G
Therefore,
I
asked
at
all
and
any
and
all
sneers,
jeers
slings
and
arrows
be
directed
at
me
and
not
at
any
one
scene
behind
me
or
anyone
not
in
attendance.
I'm
told
that
the
committee
here
is
doing
or
going
to
be
doing
an
overall
evaluation
I
hate
these
glasses,
we're
on
comprehensive
evaluation
of
our
transportation
system.
G
G
No
one
on
his
committee,
prana
now-defunct
soldiers
and
sailors
committee
has
lifted
a
finger
to
do
that.
In
fact,
may
I
say
that
no
one
in
the
old
soldiers
and
sailors
will
put
the
finger
to
do
much
of
anything
with
the
exception
of
Mike
Burke,
who
writes
her
over.
That's
part,
my
advice
for
what
it's
worth
it's
to
ride,
along
with
these
drivers
for
a
few
weeks,
but
for
a
thing
for
a
few
weeks,
see
what
they
do
and
experience
what
they
go
through.
G
G
Then,
when
you
back
out
holidays
and
bad
weather
days,
that
would
that
should
be
a
net
cost
of
a
little
under
$12,000
per
year,
considering
bay
county
received
a
$70,000
plus
grant,
coupled
with
the
current
millage,
this
nominal
increase
for
our
drivers,
which
seems
very
doable
I,
also
understand,
there's
considerable
costs
associated
with
the
program,
vehicle,
maintenance,
gas,
insurance,
etc.
In
my
opinion,
this
is
a
very
small
price
to
pay
attending
to
the
needs
of
the
veterans
of
Bay
County,
many
of
whom
are
combat
veterans,
hands
or
suffer
with
moderate
to
severe
psychological
problems.
G
In
addition
to
this
request
for
increased
compensation
for
our
drivers,
I
would
ask
that
they
be
kissing,
County
cell
phones,
so
they
don't
have
to
continue
use
a
person
and
he's
of
any
purchasing
department
once
our
assault
should
be
able
to
get
a
deal
on
this
on.
Another
topic
was
brought
to
my
attention:
the
possible
existence
of
scammers,
Sammer's
and
dishonesty
amongst
some
of
our
passengers.
G
These
types
of
people
exist
in
all
walks
of
life.
These
days,
it's
not
limited
to
the
big
four
as
they
used
to
call
them
the
used-car
salesmen,
insurance,
salesmen,
attorneys
and
career
politicians.
Oh
no
offense
violence,
counselor
I'm
speaking
of
the
DC
Bunch,
okay,
sorry,
but
I
did
it
again
better.
G
All
we
can
do
is
when
we
come
across
these
people.
We
weed
them
on
no
claiming
travel,
pay,
no
rise
for
lab
work,
only
no
ride
for
picking
up
or
paying
for
prescriptions.
We
accept
scheduled
appointments
only
and
then
y'all
any
overall
analysis
of
anything
cheaper
doesn't
mean
better
I
have
more
than
another
subject,
but
I
think
I
took
up
enough
your
time
here
for
now
any
other.
Thank
you
for
this
opportunity
to
speak
and
I
really
didn't
we
both
banned
anybody
again.
H
My
name's
Archibeque
I'm,
the
vets
council
commander.
Several
veterans
have
been
calling
me
about
a
problem.
They
say
they
have
and
that's
about
putting
plaques
out
on
Memorial
Day
yeah.
We
do
use
the
old
flags
from
the
year
before,
like
cuz
I
I
was
told
that
that
was
one
of
your
deals
that
you
were
wondering
about.
Yeah
yeah.
H
The
only
thing
I
wanted
to,
let
you
know
is
we
do
use
two
flags
that
were
left
over
from
the
year
before.
Where
do
you
store?
Those
plays
the
cemeteries
pick
them
up
and
they
store
him
over
at
the
PLA.
Be
ideas,
I
wasn't
sure
where
but
I
know,
Jamie
Davis
would
know
for
sure,
because
he
we
use
his
every
year
in
their
old
flags.
But
anybody
that
is
a
veteran
has.
A
And
any
other
comments
and
any
other
comments,
any
other
comments,
all
right,
petitions
and
communications
transportation
statistics
for
first
quarter.
You
should
have
a
copy,
separate
freight
copy,
I
tore
into
this
vets,
and
it's
a
brown
car.
The
Ford
van
equates
their
van
and
the
black
car
Louisville
volunteer
hours.
His
dad
here
by
the
way
Fred
I
did
drive
the
car
for
two
years,
I
drove
for
two
years.
I
know
it
was
a
long
day.
I'm
like
I,
did
two
years
of
it.
A
A
I
A
C
I
Are
required
to
follow
the
applicable
statutes?
However,
it's
important
for
the
boards
to
remember-
and
this
is
going
to
be
a
bit
of
a
challenge-
I
think
before
the
first
year,
because
it's
a
concept
needs
to
keep
check,
grant
funding
separately.
Mr.
grant
funding
falls
under
one
statute
which,
in
the
sentence,
relief
different,
the
state,
FedEx
trust
fund,
and
we
have
millage
funds
which
fall
under
what
was
is
where
the
soldiers
and
sailors
Relief
there
is
going
to
be
some
differences
in
terms
of
actually
qualifies
for
that
relief
and
who
doesn't
like
the
never
made.
I
It
is
terms
defined
differently
under
those
extensions.
This
is
good
a
time
as
any
I
think
I
would
like
to
introduce
the
words
to
another
abraded
jerk,
who
is
Corporation
Counsel.
She
is
in
over
personal
or
Wayland.
You
had
some
questions
of
the
last
port
being
with
regards
to
who
is
actually
following
veteran
under
those
two
statutes,
and
whether
or
not
our
director
from
Wendy
requires
captial
first
licenses
as
a
result
of
receiving
compensation
for
the
work
of
the
monitoring
that
they
do
correctly
has
brown
and
she
will
be
able
to
mister.
I
I
E
Have
a
kindness
on
me
the
last
line
of
this.
You
know
I'm,
just
a
poor
kid
from
the
south
end,
but
I
don't
understand.
That
makes
no
sense
to
me.
The
veteran
may
not
receive
assistance
if
it
will
not
prevent
them
from
coming
back
for
additional
assistance,
so
somebody
is
making
a
call
on.
Oh
ok.
If
we
give
them
assistance,
he's
not
ever
gonna
come
back
here
again.
I,
don't
think
you
can
say
that
that's
an
interpretation
that
is
impossible
to
do
so.
I
recommend
that
be
stricken.
A
A
A
F
A
B
The
budget-
that's
before
you
was
very
rough
draft
I,
don't
have
definitive
numbers
from
various
things.
Things
are
not
broke
out.
This
is
basically
just
as
a
informational
piece
to
start
utilizing
some
of
those
funds
for
those
things
that
you
know
were
discussed
computers,
things
like
now,
things
of
that
nature,
as
well
as
adjustments
within
those
various.
You
know
when
finance
within
line
items,
so
those
computers,
for
instance,
if
they're
you
know
furniture
things
that
will
that
we
will
update
those
will
be
not
long
together,
for
instance,
with
that
remodel
they
will
be
broke
up.
B
B
E
Would
like
to
see
consideration
for
a
couple
of
other
items,
one
being
Thanksgiving
food,
baskets
I
think
we
used
to
do
that
years
ago.
I
think
we've
gotten
away
from
it,
because
there
was
no
funds
available
and
the
other
one
would
be
Christmas
food
baskets,
which,
in
the
recent
past,
the
all
of
the
Christmas
food
baskets
have
come
from
the
American
Legion
and
the
auxilary
of
the
American
Legion
about
$1,500
worth
so
I.
Think
I'd
like
to
see
you
know
two
or
three
thousand
put
into
a
needy
veteran
family
food
baskets.
E
E
D
I
think
Craig
for
taking
the
side.
I,
don't
know
when
you
put
on
the
second
floor,
it's
kind
of
like
a
lot
of
these,
the
villagers
Canada.
It
was
at
two
a
room
that
was
used
for
something
else,
I
think
of
this.
In
the
first
floor
and
the
veterans,
families
come
in
just
the
veterans,
but
maybe
on
the
first
part
where
they
come
to
see
the
clerk
and
they
come
to
see
the
Treasury.
D
Send
you
down
there,
the
Register
of
Deeds
I
mean
then
they're
gonna
see
the
Hector's
office.
On
the
first
floor,
it's
just
going
to
make
a
big
difference
if
it's
a
left
for
those
that
don't
know
me
as
you
come
to
the
funders
and
it's
the
left
for
the
register,
Jesus
curling
right
now,
a
lot
of
the
people
that
come
with
a
kind
never
will
go
to
the
second
floor.
They
would
never
see
them.
So
this
would
be
good
awareness
and
we're
going
to
start
off
with
new
equipment,
which
is
unusual.
D
Lot
of
things
are
added
and
military
side.
Anyways
I
can
tell
you
in
my
time
because
unusual
to
get
new
programs
new
computers,
new
office
space
in
the
furniture
now
that
we
need
it,
but
I
think
the
veterans
that
come
in
needs
to
be
a
professional
places.
I
think
this
is
money
well
spent
I
appreciate
taking
the
time
to
do
this.
A
A
B
Are
you
talking
about
in
regards
to
the
proposed
what
we're
talking
about
possibly
remodeling
in
an
area
or
okay,
sure
one
of
the
things
that
is
utilized
or
can
be
utilize
for
this
grant
can
be
utilized
for
is
updating,
remodeling
things
of
that
nature.
There's
a
work
area
office
area
for
us
if
the
most
of
the
defective
service
officer
and
emergency
relief
coordinator
are
station.
Currently
on
the
second
floor
behind
the
old
supervisor,
meeting
chambers
after
some
after
some
thoughts
and
kicking
around
I,
guess
some
various
ideas.
B
One
possible
landing
area
was
the
what
currently,
on
the
first
floor
of
the
treasurer's
office,
that
area
would
be
remodeled
office
to
be
constructed
furniture
if
you
ordered
things
of
that
nature,
and
that
is
where
veterans
would
go
for
emergency
relief
or
for
processing
claims,
with
the
veteran
service
officer,
bringing
more
visibility
as
mr.
Stewart
mentioned,
and
certainly
raising
the
profile
of
the
department
and
where
veterans
come
for
various
services.
That
is
why
that
that's,
why
that
is
on
the
current
budget
item,
which
is
being
discussed
right
now.
So,
okay,.
A
D
God
last
we
brought
up
the
schedules
ahead
well
before
just
had
to
take
it
back
down
with
the
cell
phone
ahead
and
pretty
much
do
around
the
clock
schedule
and
then
it
said,
make
a
contact
with
Detroit
being
segment
vhda.
It
is
possible
for
a
veteran
to
have
a
notice
sense
of
the
schedulers
a
little
miss
eventually,
maybe
their
mental
capacity
ssin.
Neither
workplaces
are
allowed
to
do
that
only
because
they
can't
list
a
bunch
of
days
when
they
do
the
very
field,
follow-ups
and
reminders.
D
D
The
schedule
is,
give
me
as
much
as
nine
months
out
or
six
months,
minor,
typically
six
schedules,
so
that's
something
we
can
do
for
the
scheduler,
maybe
hope
for
the
men
and
women
that
forget
their
appointments,
and
maybe
the
scheduler
can
just
call
as
a
reminder
they
ever
heard
from
me
at
Tuesday
over
the
pointment
Thursdays.
You
still
need
it
right
to
that
point,
but
that's
just
that's
what
I
found
out,
how
being
able
to
notice
but
they're
not
larger
than
because
it
canvas
to
me.
D
I
I
J
J
There
is
the
chauffeur's
requirement
for
a
driver
if
the
person
evaporating
is
a
motor
carrier
of
passengers
and
they
define
motor
carrier.
As
someone
who
holds
him/herself
out
to
the
public
is
willing
to
transport
passengers
for
hire
by
fox
they
defined
bus
as
a
motor
vehicle
and
innocent
seating
capacity
of
nine
or
more
passengers.
At
the
beginning
of
the
meeting,
they
said
that
our
van
pulled
six
people
plus
the
driver
in
amigo,
so
it
would
not
fall
under
the
definition
of
bus.
J
However,
if
there
were,
if
there
was
ever
a
motor
vehicle
with
a
seating
capacity
over
nine
passengers,
there
I
believe
there
would
be
a
chauffeur's
license
required
if
the
drivers
are
accepting
or
receiving
compensation
when
I
initially
directed
this
memo.
I
didn't
know
what
our
capacity
of
our
motor
vehicle
was,
but
if,
if
there
is
anything
over
nine,
a
seating
capacity
of
nine
or
more
passengers
I
believe
that
these
drivers
would
require
a
chauffeur's
license.
J
There
is
an
exemption
for
Ischl
for
his
license
if
the
person
is
operating
a
motor
vehicle
for
a
volunteer
program
I,
don't
necessarily
think
that
the
factions
Affairs
would
qualify
as
a
volunteer
program,
even
though
the
transportation
aspects
of
it
does
qualify,
may
qualify.
I
I
think
the
safer
route
would
not
would
not
to
proceed
under
that
exemption.
I
did
look
into
the
what
it
would
require
to
get
a
chauffeur's
license.
J
There's
no
road
test,
it's
a
thirty
five
thousand
be
at
the
Secretary
of
State,
and
it
would
require
a
paper
test
and
they
give
you
a
pamphlet
and
how
to
prepare
for
that.
I
think
from
a
legal
standpoint,
and
that
would
be
my
recommendation
if
survivors
would
be
just
do
that
just
to
limit
their
exposure,
considering
that
it's
a
relatively
small
fee
and
their
testing
isn't
too
extensive
I
do
understand
that
our
vehicle
doesn't
qualify
as
a
boss,
but
if
there
were
an
expansion
later
on,
it
might
open
the
drivers
up
to
some
liability.
J
A
Take
the
chauffeur's
license
when,
when
I
enroll
remember
Bruce
suggested
we
do
it.
So
he
asked
what
was
a
third
as
a
fee
and
then
he
a
written
test
I
gave
you
a
booklet
at
a
time,
and
you
read
the
booklet.
You
could
pass
the
test,
so
it
wasn't
that
big
of
a
deal
and
we
might
be
able
to
maybe
pay
the
fee
if
we
have
some
funds.
So
how
many
I
can
make
me
a
discuss?
How
many
of
you
have
chauffeurs
licenses
and
any
of
you
drivers
top
that
one?
F
A
A
D
J
If
there
were
no
compensation,
there
would
not
be
right
the
chauffeur's
license,
but
since
their
university
in
the
nominal
organization
it
would
them
under
that
requirement.
Obviously,
if
it's
a
vehicle
with
not
a
nine
or
path
more
passenger
vehicle,
so
as
I
understand
it
now,
the
vehicle
doesn't
qualify.
So
I
going
forward
standpoint.
It's
an
the
motor
vehicle.
Seating
was
expanded
sons
that
would
that
would
require
them
to
be
the
chauffeur's
license.
But,
as
Aaron
said
evidence
now,
it
was
just
a
six
passenger
vehicle.
It
would
not
be
required
to
get
the
chauffeur's
license.
D
E
B
B
E
F
E
H
E
Haven't
visited
at
Flags,
Memorial,
Day
flags.
Historically,
for
years,
the
county
has
purchased
Memorial
Day
flags
to
be
given
to
the
various
veteran
service
organizations
to
be
placed
on
the
grave
of
those
veterans
that
are
in
the
respective
cemeteries
that
that
veteran
service
organization
is
possible
for
we
have
purchased
in
the
past
approximately
three
thousand
ninety
seven
dollars
of
flags
per
year,
which
comes
out
to
about
three
thousand.
H
E
So
the
question
becomes:
do
we
need
to
use
that
many
flags
every
year,
I
know
at
the
end
of
Memorial,
Day
Oh
bridge
picks
the
flags
up,
they
put
them
in
the
boxes.
For
me,
I
go
when
I
pick
them
up
and
they
go
upstairs
in
the
American
Legion
and
they're
reusable
dope
that
the
stick
has
that
much
dirt
on
now,
if
it's
rain
or
something
they
probably
wouldn't
be
reused,
but
that
flag
is
it's
rolled
up
very
nicely.
It
is
not
tattered,
it's
not
pulled
off
the
stick
and
it
can
be
reused.
E
E
So,
in
order
to
cover
our
requirements
for
this
year,
I
have
a
recommendation
that
we
purchased
the
3,000
flags
for
Memorial
Day
2019,
with
the
caveat
that
all
of
the
veterans
service
organizations
pick
their
flags
up
from
the
cemetery,
store
them
and
reuse
them
next
year
of
their
services.
You
know,
I
mean
if
you
guys
need
something.
I
probably
got
three
thousand
upstairs
at
the
American
Legion.
A
E
We
go
up
on
a
needs
basis
next
year,
like
okay,
if
I
usually
get
1200
for
the
American
Legion,
which
is
usually
what
I
get
and
I
get
900
Fairless
serviceable
flags
back,
then
I
only
need
300
and
I
can
tell
you
how
we
need,
but
I,
don't
know
what
I
don't
know
what
why
I
don't
know
and
I.
Don't
know
what
the
small-outline
Township
cemeteries
do.
I
know.
E
A
Have
a
church
cemetery
out
at
Westside,
Saginaw
and
Paul
baguette
comes
off
tops
to
the
kids
every
year
about
Memorial
Day.
What
what's
about
then
we
take
the
kids
out
and
put
the
flags
out.
You
know
the
kids
go
pick
up
the
flag,
but
you
know
it's
a
smaller
Clementine,
so
we
don't
have
a
handy
book
and.
E
E
A
Discussion,
all
those
in
favor,
say
aye
aye
holds
the
other
new
business.
I
did
have
a
top
of
mr.
Van
Hollen
bed
and
about
some
of
these
items
and
I'm
sure,
beginning
back
with
you,
that's
counsel
was
one
thing
we
talked
about
and
and
I
think
that's
something
I
might
take
on
is
to
come
to
a
vets,
culture
meeting
and
then
actually
look
at
deaths,
Council
and
what
your
charge
is
and
what
you
know.
A
What
how
you
were
started
I
mean
there's
a
lot
of
history:
there
they
go
back
a
long
time,
so
I
think
we
need
to
figure
out
how
this
committee
can
help
the
best
counsel
out
and
how
you
can
help
us
sell.
So
we
don't
want
to
be
different
groups,
doing
the
same
thing
and
spending
money
that
that
we
can
do
port
together
on
so
I.
Think,
that's
one
of
my
projects
to
do
it.
It's
a
best
counsel
and
talk
to
you
about
your
charge.
Your
funds.
A
I
know
you
have
some
foundation
money
that
you
that
you've
got
a
charge
to
take
care
of
monuments.
Things
like
that
I
think
I
just
need
more
detail
of
what
you
know,
what
what
the
Charter
is
for
the
best
counsel
and
and
what
we
can
do
with
from
this
committee
to
help
with
us
counsel
up
or
you
help
us
too
so
I'll
be
getting
a
hold
of.
Let's
do
shoebox
and
zip
learn
talking
about
that.
A
little
bit,
don't
need
any
action
on
that,
but
just
will
take
care
of
and
the
other
new
business.
A
H
A
F
G
Was
talking
about
reuse
and
flags?
These
guys
are.
These
organizations
know
ahead
of
time
how
many
flags
are
going
to
need.
I
know
how
many
am
Leslie,
what
I
need
the
Ala,
Moana
Cemetery
they're
stacked
from
floor
to
ceiling
belt
down
there
and
we're
not
gonna
need
I,
think
we
get
six
or
seven
boxes
a
year,
easily
get
six
well
I
guarantee
R.
We're
not
gonna
make
that,
and
these
other
question
do.
G
F
E
G
E
G
G
E
G
I
wasn't
gonna
suggest
being
if
they
can't
buy,
like
them
laundry,
soap
and
dish
soap,
and
what
have
you
come
on?
It
was.
The
tank
was
23
years
ago.
I
got
McDonald's
that
they
donated
a
whole
crap
house
full
of
stuff
like
that,
how
many
a
ton
of
other
stuff
they
couldn't
buy
with
bridge
cards
at
that
time
or
what
have
you
this
summer?
Think
about
me?
Don't.
E
G
And
one
thing:
sorry
about
the
the
VA
notifying
us,
the
v8
doesn't
know.
I
tried
to
call
you
on
this.
By
the
way
I
know
you
is
going
to
Detroit
that
one
week
and
I
tried
getting
hold
it.
They
don't
know
who
we
bring
mine,
which
is
so
therefore
they
going
through
that
way.
They
couldn't
know
they
couldn't
call
us
and
say
on
the
schedule
we
have
Joe
Blow
and
Sally
Smith
cause.
They
also
do
venture
the
transportation.
