
doing
good,
we
are.
You
were
not
treating
as
much
as
we
would
in
other
years,
but
that
could
turn
around
and
one
simple
thunderstorm
and
we
could
you
know
chip
into
our
no
a
budget
it'll,
even
heavier
so
I,
know
the
resolution.
We
were
hoping
for
a
little
bit
more
on
that.
E
One
of
the
things
we
wanted
to
continue
to
do
it
to
do.
Morobe
was
some
of
the
catch
basins,
treatment
as
a
product
called
natural
art
that
we
did
some
Mary
than
some
of
the
original
research
when
it
was
just
a
number
and
it's
the
first
and
only
natural,
certified
organic
lever
side
and
using
catch
basins
is
kind
of
like
set
it
and
forget
it.
E
You
treat
them
once
and
it
really
saves
a
lot
of
Labor
down
down
the
road,
the
material
we
use
now,
the
bti
effect
Alexa
cousin
or
the
bti
we
use
in
the
spring.
We
treat
every
30
days
so
the
other
product
we
could
just
kind
of
set
it
and
forget
it,
and
if
we
call
that
product
we
received
the
presidential
environmental
award
for
that
and
I
think
it
was
Laura
I
remember
five
years
ago
or
something
we
were
invited
to
go
to
the
to
the
White
House.
For
a
presentation
of
that
being.
E
Had
to
decline,
of
course,
but
that
that
product
is
really
good
and
the
other
thing
is
we
really
wanted
to
keep
her
or
increase
our
fund
balance
up
a
little
bit,
and
that
is
something
it
gives
us
a
little
bit
of
a
heartburn.
If
in
when
I
say,
if
and
when
we
have
a
disease
outbreak,
we
need
a
little
backup.
If
what
we
call,
we
have
to
run
two
seasons
in
one.
E
C
D
B
D
L
Commissioner
Herrick,
thank
you.
Jim
Tom,
two
things
number
one
I.
Imagine
it
first
of
these
chemicals
that
you
buy
they've,
probably
gone
up
a
little
bit
in
the
last
28
years.
This
is
just
normal
procedure
and
number
two
suck
at
the
Commission
at
the
ranch
about
this,
and
you
know
anybody
who's
been
in
places
where
they
don't
have.
A
miscue
can
show
people
around.
You
can
play
no
mosquitoes
material,
go
where
they
don't
have,
and
you
see
total
mosquitoes.
L
I
mean
I
use
my
iphone
white,
so
the
handbook,
but
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
columns
of
Johannes
and
really
a
difference
and
what
happens
when
you
have?
Mr.
Boudreau
me:
don't
have
this
beautiful,
but
I
know
you
step
into
a
job
and
I
know
they
work
hard
every
day.
Call
you
know
we
just
we
just
put
it
out
there
and
let
the
borders
decide,
but
I
think
you
do
a
great
job.
You
know
the
staff
is
great
job.
So
great
thanks,
Commissioner.
F
E
Nuns
ran
but
a
year
ago,
or
so
you
never
heard
of
Zika.
You
know,
I
said
we
all
know
the
world
so
small.
You
know
people
travel
everywhere
every
day
you
know
thousands
of
people.
You
know
we
get
people
from
South,
America
company,
Detroit
Flint
in
different
destinations.
Here
all
the
time
we
don't
know
in
you
know
what,
if
could
have
we
don't
know
what
the
future
will
bring
for
transmitted
disease
every
single
day.
You
hear
something
new
about
Zika.
You
know
that
the
case
in
Colorado
with
the
health
care
worker
got
it.
E
They
don't
know
how
you
know
they
don't
know
how
that
that
person
got
it.
So
there's
a
lot
unknown
with
that.
Is
it
going
to
be
a
problem
who
knows,
but
we
don't
know,
what's
going
to
show
up
in
the
two
or
three
or
five
years
from
now,
but
it
would
you
know
we
were,
would
be
a
Miss
if
we
weren't
prepared
prepared
for
that.
But
anyway,.
K
Commissioner,
try
and
check
in
making
my
rounds
north
of
the
northern
townships
and
all
that
not
just
this
year,
but
in
previous
years
they've
all
been
real,
receptive,
you're
doing
it
your
guide,
your
people
are
doing
a
good
job.
There's
calls
whatever
special
events.
It's
nice
that
you're
able
to
get
out
there
to
take
care
of
that
and.
E
D
E
B
E
E
Of
course,
that
didn't
happen
and
we're
glad
it
has.
It
happened
so
far
because
it
would
you
know,
helps,
helps
us
we're
not
using
it
as
as
as
much
material,
but
that
is
a
lot
of
it
in
the
northern
areas.
We
put
some
of
those
that
extra
people
an
extra
person
up
there
from
time
to
time
to
double
up
some
little
symbol
of
townships.
My.
A
Some
municipalities
don't
have
a
program
clean
their
decorations,
so
sometimes
on
your
treatment,
catch
basins
you're
not
actually
treating
my
area
which
will
hold
water
because
it
will
just
go
through
because
they
have
cleaned
the
actual
catch,
Carter
patient.
So
so
somebody
think
that
you're,
potentially
looking
for
you
magus
blowdown
line,
one
yeah.
E
E
D
E
E
Hour,
thunderstorms,
that's
gone
and
that
kind
of
stuff
and
the
violet
Department
like
right
now,
every
every
week,
they're
checking
those
catch
basins,
see
if
they're
active,
because
if
that
the
catch
basins,
the
Killiks
mosquito
that's
in
front
of
your
house,
those
are
the
ones
they're
the
best
transmitter
of
Western
Isles,
don't
those
one's
right
there.
So
that's
why
we
really
had
a
close
attention.
C
I
C
C
That
will
take
us
into
finit,
unfinished
business,
I
guess
what
I
would
like
to
bring
up
who
consider
it?
On
finish,
we
had
discussions
with
DEQ,
hear
it
at
one
of
our
board
meetings,
which
in
turn
allowed
us
to
have
an
open
house
at
bangor
township.
Last
wednesday
there
were
three
different
individuals
there
to
address
the
Spoils
site
in
bangor
township
of
bayside
park
and
out
of
that
meeting,
Commissioner
Duran
check
and
mr.
Ryder
was
there
and
mr.
Lutz
was
there
commissioner
Lutz.
C
What
they
were
able
to
do
was
actually
come
to
an
agreement
to
put
a
committee
together
to
further
study
and
work
with
the
DEQ
to
answer
questions
that
they
had
and
dealing
with
the
typist
coils
that
were
there
and
whether
or
not
they're
actually
as
a
health
hazard.
So
I
would
think
that
within
the
next
couple
weeks,
that
committee
will
meet
again
and
what
I
hope
to
be
able
to
do
is
to
come
back
to
the
board
and
again
bring
the
attention
of
what's
going
on
at
the
township.
A
C
A
vested
interest
to
make
sure
that
it's
done
properly
and
the
questions
are
answered.
So
thank
you
to
mr.
Cooley,
who
is
the
supervisor
in
bangor
township
we're
putting
that
meeting
together.
So
any
new
business,
no
new
business
miscellaneous.
