E
You,
mr.
chairman,
we
have
resolution
2019
to
51
following
vacancies:
county
clerk,
typists
3
fayette,
county
prosecutor
assistant
prosecutor
attorney
911,
one
sent
from
dispatch
at
dispatcher,
full-time
Department
on
Aging,
a
full-time
cook
case
management,
worker
two
full-time
positions
and
the
community
center
typist.
One
part-time
I
would
move
that
resolution
support.
We.
B
D
Based
upon
some
of
the
information
I've
heard
I
know
you
only
had
in
time
Krishna
right
as
you
said
it
as
eloquently
as
you
could,
we've
only
got
so
many
dollars
to
do
provide
services
to
the
public,
whether
it's
animal
control
or
your
new.
The
program
that
we
have
so
you
know
come
full
board
I'll
be
supporting
that
reorganization.
F
Conference
call
today
with
Nicole
and
National
Association
of
counties
is
their
central
Central
Division
result,
meaning
it's
about
pre-trial
incarceration,
people
that
are
incarcerated,
pretrial
and
those
are
medical
benefits
as
soon
as
they
are
incarcerated
before
they
go
to
trial.
There's
some
Senate
resolutions
out
there
right
now
to
require
that
they
keep
that
coverage
until
they're
convicted
because
they're
losing
their
medical
coverage,
and
you
know
that's
definitely
have
drug
abuse
problem
substance
abuse
you
go
off
of
it.
F
They
get
out
of
jail,
they
don't
have
any
any
insurance,
get
back
on
the
insurance
again
so
they're
trying
to
make
it
required
that
they
are
still
covered
under
health
insurance,
while
they're
still
in
the
free
trial'
stage
before
they
get
through
that
convicted
or
not
convicted.
So
they
don't.
If
they
don't
get
convicted,
they
don't
have
insurance
and
they
go
off.
They
have
problems
again.
F
F
Unsure
you
have
Medicaid
multiple
have
Medicaid.
Okay,
then,
once
they
go
into
jail,
they
lose
that
insurance,
it's
an
automatic.
So
what
they
want
to
try
to
do
is
is
have
them
keep
that
insurance.
So
they
can
do
this.
You
get
the
services
they
need
it
like
some
abuse
and
if
they're
not
convicted,
then
they
still
have
their
insurance.
If
they
don't
want
to
go
back
and
reapply
for
it
would
be,
it
would
be
a
less
of
a
burden
on
us.
