B
C
Mary
I
think
you
were
going
to
check
with
them
and
see
what
their
interest
was.
Yes,
so
we
are
definitely
interested
and
our
legal
is
looking
at
it
reviewing
it
still
and
we're.
Also
looking
at
the
2017
Jay
joint
Landing
study
that
I
think
we
had
a
memorandum
of
understanding.
That
was
the
one
I
guess
for
the
MPC,
so
we
just
wanted
to
look
at
that
and
how
that
worked
a
little
bit
more
and
then
we
also
have
a
new
Co
coming
on
in
July
the
change
of
command.
C
So
we
want
also
we're
going
to
get
his
input,
but
until
then,
and
and
forever
or
however
long
me
or
Dave
will
be
here
as
well
for
the
meetings
Okay,
so
we're
likely
going
to
recommend
t-cent
Visio
send
a
representative
which
would
be
me
or
Dave
to
help
or
if
this
SEO
is
needed,
we
can
have
that
too.
A
All
right
and
we'll
move
that
to
next
month's
agenda
for
a
vote:
approval
for
an
official
Suite
which
would
be
requested
we're
back
just
as
a
from
a
timing
standpoint.
We've
got
a
brand
new
CEO.
B
C
When
would
the
next
July
28th
is
next
July
28th
yeah
I
can
check,
but
it
might
be
okay.
We
can
confirm
I
think
we
should
be
okay,
okay,.
A
We
could
take
a
vote
on
an
official
seat
ahead
of
that
correct,
and
so,
if
we
get
a
quorum
this
morning,
we
can
do
that
I'm
expecting
New,
York
I
said
I
said
you
should
be
here
shortly,
but
let's
go
I'm.
Sorry,
okay,.
B
Yeah
but
I
guess
we'd
look
to
leave
you
on
a
legal
review
of
sort
of
all
the
documents
to
see
what
are
what's
right,
circle
out
or
not
allowed
yeah,
I.
Think
from
the
conversation
last
month
everybody
was
sort
of
open
to
including
militaries
in
some
form.
Ex-Officio
or
you
know,
a
full
seed,
so
I
would
say
whenever,
whenever
y'all
are
ready,
we
would
we
could
make
that
we
could
make
the
vote
but
yeah.
A
A
Okay,
yeah
very
good.
Thank
you!
Maybe
almost
so
the
consensus
would
be.
Maybe
we
don't
have
a
meeting
next
month
without
the
municipal
books,
we're
not
going
to
be
able
to
get
a
call,
because
I
think
almost
all
of
our
team
are
yeah.
Our
entire
team
is
going
as
well:
okay,
okay,
so
we'll
defer
I
guess
until
the
August
meeting.
Is
that
the
25th?
The
fourth
right,
that's
the
fourth
Friday
the
25th
yeah!
So
is
everybody?
Okay
with
that.
A
A
Related
to
the
military
question
was
the
question
of
having
this
meeting
be
the
forum
for
public
comments
of
military
concern,
and
we
can
take
a
vote
on
that,
but
I'd
like
to
ask
a
question:
a
process
on
that:
no
public
comments
and
done
a
lot
of
different
ways
depending
on
what
commissioner,
what's
the
normal
process
for
reviewing
a
military
comments?
Again,
you
have
a
time
limit
of
three
minutes:
A
total
time
limit.
It's
a
two-way
discussion,
just
a
one-way
comment.
E
Just
two
things:
first,
I
guess
that
that
statement
is
an
if
the
MPC
goes
away.
I
mean
right:
we
don't
need
to
move
it
if
the
MPC
stays
in
place
and
right
now
it's
still
in
place,
there's
not
a
date
yet
just
to
stop
that.
Isn't
that
correct
on
yeah
and
I
can
give
you
okay.
So
that's
an
if
I
think
that
conversation
was.
B
B
That
Council
has
given
staff
a
directly
to
start
preparing,
all
of
the
necessary
legal
ordinance,
documentation
and
findings
for
a
combined
Metropolitan,
Planning
Commission
design
review
board.
So
the
cities
were
standing
down.
Our
design
review
board
gonna
combine
that
with
our
new
Planning
Commission.
The
idea
is
creating
more
of
a
One-Stop
shop
to
give
a
comprehensive
review.
You
know,
as
we've
talked
as
we've
moved
more
into
form-based
codes
and
back
towards
traditional
city
building
understanding
how
site
layouts
work
combined
with
the
vertical
is
really
important,
so
we
think
having
a
body.
B
So
that's
the
rationale.
Our
timing
is
it's
going
to
go
to
the
Metropolitan
Planning
Commission
in
July,
for
an
advisory
vote
after
the
advisory
vote.
It
will
come
to
city
council
we're
going
to
take
a
couple
of
meetings
off
during
the
summer.
So
we'll
come
back
the
fourth
week
of
August
for
our
first
meeting.
The
intent
is
for
that
to
come
to
council
for
first
reading
that
last
week
of
August,
the
last
meeting
of
August
and
then
for
second
reading,
the
first
meeting
in
September
for
second
reading.
B
We
Scott
and
I
talked
a
little
bit
yesterday
about
timing,
and
once
we
make
the
changes,
how
long
it'll
take
us
to
appoint
a
full
complement
and
get
our
boards
and
commission
members
had
a
conversation
with
Sue
Costner
who's.
Currently,
the
chair
of
the
MPC
about
some
overlap
and
some
folks
moving
over
to
have
sort
of
a
dual
role:
keep
the
MPC
going
and
the
new
new
Planning
Commission.
So
there's
some
continuity
between
the
boards,
at
least
at
the
outset.
All
that
said,
I
think.
B
In
a
best
case
scenario,
we've
got
our
new
Planning
Commission
drb
stood
up
by
October,
that's
aggressive,
so
but
it's
maybe
October.
You
know
latest
in
November,
before
we've
got
our
Planning
Commission
stood
up
and
operating
all.
That
being
said,
we
we
intend
that
once
the
Planning
Commission
has
stood
up,
we
will
start
sending
City
projects
to
that
new
board.
However,
until
Port
Royal
has
stood
up
their
own
Planning
Commission,
we
will
continue
to
staff,
continue
to
have
appointees
and
continue
to
service
the
MPC.
B
E
Of
town
no
at
this
point
in
time
you
know:
we've
heard
what
they're
doing
our
planning
department
is
looking
at
it.
We
have
their
concerns,
did
they'll
work
through
their
concerns.
You
know
our
planning
department,
he
said
yeah.
Sorry,
no
one
is
looking
at
it.
It's
an
interesting
concept.
Noah
yeah
we're
giving
we're
going.
B
To
give
our
Planning
Commission
drb
more
Authority,
so
all
commercial
projects
in
the
city
will
have
to
go
and
get
a
discretionary
review
by
by
this
new
body.
Multi-Family
we're
right
now
it's
24
units
and,
as
you
know,
we
we
give
the
Planning
Commission
more
authority
over
multi-family
than
any
other
jurisdiction.
We're
actually
going
to
reduce
that
down
to
I.
Think
it's
what
10
units
now
Kurt
is
the
recommendation.
B
So
we're
going
to
send
more
stuff
to
our
new
Planning
Commission
drb,
again,
with
the
hope
that
we
get
better
development
outcomes
than
what
we've
been
seeing
over
the
last
couple
of
years.
Right
well,
we'll
blast
that.
E
Time
like
so
I
would
suggest
that,
after
that,
the
vote
and
we
decide
on
a
timeline
and
that's
when
it
comes
back
and
for
this
board,
but
I
think
right
now,
if
we're
to
vote
on
anything
now,
it's
that
this
board
is
willing
to
accept
it
on
the
timelines
associated
with
the
shutdown
of
the
MPC
not
to
make
that
now
or
we
just
wait.
I
think
it
could
be
just
a
discussion
point
last
month,
I
think
everybody
was
like
yeah.
This
is
the
right
spot
for
it
in
that
way.
Okay,
so
I!
F
I
think
if
all
this
happens,
that
that
this
is
the
right
body
for
us,
because
the
public
shouldn't
have
to
go
to
three
different
entities
on
whatever's,
going
on
in
the
military
basis
that
they're
want
to
express
concerns
about
and
I
think
right
location
for
it.
We'll
have
to
we'll
have
to
make
sure
the
public
understands
that
too.
It's
going
to
be
some
education,
so
so
we'll
defer
the
immediacy
of
action
on
this
one.
Until
there's,
some
determination
about
the
NPC
to
municipalities
are
going
to
do
with
response
to
that.
B
Yeah
I'm
interested
in
the
issue
for
the
process
only
because
we
keep
to
our
in
order
to
keep
doing
our
meeting
and
get
into
a
public
discussion.
I,
don't
know
if
we
wanted
to
be
two-way,
you
want
a
limited
time
frame
or
time
per
capsule
on
it
all
your
years,
a
chair
and
how
many
comments,
probably
not
military
operations,
one.
No,
no
one's
sharing,
I.
E
Yeah
what
we
normally
would
do,
so
we
accept
that
information.
We
figure
out
who's
the
right
body
for
it
to
be
transferred
over.
There
was
never
any
two-way
comment
because
we
did
not
have
any
background,
but
they
we
would
confirm
to
them
that
we
received
it.
We
understand
it.
It'll
be
passed
on
to
the
right
bodies.
We
tried
to
follow
up
to
make
sure
that
somebody
reached
back
out,
and
that
was
it.
F
There
could
be
a
lot
of
comments
if
there
was
changes
in
Mission,
correct
or
other
things
happen,
but
there
needs
to
be
an
Avenue
right
and
we
had
happens.
There
were
four.
B
That's
when
we
were
doing
Runway
construction
and
so
probably
received
two
dozen
concerns
and
said
you
know
you
have
an
opportunity
to
go.
They
you
know,
no
one
went
to
the
NPC,
they
just
called
the
mayor
council
and
complain.
So
in
the
commission.
All.
A
A
B
Arrange
this
issue
of
Mr
Bartholomew,
so
he
can't
be
with
us
this
morning.
Yeah.
So
we've
got
to
I've
got
a
little
bit
to
report
on
that
after,
since
our
last
nurpic
meeting
to
demand
for
Marshall
Jared
fralick
from
the
county
and
so
I
want
to
thank
Jared
and
David
and
I.
We
all
we
all
met
over
at
City
Hall
our
staff
reached
out
to
the
Coast
Guard
to
understand
the
process
for
modifying
the
bridge
schedule.
B
B
Other
bridge
opening
schedules
across
the
state
of
South
Carolina
for
Jared's
recommendation.
There's
a
big
economic
benefit
argument
here
because
of
the
bridge
shutting
down
traffic
both
on
ladies
Island
and
all
throughout
downtown
Beaufort.
Increasingly
there's
a
transportation
issue
here,
and
so
his
suggestion
is
that
we've
maybe
secure
a
consultant
to
put
together
that
economic
benefit
analysis
and
some
Transportation
analysis
based
on
updated
traffic
counts.
I
mean
that
would
give
us
a
better
chance
of
making
a
coaching
argument
to
the
Coast
Guard
of
why
we're
requesting
a
tighter
bridge
opening
schedule.
B
We
have
probably
one
of
the
most
I
guess
liberal
operating
schedules
where,
with
the
transient
time
frame,
so
that's
April,
May,
October
and
November,
and
we
are
seeing
a
pretty
dramatic
increase
in
the
number
of
openings
because
of
those
going
through
so
I
think
there's
room
for
us
to
make
a
a
reasonable
request
for
modifications
and
I
guess:
David
and
Jared
we're
gonna
work
with
the
County
Administrator
to
see
about
securing
that
consultant
and
moving
that
forward.
B
Once
that
study
is
complete,
then
we'll
Circle
back
try
to
put
together
a
request
that
makes
sense
and
then
bring
that
request
back
to
this
body
for
review
and
hopefully
approval
I
think
it
would
be
helpful
while
Port
Royal
make
an
argument
that
y'all
are
affected
too,
with
with
the
bridge.
So
if
there's
a
willingness
to
participate,
we
believe
there's
probably
a
political
process
where
we
work
from
the
staff
side
up
and
then
also
work
in
the
political
side
down
so
it'll
take
kind
of
all
of
us
working
together
like.
D
You'll
be
coming
well,
I
come
that
way
and
stuff,
but
sometimes
if
I
have
sense,
I
go
the
opposite
direction.
Well,
so
that
brings
up
the
next.
What
is
the
some
of
the
arguments
strongest
argument?
They
have.
B
Well,
we
haven't
had
a
dialogue
with
them,
I
mean
I,
think
for
them
it's
you're
the
federal
government,
and
they
don't
want
to
you
know.
If
it
ain't
broke,
don't
break
it
and
if
they
throw
the
Little
River
Bridge
in
there
to
say
it
opens
much
more
frequently.
The
reason
why
it
does
because
I
just
saw
it
is
because
there's.
B
A
lot
more
than
that!
That's
why?
Okay!
So
that's
interesting,
yeah
I,
think
is
that
four
months
that
April
May
that
October
November,
where
the
bridge
outside
of
the
prohibition
times
in
the
morning
and
the
afternoon,
the
thing
can
open
every
30
minutes,
and
so
you
think
about
traffic
on
ladies
Island
around
school
school
and
that's
what
I'm
hearing
from
residents.
B
And
you
know
it's
someone
who
sailed
if
you
have
the
expectation
of
when
that
bridge
they,
you
can
accommodate
your
schedule,
your
time
in
right,
timing,
yeah,
so
we're
working
on
that
like
I,
said
we'll
come
back
once
we
have
something:
I
want
to
thank
County
Council
on
the
county
for
green
lighting,
the
hopefully
green
lighting,
the
study
and
getting
that
going.
So
the
second
thing
was
notifications.
B
B
You
know,
you're
sitting
in
your
house,
your
office
and
you're
going
hey
I
gotta
get
across
if
I
know
the
bridge
is
open,
I
might
wait,
10
minutes
or
I
might
take
a
different
might
take
a
different
route,
so
the
bridge
schedule
is
controlled
by
the
U.S
Coast
Guard,
but
the
bridge
is
owned
by
scdot
and
Dot
has
a
private
sector
contractor
that
actually
operates
the
bridge,
so
we've
reached
out
to
representative
Shannon
Erickson
asked
for
her
assistance
in
coordinating
with
DOT,
so
we
have
a
meeting
set
up,
I.
Think
Water.
B
Festival
week
we
have
a
with
David
I.
Think
Jared
myself,
our
folks
and
Dot
is
bringing
a
big
group
down
from
Colombia
and
we
want
to
have
a
conversation
with
them
about
some
type
of
like
nixel
notification.
Your
residents
could
subscribe.
If
you'd
already
subscribed
to
nixel,
there
could
be
a
check
box
for
woodsbridge
notifications
and
then
the
bridge
operator,
when
they
open
the
bridge,
could
send
out
the
notification
saying
hey:
what's
Bridges
is
opening
now,
which
would
allow
people
to
make
a
make
a
judgment.
B
A
The
table,
if
just
a
question
regarding
the
review
for
coming.
B
Back
we
have
a
time
frame
or
targets.
Do
you
like
to
I?
Think
Jared
was
saying
maybe
60
90
days
for
a
study,
probably
another
30
or
so
days
for
us
to
take
the
study
and
turn
it
into
a
recommendation
in
the
fourth
quarter.
Maybe
October
I
would
hope
by
the
end
of
the
year.
Yes,
sir,
okay
yeah
just
for
planning
purposes,.
B
All
right
again,
once
we
get
that
the
hope
would
be
maybe
to
get
three
jurisdictions
to
pass
resolutions
of
support
and
then
work
a
sort
of
a
dual
a
pop-up
down.
You
know
meet.
A
In
the
middle
approach,
any
questions.
A
All
right,
thank
you,
sounds
like
you're,
making
good
progress
so
far.
Well,
we
talked
a
lot
there's
a
plan
anyway,
people
are
talking,
people
are
talking,
that's
a
good
story.
All
right,
Alex
I
think
you
were
going
to
tell
us
about
soloco
and
the
growth
boundaries
issue.
Yeah.
F
We
I
met
with
mayor
Harry
and
we
talked
about
it.
He
won't
be
at
the
meeting,
but
mayor
salka
will
lead
the
meeting.
All
the
members
have
appointed
their
committee
members,
I'll
read
those
out
and
I'll
give
them
to
you
for
your
before.
It
will
be
curve.
F
Praise
be
for
County,
B,
Rob,
Merchant
Bluffton
to
be
Dan,
Frazier
hardyville
be
Matt,
Davis,
Hilton
Head
to
be
Sean,
Collins,
Jasper,
canopy,
Danny,
Lucas,
Fort
Royal
be
Noah
Crest
and
the
mscv
Matt
Garn
Smith
does
everything,
and
so
we
will
talk
about
that
at
the
meeting.
And
you
know
the
goal
was
to
talk
about
growth
boundaries.
F
Three
of
the
entities
have
provided
on
the
Hardeeville,
City
Beaufort
and
town
of
Bluffton
have
provided
theirs,
but
mainly
this
group
will
meet
and
I'll
meet
with
them,
just
as
the
liaison
and
then
the
committee's
gonna.
This
Committee
of
these
members,
who
are
all
in
the
planning
departments,
will
come
up
with
goals
from
input
from
our
board
to
some
local
board.
We
did
submit
our
documents
I'm,
not
sure
where
they
are.
F
Oh
okay,
yeah,
okay,
while
I
may
have
come
in
and
then
we're
going
to
have
some
we're
going
to
talk
about
this
at
this
local
meeting
coming
up
Tuesday
what
some
of
our
goals,
including
for
this
committee,
to
work
on
so
you
want
to
give
us
further
status
next
month,
then
I
think
we
need
to
actually
yeah
we'll
keep
it
on
the
agenda.
Yeah,
so
I
understand
that
southern
Beaver
County
they
don't
have
growth
boundaries,
they've,
never
sort
of
sat
down
and
figured
those
out.
Okay,.
F
A
Any
questions
comments:
okay,
we're
down
to
really
our
last
item
discussion
about
coordination
of
Public,
Safety
I
know
you
initiated
request
for
some
information.
A
F
B
Can
I
maybe
make
a
suggestion
that
could
staffs
be
willing
to
work
together
to
potentially
bring
back
a
scope
of
a
scope
of
work
for
a
study
that
this
body
could
review
and
potentially
give
us
endorsement
by
the
August
meeting.
G
What
we're
talking
about
is
the
potential
efficiency
of
combining
emergency
response,
Services.
F
Fire
rescue
in
us
into
one
Consolidated
function
on
the
North
End
of
the
county.
The
question
is
whether
the
study
should
accomplish
just
the
northern
part
of
Beaver
County
or
whether
it
should
Encompass
the
entire
County.
That's
a
question
that
the
county
will
have
to
weigh
in
on
I
mean
a
lot
of
progress
in
the
southern
County
this
month.
G
B
Mayor
Murray,
would
you
restate
what
you
would
want
to
come
back
to
this
committee
from
them
yeah?
Well,
I.
You
know,
I
I,
think
a
lot
of
us
agree
that
the
way
we're
delivering
Public
Safety
in
northern
European
counties,
maybe
not
as
efficient
as
it
could
be,
and
I'm
not
going
to
go
into
the
study
with
any
preconceived
notions
of
how
it
ought
to
how
it
ought
to
be
organized.
B
But
there
are
folks
that
look
at
these
issues
all
day
long
and
can
come
in
and
make
some
objective
sense
of
how
we
could
I
think
with
a
better
value
for
taxpayers,
but
also
maybe
get
more
efficient.
The
higher
delivery
of
service
for
for
all
jurisdictions
in
all
residents,
and
so
I,
just
I,
think
you
know,
having
the
study
come
in.
Look
at
all
of
those
things
and
come
back
and
bring
us
report
would
be
would
be
helpful.
B
B
We
look
at
making
pretty
significant
Capital
expenditures
of
facilities
again.
What
what?
How
can
we
make
some
sense
of
it?
So
my
suggestion
is:
if
we're
going
to
support
a
study,
maybe
staff
could
bring
back
a
scope
of
work.
The
consultant
would
be
focused
on
by
the
August
meeting
about
now
to
Dallas's
point
if
it's
already
sort
of
in
the
works
and
Roland
I
wouldn't
want
to
hold
it
up
for
two
months
and
would
trust
that
staff
has
an
understanding
of
where
we're
trying
to
go
well.
F
I
would
I
would
think
I
hope
I
can
check
that
the
county
will
work
with
their
counterparts
with
the
municipalities,
including
even
yemassy.
You
know
to
I,
don't
mean
even
but
on
that
scope
of
work
too,
but
I
can
check
on
your
professionals
in
the
environment
safety.
You
know
too,
but
I'll
check
on
that
or
we
can
ask
or
can
I
can
ask
of
our
administrator
where
the
status
is
on
that
RFP.
D
You
know
when
it
comes
down
to
Public
Safety.
Just
me
talking
I'm
here
it
seems
that
the
city
of
Beaufort
written
I'm,
not
too
sure
what
Port
Royal
stands
and
stuff
there's
some
issues
that
need
to
be
resolved.
D
When
you
come
on,
ladies
Islands,
in
Helena
we
don't
have
an
issue,
and
so
it's
really
getting
together
between
the
northern
side
there
and
resolving
it
and
then
kind
of
moving
forward.
Now,
at
one
time
when
I
came
on
Council,
they
were
talking
about
consolidation
on
public
safety
that
never
went
anywhere.
So
we
just
really
opening
that
issue
right
now,
I
guess
to
see
where
it
would
go
in
the
future,
but
I
would
tell
you
that
we,
like
our
Public,
Safety,
Zone
I,
think
we
like
our
Public
Safety
too
I,
think
well.
D
B
Of
the
only
firehouses
that
don't
have
EMS
coexisting
in
our
firehouses
and
that's
the
issue
because
we
respond
our
fire,
trucks
are
typically
four
or
five
minutes
in
front
of
EMS
when
they
show
up.
We
think
there's
some
opportunities
there
to
address
that
issue.
Yeah
for
what
it's
worth
just
you
know:
full
disclosure
we've
been
in
a
lawsuit
in
City
View
and
the
town
of
Fort
Worth.
Both
municipalities
I've
been
holding
hands
defending
ourselves
against
lawsuits
by
the
Burton
fire
district
for
almost
20
years
now
and
I
think
we'd
all
agree.
E
Like
to
resolve
that
sooner
rather
than
later,
that's
not
above
that
is
combining
everything
into
a
single
units
bringing
in
EMS.
That's
to
it's
two.
It's
two
different
issues
here,
it's
two
different
issues:
if
you
gotta
set
the
lawsuit
aside,
set
that
issue
aside-
and
this
is
really
looking
at
the
wider
issue
and
a
better
value
to
all
the
citizens
of
Port.
A
That's
the
end
of
the
agenda.
Unless
you
want
to
discuss
anything
that
is
on
the
future
agenda
lust,
we've
got
some
items
that
were
added.
A
A
His
recommendation
to
have
John
O'toole
come
in
and
give
us
out
of
a
status
if
you
will
of
Economic
Development
activities
and
if
there's
anything
else
that
you
wanted
to
add
to
the
lessons
will
be
time
to
do
it.
F
Or
well
could
we
add
a
little
bit
to
Beaufort
Jasper
Sewer,
Water
Authority,
you
know,
besides
capacity
concerns
their
fees
for
affordable
housing
and
the
county
has
paid
those
fees
for
some
of
the
affordable
housing
and
we'll
try
to
continue
to
do
that,
but
I
I
might
when
they.
If
we
have
the
manager
come
that
we
address
that,
because
those
fees
cannot
be
waived,
somebody
has
to
pay
them,
but
it
is
a
hindrance
to
Affordable.
F
A
G
A
E
Bringing
the
new
general
manager
in
as
early
as
possible
I
think
that
would
be
beneficial.
G
In
this,
in
the
city
we've
had
developers
come
to
see
us
at
a
time
who
are
at
an
unintended
moratorium
on
development.
Now
stations
handle
what
they
intend
to
build
and
what
previously
Buford
Jasper
had
approved
for
them
to
build.
So
they
came
to
a
certain
stage
in
their
project
and
they're
told
you
can't
go
any
further
unless
you
give
us
x
amount
of
dollars
to
upgrade
this
lift
station.
So
we're
running
into
that
now
with
our
developers,
who
are
not
real
happy
about
it
and
I'd.
Add
to
that
just
significant
development.
B
B
Okay,
I,
just
for
ignorance,
has
a
question
on
that,
because
that's
the
topic
of
something
I
understand
very.
E
Well,
so
we
had
projects
that
were
approved
that
were
given
capacity
rights
and
then
they're
coming
back.
I
can't
move
your
sewage
because
that
pump
station
and
that
Force
main
is
no
longer
large
enough.
Yes,
I
believe
that's
what
that's
what
I
mean
and
the
project
was
proved
and
Beaufort
Jasper
was
a
part
of
the
review.
Yes,
yes,.
E
Some
complaints
on
you
know
they
put
up
chain
link,
that's
just
regular
chain-like
fence
and
there's
some
concern
that
that's
not
very
attractive,
especially
over
it.
A
new
park,
so
I
was
just
wondering
if
we
could
maybe
talk
to
them
about
maybe
upgrading
that
a
little
bit
all.
B
Over
the
county,
I
would
want
the
preventers
yeah
so
yeah,
my
understanding,
that's
a
DHEC.
The
detail
requirement
that
are
out
there
now
beginning
divorce,
because
I've
bumped
up
against
them
in
my
own
businesses
out
in
the
industrial
village,
where
they
want
me
to
bring
it
out
of
the
ground
and
that's
not
at
the
end.
D
E
Requirement
the
feds
issue
could
be.
They
have
a
way
to
modify
that
if
you've
talked
about
in
the
early.
The
problem
is,
we
don't
see
our
Pump
Station
design
when
we
review
plans,
that's
something
planning,
I,
think
planning
departments
have
asked
about
what
is
it
going
to
look
like
aesthetically?
That
would
be
a
step
that
would
have
to
be
brought
into
the
mix,
but
there
they
have
an
alternative
design.
They
also
times
a
lot
of
times
like
to
put
them
up
front
in
your
buffers
problems,
because
not
a
part
of
the
conversation,
oh,
my
goodness,.
A
A
As
far
as
getting
here,
where
you
want
them
here,
when
this
would
be
in
August,
the
August
25th
Maybe,
the
new
general
manager
prefer
to
be
the
probable
Choice.
Okay,.
D
I
have
an
audience
yeah
I'll,
let
you
know
something
hopefully
today.
D
A
Anything
else
for
item
down
the
road
can't
be
next
just
got
filled
up,
yep
I,
if
not
I,
don't
have
anything
else,
any
comments.
Anybody
was
here
to
make
offer
Dragon
Boat,
Buford
Saturday
all
right
come
on.
Yeah
Fourth
of
July
is
going
to
be
awesome
in
Port,
Royal,
yeah,
reimagine,
repo
workshops,
yeah
they're
all
day
and
then
there's
a
presentation
at.
